Kate Middleton sends strong message to Taylor Swift after new backstage selfie with Prince William

Kate Middleton finally reacts to Prince Williams new backstage selfie Taylor Swift

Prince William, who’s going viral for his killer dance moves at Taylor Swift’s concert in London, is being compared to his youngest son Prince Louis who missed the surprise royal appearance on Friday.

However, it was pop superstar Swift’s magic that forced the royal to act like a child to her hit single at the show. Reacting to the Prince of Wales’ dance, social media users said William was ‘having the time of his life,’ joking: ‘Now we know where Louis gets his moves from’.

The future King’s video, showing him jiving to Swift’s hit single “Shake It Off”, was uploaded to TikTok on Friday. It has been viewed tens of millions of times around the world in just less than a week, sparking a frenzy both from the public and from legions of the pop icon’s fans.

As the Cruel Summer hitmaker Swift began sings the lyrics: “And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate; baby, I’m just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake,” Kate Middleton’s husband went wild, bopping his head, flailing his arms and mouthing the lyrics above the packed venue.

Some of his fans reacted to the clip with the words: “The greatest video of Prince William ever,” referring to William as “positively unhinged in the best of ways”

One wrote: “He dances exactly how I expected him to”.

While others drew parallels between his moves and those of Hugh Grant in 2003 film Love Actually, and expressed their surprise at his apparent “Swiftie” status.

But it was one comparison which has made waves in the aftermath of the video went, to Prince Louis.

One fan wrote: “You can tell where Prince Louis gets his moves from!”

Another said: “He’s having the time of his life! Now we know where Louis gets his moves from.”

The commentators were referring to the infamous impromptu dance routine showed off by the Prince of Wales’s youngest son in the stands of the late Queen’s “Platinum Party at the Palace” concert in 2022.

After the show, both Kensington Palace and Taylor Swift shared images of the royals meeting the pop star backstage at the concert, with Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce also making an appearance.

Meanwhile, Kate Middleton – the Duchess of Cambridge – has responded with warmth and gratitude to Taylor Swift’s recent Instagram post capturing a cherished moment with Prince William and their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Entrepreneur Bradley, a former ice hockey player, took the British model to the five-star Beverly Hills Hotel’s Cabana Cafe for a cosy lunch.

A source said: “They looked very intimate and like they were deep in conversation.

“Brad didn’t seem to mind that Hana had been in a serious relationship with his sister’s husband, or who saw them together.

“He was obviously out to impress, taking her to the most famous spot in LA, where money is no object.”

Hana and Brooklyn split in 2019 and he started dating his now-wife Nicola soon after.

After their split Hana wrote a song where she branded Brooklyn “mean” and suggested he promised they would stay pals after their break-up – but went back on his word.

She sang: “You broke my heart and said let’s be friends but I never heard from you again and that’s kind of mean.”

In another she says: “I saw us as meant to be and you saw me as temporary and that’s kind of rough.”

Hana goes on to sing: “I’m confused and I’m sad, I don’t know what I did but you said it wasn’t my fault but without reason how can I know?”

Who is Brooklyn Beckham’s wife Nicola Peltz?

American actress Nicola Peltz was born January 9, 1995.

She’s best known for her roles in Transformers 4 and Bates Motel.

Born in Westchester County, New York, to parents Nelson Peltz and Claudia Heffner, she was raised in a Jewish household.

Like her new husband Brooklyn, she was born into immense wealth.

As of 2023, her father Nelson has a reported net worth of $1.5billion (£1.29billion).

He is a founding partner, together with Peter W. May and Edward P. Garden, of Trian Fund Management.

Nelson is also the non-executive chairman of popular American fast-food chain Wendy’s Company.

Meanwhile, Nicola’s mother Claudia works as a model.

Nicola has one sister and six brothers, including actor Will Peltz and former hockey player Brad Peltz.

How did Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham meet?

Nicola and Brooklyn met in 2017, but did not start dating until two years later.

They were spotted together at a Halloween party in 2019 and made their relationship official in the following January.

Brooklyn popped the question in July 2020 – and promised her he’ll be the “best husband and daddy”.

Sharing a snap of Nicola revealing her engagement ring, Brooklyn told fans on Instagram at the time: “Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes xx.

“I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day. I love you baby xx.”

When did Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham get married?

The star couple married, at a Miami ceremony that reportedly cost £3M, and was attended by all manner of A-list celebrities.

Guests included Eva Longoria, chef Gordon Ramsay, model Gigi Hadid, fashion designer Nicole Ritchie, Brooklyn’s ex Sofia Richie and Elton John.

There was a mini Spice Girls reunion for Victoria Beckham too, with Melanie Brown, 46, and Melanie Chisholm also in attendance.

The glitzy guest list also included supermodel Gisele Bundchen, Brooklyn’s godfather Dave Gardner and dad David’s former Manchester United teammate, Phil Neville.

Pictures of the glamorous couple’s wedding day were featured in Vogue.

Meanwhile, in December 2020, The Sun revealed that the couple had drawn up a prenuptial agreement to protect their fortunes.

Brooklyn and Nicola agreed to leave the marriage “with what they put into it” should they split up.

A source said at the time: “Prenups may not seem particularly romantic but in the US they’re incredibly common and Nicola’s family all have agreements in place with their partners.

“Brooklyn and Nicola’s decision to go legal was entirely mutual.

“He’s had experiences of girls desperate to get in on the Beckham name so they’re delighted Nicola loves Brooklyn for him.

“And, of course, she doesn’t need his money and has her own successful career.”

Which movies and TV shows has Nicola Peltz starred in?

Nicola made her movie debut in 2006, with festive film Deck the Halls.

But her breakthrough role came when she played Katara in the 2010 film The Last Airbender.

She also appeared in Transformers: Age of Extinction and Transformers: The Last Knight as Tessa Yeager, although the latter was an uncredited voice cameo.

In Bates Motel, which ran from 2013 to 2017, she played Bradley Martin, a recurring character throughout the first three seasons.

From 2017 she starred in the Marvel show Inhumans, which received low ratings and viewing figures so was cancelled in 2018.

Nicola returned to festive films in the Holidate as Felicity, the hot new girlfriend of main character Sloane’s (Emma Roberts) ex.

David Beckham ‘keen to lure Raphael Varane to Inter Miami after defender’s Man United exit’ as he looks to add to squad of superstars including Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez

David Beckham is keen to sign Raphael Varane at Inter Miami this summer after the defender’s Manchester United exit, according to reports.

Varane, 31, departed Old Trafford after his contract expired at the end of the season and remains a free agent as several clubs weigh up a move for him.

According to The Mirror, the centre back has been sounded out about joining Inter Miami, where he would link up with both Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

Barcelona greats Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba are also at the Chase Stadium, having been lured to the United States to join Beckham’s star-studded franchise.

Varane moved to United from Real Madrid in July 2021 for an initial fee of £34million and made 93 appearances but left amicably after a string of injuries.

He is said to have cost the Red Devils £85m in transfer fees and wages during his three campaigns, in which he made just 68 Premier League appearances.

But despite this, Beckham is said to be ready to hand the former France international another sizeable payday in his bid to boost the profile of his Florida-based club.

Inter Miami are top of the MLS table after 20 games and would be able to snap up Varane outside of the transfer window – which is open from July 18 to August 14.

Varane proved a popular figure during his time at United and won the Carabao Cup in 2023 before lifting the FA Cup on his final appearance for the club last season.

Ahead of the 2-1 victory against Manchester City at Wembley, he had confirmed he would be leaving in an emotional video message recorded for supporters.

Wayne Rooney and Jurgen Klopp had one – but did Becks? After ex-USA star Landon Donovan admits his patchy hair at EURO 2024 was the result of a transplant, Mail Sport looks at 10 of football’s best

Former United States forward Landon Donovan sported a bizarre and disjointed hairstyle on punditry duty at the European Championship.

The former LA Galaxy player had a crew or buzz cut throughout his career, but on Fox Sports’ coverage of France against Austria in Euro 2024, parts of the American’s scalp were fully exposed.

Donovan, blamed the new look, which caused a storm on social media, on ‘a hair transplant procedure two weeks ago’ in a text conversation with his former LA Galaxy team-mate Mike Magee. Donovan joked to Magee that he had been told it ‘wouldn’t show up on camera’.

But Donovan is far from the only footballer to have gone under the needle in recent years with the increased pressures of the modern game sending hairlines backward.

Footballers aren’t the only celebrities to undergo the treatment either. The likes of Elton JohnElon MuskJimmy Carr have all reportedly had this increasingly commonplace procedure.

Here, Mail Sport takes a look at the 10 best transplants in football history.

    David Beckham (2018 – rumoured)

David Beckham has never commented publicly about whether or not he had a hair transplant in 2018. But that hasn’t stopped the speculation after photos emerged of what appeared to be post procedural markings on Beckham’s head in Miami in 2018.

After the rumoured surgery, Beckham’s hairline appeared to be lot straighter than before. Beckham also wore hats on several occasions snapped by photographs further fuelling the rumours.

A spokesperson for Beckham said in 2018 that it ‘was a matter of privacy whether it’s false or true,’ without denying that Beckham had had a transplant.

    David Silva (2018)

David Beckham isn’t the only Dave to have had a hair transplant. Former Manchester City and Spain midfield maestro David Silva clearly felt his hairline was struggling under the constant demands of winning titles.

Come 2018, Silva had a procedure and briefly went bald as the new hair follicles grew out. It was clearly effective with Silva no longer needing to cover his receding hairline with his floppy hair.

    Jurgen Klopp (2012)

In 2012, then-Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp had a hair transplant to combat his receding hairline. By 2008, Klopp had grown his hair out longer possibly to hide the problem, but later decided a procedure was necessary.

Klopp acknowledged the transplant publicly when asked by journalists: ‘Yes, it’s true. I underwent a hair transplant… And I think the results are really cool, don’t you?’

And it looked like it had worked for many years. But in 2021, the German newspaper Bild reported that Klopp’s hair was thinning once again on top of his head. Around the same time, the decorated manager began increasingly wearing a cap on the touchline at Anfield.

    Xherdan Shaqiri (2019)

Before Xherdan Shaqiri was sidelined for two months with a calf injury in 2019, his hairline had been receding for several years.

But when he returned from that injury in 2020 with a glorious head of brown hair, fans of the Swiss winger knew something wasn’t quite right.

Rumours circulated online that Shaqiri’s spell out with his calf problem had been extended by six weeks due to a hair transplant which might have forced him to not header the ball while his head recovered.

    Wayne Rooney (2011, 2013)

Rooney was one of the first high-profile footballers to openly acknowledge having had a hair transplant.

In 2011, the England and Manchester United legend admitted that he had surgery writing in a social media post: ‘Just to confirm to all my followers I have had a hair transplant. I was going bald at 25 why not. I’m delighted with the result.’

But the result wasn’t quite as successful as expected with the die-hard Evertonian needing another procedure in 2013 after he began slowly balding again. The procedures have reportedly cost in the region of £30,000.

    Rob Holding (2021)

2021 was quite a year at Arsenal for defender Rob Holding. Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Holding made 30 Premier League apperances for the Gunners, the highest number in his seven years at the club.

But it was fans watching from their living rooms that noticed Holding’s significant change as his previously receding hairline began to grow back.

After fans picked up the hair transplant, Holding shared on social media: ‘Because it’s World Mental Health Day, I struggled so much with my hair and self confidence.’

The centre back’s procedure was successful and he even had to take to wearing an Alice band when playing to keep his newly flowing locks out of his eyes. Clearly chuffed with the result, Holding publicly promoted the clinic where had had the transplant.

‘I have had so many messages about where I have had my procedure. Wimpole Clinic in London treated me so well and I’m so happy with the results,’ he wrote.

Antonio Conte (2000, plus two additional procedures)

It might comes as a surprise that the pugnacious former Chelsea and Tottenham manager once had an intensely receding hairline.

Back in the 1990s during his time as an Italy international and towards the end of his career, Conte’s hair thinned rapidly, surely frustrating the well-known perfectionist. Nowadays, however, he has one of the most luscious heads of hair in world football.

Conte has been plagued with speculation that he underwent a transplant around 2000, and that he has reportedly had two subsequent procedures to stave off baldness. Suffice to say, his style is all the better for it.

    Andros Townsend (2016)

Although it’s yet to be confirmed, Andros Townsend is another England international rumoured to have had a hair transplant.

The winger has played Premier League footballer for over a decade, most recently turning out for last season’s freshly promoted Luton. But his hairline has changed dramatically over that period in England’s top flight.

At Newcastle in 2016, Townsend’s hairline seemed to be in full retreat. But after initially shaving his head the following season at Crystal Palace, Townsend grew his hair out in surprising and impressive fashion.

    Slaven Bilic (2016)

Former West Ham coach and player, Slaven Bilic’s hair began to go during his decades-long career in management. After moving to coach the Hammers in 2015, the effects began particularly noticeable for the Croatian.

Bilic has never confirmed if he had a transplant but the pictures speak for themselves as he was seen with a full head of hair at the start of the following season, with a hair doctor explaining he had likely undergone the procedure just before Euro 2016.

    Cenk Tosun (between 2015-2018)

It isn’t quite clear if Turkish international Cenk Tosun had a hair transplant as he hasn’t confirmed publicly that he did.

But at some point between 2015 and his joining Everton in 2018 it looks like he either went under the knife to solve his hair issue – or found some other miracle cure for his balding scalp.

Since stepping down from the Royal Family, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have publicly criticised senior working royals through several forms of media.

In 2021, Meghan and Harry slammed aspects of royal life in a TV interview with Oprah Winfrey.

The following year the couple released a Netflix documentary titled Harry & Meghan where the Duchess of Sussex ridiculed having to curtsey to Queen Elizabeth II.

Prince Harry heavily criticised Camilla, Prince William and his brother’s wife Princess Catherine in his autobiography Spare which was released in January 2023.

Harry’s comments in Spare particularly about William and King Charles’s wives marked a new low in the Duke of Sussex’s relationships with his family.

A source told the Mail regarding the relationship between the brothers: “Whatever might happen in the future, the trust that was implicit in his relationship with Harry is gone for good.

“Even if it is possible that some kind of managed reconciliation could be achieved, it will be never anything more than superficial.”

Quinn told The Mirror that Harry—who, with Meghan and their two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, now call the U.S. home, specifically Montecito, California—“misses some aspects of his old life” back in London. “Inevitably, the honeymoon period where everything in the States is new and exciting is coming to an end, and Harry is looking back at the past through rose-tinted spectacles,” Quinn said. (The Sussexes moved to the U.S. in 2020, four years ago.)

Specifically, Harry misses his friends from Eton and his Army friends, who haven’t made the trek across the Atlantic to come see him. “Harry is determined to find his own permanent home in the U.K., which is partly why he’s continuing his legal action to get the British taxpayer to pay for his security,” Quinn said.

Security was deemed the reason why Harry reportedly turned down Charles’ offer to stay at a royal residence, rumored to be St. James’s Palace, according to The Daily Mail, which reported the Duke of Sussex “is said to have declined his father’s offer because it did not come with any taxpayer-funded personal security provision, which would leave him staying in a ‘visible location with public entrance and exit points and no police protection,’” the outlet reports. According to The Telegraph, “Instead, he chose to stay at a hotel—presumably with members of the public—because it means he ‘could come and go unseen.’”

Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex (wearing a Household Division regimental tie and medals including his Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order cross) attends The Invictus Games Foundation 10th Anniversary Service at St Paul's Cathedral on May 8, 2024 in London, England.

Had Harry opted to stay at a royal residence instead of a hotel, he would likely have been able to see his father because of St. James’s Palace’s close proximity to Charles’ home, Clarence House.

The Telegraph added that Harry “remains devastated” about the withdrawal of his automatic right to police protection, which he is still fighting the Home Office over in the British courts. Currently, Harry has to give the Metropolitan Police 28 days’ notice before coming to the U.K. if he wishes to apply for security provision, The Daily Mail reports, “with each request assessed on an individual basis by RAVEC, the committee which oversees the protection of royalty and public figures,” the outlet writes.

Buying a permanent home in the U.K. would, at least, take the guesswork out of where Harry (and, hopefully someday, Meghan and the kids) would stay upon returning to the U.K. The King began the eviction process of the Sussexes from Frogmore in January 2023, coincidentally (or not) the same month that Harry’s tell-all memoir, Spare, hit shelves; the Sussexes were fully moved out of Frogmore by June, one year ago, and about one month after Charles’ Coronation on May 6.

“Meghan has said she’s only prepared to return to England if she and Harry have a place of their own and the security they both feel is essential,” Quinn told The Mirror. He added “If the couple manage to find a permanent home and sort out the security issue, they will certainly want to bring their children to the U.K.,” though Quinn did admit that “it’s going to take a lot of diplomacy” to get to the point where Archie and Lili could establish a “genuine and warm relationship” with the Prince and Princess of Wales’ three kids.

Any future U.K. property would add to the impressive real estate portfolio Harry and Meghan already have in the form of their $14 million Montecito home, which Page Six reports has nine bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a pool, a tennis court, and a two-bedroom guesthouse.

  • Commentator Predicts Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Have Entered a ‘New Era’ Where the Public Will See Even Less of Archie and Lili

Commentator Predicts Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Have Entered a ‘New Era’ Where the Public Will See Even Less of Archie and Lili

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are in a “new era” when it comes to their children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3. Sadly for fans who may want to see more of the Sussex kids, a commentator thinks the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are now in a period where they appear to be focusing more heavily on their son and daughter’s privacy.

Harry and Meghan didn’t publicly acknowledge Father’s Day

Father’s Day came and went on June 16, 2024, without any sort of public tribute from Harry and Meghan. Harry didn’t shoutout King Charles III on social media the way his brother, Prince William, the Prince of Wales, did.

Meghan didn’t wish her husband of five years a happy Father’s Day by sharing a photo of Archie and Lili with their dad, similar to Kate Middleton’s snap of Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, with William.

So, what does it mean? Harry and Meghan simply could’ve opted to celebrate the occasion privately without any social media posts or updates to their official website. Or, as royal correspondent Jack Royston told the U.K.’s Sky News, it could be a sign the couple is in a “new era.”

“It’s interesting that we didn’t get any Father’s Day content from Harry and Meghan,” he said (via Newsweek). Royston went on to say that, in his opinion, they seem to “really have hit a new era of definitely wanting to keep their children in private.”

Glimpses of Archie and Lili are becoming increasingly rare

It’s been a while since Harry and Meghan gave the world a look at Archie and Lili — more than 16 months. The last time they shared a glimpse of the Sussex kids was in December 2022, when Netflix’s Harry & Meghan docuseries was released.

In it, the couple provided personal videos and photos, many of which featured Archie and Lili. Since then, Harry and Meghan have occasionally talked about their kids publicly, the most recent being in Nigeria during a May 2024 trip.

Gone, however, are the days of family photos or birthday portraits. At least ones that are shared with the masses. Since his birth in 2019, Archie has made only two official public appearances. Meanwhile, his sister hasn’t made any, save for a few photo releases.

“They had a period where having initially said we wouldn’t see much of their kids, they then did let Archie appear in the Oprah interview. And in some other content they did for their various shows,” Royston said. “And then Princess Lilibet, they released a picture for her first birthday.”

“But then we’ve had nothing this year of Lilibet. And we’ve had nothing for Father’s Day. And it does feel like they’ve now hit a point where we perhaps won’t see the kids again.”

Indeed, the only glimpses of Archie and Lili in 2023 were obtained by paparazzi. Harry and Lili were snapped at a local Fourth of July celebration. Then Harry and Meghan were spotted taking the kids trick-or-treating near their Montecito, California, home, and, later, vacationing abroad.

Archie and Lili’s royal cousins also stay out of the spotlight

Harry and Meghan’s kids aren’t the only young royals growing up largely out of the spotlight. Their cousins are, too.

William and Kate’s three children aren’t seen very often apart from major royal family events. Take, for instance, Trooping the Colour. George, Charlotte, and Louis participated in the celebration with their parents on June 15, 2024.

Holidays, such as Christmas and Easter, typically give the public glimpses of the Wales children. There’s also the occasional Wales family outing at Wimbledon, a soccer game, or the Commonwealth Games.

Although Harry and Meghan may be focusing on their children’s privacy, that doesn’t mean glimpses of them aren’t possible. It was previously reported Harry and Meghan discussed how visible Archie and Lili should be in their upcoming Netflix shows. Another claimed Meghan wants to include Archie and Lili in her work, similar to her sister-in-law, the Princess of Wales.
