Meghan Markle on next mission after Prince William, King Charles determination to stop her
King Charles appears to be fuming over Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s supposed royal takeover.
After the Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited Nigeria earlier last month in a ‘royal-like’ tour for a future Invictus Games, the monarch is said to be “angrier than anyone has ever seen him,” according to royal author Tom Quinn. However, what really infuriated that King was that Harry and Meghan were actually treated like royalty at the visit, Quinn explained to The Mirror.
“What’s really upset the applecart is the fact that the Nigerians treated Meghan and Harry as if they too thought this was an official tour – all the signs were there as the couple were greeted with dances, receptions, visits to schools and charities,” he told the outlet. Quinn also added that Prince William is furious with the tour as it “confirmed the worst fears” to him and his father.
“It’s as if Harry and Meghan have gone rogue – their Nigeria trip is a bold statement that they refuse to accept they are no longer working royals,” Quinn continued. He also alluded that the royals appear to be struggling to damage control. “William and Charles are scratching their heads and thinking, ‘How are we going to control this nightmare situation?’” he surmised.
Prince William makes major change as royals grow ‘tired’ of Harry and Meghan drama
Prince William’s body language has undergone a noticeable shift, according to an expert, as he and the Royal Family navigate the ongoing tensions surrounding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. During a recent royal engagement in Manchester, the Prince of Wales appeared relaxed and “comfortable,” despite the explosive allegations made in Omid Scobie’s new book, “Endgame,” which was serialized last week. This change in demeanor suggests a determination to maintain composure and focus on his duties, even amidst the highly publicized family drama.
William’s visit to the project addressing youth violence occurred amidst reports that royal courtiers were angered by the claims made about William in the new royal book. According to Scobie, who is considered the unofficial biographer of the Sussexes, the future King allegedly ignored Harry’s calls as the duke frantically attempted to reach the late Queen’s bedside before her passing.
The Express reports that he also claims William is convinced his younger brother has been influenced by an “army of therapists” in the US. According to body language analyst Judi James, speaking to the Mirror, if Prince William’s body language signals contain any responses to the latest attempts to criticize the royals through barbed quotes in Scobie’s book, it’s more like a hint of mild exasperation rather than appearing genuinely rattled.
The ongoing situation with the Firm seems to be taking a toll, with repeated attempts falling short of their intended targets. However, the cumulative impact of these persistent efforts is likely causing fatigue and exhaustion.
Despite this challenging scenario, or perhaps driven by it, William appears even more resolute than ever to dedicate himself wholeheartedly to his causes and to forge deep connections with the individuals he encounters along the way.
George Clooney snubbed Prince Harry as he left Duke in a very embarrassing position

The Hollywood A-list actor, George Clooney, had no choice but to turn down a kind offer from Prince Harry during the Duke’s visit to the Clooneys’ Italian villa in Lake Como.
In the 2020 book, Finding Freedom, famously co-written by Omid Scobie, Prince Harry wanted to take a private ride on one of George’s motorbikes but the Oscar-winning star was recovering from a motorbike accident in Sardinia which had left the star hospitalised.
The book states “Harry took one of them out with one of his protection officers”, but because of George’s recent accident, he wasn’t back to enjoying his motorcycle rides and had to recover.
‘Finding Freedom’ claims Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle were just newlyweds when they flew out via private jet, arranged by George to Milan, and then were driven to his villa in Lake Como – only a few months after their royal wedding.

The book states: “George recently had an accident, so he wasn’t back on his bike yet.”
It is reported that Mr Clooney sustained non-life-threatening injuries while he was filming the TV series, Catch-22.
Not the only royals to have been invited to the Italian villa, Princess Eugenie and her then fiancé, Jack Brooksbank were also at the villa on holiday. At the exclusive retreat, they spent time looking after the Clooneys’ twins, Alexander and Ella and enjoyed playing basketball together.
George and his wife Amal, a human rights barrister, were two of the 600 guests invited to the wedding ceremony at St George’s Chapel in Windsor on May 19, 2018. Dressed for the occasion, Amal wore a stunning yellow Stella McCartney dress with a matching hat.
The royal nuptials were compared to a red carpet event because of all the well-known faces and it was watched by more than 1.9 billion people worldwide.

Despite the Clooneys being located in a prized position during the wedding, it was claimed that they were less close to Meghan and Harry than previously thought.
Journalist Rachel Johnson recounted a “story doing the rounds” at the nuptials, which cast doubt over their closeness. She claimed the disclosure originated from Carolyn Bartholomew, one of three women to have shared a flat with Princess Diana in Earls Court, London.
Ms Johnson explained that Ms Bartholomew was “waiting for the wedding service to start” when she decided to spark conversation with those around her.
The writer continued: “She turned to the couple alongside her and asked how they knew Harry or Meghan. ‘We don’t’, the Clooneys answered brightly.”
In addition to their privileged position at the wedding, the celebrity couple were also among 200 guests invited to Meghan and Harry’s wedding reception.
Prince Harry is “running out of time” to re-join the Royal Family and would need to act quickly while his father is still King as his brother Prince William would “never” let him back, a royal expert has said
Prince Harry is “running out of time” to rejoin the Royal Family and needs to act while King Charles is still on the throne, according to a royal expert.
Richard Eden, the Daily Mail’s Diary Editor, suggests that Harry would need to make this decision while his 75-year-old father is in power, as his brother Prince William may not be as accommodating.
Eden believes that Harry was initially included in the King’s plan for a “slimmed-down monarchy”, with the expectation that the younger prince would continue public engagements with his family. However, in 2020, Harry and Meghan Markle decided to step back from their roles as working royals and relocated to Montecito, California.
Speaking on the Palace Confidential podcast, Eden stated: “If Harry wants to come back at any stage, he needs to do it while his father is still King because I really do think that when Prince William is King, would he even take the calls from his brother? ” He added: “Can you imagine? I really can’t see him letting Harry come back and have a role again, they are irrelevant now, they are not wanted as part of the monarchy.”

When asked by host Jo Elvin if it’s a case of “never say never” because Harry and William are family, Eden responded that it would require a “radical change” for William to welcome his brother back into the royal fold. The relationship between Harry and William has reportedly deteriorated over the years, with a series of misunderstandings leading to the current ‘feud’.
Tensions between Princes William and Harry reportedly started back in 1998 when they were students at Eton, with William wanting to keep his distance from Harry. In the bombshell memoir ‘Spare’, Harry reveals that William instructed him to pretend they didn’t know each other, reports the Express.
The rift apparently deepened over time, with Harry disclosing in his book that William cautioned him against rushing into marriage with Meghan, calling it “too fast” and “too soon”. The situation intensified, according to Harry, when a dispute about Meghan in 2019 led to William physically attacking him, grabbing his collar and throwing him to the ground.
The Royal drama hit a peak in 2020 when Harry and Meghan dramatically stepped back from their Royal duties. While Harry has made a few visits back to the UK, it’s been suggested that Meghan might not set foot on British soil again.
Piers Morgan takes aim at Meghan once again as he shrugs off record-breaking Ofcom complaints
The former Good Morning Britain presenter pointed out that none of the Government-related complaints against him were upheld.
Piers Morgan shrugged off a record amount of Ofcom complaints
Former Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan has shrugged off the record number of Ofcom complaints that he received during his time on the show.
Back in March, Piers stormed out of the studio after an on-air spat about Meghan Markle with weatherman Alex Beresford which led him to later quit the ITV show and thousands of people to complain to Ofcom.
The 56-year-old pointed out that none of the Government-related complaints against him were upheld, writes The Mirror.
Piers then referred to Meghan as “Princess Pinocchio” as he suggested that complaints made against him for remarks he made about her wouldn’t be upheld either.
Over 54,453 people flocked to Ofcom to complain about the presenter after Piers suggested that he didn’t believe the Duchess of Sussex when she said she felt suicidal during her explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.
It overtook Diversity’s Black Lives Matter performance on Britain’s Got Talent as the most complained about moment ever.

Piers also bagged the sixth, seventh and 10th places after his interviews with Helen Whateley MP and Victoria Atkin MP.
Sharing an article revealing he had nabbed four spots in the top 10 most complained about moments, Piers tweeted an emoji wearing sunglasses.
He then tweeted a BBC article about the complaints, suggesting that Ofcom had seen “unprecedented” numbers of complaints with Piers attributing to a large portion of them.

Piers wrote in response: “What this doesn’t say is that NONE of the Govt-related complaints against me were upheld, and I don’t expect the complaints relating to Princess Pinocchio to be either. How can @Ofcom possibly conclude I must believe a proven liar…?”
Ofcom confirmed in the report that “in many of the cases above, [they] did not find the issues warranted an investigation”.
A spokesperson added: “We’re a nation of TV lovers, and it’s kept us entertained and informed like never before during lockdown. From time to time viewers see things that trouble them, and that’s where we come in.”
Prince Harry ‘misses’ unwell Kate Middleton but can’t mend ties

LONDON, UK: Prince Harry and Kate Middleton were once quite close to each other but things reportedly began to worsen when Harry decided to marry Meghan Markle and they eventually separated from the royal family.
However, now the Duke of Sussex reportedly regrets the distance.

Harry used to share ‘uncomplicated relationship’ with Kate
Royal author Tom Quinn told The Mirror, “He really misses that warm, uncomplicated relationship, and he is torn between loyalty to his wife and regret about the loss of the woman he was so close to.”
“Losing Kate was Harry’s second great loss after losing his mother,” he asserted.
Meghan Markle wants Kate Middleton to ‘apologize’ to her
The expert also mentioned that Meghan does not feel the same way as her husband.

He explained, “Megan doesn’t feel guilty about Kate, because she feels that Kate should’ve been the one person in the Royal Family to back her against every difficulty.”
Quinn continued, “Apart from anything else, Meghan knew Kate was an outsider, so she just couldn’t understand why Kate always towed the Royal line rather than supporting her, Meghan, the other outsider.”
The author shared that though the Duchess of Sussex has been shocked by Kate’s cancer, “she can see no way to patch up the relationship simply because it has become so poisonous.”
“She also doesn’t want people saying that she is trying to make things up with Kate just because Kate is ill. Meghan still feels Kate was in the wrong and should apologize before they try to build bridges,” Quinn added.
Kate Middelton’s shocking health update
This came after in March, Kate released a video statement on Instagram, letting people know about her health.
She said, “It has been an incredibly tough couple of months for our entire family. In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London. At the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous.”
The mother-of-three further mentioned, “The surgery was successful, however, tests after the operation found cancer had been present.”
“My medical team therefore advised I should undergo preventive chemotherapy, and I am now in the early stages of that treatment. This of course comes as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this for our young family.”
“Having William by my side is a great source of comfort, and the love and support and kindness that has been shown from so many of you. As a family, we need some time, space, and privacy while I complete my treatment,” she added.
Harry claims he’s trying to help William’s kids as ‘one will end up like him’
In an interview with Bryony Gordon from the Telegraph the Duke of Sussex, who has just released his tell-all memoir Spare, said he was someone “who likes to fix things” apparently alluding to the Royal Family.
Prince Harry, who now lives in California, appears to believe he can “fix” things for his niece and nephews, George, Charlotte and Louis, although he admitted the Prince of Wales has made it “very clear” the children are “not my responsibility”.
Harry said: “As I know full well, within my family, if it’s not us, it’s going to be someone else.
“And though William and I have talked about it once or twice, and he has made it very clear to me that his kids are not my responsibility, I still feel a responsibility knowing that out of those three children, at least one will end up like me, the spare.”

In an expansive conversation with the newspaper from his Montecito home the Duke discusses his feelings for the press and their relationship with the Royal Family, which he says he is trying to “save from themselves”.
The 38-year-old royal claims he will be “crucified” for making this observation but he says it is his “life’s mission” to put right what he calls the “wrongs” that he claims drove out his family from the UK.
Apparently blaming the British press for his family leaving the country, the Duke makes reference to the death of his mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, and TV presenter and former flame Caroline Flack who tragically took her own life aged 40.
He says he reached “breaking point” when he came home to find his wife Meghan in “floods of tears” while she was nursing their son Archie. He said his wife “would be dead” if she read the newspaper stories about them.

This week King Charles, Prince William and Kate, the Princess of Wales, took part in their first public engagements since the publication of Prince Harry’s book which has revealed in intense detail his own feelings about them and Camilla, the Queen Consort,
Both Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace have so far refused to comment on the 416-page piece of ghost-written literature.
A YouGov poll has found the popularity of Harry has fallen since his book was published with 68% of 1,691 adults, polled on Tuesday and Wednesday, having a negative opinion about him while 24% thought positively.
The online research data group said the figures meant the duke had his lowest ever net favourability rating of minus 44, down from minus 38 last week, which had been his previous record low.
Source says Meghan is willing to be the BIGGER PERSON in ending royal feud
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly extended an olive branch to Princess Kate, according to insiders.
The Sussexes, whose rapport with Prince William and Princess Kate has soured over time, are said to be seeking reconciliation.
After their royal departure and relocation to the US, Meghan and Harry have openly criticized the royal couple, most notably in a 2021 interview and Harry’s 2023 memoir, “Spare.” Amidst these tensions, both Kate’s recent cancer diagnosis and King Charles’ illness have unfolded.
Prince Harry promptly visited his father post-diagnosis but has yet to meet with Kate. Sources suggest Meghan is eager to present herself as a peacemaker and sympathizes with Kate’s challenging circumstances.
Meghan reportedly wishes to move beyond the discord for the sake of healing, ready to release any resentment.
The source told Closer: “Meghan’s desperate to come across as the bigger person and end this feud between them – appearing like some sort of royal saviour could only do her image good.
“And, despite all their bad blood, her heart does go out to Kate – she can only imagine how hard this situation must be for her.
“Meghan has made it clear she’d love nothing more than to move past all the nonsense and find a way towards healing for everyone’s sake. She’s ready to let the anger and bitterness go.
“Of course, it’s not really up to her and Harry, all they can do is continue to reach out and offer olive branches.”
The Sussexes’ gestures of reconciliation continue, though it remains uncertain if the Cambridges will reciprocate.
Prince Harry infuriated after King Charles refuses to provide financial support
Prince Harry was “infuriated” after King Charles refused to put Meghan Markle on the royal family payroll, a new book claims.
The monarch reportedly broke the news to the “spare” prince in 2016, just moments after Harry revealed he planned on marrying the American actress, royal correspondent Robert Jobson wrote in his new book, “Our King.”
“Are you sure, Harold?” Prince William asked his younger brother.
Then-Prince Charles delivered the second blow — rather than congratulating Harry, the future king said he couldn’t afford to pay Meghan as a member of the royal family because he was already bankrolling Camilla and William’s growing family, Jobson states in an excerpt obtained by the Daily Mail.
“This infuriated Harry,” wrote Jobson, who also authored two books on Princess Diana alongside her former bodyguard Ken Wharfe.
The “bombshell” led to one of the initial falling-outs between father and son.

“When the Queen asked Charles why he hadn’t given in, he told her that he wasn’t a bank,” Jobson wrote.
Jobson theorizes that all the incidents Harry and Meghan have publicly whined about — such as the spat between Kate Middleton and Meghan in the leadup to her wedding, when the actress said the then-pregnant Duchess must have been suffering from “baby brain” — were made bigger in their minds because of King Charles’ initial refusal to accept Meghan as a working, patrolled royal.
Harry had a strong inkling that William disapproved of Meghan and considered their romance a “whirlwind affair,” the book claims.

Meghan felt Kate was “stand-offish” from their initial meeting, forming an uncomfortable relationship that continued through their years as in-laws.
Even Queen Elizabeth became turned off by the couple’s antics, particularly after their 2021 interview with Oprah in which they heavily criticized the monarchy and accused the family of not accepting Meghan out of racist ideals.
The late Queen described the Sussexes’ behavior as “quite mad,” Jobson wrote, and later came to believe that Harry was “so consumed” by his love for his wife that it was “clouding his judgment.”
Amidst turmoil within the royal family, fans rally in support of Meghan Markle, proclaiming, ‘Meghan possesses all the qualities of a future queen’
Prince Harry believes Meghan Markle to be more fit for Queen than Kate Middleton
Prince Harry is believed to have ambitious plans for wife Meghan Markle within the royal family.
Speaking to former GB News journalist Dan Wootton, royal expert Angela Levin claimed the Duke of Sussex wants the duchess to become the Queen in the stead of Kate Middleton and Camilla.
“He believes – and this must surprise you – that Meghan is the one who should take over as Queen,” she shared.
“He does what he’s told, and he thinks that it was very bad that Meghan wasn’t questioned about what should be done to make the royal family up to date,” Levin added.
“And [Meghan] said herself that she felt that they should have asked her what should be done rather than Kate because she is a self-made woman and she’s got much more experience.”
For the unversed, Harry and Meghan gave up on their royal positions when they moved to the US with their children four years ago.
They have since sparked animosity with the rest of the royal family by hurling insults and levelling allegations at them during interviews.
Though their return to the royal family is currently not on the cards, the Spare author is still fifth in line to the throne, as well as one of the counsellors of the state.
Harry can only be King in case of unlikely absence of Prince William or his three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
