Stacey Solomon shows off washboard abs in workout regime six months after giving birth

Stacey Solomon proudly displayed her toned physique as she continued her strict workout regime six months after giving birth to her and Joe Swash’s baby daughter Belle

Stacey Solomon showed off her washboard abs as she slipped into a crop top to continue her home gym workouts just months after giving birth. The former X Factor star displayed her toned physique as she plugged a gymwear brand on her Instagram Story.

The 33-year-old looked a picture of health as her stomach muscles were clearly visible in her latest upload, telling fans exactly where she buys her workout gear. “Loads of you asking where my leggings and jumper are from,” she penned.

“They’re from @oneractive,” Stacey shared. “Really comfy gym stuff… also I find it all very flattering on my hoof,” she joked. Stacey sat down to film another piece of content for her page, while putting her toned body on display.

It comes after Stacey admitted to The Mirror that she keeps her sons’ foreskins in memory boxes as she can’t let go – and she’ll never get rid of them. The Loose Women presenter, who shares a blended family with husband Joe Swash, is gearing up to host her third series of the BBC’s Sort Your Life Out show.

But behind the cameras, Stacey confesses she’s got just the same problem being unable to get rid of cherished belongings… even if not everyone agrees they should be kept. “I’ve got [the kids’] umbilical cords,” she told us.

“I think I’ve got the boys’ foreskins somewhere. Dilly [her co-organiser on Sort Your Life Out] absolutely rips me to shreds over that, she’s like, ‘What is wrong with you?! They’ve all got each individual memory boxes. So I hold on to them in their memory boxes alongside little trinkets.”

Her boys – Zachary, 15; Leighton, 11; and four-year-old Rex – can’t understand why their mum clings on to old memories, but she admits it’s because she has an emotional attachment to certain things that represent core memories.

“For me, my emotional things are the kids’ memories. But we’ve been through our memory boxes before and they’re like, ‘Don’t even remember that, Mum, what is that?’ And I’m like, ‘That’s the ticket from that time we went to the cinema, don’t you remember?!’

“They say, ‘Nah, why’s that there?’ Kids are brutal. But they’re not at that stage in their life where they have responsibilities. Whereas when you get older, you start realising that time is a thief. And it goes bloody quickly and things change instantly. So you do hold on more as you get older, I think.”

Loose Women fans cry ‘make it stop’ as they cringe over Cliff Richard interview

Sir Cliff Richard made an appearance on Loose Women, where he chatted with the ITV show’s panellists including his good friend Gloria Hunniford

Sir Cliff Richard left fans ‘cringing’ as they tuned in to watch his Loose Women appearance.

The music legend joined the likes of Brenda Edwards, Kaye Adams and Frankie Bridge on the ITV show, as well as good friend and Loose Women panellist Gloria Hunniford. He was there to chat about his long career, and fans watched on from the studio and at home as talk soon turned to his friendship with none other than the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley.

However, fans were left cringing when he started doing an impersonation of Elvis for the viewers. Standing up, he made his way to the front of the desk and started dancing, leaving viewers cringing.

Viewers took to Twitter to share their feelings about his appearance, as one wrote: “I don’t watch this rubbish anymore but my mum told me how cringe he was. I don’t know what’s worse when he tried to dance or when he said his lips have gone thin,” as a second added: “We’ve heard all those Cliff stories thousands of times!!!#LooseWomen.”

A third shared: “This is so painful i am loving it! #loosewomen,” with a fourth writing: “I will never understand women swooning over Cliff not now or back in the day, and that’s allowing for all of us having different taste. I genuinely don’t get it. #LooseWomen.” A fifth penned on social media: “Cliff Richard is insufferable. Get him off. #LooseWomen.”

However, some took to social media to share their excitement at seeing Cliff back on their TVs. One wrote: “Gloria and Sir Cliff’s friendship is absolutely fantastic. Plus, you can see it’s not just for the TV screens, but it’s a true and long life friendship.” A second added: “Cliff looks fantastic for his age. What is his secret? #LooseWomen,” whilst others praised his singing voice and said it was good to see his successful career continuing years after it began.

Cliff and Gloria’s friendship goes way back, with the pair having met decades ago. Speaking about how their friendship started, she said: “When the Troubles were in Northern Ireland… no entertainer would come. Cliff was the first one that came and there was a huge buzz about it and it was a gospel concert. I had joined the BBC, given the job, and I went in naively and said, ‘Oh Cliff Richard’s in town, he’d be good for the programme’. And they went, ‘We’ve tried every which way to get him and he’s not doing anything.’

“But I knew the vicar of that church. See, I rarely take no for an answer so I rang him up and said, ‘If you finish quite early at the church, would you give me a call?’ And I got the call and Cliff agreed to do it so I went down!”

  • EXCLUSIVE: Stacey Solomon shares ‘impossible’ dream about her £1.2m mansion with unique name

EXCLUSIVE: Stacey Solomon shares ‘impossible’ dream about her £1.2m mansion with unique name

Stacey Solomon and her husband Joe Swash own a 16th-century Tudor-style mansion in Essex which has had extensive renovations since they moved in two years ago

Stacey Solomon and her husband Joe Swash still cannot believe how lucky they are.

Some evenings they spend cuddling up together, having put their five children to bed, and whisper about how they never thought they’d own their own home. Sitting in her sunny garden, TV presenter Stacey, 33, says: “When I was growing up, getting on the property ladder was not even in my foresight, it just would have been impossible. Me and Joe, sometimes when we’re in our house, we just can’t believe it’s actually real and we get to live and raise our kids here.”

It has taken plenty of hard work to get their dream off the ground. Pickle Cottage, as the pair have affectionately named their £1.2million 16th-century Tudor-style mansion in Essex, has had extensive renovations since they moved in two years ago.

Stacey Solomon with her husband Joe Swash

And they have since added to their brood. Daughter Belle arrived in February, joining sister Rose, one, and the couple’s son Rex, four. Stacey also has sons Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, while former EastEnders star Joe, 41, is dad to Harry, 15, from previous relationships. To say family life is full-on might just be the understatement of the year.

But despite their wedded bliss – the couple tied the knot in the 2.5-acre grounds of Pickle Cottage last July – Stacey is mindful of her roots. She became a single mum to Zachary aged 17, and relied on benefits to keep them fed. She struggles with impostor syndrome but reckons it is no bad thing. Stacey says: “It keeps me grounded. I think no, I’m not an impostor. I tell myself I’ve worked really hard for everything I’ve achieved, and I’ve given everything my all. But I also think it’s always good to stay with your feet on the ground because I’m no different to the girl that I was 20 years ago.”

If the worst happened and her success and fortune was snatched away, Stacey knows she and the children would find their feet. She adds: “At any point, I could be back in a similar position to how I started. And I remind myself that it wasn’t bad. I was still really happy. We had what we needed. It’s like, well, what’s the worst-case scenario, we go back to zero, we start again? My best memories are growing up with my siblings with not much at all. So it keeps me a little bit more level-headed.”

It is her down-to-earth accessibility that makes Stacey such a compelling presenter. Having won I’m A Celebrity in 2010, she was given a panellist job on the chat show Loose Women, where viewers loved hearing her compassionate take on the topics of the day.

She has used her life experience to speak out about the cost of living crisis, arguing the Government’s £400 energy grant was nowhere near enough to help single parents. When picked to present BBC home makeover series Sort Your Life Out, Stacey was determined to advocate for the families in front of the camera. The series, now in its third season, has a simple premise… decluttering is the way to a happier life. But unlike similar TV offerings whose hosts preach the art of minimalism, Stacey is well aware of the emotional ties we have to possessions.

She adds with a grin: “If it were up to me, people wouldn’t let go of as much as they do. I fight the families’ battles because I can relate to what they want to hold on to.

“I hold on to loads of stuff, but I grew up in a family who didn’t know when they might be able to afford something again. My dad would keep the extra screws from a flatpack because you might not be able to afford new ones later. Sometimes I have words with myself and say, ‘Stacey, that scrap wood has been there for a year now and you haven’t used it,’ and I have to think about what I’m holding on to.”

It is her kids’ things that she has real trouble decluttering. Each child has their own memory box that she often goes through with them.

Stacey says: “They’re like, ‘Don’t even remember that, Mum, what is that?’ And I’m like, ‘That’s the ticket from that time we went to the cinema, don’t you remember?’ They say, ‘Nah, why’s that here?’ Kids are brutal. But when you get older, you start realising time is a thief. And it goes quickly and things change instantly. So you do hold on more as you get older, I think.”

Some of those keepsakes are a little more unusual than old ticket stubs. Stacey adds: “I’ve got their umbilical cords. I’ve got the boys’ foreskins somewhere.”

Not that everyone is quite so blasé about it, including Dilly Carter, her co-organiser on Sort Your Life Out. Stacey adds: “Dilly absolutely rips me to shreds over that.”

Even if those memory boxes contain her secret emotional clutter, Stacey’s Instagram is a curated pastel ode to getting life sorted. Her “tap to tidy” feature, in which users can watch a messy bedroom spring-cleaned or an old bathroom restored with some crafty DIY, led to a bestselling self-help book of the same name in 2022.

And Joe knows if he stands still long enough, he might just end up being folded and stowed out of the way into one of her clever storage solutions.

Stacey says: “If I ever organise anything, he then won’t use that cupboard. He’s like, ‘I just don’t know how to put it back’. Moving in with someone is so different from being in a relationship with them. I know if I need to get up at a certain time, I need to achieve A, B and C, so before I start I need to have my toothbrush here.

“But Joe doesn’t function like that. He’s happy to have all his toiletries in a bag and just rummage through it.” It is clear from Stacey’s pride and her daily social media posts that Joe and their kids are the reason she gets up every morning. At 5am, to be exact.

She adds: “When you’ve had three kids in four years, you don’t sleep anyway. I get maybe five or six hours a night. But I feel like I’ve got the rest of my life to spend sleeping.

“Right now I’m in such a privileged position where I can make the most of achieving my goals and dreams. So I am just making the absolute best of every opportunity.”

And 14 years after her TV debut, as a shy, giggling 19-year-old amateur singer on The X Factor, that hard work has more than paid off. Stacey has been nominated for her first solo National Television Award for Sort Your Life Out in the Factual category. She says: “I’m over the moon. If we don’t get anywhere I still get to go.”

Loose Women’s new panellist Olivia Attwood ‘gave ITV lawyers a headache’ with show

Love Island star Olivia Attwood made her Loose Women debut this week and admits she has a reputation of giving ITV’s legal team a bit of a headache with one of her other projects

ITV’s lawyers must have had their heads in their hands when Loose Women signed up their latest panellist.

Love Islander Olivia Attwood made her debut on the live show this month, but admits that she has been known to give the broadcaster’s legal team a headache.

The reality star presents ITV’s award-winning series Filthy Rich series, examining some of the sex industry’s weirdest ways to make money.

And it’s a show the lawyers have a field day on.

The star laughs: “I see the legal team, and they’re like: ‘We love doing your show…. But it’s always a challenge to just get it over that line.’

“We have to go through the legals – that’s obviously really important. It’s a very tedious process, I’m sure, for them. There’s a lot of people out there doing very extraordinary things.

“The vast range of the online sexual economy is just mind blowing. And it’s always ever-growing.”

Olivia – who had to leave I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! after just a few days last year – joined Coleen Nolan, Janet Street-Porter and Linda Robson on the panel for the first time this month, where she discussed topics including banning children from her wedding.

Loose Women’s Katie Piper wows in bikini as she enjoys holiday with husband

Katie Piper has been enjoying the sun while on holiday with her husband and family as she takes a break from Loose Women

Katie Piper has wowed fans as she showed off her bikini body while on a romantic holiday with her husband.

The Loose Women panelist is taking some time off from the show and is soaking up the sun instead. She took to her Instagram to share some stunning pictures as she posed in a zebra prink two piece. Taking dip in the ocean with her husband, the 39-year-old’s husband snapped photos of her in front of the sunset. She captioned the post: “Bucket Hats & Bikinis.”

Fans took to the comments to tell Katie how stunning she looked. One wrote: “You are absolutely amazing! You are a beauty queen.”

A second said: “Ohh my goodness what a beauty you are. An inspiration to all women,” as a third added: “Stunning love your bikini.” Katie jetted off on holiday with Richard and their daughters Belle and Penelope. The pair welcomed Belle into the world in 2014 and got engaged that year.

They went on to tie the knot the following year and were expecting their second baby in 2017. The mum-of-two tends to keep her children out of the spotlight despite being a famous face herself.

The star often talks about being a mum and how she used to worry that her acid attack would prevent her from having kids, as she had to take medication that can affect fertility. Speaking to Hello! magazine after the birth of Penelope, she said: “There was a time when I’d resigned myself to never having a family of my own. With Penelope, we were trying for over a year and a half.”

She has said that she has a “flexible” approach when it comes to parenting. When asked whether she would stop her kids from interacting on social media, she said: “I’m a person that likes to live in the present tense, so I don’t like to fret over the future when it hasn’t yet arrived. We’re so far off it, they’re five and nine, so I don’t want to lay down the law and be like, ‘It’s going to be this way, and there’s no flexibility’.”

Real reason Penny Lancaster quit Loose Women as she joins string of big names out the door

Fans feared Loose Women panelist Penny Lancaster quit the show due to claims of a ‘toxic’ environment on set among the other women – but the real reason is completely different

Fans of Loose Women feared that panelist Penny Lancaster had quit the popular ITV daytime show amid reports of a “toxic” environment on set. But it seems this could not be further from the truth.

Fans had noticed Penny, 52, who had been a regular fixture on the daytime discussion programme since 2014, has failed to appear on the show over recent months. A representative for Penny, who is married to legendary singer Rod Stewart, was forced to halt the rumour mill and has now claimed her departure is simply due to a clash of work commitments. In a statement, Penny’s rep said: “Penny has been approached to appear on the show in September but is only available for one date in the near future; a date that does not work for Loose Women.”

They told the MailOnline: “Penny has just returned from abroad after six weeks away; and she is off to South America shortly. Loose Women and we have agreed to look at the diary again on her return in October. It is obvious that Penny is no longer a regular panellist. This is purely due to other professional and personal commitments.”

And they were quick to reiterate that Loose Women and Penny will always maintain a close relationship and, as and when she can, Penny will appear on the show as a guest. Speculation over Loose Women favourites quitting the show amid reports of toxicity comes off the back of Saira Khan’s departure, who was the first to quit and speak out publicly. Carol McGiffin soon followed and quit ITV – explaining she had been forced to “step away” from the show after allegedly being asked to sign a contract which was “totally unjust and unworkable for me”.

In her column with the Mirror, Saira explained the pandemic “certainly made me assess my priorities, values and how I want to move forward with my life”.

Speaking to Closer magazine two years ago, Saira revealed that bosses only allowed Stacey Solomon was allowed to be the fun one and she was left with the task of being the “loud, gobby one.”

She told the publication: “I couldn’t be who I wanted to be on TV. On Loose Women you saw me being quite feisty. But that’s the silo they put me in. I wanted to have a bit of fun, but that wasn’t for me, that was for Stacey Solomon. Stacey was the fun one, but I had to be the ‘loud, gobby one’.”

But it seems the “straw that broke the camel’s back” for Siara, 53, was when she was asked by a Loose Women employee if she would set up an OnlyFans account. In an exclusive interview with Mirror, she said: “The straw that broke the camel’s back was when one of the young producers was sent running after me to ask whether I would be prepared to open an OnlyFans account.”

  • Corrie star Sue Cleaver rushed to intensive care in hospital after emergency surgery

Corrie star Sue Cleaver rushed to intensive care in hospital after emergency surgery

Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver – who plays much loved character Eileen Grimshaw on the ITV soap – has opened up about her hospital dash

Sue Cleaver was rushed to hospital and had to undergo emergency surgery, leaving her in intensive care.

The Coronation Street actress was on Loose Women today as a guest panellist, where she chatted with her co-stars Jane Moore, Denise Welch and Coleen Nolan. The group began by discussing the perils of struggling to fit in, before talk turned to Sue’s recent rant about a company that had used her image falsely to try and sell diet pills.

She opened up about her own weight loss, admitting she had lost a lot of weight last year when she decided to give up alcohol. However, she soon shared with the panellists about her recent health scare.

Sue explained to Coleen, Jane and Denise that she had had a hysterectomy earlier this year, before admitting that if she looked any smaller this year, it was because she had been rushed to hospital due to a health problem. As a result of her hospital trip, she was given emergency surgery but insists she is doing much better now.

Speaking about her ordeal, she said: “I had a really bad year. I had a hysterectomy in March. Then a few weeks ago, I ended up in A&E, I don’t need to go into details, but it was a scary scary time. I had surgery and ended up in intensive care. There is no diet, there are no gummies. These companies pray on vulnerable people all the time.”

After seeing the ad online about the diet pills, Sue had taken to social media to slam the fake advert.

“I’m really, really sad that I have to actually make this video. But, I’ve had quite a lot of messages over the last couple of weeks asking me about… keto dummies. There is obviously some scam going around saying that I lost weight using keto gummies. Dummies? I dunno. Well, it’s c**p. It’s a scam. And if you’ve been taken in by it, I am so, so sorry,” she said at the time.

Sue has lost weight through lifestyle choices over the recent years, explaining she did it by cutting out alcohol.

“I went on HRT about a year and a half ago and realised I should have done that about five years ago. I was walking around in a bit of a fog and then I literally made some massive changes. In the pandemic we all over-did things,” she said.

“I spent a lot of it drinking lots of lovely red wine and I put on a lot of weight doing it. Then I did dry January and I thought: ‘I wonder what life would be like if I stopped completely?’” As a result, Sue lost an extensive amount of weight but urged others not to obsess over their figure and size as she slammed society’s view on people’s weight.

  • Ruth Langsford shares diagnosis after taking time away from ITV’s Loose Women

Ruth Langsford shares diagnosis after taking time away from ITV’s Loose Women

The Loose Women panellist revealed that her ‘lurgy’ is something a little more serious, giving fans an update on Instagram after taking some time away from the ITV show

Loose Women’s Ruth Langsford has revealed the doctor’s diagnosis with regards to a current ailment which has kept her off air all week.

The 63-year-old has been absent from the flagship ITV show all week, taking to social media in her time off to joke about a ‘lurgy’ while trying to better herself with a number of remedies. However, she today revealed that she has developed a chest infection – subsequently being given a course of antibiotics to get her on the mend.

Taking to Instagram this morning, Ruth wrote: “My ‘lurgy’ is actually a chest infection! So here I am on antibiotics and a steam vaporiser twice a day!” She shared a short clip of the vaporiser in action, before a clip shortly after showed a box of lemon, ginger leaf and manuka tea with Langsford writing: “I’m trying everything!”

The announcement comes as Ruth has been keeping fans updated with her ailment since failing to appear on Loose Women, Monday. In a post on Tuesday, Ruth showed herself blending a mixture of lemon, orange, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, honey and a ‘big splosh’ of whiskey – something she described as a “hot toddy”. Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “Got the Lurgy! So I’ve made myself a hot toddy and I’m going back to bed!

“Lemon, orange, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, honey and a big splosh of Irish whiskey. Let’s hope this does the trick….if nothing else it should help me sleep!” Two days later, Ruth returned to detail how she was still feeling run down, and had made a “healthy soup” to try and remedy her ailments.

Lobbing the ingredients into a pan, she penned: “Still got the lurgy! Got out of my sick bed to make myself some healthy soup though. Gathered what veg I had and added a carton of @frejafoods Chicken Bone Broth – just discovered this thanks to my lovely friend @justinemjones – it’s delicious! (bought and paid for, not an Ad!)

“Thanks for the recommendation Justine! Added some cooked chicken and simmered the whole lot into a bowl of nourishing goodness. As my granny used to say….”that’ll put hairs on your chest”!!”

Friends and fans alike also rushed to the comments section of Langsford’s post – suggesting their own home-made cures for sickness. One, suggested: “Old fashioned bone broth soup is the best remedy for a cold or flu. Full of anti inflammatory goodness. Grandma really did know best,” while another, quipped: “I had the lurgy last week and Chicken and veg soup sorted me out. Get well soon.”

A third, went on: “Hope you feel better soon x yes put lots of healthy food in your body,” while a fourth, added: “I made the same thing yesterday! Although I added a handful of orzo and it bulked it out a little. It’s was scrummy so had two bowls.”

Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan set to take huge step with boyfriend Michael after reuniting

Loose Women star Coleen Nolan and boyfriend Michael Jones, who rekindled their romance earlier this year, are said to be considering moving in together after Coleen’s daughter Ciara goes travelling

Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has revealed she and boyfriend Michael Jones are set to move their relationship to the next level.

The couple, who recently reunited after previous break ups, are now said to be taking the next step as they plan to move in together. Coleen and Michael have previously dated and split up, with Coleen admitting that she would miss Michael as soon as she called time on the relationship.

Now, with the relationship seeming to be firmly back on, she has revealed the couple look set to pass a relationship milestone after Coleen’s daughter moves out to travel the world.

Speaking in an interview to Bella magazine, Coleen said: “We never officially lived together, but my daughter Ciara’s going travelling with her boyfriend Max in January. I don’t know how long for, but they both live with me, and so once they go off in January, we’ll probably move in then.”

The TV star also opened up on the reason behind her split and rekindling romance with Michael, as she explained: “It was my fault we kept splitting up. I think because he was very different to my ex-husbands and people I’ve been out with.” She went on to describe Michael as “very attentive and romantic” before revealing that every time she ended her relationship with him, she immediately regretted it. She added that she taught herself to accept that she deserved to be and “can be loved like that”.

Coleen and Michael’s relationship ended in April 2022 after a year together, with the couple ‘staying close’ following their split. The pair got together in summer 2021 after meeting on Tinder.

The step to move in together is something Coleen has readily admitted she often jumps to, and has in the past. The TV chat show star, who has been divorced twice, explained that she typically ends up living with a partner within one or two months of dating which has usually led to disastrous consequences. Coleen was married to Shane Richie from 1990 to 1999 and to Ray Fensome between 2007 and 2018.

In June, Coleen spoke about having a boyfriend on ITV’s Loose Women leading many to believe the couple had decided to give their relationship another go.

In June, an insider told OK! magazine: “They are just taking things slowly, not labelling it, and just seeing what happens. Coleen and Michael have been on and off since they broke up last year. In fact, you could say they didn’t completely call it off at all.”

They added that despite breaking up, the couple “spoke to each other almost every other day”. After speaking out about being loved up on Loose Women, the source explained that it was a sign from Coleen that she is “ready to admit” to the world that she and Michael are together again.

Stacey Solomon reveals she was told off at National Television Awards for being late

Loose Women panellist Stacey Solomon took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to share a few behind-the-scene moments of her time on the red carpet at the National Television Awards

Stacey Solomon revealed she was told off for being late at the National Television Awards after she stopped to chat to fans and take selfies with them.

The Loose Women panellist, 33, channelled her inner Barbie in a five-tiered tulle dress featuring a corset-style strapless top adorned with pink sequins for Tuesday night’s event held at London’s O2 Arena. When she arrived, the star posed for pictures on the red carpet and made sure to chat with fans standing at the sidelines waiting to meet their favourite stars.

Following the fun-filled event – which saw Loose Women lose to The Repair Shop – Stacey took to her Instagram page to share an update about what happened behind the scenes. Her team took videos of her on the red carpet and she shared some of them with her 5.7 million followers.

One clip showed her walking across the red carpet to chat with some of her beloved fans. She gave one person a hug as she talked to them before they leaned in close to take a selfie. Captioning the sweet clip, she wrote: “And by the time we got to the end of the carpet we were being told off for being late because we took over an hour chatting away to everyone along the way.”

The TV star also shared snaps of herself posing with her gorgeous sisters, Samantha and Jemma, as well as a short clip of her and her husband Joe Swash being ‘awkward’ as they posed for photos. Her final Instagram Story had her thanking her fans for ‘getting her there’ over a picture of her smiling on the red carpet.

“A little sum up of our red carpet adventure,” she said. “I don’t know if that was really boring but when I was little I always wondered what these things were actually like so this is it. Love you all. Thank you again for getting me here and being the best Insta family anyone could wish for.”

Ahead of the NTAs, Stacey candidly admitted that her anxieties and hormones were running high in anticipation of a rare child-free evening. In a whirlwind day of school runs, hormonal swings, and red-carpet glamour, the star who found fame on The X Factor shared her rollercoaster of emotions with her followers. “Did my first school drop off, came on my period, and after school pick up I’m off to the NTAs,” she candidly wrote over a snapshot of herself mid-workout. “My anxiety is high, hormones are raging and my emotions are all over the place. So I went for a run, with maybe a mild cry.”
