Vicky Pattison issues ‘terrifying’ health update as she is flooded with support: ‘I’m so sorry’!

She ‘knew she was in for a rough ride’

Reality star Vicky Pattison has opened up about her “terrifying” experience of “crippling” anxiety and insomnia amid her latest health update.

Vicky, 37, shared on Instagram how a bout of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) affects her wellbeing and mental health. She also illustrated how the condition affects her with a video montage of symptoms and emotional lows she suffers.

Shocked followers were quick to offer their sympathies as brave Vicky went on fans she wanted anyone else who lives with PMDD that they are “not alone”.

Ex Geordie Shore cast member Vicky also revealed how bloated her stomach gets when she is in pain.

The clip also displayed a range of reactions from Vicky, including tears, lethargy, and high energy dancing.

She explained in her post’s caption: “It’s always a bit of a mixed bag with my PMDD. Some months aren’t so bad and I feel hopeful. And other months it just completely takes me out and I feel hopeless. Usually there’s no real rhyme or reason.

It just completely takes me out and I feel hopeless.

“But last month I knew I was in for a bit of a rough ride. I hadn’t done anything that I know helps alleviate my symptoms. I hadn’t been consistent with my supplements, my diet was atrocious and my schedule was just unrelenting. So I went into my luteal phase not really standing a chance. But despite my concerns, nothing could have prepared me. It was terrifying.”

‘The fog, the darkness and the depression will pass’

Vicky also related how low she’d been left feeling recently.

“I rang my sister and told her that I didn’t know what I was going to do. That I genuinely didn’t know what I was capable of,” she told fans.

“And after a week of crippling anxiety, insomnia, my inner critic finding fault at every turn & dark thoughts…I know I meant it.”

Vicky continued: “And that’s the thing with PMDD. One week you’re this bright, shiny, brilliant woman who is strong, smart and ready for anything life throws at you. And then PMDD fog sets in and your brain convinces you that you’re worthless.”

Nonetheless, she maintained: “I’m telling this story, not for sympathy, but because I know I’m not alone. I want anyone dealing with PMDD, anyone feeling the things I did last month to know that you are not alone and regardless of what your brain is telling you – you are an incredible person and world is better for having you in it.

“The fog, the darkness and the depression will pass and in its place will be beautiful moments, happiness, success, pure unfiltered joy! You are a warrior. You are powerful. And you are unstoppable.”

    How fans reacted

Followers were concerned for Vicky, but also grateful to her for raising awareness.

“I’m sorry you have to go through what you do but just know you’re seen,” one told her in her post’s comments section.

“Sorry you don’t feel good,” sympathised a second fan.

And a third added: “I’m so sorry the PMDD makes you feel that way.”

However, someone else thanked Vicky: “I love that you are highlighting this.”

“Thank you for your realness and being your authentic self with the world!” added someone else.

And yet another person who engaged with the upload remarked: “This is so essential to raise awareness of this debilitating condition, thanks for sharing.”

Trooping the Colour: Every royal set to appear on palace balcony for 2025 parade!

The event kicks off on June 14

Trooping the Colour 2025 is taking place tomorrow (Saturday, June 14) – but which royals will be appearing on the Buckingham Palace balcony?

From the king and queen to Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, here are all the royals who will likely be taking their place on the balcony tomorrow afternoon.

What day is Trooping the Colour 2025?

Trooping the Colour will take place tomorrow (Saturday, June 14). It traditionally takes place on the second Saturday of June each year.

The parade marks the official birthday of the monarch.

How long will Trooping the Colour last?

It begins at 10am (BST) with the Horse Guards Parade and will conclude early afternoon with the RAF flypast.

Which royals will be on the balcony?

As has been the case in the last couple of years, only working royals and their children will likely be on the balcony during Saturday’s Trooping the Colour.

That means royals like Prince Andrew, Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice, Prince Harry, Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall will all be absent.

So, which royals will be there?

Well, the main royals who will be on the balcony are King Charles and Queen Camilla. Trooping the Colour is the king’s official Birthday Parade, so it would be strange if he wasn’t there!

The king and queen will likely be joined by the heir to throne, Prince William, along with his wife, Kate, Princess of Wales. Their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis could also attend as we have seen them on the balcony for the past few years.

Working royals on the balcony in Trooping the Colour 2025

Speaking to HELLO! magazine, a royal insider revealed why it’s important having the royal kids present. Prince Louis’ antics over the past few years have made him a royal fan favourite, so having someone who can make the fans smile is important.

“Everyone loves a bit of positive news,” they said. “And if the family can brighten up people’s days, that’s worth doing.”

Prince Edward and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, will also likely be present on the balcony. However, it’s unknown whether their children, James, Earl of Wessex, and Lady Louise Windsor, will be. Lady Louise was present last year; however, James wasn’t due to exams.

We could also see Princess Anne and her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence, on the balcony.

According to reports, a number of lesser-known, working royals will also be present. These include the late Queen Elizabeth II’s first cousin, Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester, and his wife, Birgitte, the Duchess of Gloucester.

Prince Edward, the Duke of Kent, the late queen’s cousin, will also reportedly be watching the flypast on the balcony.

However, confirmation on who will appear on the balcony hasn’t been officially confirmed so we’ll have to wait and see!

Slimmed down number of royals on the balcony

It might seem like it’ll be a crowded balcony tomorrow; however, it’ll feature far fewer royals than during the days of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign.

The late queen tended to invite members of the extended royal family onto the balcony, including those who did not act as working royals.

These included the likes of Zara Tindall and Mike Tindall, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, and Peter Phillips, to name but a few.

Coronation Street follow-up: As Maria gets arrested for ABH, here’s why prison looks unlikely!

    Gary’s done worse…

Maria was arrested after an incident between her and Lou in tonight’s Coronation Street (Friday, June 13), but could she go to prison?

The Platt family BBQ didn’t go down quite as planned as Maria and Lou caused a scene inside of the house.

And, the night ended with Maria being taken to the police station after somebody reported her for her attack on Lou.

Maria has a right vendetta against Lou (Credit: ITV)

Maria and Lou’s feud in Coronation Street

It’s no secret Maria Connor and Lou Michaelis can’t stand the sight of each other. Lou’s been forming a friendship with Gary, but Maria’s not happy about it.

With Lou’s husband Mick recently beating Gary up before going on to kill Craig, Maria’s tarnishing Lou with the same brush.

Tonight, their feud moved up a level as they both attended the Platts’ BBQ. Lou spotted some money in Shona’s bag that she’d planned on taking to the bank and slipped inside the house.

With Lou contemplating nicking the cash, Maria suspected that she’d already done so and told her to empty her pockets.

Maria then went too far and grabbed Lou, making her fall through a glass table and cut her arm.

The Platts’ idea of ‘love, peace and harmony’ didn’t go down to well…

Although Lou promised Gary Windass she wouldn’t report Maria to the police, someone wasn’t as loyal.

Maria got a right shock as she sat down for a drink in the pub and was arrested by the police on suspicion of ABH.

Maria was arrested by the police (Credit: ITV)

Maria risks going to prison, but there’s hope for her yet

While Maria’s just been arrested for what she did to Lou, she might be fortunate enough to escape prison.

We already know that the Weatherfield justice system isn’t the best though as Maria’s killer husband and self-proclaimed ‘nice guy’ Gary has never even paid for his crimes, so Maria shouldn’t worry too much…

Coronation Street spoilers for upcoming episodes reveal that Maria’s released pending further investigation.

She then blames Lou for reporting her to the police, but Lou promises her that she didn’t.

Lou then turns to Gary and tells him that she just wants to keep the peace as he buys her a drink.

With Lou willing to let this one drop, is there much of a case against Maria? She might be breathing a sigh of relief.

In pictures: 10 of the most iconic Trooping the Colour outfits from over the years!

    Who could forget these appearances?

As Trooping the Colour 2025 approaches, Royal Insider takes a look back at 10 of the most iconic looks and outfits from over the years.

Trooping the Colour has marked the official birthday of the British monarch for more than 250 years, beginning in 1748 during the reign of King George II.

More than 1,400 soldiers, 200 horses, and hundreds of musicians usually take part in Trooping the Colour. And thousands of spectators line The Mall hoping to glimpse the royals on the Buckingham Palace balcony, and for the traditional RAF flypast. Here are 10 royal appearances at Trooping the Colour that supporters will always remember.

Trooping the Colour outfits: Queen Elizabeth II

Almost certainly for anyone reading this article, the late Queen Elizabeth II will have been at the centre of Trooping the Colour throughout our lifetimes. Her final appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony came as part of the unforgettable platinum jubilee celebrations in 2022 – and just three months before her death aged 96.

Queen Elizabeth II did not appear for Trooping the Colour only twice during her 70-year reign. The first instance, in 1955, was due to a national rail strike leading to the event being cancelled. The event was also not held in 2020 due to Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.

And so, with more appearances than any other monarch, it seems fitting the late queen’s poignant final showing, exquisitely attired in lavender, standing next to her eldest son – and her heir – Charles, and Prince Louis – one of his grandchildren – should be celebrated as one of her most renowned.

King Charles’ first Trooping the Colour as monarch

Likewise, King Charles‘ first Trooping the Colour appearance as monarch the next year, in 2023, is also highly esteemed. Displays from male royals tend to involve military uniforms or dark suits – with possibly less variation marking them out than outfits worn by female royals.

But as well as marking his monarchical debut for Trooping the Colour, 2023 also included the first time the British sovereign had inspected troops on horseback at the event since 1986.

That was not repeated during 2024, amid the king’s cancer diagnosis – and is not tipped to occur in 2025.

Queen Camilla wears red outfit at Charles’ birthday parade

Queen Camilla wore a striking silk red dress and for her husband’s first official birthday parade.

It was suggested as the event was broadcast by the BBC her outfit reflected “the heritage of the Grenadier Guards”.

She became Colonel of the Grenadier Guards – one of Britain’s most senior infantry regiments – in December 2022, taking over from Prince Andrew after the queen withdrew his military honours.

She paired her distinguished outfit with a hat said to be a nod to the Guards’ own bearskin military hats.

Princess Kate at Trooping the Colour 2024

Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, may hold the title for most stunning dresses and ensembles ever witnessed on the Buckingham Palace balcony.

But one of her most memorable looks happened at last year’s parade. Kate’s appearance at Trooping the Colour 2024 was her first major public outing since announcing her cancer diagnosis in March of that year.

Royal fans rejoiced over seeing the Princess of Wales looking so radiant and well during the appearance with husband Prince William and their three children.

Meghan Markle at Trooping the Colour

In 2019, all eyes were drawn to Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex. Prince Louis had made his first Trooping the Colour appearance – but his show-stealing antics would become more prominent at royal occasions as he got a little older.

His mother Kate looked typically immaculate in a lemon yellow Alexander McQueen dress.

But in her return from maternity leave, having become a mother for the first time to Prince Archie just a month beforehand, Meghan rightly commanded lots of attention in a navy short-sleeve dress from Givenchy matched with a hat by Noelle Stewart.

    Simply stunning.

Prince Harry wears uniform for Trooping the Colour

Since stepping back from royal duties in 2020, Prince Harry has not featured in any Trooping the Colour line-ups. He did attended celebrations during the platinum jubilee, but did not appear on the balcony.

Neither did he wear military uniform for the occasion, which he had been associated with for his entire adult life. And so, Royal Insider has selected a happy showing from the Duke of Sussex for this rundown.

Photos from Trooping the Colour over the years often depict Prince Harry smiling and interacting joyously with his relatives. And so, to that end, we’ve picked out his appearance from 2012. Snapped chatting with his grandfather Prince Philip, Prince Harry wore a huge smile as he spent time with his relatives.

Lady Louise Windsor on the palace balcony

Similar to her mother the Duchess of Edinburgh, Lady Louise Windsor has been positioned in the press as one of the royal family’s most unassuming members, with her perceived modesty presented as a boon for a modern monarchy.

But for her second Trooping the Colour appearance in 2012, aged just eight, she stood out in a lilac outfit. She stood next to her grandmother and grandfather, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, demonstrating how dearly she was regarded by them.

Furthermore, taking on the role of bridesmaid for Kate Middleton and Prince William just a couple of months beforehand, pictures showing Lady Louise and Kate chatting as they observed goings on showed their close bond.

Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh at Trooping the Colour

Often hailed as the royal family’s “secret weapon” due to her understated popularity, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh shimmered in ivory as she wore a Belulah London midi dress and a Jane Taylor wide-brimmed hat in 2023.

Reports claimed that she previously wore the same outfit for Royal Ascot in 2014. But amid an outstanding royal display for King Charles’ first Trooping the Colour, Sophie looked the epitome of elegance.

    Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have form for extraordinarily eye-catching headpieces. Who could ever forget the intricate fascinators they wore for Prince William’s wedding to Kate in 2011?

Prince Andrew’s daughters have also made a bold impression when it comes to Trooping the Colour. Princess Beatrice’s orange hat wouldn’t have looked out of place in a Cubist masterpiece. And Princess Eugenie‘s floral choice also had a breathtakingly innovative design.

Inside Kym Marsh’s tragedies – from son Archie’s tragic death to dad’s ‘heartbreaking’ battle with prostate cancer!

Lived through a lot over two decades in the public eye

Morning Live presenter Kym Marsh turns 49 today (June 13) – and as a true Entertainment Daily favourite, we wish her the happiest of birthdays.

Fans have followed the life and loves of popular former Coronation Street actress and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Kym ever since she first found fame with Hear’Say in 2001.

But over the last twenty years during her time in the public eye, Kym has also endured very sad experiences, including the death of her son Archie. Through many of those tough challenges, Kym’s strength and commitment to raising awareness has endeared her even more to her fans.

    Kym Marsh tragedies

Kym and then-partner Jamie Lomas were heartbroken when baby Archie was born prematurely in February 2009.

She went into labour at 21 weeks. Archie sadly died just minutes after he was born.

“It was the worst thing that’s ever happened to me,” she’s said previously. “I was absolutely devastated. It’s the most painful thing I’ve ever felt.”

Brave Kym has continued to remember Archie on social media over the years. And in 2018 her daughter Emilie paid tribute to Archie with a tattoo.

Kym also shared in March 2024 how Archie was buried with her late father. She reflected at the time: “I felt that there had to be a time when I let Archie rest. Fifteen years is a long time to carry his ashes around. They have been everywhere with me.”

She added her dad was consulted, and he “said he was happy to go on his journey with Archie, so that’s what we’ve done.” Kym continued: “We’ve done it as a family and it absolutely felt like the right thing to do.”

    Kym Marsh on grief

Meanwhile, Kym previously said the stigma surrounding talking about the loss of a child left her feeling “alone”.

“Initially I didn’t want to talk about it at all,” she told OK! in 2024. “Part of me felt if I didn’t talk about it, then it wasn’t real. But talking about Archie has helped me and that’s why I try to encourage people to talk as much as possible.”

Kym continued by noting “there’s still a huge taboo around the subject” as death make people fee “uncomfortable”. “It can be a very lonely place. Certainly for me as a mother, I felt very alone and quite isolated,”she added.

However Kym felt when communication improved with her loved ones, she was able to recognise they were all suffering. “The more we talk, the more we see change, but there is always more to be done,” she went on.

    Losing her dad

Sadly, Kym’s dad Dave passed away in January 2024 following a battle with prostate cancer. He was 78.

Dave’s diagnosis was first revealed in June 2021. He had delaying getting a checkup during the earlier stages of the pandemic.

In a tribute on Instagram, a devastated Kym wrote: “For the first time in my life I have no words. I love you dad. Always and forever. Rest easy Pops. Goodnight God bless.”

Just a couple of months before, Kym and her parents made a heartbreaking appearance on TV during which an emotional Kym broke down.

She told viewers: “For those of you who have been watching Dad, right from his diagnosis, you’ve been really kind. You know following his story, where we’re at now. I mean Dad is very frail now.”

Kym also explained how the cancer had spread to her dad’s bones – and he couldn’t have chemotherapy.

“One amazing thing about my dad now is that even now, as sick as he is, he still wants to do as much as he can to help other people,” Kym went on. “He wants to be able to say ‘Don’t leave it, you know if there’s something not right.’ Just go and get checked. Your dads, your uncles, your brothers, your sons. Please just get that message across.”

Kym went on: “We know we’ve got to that point where they can’t do anything else for him, and they said ‘Go and make memories with your family,’ and that’s very much what we’re doing.”

‘The most incredible man with the biggest heart’

And in recent days, ahead of Men’s Health Week, Kym has relived how her dad came to realise how unwell he’d become.

She’s reported to have said: “My dad had had various health issues over the years, but I remember him turning to me and saying ‘this is one I can’t beat’…and that was kind of a blow really.”

Nonetheless, Kym also remembered her dad telling jokes during his final days.

“Even when he was on all sorts of medication, he was still trying to make us laugh to try and make us feel better. He was just the most incredible man with the biggest heart,” she added.

    Anxiety battle

Meanwhile, in the months following Dave’s diagnosis, Kym stepped away from her TV work for a few weeks.

She shared in October 2021: “I’ve suffered with anxiety attacks in the past and they’ve come back with a vengeance. Life’s been pretty difficult for me. I need to make a choice here about what I’m going to do.

Life’s been pretty difficult for me. I need to make a choice here about what I’m going to do.

“I decided to step back from Morning Live to focus on my nearest and dearest.”

Kym went on at the time: “You might have noticed I’ve not been around much since the end of July – well there’s been some very good reasons for that. I think it’s fair to say the last few months have been ridiculously busy with one thing or another for me and my family.”

    Barney RIP

In August 2023, Kym shared how her family had lost their beloved pet dog Barney.

“Had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Barney,” she told social media users at the time. “We will miss you so much mate,” she continued. “Best dog ever. My heart is broken.”

Having previously described her dogs as “a huge part of my life”, and “important members of my family”, Kym later detailed how her other dogs Rico and Stan felt Barney’s absence too.

“My Rico and Stan are clearly missing their big bro Barney,” she said at the time. “They are so clingy and haven’t left my side since he left us.”

EastEnders fans ‘work out’ Zoe Slater’s ‘return storyline’ – and it’s bad news for Vicki

EastEnders fans were over the moon when it was reported Michelle Ryan would be reprising her role as Zoe Slater, as they think they’ve ‘worked out’ her return storyline

    Zoe Slater

BBC’s EastEnders fans were over the moon last month when suggested Michelle Ryan could be returning to Albert Square. The 41-year-old TV star famously played Zoe Slater on the BBC soap from 2000 until 2005, and appearing in 559 episodes.

Zoe’s return isn’t the only one that’s been reported. Other classic characters including Max Branning (Jake Wood) and Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) both rumoured to make their comebacks later this year. With the exciting news, fans have taken to X, formerly known as Twitter to predict how they’ll be making their return – if the rumours are confirmed.

The character was involved in one of the most explosive and iconic moments of soap history – when she dismissively told Jessie Wallace’s Kat Slater that she couldn’t order her around, famously barking: “You ain’t my mother!” Only for Kat to deliver the explosive response: “Yes I am!”

However, some EastEnders fans don’t think Zoe’s back to see Kat – but Ross and Joel Marshall instead. Vicki Fowler’s partner and stepson joined the soap with her when she returned in February for Martin Fowler’s funeral.

Teen Joel has been causing trouble since he arrived – as his dark secrets have been revealed. However, one thing fans don’t know about Joel is the identity of his mother.

Now, fans believe it could be Zoe. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: “Zoe left in 2005, Joel is 15/16 at present which means he was born 2009/2010. Zoe did move to Spain and had a job selling houses.

“Ross could have been a builder on the houses when they met and had a brief relationship resulting in Joel and something happened ending in a separation with Ross taking Joel.”

EastEnders fans are predicting a dark twist on the way for teen Joel Marshall
Ross and Joel joined the soap earlier this year as Vicki made her return (Image: PA)

The fan theory then recalls how Kat found out that Zoe was engaged in 2015. Zoe was also “on the run” for the murder of Den Watts – with the fan theory suspecting: “she could have adopted a false identity & done a runner leaving Joel with Ross,” – with Vicki never meeting Ross’ ex-wife.

Another fan penned: “I saw a theory saying that Joel might be Zoe’s son. I don’t know if that’s possible but I feel there’s lots of potential with that theory coming true.”

Many other fans were onboard with the theory, with one writing: “Oh that is interesting!” as another said: “I feel that Joel and Ross with the way they have been developed feels like they might be related to someone we know,” although they had their suspicions that Zoe could be “too much of a coincidence.”

Speaking on Michelle’s potential return to the soap last month, a source told The Sun: “Bosses have repeatedly reached out to Michelle over the years, but the timing has never been quite right.

“People are still talking about her character, so it’s a real coup to bring her back. She feels like now is the perfect moment — and there was an exciting script on the table.”

This Morning aviation experts say ‘every incident it gets safer’ after Air India tragedy

After the tragic Air India Flight 171 crash killed over 200 people, aviation experts are reassuring viewers on This Morning that aviation is still one of the safest ways to travel

Two aviation experts have spoken out following the tragic crash of Air India Flight 171, which killed at least 241 people on board and eight more on the ground, insisting that air travel remains one of the safest modes of transport.

Airline Captain Emma Henderson MBE appeared on ITV’s This Morning, telling viewers that while plane-related tragedies are devastating, they remain incredibly rare. She said: “Of course there is a risk when you go into a metal container that is seven miles above the planet.

“There is an element of risk to everything we do, but it is still more dangerous to ride your bike down the street or to get in a car than it is to fly on an aircraft.”

She continued to defend air travel, adding: “What doesn’t make the news is the boring story of the aircraft taking off, flying where it’s supposed to, and landing again. We do learn in aviation from the mistakes that have happened or design errors that have happened. Whatever the findings are from this investigation, procedures will be put in place to make sure this can never happen again.”

Meanwhile, Captain Mike Davis insisted: “There’s been learning since the dawn of aviation. Things happen, procedures are set in place, design changes are made to prevent it happening again. So every incident, it gets safer.”

The expert comments come in the wake of one of the worst aviation disasters since the tragic 9/11 terror attacks. Air India Flight 171, a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, crashed into a residential area in Ahmedabad just minutes after take-off on Thursday (June 12).

The aircraft issued a mayday call moments before vanishing from radar, with the captain saying: “Mayday… no thrust, losing power, unable to lift.”

Eyewitnesses captured harrowing footage of the plane descending nose-up before exploding in a massive fireball. There were 241 passengers on board along with crew members.

The crash also claimed the lives of eight people on the ground, including medical students and their family members living in nearby buildings.

British national Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, miraculously survived the crash. He has spoken to press from the hospital, saying: “The lights started flickering — green and white — then the plane rammed into some establishment… I saw people dying in front of my eyes. I don’t know how I survived.”

His family in Leicester said they were “devastated” to learn of the crash and shocked that Vishwash made it out alive. He has been treated for facial injuries and was pictured being comforted by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a hospital visit.

Former This Morning editor Martin Frizell has paid tribute to a former guest on the show, wellness coach Fiongal Greenlaw, who is feared to have died in the crash along with his husband Jamie Meek.

Martin said Fiongal was “vibrant and full of enthusiasm” during his appearance on the ITV show, adding: “Thoughts are with his family and friends and those of his partner Jamie.”

Investigators are hoping to find out what exactly caused the catastrophic engine failure after recovering a black box from the Air India Flight 171.

This Morning hosts Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond have paid tribute to a former guest who is thought to have been onboard the fatal Air India flight which crashed yesterday

This Morning hosts Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond have paid tribute to a former guest who is thought to have tragically died in the Air India crash yesterday.

Fiongal Greenlaw, 39, appeared on the show back in January. He was seen speaking to Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley about his wellness brand, which he founded with his husband Jamie Meek, 45. Jamie is also thought have been on board the flight, which went down shortly after take-off. They are said to have been on holiday in India.

At the start of today’s show, Dermott and Alison paid tribute to the star, announcing: “Fiongal appeared on the show twice this year. We loved his energy that he brought to the studio.”

Fiongal was onboard the plane with his husband Jamie. The couple posted videos online about the flight just before boarding. Our thoughts and our prayers go to their loved ones, and all those affected by this terrible tragedy.”

It comes after former This Morning editor Martin Frizell paid tribute to the star on Instagram last night, following news of the flight bound for London’s Gatwick Airport.

Alongside a photo of Fiongal with hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley in the studio back in January, Martin penned: “So so sad to hear that Fiongal Greenlaw-Meek and his partner are reported to be among the passengers and crew killed today on board the Air India flight bound for Gatwick.

“I remember his visit to the studio in January, he was passionate about auras and although I’m a sceptical sort his vibrancy and sheer enthusiasm won folk over,” he concluded.

After the on-air tribute, This Morning took to their Instagram account to post another said tribute to the star. “Our thoughts are with Fiongal and Jamie’s families and friends following the devastating Air India plane crash,” they wrote alongside a picture of the star with Cat, Ben and Josie.

“Fiongal appeared on the show twice this year and we all loved the energy he brought to the studio. From everyone at This Morning we are sending our deepest condolences to all those affected by this horrific disaster.”

Of the 242 people onboard the plane, 241 are feared to have lost their life, including 52 from the UK. It makes the devastating crash the worst aviation disaster involving British nationals since the 9/11 attacks.

Coronation Street fan theory predicts Lou will sleep with Gary in blackmail plot

    Maria better watch out

Anew Coronation Street fan theory predicts that Gary will cheat on Maria with Lou Michaelis in a blackmail twist.

Lou and Gary have formed a friendship recently despite Maria making her disapproval clear.

And, now, fans are concerned that this friendship might cross a line as Lou mentioned ‘doing anything for her kids.’

Gary Windass and Lou Michaelis’ friendship in Coronation Street

Despite Lou’s husband killing PC Craig Tinker, Lou’s not let that stop her from forming a friendship with Gary Windass (who Mick actually beat up too).

With Gary and Lou both bonding over being victims to Mick’s violent side, Gary’s been looking out for his new friend and advising her on how to get on the right side of the community.

This week, new fan-favourite Lou Michaelis thanked Gary for helping her sell Mick’s van. As she visited Mick in the prison, Mick suggested she’d been seeing Gary but Lou told him nothing was going on between them. Gary was just the only person in Weatherfield who seemed to care about her.

But, with Lou then mentioning that she’d do anything for her kids, and with Gary acting secretive over Lou’s text messages when around Maria, fans have wondered whether something might happen between the pair.

Coronation Street fan theory predicts Gary and Lou blackmail twist

A new fan theory predicts that Gary and Lou will sleep together. But, with Lou then needing money to look after her kids and with Mick being behind bars, she might then blackmail Gary.

That way she’ll get paid for her silence, keeping their encounter a secret from Maria.

One fan predicted: “I have a feeling Lou will sleep with Gary and then blackmail him for cash.”

Another wondered: “Mick’s right about Lou wanting the cash from Gary.”

A third person on X contributed: “‘Mick you know I’d never do the dirty on ya.’ A GARY & LOU AFFAIR PENDING!” But, are they right?
