Deion Sanders hands Jason Kelce some retirement advice in hilarious appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon… and he’s also got wise words for Caitlin Clark and The Rock too!

    Deion Sanders hands Jason

‘Jason, you’ve come to the end of the road baby,’ Sanders started. But guess what? You don’t have to train no more. You don’t have to eat right any more.’

Sanders gives Kelce advice including to be more 'controversial' on his podcast

‘You can just let all that go,’ Sanders said pointing to Kelce’s stomach. ‘And I want you to be as controversial as you ever wanted to be on your podcast. I love you, I appreciate you. But baby, it’s time to really be you.’The cutout used of Kelce is from the Kansas City Chiefs vs Buffalo Bills AFC Divisional round playoff game, where he was in a luxury box with Taylor Swift and others.

Sanders advice to Clark was along the same lines, but he wanted to make sure she finished her college career strong instead of starting to focus on the WNBA.

Three weeks before his in-ring return to professional wrestling, Sanders’ advice to The Rock did not have anything to do with Hollywood or the WWE.

‘It’s time for you to step up to the plate and take it to the next level,’ Sanders said. ‘I need you to run for office. I need you to be the President of the United States of America.’

Sanders’ led Colorado to a 4-8 record in his first season in charge of the Buffaloes.

As Colorado heads back to the Big 12, Sanders will look to lead it to bowl eligibility in a full season for the first time since 2016.

Deadpool is about to debut, the role of Wolverine faces many mixed reactions from fans

Is it true that ex-Scott-Menu actor Henry Cavill is reprising his role as the new Wolverine in Deadpool & Wolverine, a new MCU film?

Continue reading: Will Henry Cavill actually be part of the Wolverine crew in the next MCU movie?

Despite the release date of July 26th, rumors circulated on social media about the upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine movie. According to one such rumor, Henry Cavill could play the role of the new Wolverine in the MCU film.

Several trusted social media profiles have shared similar speculation, prompting questions about whether this is happening. Despite previous rumors of an MCU movie, Deadpool & Wolverine has uncovered some interesting rumors about Cavill’s involvement.

Social media speculation suggests that Henry Cavill may have played the role of the new Wolverine, but only if the film is released before its planned release dates him away from the world, leading many to believe that his role may be exaggerated.

Giant Freekin Robot has revealed that the upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine movie will feature Henry Cavill as the variant of Wolverine, with Cavill reportedly wearing a long brown coat, which has garnered excitement from MCU enthusiasts.

Not only did Giant Freekin Robot announce his involvement in Deadpool & Wolverine, but CanWeGetSomeToast also shared information about the actor’s return to Superman, causing excitement among netizens to take to Twitter to share their reactions.

A user expressed their preference for Henry to be the central character in the MCU rather than the recurring Wolverine, according to a comment.

  • Decoding Henry Cavill’s suitability in ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’, will the multiverse work succeed or fail?

Decoding Henry Cavill’s suitability in ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’, will the multiverse work succeed or fail?

Henry Cavill making his long-awaited entrance into the Marvel universe had fans buzzing with excitement, eagerly anticipating his debut in Deadpool 3, also known as Deadpool & Wolverine.

As the curtains finally lifted, Cavill emerged as a multiverse version of Wolverine, clad in his iconic brown coat. The prospect of Cavill’s portrayal brought a surge of excitement, especially after months of speculation about his potential role as Captain Britain or Doctor Doom.

However, amidst the excitement, whispers of Cavill’s cameo had been swirling since 2020. Now, with hints that his appearance as Wolverine might be a one-time affair, fans were left on the edge of their seats.

Yet, despite the uncertainty, the prospect of Cavill’s magnetic presence gracing the MCU promises an exhilarating ride filled with endless possibilities and unexpected surprises. Here is a breakdown of the factors that could determine whether it will be a success or a failure.

Yearning for a more supersized role for Henry Cavill

Superman’s iconic presence, wrapped in his signature red cape and blue suit, has long been etched in the minds of audiences worldwide, embodying the essence of heroism. With such widespread recognition came heightened expectations for how the beloved character should be portrayed on the silver screen.

Henry Cavill’s rendition of the Man of Steel, revered for its faithful adaptation from comic book pages to cinematic spectacle, emerged as a fan favorite, drawing praise for its authenticity and commanding portrayal.

Post his exit, fans eagerly awaited Cavill’s return to the superhero genre, anticipating his next leap into the world of caped crusaders with bated breath. Rumors swirled of his potential role as a variant of Wolverine in the Deadpool universe, igniting excitement for the actor’s potential exploration of new superheroic realms.

Such a transition promised to herald a thrilling new chapter in Cavill’s career, propelling him into uncharted territories of superhero storytelling and solidifying his place as a cherished icon within the genre.

Henry Cavill’s rugged transformation for Ungentlemanly Warfare

Wolverine, a character renowned for his rough exterior and rebellious spirit, carved a unique path as one of the earliest anti-establishment superheroes. His journey, marked by the harrowing experiments of Weapon X, depicted a relentless battle to reclaim his lost identity and humanity amidst a backdrop of turmoil and adversity.

Henry Cavill’s rugged charm and versatile acting abilities made him a natural fit for this iconic role, blending seamlessly with Wolverine’s gritty persona and troubled past.

In a recent Instagram post, Cavill tantalized fans with his portrayal in Ungentlemanly Warfare donning a rugged ensemble complete with a beard and suspenders. The black-and-white photo, adorned with authentic distressed details, hinted at the intense warfare and gritty atmosphere surrounding Cavill’s depiction of the iconic superhero.

Despite bidding farewell to his Superman days, Cavill’s mastery in embodying rugged characters, like his portrayal of Geralt in The Witcher, only served to enhance his suitability for the role, promising an enthralling journey as he brings Weapon X to life on the silver screen.

Krasinski and Cavill: Cameo catastrophes in the MCU

John Krasinski, known for his role in The Office, left fans hanging as he confirmed that Marvel Studios had not reached out to discuss his potential return as Reed Richards in the Fantastic Four series, following his cameo in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Despite being a fan favorite for the role of Mister Fantastic, Krasinski’s fleeting appearance raised doubts about his future involvement in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The uncertainty surrounding his return left fans eagerly awaiting news about whether he would reprise the iconic character.

Meanwhile, Cavill’s rumored cameo as Weapon X in the MCU has sparked excitement and speculation among fans. However, concerns arise about the impact of a brief appearance, reminiscent of Krasinski’s limited role as Reed Richards, which may not fully showcase Cavill’s talents.

As Marvel Studios navigates the decision, they face the challenge of balancing fan expectations and ensuring that Cavill’s potential contribution aligns with the franchise’s success, possibly leading to a pivotal role that elevates both the actor and the films to new heights.

Cavill’s MCU impact might face a shadow amidst big names

Following the climax of Avengers: Endgame, Marvel Studios ramped up its production, flooding the market with MCU films at breakneck speed. However, this rapid expansion led to a surplus of well-known actors relegated to brief, forgettable appearances, diluting the once-vibrant tapestry of the MCU.

While the early days of Marvel were hailed for their daring casting choices, recent years saw a trend of familiar faces dominating minor roles, overshadowing the potential for new talent to make their mark on the superhero landscape.

Despite a decline in overall project quality, standout performances from actors like Simu Liu, Hailee Steinfeld, Florence Pugh, and Oscar Isaac injected new life into the MCU.

Amidst this stellar ensemble, the risk of relegating established actors like Henry Cavill to mere cameos threatens to tarnish the franchise’s reputation for casting brilliance.

Furthermore, leaving fans longing for the days when every character was a star in their own right.
Do you think Cavill’s MCU debut will be a hit or a miss? Let us know in the comments below.

WWE legend Dwayne Johnson shared a picture dressed up as David Beckham for Halloween before the former England star offered a hilarious response.

Given it is the spooky season, some of sport’s biggest stars have recently shared their brilliant costumes and outfits for parties, gatherings and the like.

The WWE-star-turned-actor also shared a hilarious video in the full costume, where he controls a ball before staring intensely into the camera.

Beckham has been all the rage in recent weeks after the release of the four-part Netflix documentary focused on his career – both on and off the pitch.

On Monday, the former England and Manchester United star was on hand to present Inter Miami star Lionel Messi with his eighth Ballon d’Or title on.

It was somewhat of a full-circle moment for the duo, with Beckham – now an Inter Miami co-owner – being the first who opened the floodgates into America, after he joined the LA Galaxy from Real Madrid in 2007.

Messi was joined at the ceremony by his wife, Antonella Roccuzzo, and their three sons, Mateo, Thiago and Ciro.

The 27-year-old Paul and 57-year-old Tyson will fight on July 20 at AT&T Stadium, with the bout streaming live exclusively on Netflix.

Tyson has not fought in a non-exhibition bout since June 2005 and has not won a fight since February 2003. Paul has a 9-1 record as a boxer, with most of his wins coming against athletes that are not primarily boxers.

Paul has transitioned from celebrity fights against the likes of Nate Robinson and Anderson Silva, to trained boxers recently. His only loss is to a trained boxer in Tommy Fury.

Paul will enter the bought against Tyson on a three-fight win streak, including his last two wins coming over lower-ranked professional boxers.

  • Joe Joyce admits taking on Zhilei Zhang was a ‘risk too far’ as he opens up on ‘heartbreaking’ back-to-back losses to the Chinese star… but insists he has NO plans to retire as he looks to bounce back against Kash Ali

Joe Joyce admits taking on Zhilei Zhang was a ‘risk too far’ as he opens up on ‘heartbreaking’ back-to-back losses to the Chinese star… but insists he has NO plans to retire as he looks to bounce back against Kash Ali

Joe Joyce has opened up on his two ‘heartbreaking’ defeats by Zhilei Zhang that curtailed his hopes of a world title shot – admitting the challenge was ‘a risk too far’.

Joyce retired from their first bout in April 2023 following sustained damage to his right eye, with a doctor calling it off in round six, but in the rematch later in September the fight was ended even faster in the third round after a right hooked dropped him to the canvas – which saw him lose his WBO interim title.

They were the two first defeats of Joyce’s professional career and now ‘The Juggernaut’ is looking to bounce back against Kash Ali in Birmingham on Saturday night – desperate to rediscover his winning form after conceding he is still haunted by his painful losses.

‘It wasn’t my most memorable time,’ he told Mail Sport. ‘The first fight I felt I could’ve won that if I made a few changes. In the second fight, I did everything in my power to get the win but then I got knocked out even sooner! I tried my best and maybe I could have won but Zhang is very tough and accurate, strong – he can hit hard.

‘Styles make fights and Zhang wasn’t the best for me. It was a risk taking the fight, it was the biggest out there. It was a risk too far for me to take. It’s just something I had to do. It was just unfortunate I didn’t get the win both times. I thought I would cruise through to a victory the first time. I tried but it wasn’t to be.

‘It was tough and it has been tough. It’s not easy, especially when you get bigged up and then you don’t deliver. It’s heartbreaking.’

Joyce faced a chorus of voices calling on him to retire after losing out to Zhang – who has since gone on to lose to a man he stopped in 2022 – Joseph Parker.

But even though Joyce is approaching the latter end of his boxing career aged 38, he hit back at suggestions he could hang up the gloves and insisted there were still plenty of big fights he could be involved in – and is hopeful of becoming a world champion before he calls it a day.

‘There’s plenty of other fights out there that are very exciting that I can get involved with,’ he added. ‘It’s not time to hang up the gloves just yet. It’s not the end for me, there’s still more fights, more entertaining fights.

‘The heavyweight game is strong, there’s a lot of match-ups people want to see. Hopefully after Fury v Usyk the belts will be up for grabs again and I can push on and win a world title before I retire.

‘It’s like – would you quit your job? You still need to earn money. Boxing is a good job for me and I enjoy what I do. It’s not always easy getting up for training year in year out, but it’s exciting the way you pick yourself up.

‘You get to the top of the peak, then have a rest and pick yourself up again. I’m excited now, I’ve got another big fight against Ali and then after that people want to see me against these other fighters.’

Joyce has never fought in Birmingham before and it will be a fresh chapter and a new beginning for the 2016 Olympic silver medalist. A chance to start clean with the weight off his shoulders. That’s something he relishes.

‘I’m enjoying myself, It’s good to have a target again,’ he said. ‘I’m looking forward to getting back in the ring and getting a nice win. I’d like to make a statement. I’ve shared a ring with Kash Ali, he’s a good fighter, I’m not underestimating him.’

Joyce said he was tinkering with his style and making constant improvements in the wake of his two defeats, and while he mentioned being keen to join the Saudi boxing revolution and be involved in a huge card in the Middle East, he refused to name the likes of Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk as possible opponents.

‘There’s always improvements to make, that’s what I love about boxing. You’re always looking to get better. There’s so many factors in boxing. It’s not just about being really fast or really strong, it’s a combination of all the things plus technique and how the different styles mesh. It’s an exciting time because there’s these Saudi fights, so many different characters with different styles.

‘We’ll have to wait and see [on who he’ll face in the future]. I want to fight all the top names, big fights. Get a world title in there before I retire. I need to secure myself for my post boxing career. I need to support myself and my family before I hang up the gloves. This is a unique time when I can do that.’

In a recent interview, boxing legend Mike Tyson opened up about his much-talked-about match against the controversial YouTuber-turned-boxer, Jake Paul. Tyson, known for his ferocious style in the ring during his prime, offered candid insights into his experience facing the unexpected challenger.

Reflecting on the bout, Tyson expressed a mix of respect and bemusement towards Paul, acknowledging the younger fighter’s determination and skill, despite his unconventional path to the boxing world. Tyson remarked on Paul’s surprising agility and strategy, recognizing that he presented a more formidable challenge than many anticipated.

However, Tyson didn’t shy away from expressing his disappointment with the outcome, hinting at unresolved feelings about the match. He admitted feeling a sense of unfinished business, suggesting that he might seek a rematch to settle the score once and for all.

Mike Tyson should ‘splash water on his face and T-shirt’ if he’s going to fake training footage, says Chael Sonnen: UFC legend accuses 57-year-old ex-heavyweight champ of doctoring viral video ahead of bout with Jake Paul

Former UFC middleweight contender Chael Sonnen believes that Mike Tyson faked having a full session in his viral training video.

Tyson, 57, is scheduled to fight 27-year-old Jake Paul at AT&T Stadium on July 20 in Netflix‘s first boxing event. On Wednesday, the boxing legend posted a ten-second compilation of his first training session in which he says, ‘It’s day one. The fun has just begun.’

Sonnen, however, was skeptical of Tyson’s preparation as he took to X (formerly Twitter) to call bluff on the boxer.

‘In the future, if you’re ever going to spend five seconds hitting mitts, as a way of making the audience believe you’re doing a training session, make sure you splash water on your face and T-shirt first,’ Sonnen wrote.

Sonnen, who famously fought Anderson Silva twice in the UFC, is known in the MMA community for being outspoken. He is also often credited for opening the door for stars like Conor McGregor to engage in verbal warfare before fights.

This, however, was not the first time Sonnen’s skepticism towards Tyson was on display.

On an episode of the PBD podcast, Sonnen reiterated the age difference between Paul and Tyson. He also referenced fellow MMA great Vitor Belfort’s boxing match against Tyson’s former foe Evander Holyfield in 2021.

‘Vitor Belfort, who has never boxed, put him away so fast. So, this [Holyfield] is an Olympic gold medalist you’re watching. Vitor, who has never done it [boxing], put him away so fast that it ended Vitor’s [boxing] career,’ he said.

‘They would not book him again. They labeled him like an elderly abuser. ‘How dare you? How could you do this?’ Vitor never got another fight… He [Paul] will get teased for taking this [Tyson] fight.’

During his professional career, Tyson held a 50-6 record with 44 knockouts before retiring in 2005. He returned to action in 2000 and fought Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition.

On the other hand, Paul holds a 9-1 record with six finishes. The influencer-turned-boxer is coming off a first-round knockout over Ryan Bourland on March 2.

F1 stars are making the most of the week break before action resumes in Australia. While Toto Wolff used this time to take his Mercedes AMG GT3 out for a spin at Imola (and ended up crashing it), Lewis Hamilton is out fulfilling promotional duties. The seven-time world champion is in Malaysia and is visiting a school run by Petronas. However, the trip turned out to be a surprise for the fans who did not expect to see him there.

The LH army from Kuala Lumpur took to the internet to post pictures and videos as they spotted Hamilton in their city. Needless to say, the entire social media has gone into a chaotic frenzy ever since.

Petronas is one of the long-term partners of the Mercedes F1 team. Being the title sponsor, the oil giant’s name features on the team’s full title, the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team. Moreover, Petronas is also the racing fuel provider to the team. Therefore, it plays a vital role not just in keeping the team financially afloat but also in active racing.

Just last year, Lewis Hamilton visited the bustling campus of Universiti Teknologi Petronas in Malaysia. He took a tour of the university’s ginormous library which is capable of housing half a million books. Hamilton also visited the laboratory where he saw different experiments being conducted over different stages of crude oil.

In the video uploaded by Petronas, the university staff briefed the Mercedes driver about their tree-plantation initiative. As a part of the initiative, they planted a tree and named it LH44. The facility plans on planting a total of 1 million trees on its vast campus by the end of 2027.

How fans reacted to seeing Lewis Hamilton in Kuala Lumpur

X (formerly Twitter) user @goatforty4 uploaded a short video of Lewis Hamilton meeting with what looks like school staff. The caption read, “Lewis Hamilton is in school in Keramat, Kuala Lumpur for an event with Petronas!”

Another user, @FernndoAlonso14 confirmed the development with a poster of Hamilton at the school. The reply read, “Yeah, correct, he is in my town for an event at school.”

Meanwhile, another fan rued the fact that this would be Hamilton’s last visit as the Briton will join Ferrari in 2025.

Another user reminded the Malaysian fans how lucky they were to meet the F1 star.

Sebastian Vettel caused ripples in the F1 world with the announcement of his exit from Red Bull in 2015. After winning four world championships with the Austrian team, the German joined the team he loved since childhood. That team was Ferrari, the side he saw his idol, Michael Schumacher, win five world championships with.

Unfortunately, the move did not work out as well as it did for Kaiser. Vettel drove for Ferrari for six seasons and finished runner-up in the standings twice during that stint.

During his time with the Prancing Horse, he partnered up with a young Charles Leclerc for two seasons. The duo often had on-track skirmishes, but there was no love lost off it. While preparing to bid adieu to Ferrari at the end of 2021, Vettel shared some heartwarming words for his young teammate.

Speaking with the media at the end of the 2020 Abu Dhabi GP (in a throwback video posted by @leclercstreet on X), Vettel said, “I think I will miss him (Leclerc). Obviously, he was giving me a headache here and there. We are in very different stages of our lives and careers. But he’s a good kid and I think he will go a long way. He will be the man of the future, so I hope that he gets the car that he deserves.”

The camaraderie between the two hit a low during the 2019 Brazilian GP. Fighting for P4 with five laps to go, Leclerc’s front right clipped Vettel’s rear left, resulting in a puncture for both. The double DNF cost Ferrari dearly, but the duo learned a lesson and moved on.

Sebastian Vettel’s special parting gift for Charles Leclerc

The 2020 season finale in Abu Dhabi was an emotional affair for the Ferrari duo. To express his reverence for his teammate, Charles Leclerc sported “Danke Seb” on his helmet for the race. Meanwhile, Sebastian Vettel had a special gift to return the favor in his own right.

Vettel gifted Leclerc one of his lids with a message (as quoted by Formula 1) that read, “To Charles, you are the most talented driver I came across in 15 years of F1. Don’t waste it. But be sure whatever you do to be happy and smile. Thanks for everything!”

The Monegasque later shared pictures of them swapping helmets. In the captions, Leclerc thanked Vettel for teaching him the tricks of the trade and pushing him to be a better driver.

Vettel then joined Aston Martin and raced for them for two years before retiring from Formula 1 at the end of 2022. Leclerc, meanwhile, remains at Ferrari and is still striving to win his first world championship.
