The 2023-24 NFL season was abuzz with talk about the relationship between pop sensation Taylor Swift and future Hall of Famer Travis Kelce. This power couple, arguably the NFL’s most prominent, drew considerable attention to the Gridiron.

Swift, currently in Australia for her Eras Tour, made a quick stop in Las Vegas to cheer on her boyfriend as he helped the Kansas City Chiefs secure back-to-back Super Bowl victories.

It was thought that Kelce may then return the favor and join his girlfriend on her tour, however that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Is Travis Kelce in Australia after the Super Bowl?

Kelce, however, is not currently in Australia.

“I am not planning anything after this Super Bowl; I am just focused on this game right now. But I’d love to experience down under,” he admitted prior to the Super Bowl.

It wouldn’t be surprising if the perennial Pro Bowler decides to make the trip to Australia to spend quality time with his partner.

With the NFL on a long offseason break, players have ample time to spend with loved ones. Moreover, Kelce seems excited about the prospect of visiting Australia and catching Swift‘s Eras Tour.

Swift, despite her busy schedule, was a constant presence at Kelce‘s side throughout the Chiefs’ grueling postseason run. The Chiefs played most of their postseason games away from Arrowhead Stadium in 2024, but Swift was there for every one of them, as well as many regular-season games.

Her presence seemed to be a good luck charm for the Chiefs, who made history by becoming the first team in two decades to win back-to-back Super Bowls. Kelce played a pivotal role in the victory, adding to his impressive legacy alongside superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

With the victory secured, the Kansas City Chiefs are now setting their sights on a three-peat. Head coach Andy Reid has confirmed his return, and Kelce has dismissed all retirement rumors.

Shocking New Footage Shows Travis Kelce Being Rushed Away From The Scene Of Deadly Shooting After Chiefs Parade (VIDEO)

A video has surfaced online showing Travis Kelce fleeing the scene of Wednesday’s deadly shooting in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Chiefs Super Bowl victory was marred by a shooting incident that left a mother of two dead and dozens of others injured.

Footage obtained by Page Six shows the tight end getting into an unmarked police car outside of the Union Station as fans rushed past. His mother, Donna Kelce, is also shown inside the vehicle.

There’s nothing on where Kelce was transported to. However, the Chiefs reported that all of their players, coaches, and staff were all safe and accounted for. Offensive lineman Trey Smith previously revealed that he and several other teammates hid in a closet with fans after gunfire erupted.

Meanwhile, Kelce has attracted lots of criticism from fans online after he was seen in a photo taking a selfie with a policeman while smiling and holding a beer outside of a bar just a few hours later.

Candace Owens Slams Taylor Swift Over Video That Surfaced Online Showing Her Engaging In Suspicious Activity With Travis Kelce After Super Bowl (VIDEO)

Candace Owens has lashed out at Taylor Swift again in the wake of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win last Sunday.

It’s hardly a secret that Candace despises Taylor, having branded her “the most toxic feminist that has ever existed” earlier this week.

“Obviously, if you’ve seen what she’s even done in business and how she tries to manipulate her audiences to get out of deals and contracts, she’s totally insane,” Owens said in an interview. “She’s the most toxic feminist that’s ever existed.”

It appears she’s just picked up on the clip that surfaced appearing to show Swift smoking with boyfriend Travis Kelce at a Las Vegas party after the Super Bowl.

“Wow! Is Taylor Swift smoking pot here or is it only Travis Kelce smoking?”Candace wrote in a tweet on Friday. “Why does it always look like Travis is so not into Taylor at all?”

“Weird vibes, but I guess this is her “college girl phase” era.”

She followed that up with another post in which she claims she doesn’t do drugs, nor would she encourage it even if they became legal.

New footage from the scene of the shooting incident at the Chiefs Super Bowl victory parade on Wednesday has surfaced online and shows teenagers involved in what appeared to be a heated argument right before gunfire erupted.

The video below, which was obtained by TMZ, shows juvenile males looking as if they’re engaging someone off-camera.

The teen in red who angrily takes his backpack off and the other dressed all in black carrying a satchel at his side are shown walking away from the shooting moments later in another video, with the one in black said to have gotten shot in the face, according to eyewitnesses who spoke to TMZ.

According to various reports published on Friday, two juveniles were charged for offenses related to Wednesday’s shooting, though they had not been charged for the death of Elizabeth Lopez-Galvan at the time of writing.

In case you didn’t think the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce relationship couldn’t get any more wholesome…

After Kelce led his Kansas City Chiefs to a Super Bowl 58 victory over the San Francisco 49ers last Sunday, the team held an after party at the popular Zouk Nightclub in Las Vegas. Kelce gave a nod to Swift by performing her hit song “You Belong With Me” during the celebration:

Andrew Taggart of The Chainsmokers served as the DJ for the Chiefs’ Super Bowl party. In a new viral video, Swift can be seen giving Taggart her heartwarming reaction to Kelce’s performance of her song.

“That was the most romantic thing that’s ever happened to me,” Swift said. “And then we met in the middle, I was like, “What is happening in my life right now?!”

Swift attended most of the Chiefs’ games, including all three playoff contests ahead of Super Bowl 58. She performed a concert in Tokyo, Japan the day before the Super Bowl and rushed to make the 12-hour flight back home to the United States.

Kelce and the Chiefs defeated the 49ers in overtime to secure their third Super Bowl championship in five years.

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce took the time to give a shout-out to one of the team’s lesser-known coaches for his contributions in the club’s Super Bowl 58 triumph last Sunday.

During the latest edition of the “New Heights” podcast that he co-hosts with older brother Jason Kelce of the Philadelphia Eagles (h/t Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk), Travis credited Chiefs statistical analysis coordinator for having his team prepared for overtime in the Super Bowl 58 win over the San Francisco 49ers:

“My guy Mike Frazier. He’s the one that goes through all these scenarios, all these big-time situations, end of half, end of game, rule changes, he comes up and stands in front of the team, and when he comes in front of the team everyone yells, ‘Fraaaaz!’”

“He goes over these kinds of situations. I’m pretty sure we went over the overtime rules three times, four times in a two-week span. Every single week we talked about overtime rules in the playoffs and Frazier was up front, giving what we would do in all these scenarios. So everybody on the team, we knew exactly what the best situation was, how we were going to handle it, how we were going to attack it. And a guy like that, man, you don’t realize how big of a job it is to do that kind of stuff.”
The 49ers and Chiefs exchanged late field goals to send Super Bowl 58 into overtime. This was only the second Super Bowl contest to require OT, with the New England Patriots-Atlanta Falcons showdown seven years earlier going the distance.

The Chiefs walked it off when Patrick Mahomes found a wide open Mecole Hardman in the end zone for the touchdown. With the victory, Kansas City became the first team to repeat as Super Bowl champions since the 2003 and ’04 New England Patriots.

Why DID Taylor Swift go from ultra-private to embracing passionate PDA? Dating experts reveal what her very public shows of romance REALLY mean for the future of her relationship with Travis Kelce

Taylor Swift went from being ultra private in her relationship with Joe Alwyn to flaunting her passionate PDA with Travis Kelce practically everywhere – and now, relationship experts have revealed why the sudden 180 may be a sign that she and the athlete are the real deal.

Ever since the singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, both 34, started dating in September, they’ve been extremely open about their romance.

Taylor was spotted cheering Travis on at many of his football games, hanging out with his family, wearing his merch, running onto the field to kiss him following his team’s wins, uttering the L-word to him on camera, and most recently, sharing a video with him on her TikTok account.

It’s certainly a stark contrast to the way that the Cruel Summer songstress acted in her previous romance with British actor Joe, 32.

According to a series of love gurus, her and Travis’s public affection may act as proof that their relationship is stronger than ever

Over the course of their six-year relationship, the hitmaker and the movie star hardly ever talked about one another in interviews and did their best to hide from cameras when they were out together – and they certainly never shared social media posts with each other.

New York-based dating coach Megan Weks (pictured) told DailyMail.com exclusively that the couple's incessant PDA makes it 'clear' just how 'comfortable' Taylor and Travis feel with one another

Due to the very different approaches, some have wondered if Taylor and Travis constantly flaunting their love for the entire world to see is a red flag – but according to a series of love gurus, the two stars’ public affection may actually act as proof that their relationship is stronger than ever.

New York-based dating coach Megan Weks told DailyMail.com exclusively that the couple’s incessant PDA makes it ‘clear’ just how ‘comfortable’ Taylor and Travis feel with one another.

She added that it seemed like the pop sensation could really ‘be herself’ around him – something that was ‘stunted in previous relationships.’

‘Taylor is definitely not overcompensating by being public with Travis. What she’s doing is being herself, something which felt stunted in previous relationships,’ Megan dished.

‘She’s never felt so supported and liberated to be exactly who she is within a relationship, and it shows.

‘She’s shining, she’s vulnerable, she can melt into this relationship, she can lean on him. She has someone to call and share the intimacies of public life with, and he’s here for all of it.

‘In Taylor’s TikTok shared with Travis in it, you can clearly see how comfortable they both are, and how genuine and funny they can be together.

‘People are analyzing, and picking things apart because these two are superstars – that’s it. They aren’t part of a “PSYOP” to sway an election, or anything else – they are in love.’

Thalia Ouimet, a VIP matchmaker and author from New York, shared a similar sentiment.

Thalia Ouimet (seen), a VIP matchmaker and author from New York, says it’s obvious how ‘secure’ Travis makes Taylor feel

She said it was obvious how ‘secure’ Travis made Taylor feel, and that it didn’t seem like they’re ‘showing off’ at all, but rather, just so ‘in love’ that they couldn’t help it.

‘As a matchmaker and dating coach, I see this relationship being so public because Taylor is confident in her relationship and Travis makes her feel secure,’ she told DailyMail.com.

‘She isn’t at all showing off, in fact she just [seems] in love. We all know that feeling of thinking we found “the one” and wanting to share it with the world.

‘Taylor is experiencing a very public relationship and coming out on top. They are both secure and family-oriented and want the same things. Only time will tell if this love will be forever.’

Relationship expert Brock Olsen, who hails from Chattanooga, Tennessee, suggested that Taylor and Travis’s over-the-top affection seems like a ‘conscious effort’ on her part to ‘make sure’ that she’s ‘controlling the narrative.’

‘[It seems like she’s making] a conscious effort and consistent decision to make sure that whenever her and Travis are seen together that they are controlling the narrative and putting on a positive display of the relationship,’ he explained.

He added: 'Being a professional athlete, guarding and maintaining a reputation is of the utmost importance in terms of marketability, which is something Taylor understands quite well'

He added: ‘Being a professional athlete, guarding and maintaining a reputation is of the utmost importance in terms of marketability, which is something Taylor understands quite well’

‘Being a professional athlete with the type of fan base that he has, guarding and maintaining a reputation is of the utmost importance in terms of marketability, which is something Taylor understands quite well.

‘So since neither one of them are able to hide the relationship, they are both fully committed to leaning into it and showing what positive PDA and what a healthy relationship should look like.

‘They are both running with it. It’s basically David and Victoria Beckham 2.0 and I think we’re all here for it.’

Betsy Chung, a clinical psychologist who ‘specializes in helping people achieve and maintain healthy relationships,’ pointed out that sometimes, when people start showcasing their love everywhere, it could be to ‘make another person jealous.’

But she added that the change in Taylor’s behavior could have to do with ‘the dynamics of the relationship’ or ‘the preferences of the other partner.’

‘Or maybe she wanted to see what it’s like to approach a relationship differently,’ she theorized.

‘Sometimes we might show more PDA because we can’t keep our hands to ourselves, while other times we might show more PDA to make another person jealous.

‘There are many different reasons, we might approach relationships differently, but the most important is that both partners are on board.

‘And [there’s] nothing wrong with wanting to bask in the spotlight of being the proud girlfriend of a major athlete.’

Taylor and Joe first crossed paths at the 2016 Met Gala, but due to their extreme secrecy, it’s unclear when they officially start dating.

It wasn’t until more than a year after their meeting that they were photographed together for the first time in 2017 in Nashville, Tennessee.

The couple went to great lengths to keep their relationship out of the public eye during the six years they were together – and they would even sometimes don disguises to make outings together undetected, according to US Weekly.

In October 2018, Joe spoke about it to British Vogue, explaining, ‘I’m aware people want to know about that side of things. I think we have been successfully private.’

Taylor also revealed in 2020 that she was drawn to Joe because of the sense of much-needed normalcy and steadiness that he brought to her life.

‘I cannot control if there are 20 photographers outside in the bushes and what they do and if they follow our car and if they interrupt our lives,’ she said.

‘I can’t control if there’s going to be a fake weird headline about us in the news tomorrow.

‘I think that in knowing him and being in the relationship I am in now, I have definitely made decisions that have made my life feel more like a real life and less like just a storyline to be commented on in tabloids.

‘Whether that’s deciding where to live, who to hang out with, when to not take a picture – the idea of privacy feels so strange to try to explain, but it’s really just trying to find bits of normalcy.’

News hit the web in April 2023 that she and Joe had split. She was then linked to Travis in September following a brief stint with The 1975 singer Matty Healy.

Her song You’re Losing Me, from the Late Night Edition of Midnights, is about realising a relationship is unhealthy and trying to save it, and many fans have theorised it was inspired by the end of Taylor’s relationship with Joe.

She performed the song live for the first time at her Melbourne concert on Friday, leaving the sold-out crowd at the MCG spellbound.

Since getting together, Taylor and Travis have not shied away from the public eye when it comes to sharing the intimate details of their romance.

EXCLUSIVE: Travis Kelce lunches at his favorite Kansas City restaurant ahead of potential reunion with Taylor Swift in Australia after teasing he would ‘venture to an island real soon’ and pre-recording next week’s podcast

If fans wondered whether Travis Kelce would dash off to Australia to be with his girlfriend Taylor Swift following his triumphant return to Kansas City and the tragedy that followed, the answer is: not yet.

So far Travis has stayed close to home, with exclusive DailyMail.com pictures showing the Super Bowl LVIII winner driving his Rolls Royce to get lunch with a friend on Saturday.

Travis dropped a huge hint that he could head Down Under on this week’s episode of his New Heights podcast, claiming that he would ‘venture to an island real soon’ with the best ones being ‘south’ of the US.

He added that next week’s podcast is a pre-recorded guest episode which he is not featured in, which led fans to believe he would join his girlfriend in Sydney from February 23 – and maybe travel with her to Singapore for her shows in the first week of March.

On Saturday, however, the Chiefs tight end, 34, took a leisurely ride through Kansas City with his windows rolled down, smiling and waving at fans who spotted him.

Kelce spent under an hour at one of his favorite haunts in the city, Rye, taking a to-go bag with him as he slipped out the back entrance of the busy restaurant.

He is regular at Rye and Swift, 34, took his teammates’ girlfriends out for a birthday dinner in January – picking up the bill and opting to try the cinnamon roll which is reportedly Kelce’s favorite.

Swift is currently on the Australian leg of her Era’s tour and fans have speculated whether Kelce would rush to support her in Melbourne after their romance dominated NFL coverage this season.

But Swift’s boyfriend appears in no rush to make the long journey to Australia, looking calm as he walked into Rye – despite receiving backlash for his partying antics.

The NFL star was hit with a barrage of criticism after he was pictured at a ‘scaled down’ party following the mass shooting at the Chief’s Super Bowl parade.

Both Kelce and Swift donated $100,000 to victims of the shooting, which saw 22 people rushed to hospital with gunshot wounds and left one woman, a local radio DJ, dead. Police confirmed around half of those injured were children.

The tight end’s donation came after he faced waves of criticism for partying and posing for a smiling selfie with a police officer in the wake of the deadly shooting.

He was seen beaming at Granfalloon Restaurant and Bar on Wednesday, in a snap obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, alongside several teammates and their WAGs – including Patrick Mahomes‘ wife Brittany.

Kelce was part of a small group at the sports bar which also included Chiefs punter Tommy Townsend, center Creed Humphrey, tight end Matt Bushman, his wife Emily, and Mahomes.

Earlier in the day, local DJ Lisa Lopez-Galvan was shot and killed in the incident which started as a ‘dispute’ between a group of two youths, according to investigators.

Two juveniles have been arrested and were charged on Friday in connection with the incident, but Missouri law means their hearing was held in private and no other details have been made public.

The pair appeared in Jackson County Family Court on gun-related charges as well as resisting arrest.

Authorities are expecting more charges against the teens which could see them tried as adults.

If they are charged with first degree murder they could receive the death penalty, according to Jackson County Court, so long as they were 16 at the time the offense was committed.

Nine children were injured during the incident, with Kelce donating the $100,000 through his charity, the Eighty-Seven & Running Foundation – an organization that aims to help ‘underserved youth strive to become productive citizens.’

The GoFundMe page was started by friends of the Reyes family, who had two young daughters wounded in the shooting.

It has already surpassed its $100,000 goal, reaching $189,000 by Saturday afternoon. Swift donated to Lisa’s fundraiser, who was related to the two girls.

Kirk Douglas was a Hollywood legend, with many of his movies about war and military-related topics. He began his career in 1946 after serving with the US Navy during the Second World War. During the conflict, Douglas served as a communications officer in anti-submarine warfare aboard the USS PC-1139 and was discharged in 1944 after suffering injuries in a depth charge explosion.

After serving his country, Douglas brought his military experience to the big screen. The following are the war movies that helped make Kirk Douglas one of the genre’s best.

    The Juggler (1953)

He arrives in Israel as a displaced person and tries to rebuild his life while struggling with psychological scars. He discovers his talent for juggling, which becomes both a livelihood and a way to cope with his inner turmoil.

The movie explores the challenges faced by survivors of the Holocaust as they tried to integrate into a new society and grapple with their past experiences. Paths of Glory (1957) is an anti-war movie directed by Stanley Kubrick and starring Kirk Douglas in the lead role of Col. Dax. The film, set during the First World War, is based on the novel of the same name by Humphrey Cobb, which itself was inspired by the Souain Corporals Affair.

The story revolves around Dax, a French Army officer assigned to lead his men on a seemingly impossible mission to capture a heavily fortified German position known as “Ant Hill.” Despite his reservations about the mission’s feasibility and the potential loss of life, he’s ordered to proceed by his superiors, who are more concerned about their own reputations than the well-being of their troops.

When the attack fails and results in significant casualties, Brig. Gen. Paul Mireau (George Macready) decides to court-martial 100 soldiers. This is lowered to three – one from each company – who will be executed. Dax, appalled by the injustice and the callous disregard for his men’s lives, defends the accused in a court-martial trial.

Douglas delivers a powerful performance as Dax, portraying a leader torn between loyalty to his superiors and a deep sense of justice and compassion for his troops. The character’s journey becomes a point of moral conflict in the film, highlighting the inherent dehumanization and absurdity of war and military bureaucracy.

Due to his unconventional beliefs and lifestyle, the principled yet somewhat irreverent Richard Dudgeon (Douglas) is considered the black sheep in this setting. Despite his rebellious nature, Dudgeon becomes unexpectedly entangled in the events of the war.

Douglas’ portrayal of Dudgeon brings a mix of wit, defiance and underlying moral integrity to the character. His performance stands out as he navigates the complex web of relationships and ethical dilemmas presented by the unfolding events.

Along the way, Spartacus forms alliances, captures the hearts of his followers and becomes a symbol of hope. As the revolt gains momentum, his ideals of freedom, equality and justice attract a diverse group of followers, including escaped slaves and Roman sympathizers.
