There’s been rumours that Meghan Markle’s ex-husband Trevor Engelson could write a memoir discussing their short-lived marriage.

Meghan, 42, and film producer Trevor, 46, were in a relationship for more than half a decade. The pair got married in 2011 and divorced two years later, after having been together for around six years prior to their nuptials.

They have both since married other people. Meghan’s been married to Prince Harry, now 39, since 2018. Whilst Trevor – who’s the CEO of the production company Underground – has been married to nutritionist Tracey Kurland since 2019.

Woman’s Day magazine has teased about the possibility of Trevor writing a tell-all book, following previous speculation in recent months. The outlet said that sources have suggested that “it is time” for Trevor to speak out about his relationship with Meghan.

Whilst commentator Neil Sean suggested that agents have offered Trevor “big” deals and money. He teased that the producer could be considering the options and said that although he’s moved on, there is “no escape” from his story.

The magazine went on to speculation about what could be mentioned in a memoir. It said this could include the rumour that Meghan “blindsided” him with divorce, reportedly returning her wedding and engagement rings by post.

It added that the end of the marriage itself could be referenced, with Meghan said to have cited “irreconcilable differences” in 2013. The former couple are understood to have ended their relationship after her relocation to Canada for Suits.

A source said that she was a “completely different person” when she moved to Toronto for the show. They suggested that the split was “sudden and so ruthlessly done,” speculating that Trevor may have felt “used” by the former actor.

The outlet teased that he could also discuss their wedding in a potential memoir. It noted that it’s previously been claimed that guests were given marijuana as a welcome gift at the event, which was held in Jamaica in 2011.

It was further suggested that a book could discuss Trevor potentially feeling like a “stepping stone”. A source said it could “throw fuel on [the] pyre” following Meghan’s comment in 2017 that she didn’t know a lot about Prince Harry before their relationship. The source said it was a “silly thing” to claim.

This time, Charles took disrespect to a whole new level by honorably inducting William and Kate into the prestigious Order of the Garter while completely snubbing Harry and me from receiving the same recognition.

For those of you not up on your British traditions, the Order of the Garter is the highest honor any royal can receive from the monarch. Only 24 knights and ladies are allowed in this elite society at a time, and it’s seen as the ultimate stamp of approval from the crown. Past recipients include Philip, Charles, Andrew, and even I was made a lady companion back in my Kensington Palace days. So you can imagine how gutting it was for Harry and me to learn through the tabloids that William and Kate were being initiated into the Garter ranks while we were deliberately overlooked and excluded from any mention. I mean, what kind of family business is Charles running over there? We all know he’s been giving us the cold shoulder non-stop since Megxit, but seriously, this is a new low even for him.

All we’ve done is chase our happiness away from a toxic institution, and now we’re persona non grata while Will and Kate get showered with yet another honor on a silver platter. As if those two don’t already have it easy enough, serving as poster children for the Firm while we do all the real work shaking things up from the bottom. Honestly, I’m just so over Charles and his blatant favoritism towards those undeserving, nepotistic freeloaders. It’s no secret Harry and I pose more of a threat to their outdated model with our progressive ideas and popularity, especially with younger audiences. So I wouldn’t put it past scheming Charles to purposefully snub us to try and diminish our brand and global relevance. But news flash, old man—you can try and rub us out of the history books all you want; our light is too bright to be dimmed so easily.

If anything, this latest insult has only strengthened our resolve to keep lighting the way toward a more equal, compassionate future, regardless of what dusty traditions try holding us back. Not that we need any validation from Charles and his cadre of sycophants, but it sure would have been nice to get the recognition we rightfully deserve for our service, unlike those royal freeloaders living off taxpayer dimes their whole charmed lives. I mean, what exactly have Will and Kate done to earn this, except attend parties and wave from their perch? At least Harry and I were out there making real change and empowering communities with our work. Now we have to watch from afar as they accept more accolades they never struggled to achieve. It’s honestly a travesty, and I’m fuming about the blatant favoritism.

If Charles thinks this petty snub will make us go away, he’s got another thing coming. In fact, it’s only strengthened our resolve to keep blazing new trails independently and show the monarchy for what they really are—a bunch of out-of-touch, nepotistic dinosaurs desperately clinging to relevance. Without innovators like us shaking things up, they’d be lost. So while Will and Kate prance around in their fancy robes, Harry and I will keep diving headfirst into impactful work with Archewell and lighting up stages globally to inspire real change. Because unlike those born royals, we weren’t raised to simply attend ribbon cuttings and wave; we were born to lead with purpose, heart, and conviction despite all the barriers thrown our way.

And I promise you this: there is no amount of snubs, petty maneuvers, or attempts to erase our stories that will succeed in dampening our fire. We walked away so we could find purpose greater than titles, and honestly, it’s working out better than I could have ever imagined. So keep pretending we don’t exist all you want, Charles—it only fuels our drive to shape a better world.

The feud between William and Harry continues

Prince William is reportedly already planning for his future reign as king, and it seems that those plans don’t involve his estranged brother Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The two brothers have been locked in a bitter feud for several years now.

One of the major points of contention between them was the publication of Harry’s explosive memoir, Spare, in which he claimed that William physically attacked him during a heated argument at Kensington Palace. Harry and Meghan have since stepped back from their royal roles and now live in California, pursuing projects with Netflix.

If Prince William’s plan for Harry and Meghan is anything like his plan to end homelessness or his plan to make the Middle East his ‘lifelong mission’ (whatever the fuck that means), the Sussexes needn’t be concerned. The #PrinceOfPegging has no work ethic. Never has, never will.

A source revealed that William doesn’t see a future for the Sussexes in the Royal Family. The feeling is that allowing them back into the fold would be a bad move, and they should be resigned to the fringes indefinitely.

Despite the ongoing feud, the Royal Family recently put on a united front. King Charles, the Queen, William, and Kate attended a dazzling reception at Buckingham Palace, marking the start of the festive season.

Royal aides emphasized that it was “business as usual” for the family, despite a recent controversy regarding conversations about the color of Harry and Meghan’s son Archie’s skin.

However, the soft launch of Meghan’s new lifestyle project has also caused a stir online, with some slamming the new career move.

In the 87-minute video posted on YouTube, he can be seen making fun of the Duchess while sporting a wig and tiara and appearing to push a cushion up his top.

Thomas introduces himself as “Me-again Swamp-donkey Crotch” during the odd mimicry. Notably, “Me-gain” is a cruel nickname which has been widely used by internet trolls for Meghan. “I was just showing off the new bump I bought on eBay out of Montecito,” he added.

Thomas Markle faces flak for ‘grotesque’ video
Responding to the mockery of Meghan, Royal commentator Jennie Bond accused Thomas of betrayal and slammed the “grotesque” video.

“To have your own flesh and blood lead the assault must feel like the ultimate betrayal for Meghan,” Bond told the Daily Mail.

Damian Collins, Conservative MP and ex-tech and the digital economy minister, has urged the internet companies take more stringent measures to counteract “campaigns of harassment and intimidation.”

“They have created systems that have not only allowed conspiracy theories to thrive, but are actively promoted by the recommendation systems designed by these big tech companies,” he said.

While Thomas is said to have not spoken to his half-sister for over ten years, he seems eager to capitalise on his royal connections.

“If you don’t like it, don’t watch, right? I’m gonna be riding those coattails, baby,” he said in the video clip. “Oh, yeah, if it wasn’t for Meghan Markle I don’t know what I’d be doing.”

Thomas, who resides in Grants Pass, Ore. and works as a window fitter, intends to launch a variety of products, such as glass, mug, and T-shirt lines, reported The Mirror.

He has created his own YouTube page where he regularly posts videos and does live streams in which he vents about Meghan and the royal family and even interact with his 36,500 subscribers.

Say what you want about Meghan Markle (narcissistic, self-aggrandising, out-of-touch) but her greatest misstep is one of missed opportunity. Despite the Duchess’s best efforts – her carefully-curated home goods line, that wanna-be state visit to Nigeria, a perfectly-plotted anniversary date night – barely one-third of Americans have a favourable opinion of Markle, far below Princes William, Harry and the Princess of Wales.

Armed with a new podcast deal and refreshed communications team, Markle is clearly continuing her relentless quest for relevance. But as the real royals in Windsor contend with double cancer crises, Markle has revealed herself as little more than the most infamous symbol of America’s high tolerance for low expectations.

No wonder Donald Trump has suggested Prince Harry could face deportation if it turns out the Duke lied about past drug use on his visa application. Harry and Meghan “broke the Queen’s heart,” said Trump during a lengthy interview with Nigel Farage in March. “I think they hurt her bad.”

It didn’t have to be this way. Long before marrying her prince, Markle clearly understood the power of public image and personal achievement. Despite a minor role in a minor television franchise, she managed to parlay her innocuous persona into a fairly impressive celebrity existence. With her crowd-pleasing blog The Tig, Markle was an early embracer of the “lifestyle content” craze that has made rich folk like Gwyneth Paltrow and Reese Whiterspoon far richer. And she intelligently deployed her mixed-race heritage into a compelling, competitive-edge narrative just as America was embracing the power of identity politics nearly a decade ago.

For a nation consumed by representation, Markle – unrepentantly divorced and solidly middle class – represented the best of America: tolerant, multicultural, meritocratic. Sure, it’s unlikely she would have ever won an Oscar. But armed with style and that unassailable back-story, Markle was well on her way to securing official “somebody”-status – even if she was most famous in the sleepy confines of Toronto, where her show Suits was filmed.

Well-educated and supremely well-spoken, Markle likes to talk up those mid-level accomplishments and achievements. But ultimately, her greatest accomplishment will forever be becoming a Windsor. Indeed, despite aggressive efforts to rewrite the legacy of Queen Charlotte – whose supposed mixed ancestry has been lavishly conjured in the Bridgerton series – there has never been a multiracial royal. And the last divorcee to marry a senior family member wound up in exile on the continent.

Markle, however, had achieved what many had assumed was impossible, diversifying a thousand year-old institution for whom change typically arrives via assassination or warfare. But six years on, both she and her prince have squandered what could have been a meaningful opportunity. It appears as if the Sussexes’ squandering shows no sign of stopping.

The problem for Markle is that she still believes in the power of her achievements long after she’s stopped achieving. She and Harry’s $100 million Netflix deal has delivered little more than a pair of self-serving biopics. Their equally ambitious Spotify tie-up resulted in lost millions and the couple being branded as “grifters” by one of Spotify’s own execs. As for the Nigeria trip, Harry and Meghan were apparently flown to Africa on airplanes owned by an alleged money laundering fugitive – unsurprising considering wherever they go they tend to live as big as possible while paying as little as possible.

If only they had remained in Britain. Not only would the pair be paid for living in a grand home, preparing traditional spreads, showing up at polo matches and embarking on world tours, Markle would have been doing work that actually matters. True, the spotlight would have been unyielding, the scrutiny possibly unforgiving – but is it any less so today, trapped, as the Sussexes are, in the simulacra of peerage while plotting out photo-ops?

As his ongoing Manhattan trial confirms, Donald Trump is clearly the last person to critique the comportment of others. But unlike the Sussexes, who’ve never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity, Trump is a prime example of opportunism done right. After all, despite his vulgarity and potential criminality, Trump managed to wind up in the White House.

As for Meghan and Harry – they’re idling in Montecito exile in an overpriced villa paid for by daddy while they wait for their next American Riviera Orchard drop. Perhaps it’s time to return to Britain where they could truly be useful, and where the opportunities afforded by Harry’s birth are ultimately far more plentiful.

In new episodes released Thursday, the 66-year-old recalls the “Suits” alum telling her that “she had wanted to take her own life.”

Ragland remembers, “That really broke my heart because I knew that it was bad. … That’s not an easy one for a mom to hear.”

The former yoga instructor notes that both she and Markle’s husband, Prince Harry, couldn’t “protect” the former actress from the media hate she received amid her relationship with the royal.

“[She was] just constantly be picked at by these vultures just picking away at her spirit,” Ragland says of Markle, 41, “actually think[ing] of not wanting to be here.”

Ragland’s emotional interview comes nearly two years after the “Deal or No Deal” alum publicly shared her battle with suicidal thoughts for the first time.

“I just didn’t want to be alive anymore,” Markle told Oprah Winfrey during a bombshell March 2021 interview. “I knew that if I didn’t say it that I would do it. And that was a very clear and real and frightening constant thought.”

The Duchess of Sussex explained that while she was pregnant with her son, Archie, in January 2019, she told Harry that she couldn’t “be left alone” ahead of an event at Royal Albert Hall.

“If you zoom in, you can see how tightly his knuckles are gripped around mine,” Markle said. “You can see the whites of our knuckles, because we are smiling and doing our job, but we’re both just trying to hold on.”

Harry, 38, admits in the Netflix show that he “hates” himself for how he reacted to his wife’s confession.

“I didn’t deal with it particularly well,” the former military pilot recalls. “What she needed from me was so much more than i was able to give.”

As for Markle, she says, “I wanted to go somewhere to get help, but I wasn’t allowed to. They were concerned about how that would look for the institution.”

The couple left England in January 2020 and now live in Montecito, Calif., with Archie, 3, and their 1-year-old daughter, Lilibet.

In the 2020 book, Finding Freedom, famously co-written by Omid Scobie, Prince Harry wanted to take a private ride on one of George’s motorbikes but the Oscar-winning star was recovering from a motorbike accident in Sardinia which had left the star hospitalised.

The book states “Harry took one of them out with one of his protection officers”, but because of George’s recent accident, he wasn’t back to enjoying his motorcycle rides and had to recover.

‘Finding Freedom’ claims Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle were just newlyweds when they flew out via private jet, arranged by George to Milan, and then were driven to his villa in Lake Como – only a few months after their royal wedding.

Despite the Clooneys being located in a prized position during the wedding, it was claimed that they were less close to Meghan and Harry than previously thought.

Journalist Rachel Johnson recounted a “story doing the rounds” at the nuptials, which cast doubt over their closeness. She claimed the disclosure originated from Carolyn Bartholomew, one of three women to have shared a flat with Princess Diana in Earls Court, London.

Ms Johnson explained that Ms Bartholomew was “waiting for the wedding service to start” when she decided to spark conversation with those around her.

The writer continued: “She turned to the couple alongside her and asked how they knew Harry or Meghan. ‘We don’t’, the Clooneys answered brightly.”

In addition to their privileged position at the wedding, the celebrity couple were also among 200 guests invited to Meghan and Harry’s wedding reception.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been cut off from the Royal Family’s communication network and are not regularly updated on how the King and Kate, the Princess of Wales are, a royal expert claimed.

The Palace has imposed an “information blackout” on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex following the cancer diagnosis of the top two royals, according to columnist Maureen Callahan.

After the Princess of Wales announced she was undergoing cancer treatment last month, it emerged Harry and Meghan only learned about her diagnosis like the rest of the public. They followed up the release of release of Kate’s announcement video with a statement wishing her well.

Speaking to GBN America, Callahan said: “The only real thing that Meghan Markle and her husband have to merchandise is their connection to the Royal Family, it really is the singular point of interest for either of these people.

“What’s true, that we know, is that Harry and Meghan are now in a complete informational blackout. They have no idea what is going on with the health of Kate. They have really no idea, it seems, what’s going on with the King so she has really nothing to offer.”
