WARNING SPOILERS – The identity of the Love Island star who walked out of the villa and quit the show following their partner’s dumping has been revealed

Love Island viewers will say goodbye to another star in a shocking exit after she walks out of the villa following the dumping of her partner.

It’s been revealed that Uma Jammeh has unexpectedly quit the show after her partner Wil Anderson was dumped. In an upcoming re-coupling, Uma will be chosen by new bombshell Reuben Collins, leaving Wil single.

The news will come as a huge shock to ITV viewers after Uma was left heartbroken by Wil’s actions during Casa Amor, which saw him pursue Lucy Graybill. Uma was then forced to watch the incriminating scenes during the explosive Movie Night.

Uma was left in tears over Wil’s behaviour but the latter refused to apologise for his actions, explaining he acted that way because he felt like it. In Monday’s episode, Uma is given the chance to find a connection with someone else after being chosen to date new arrivals Reuben Collins and Joshua Oyinsan.

A source told MailOnline: “Uma made her feelings towards Wil clear by remaining loyal to him during Casa Amor. But now she’s made a huge commitment by quitting Love Island after he was dumped when she was stolen by one of the new bombshells.

“It was an emotional moment shared by all of her fellow Islanders but it’s what she wanted to do to remain true to herself. She knew at this last stage in the competition that she wasn’t going to develop feelings for anyone else and she couldn’t see Wil leave on his own.”

Wil was recently called out by viewers over his “scary” behaviour after showing no remorse over his budding connection with Lucy. One fan tweeted: “Wil is actually a scary scary man, the switch up,” while another added: “Wooow Wil is sooooooo disrespectful.”

In the teaser for Monday’s episode, the fall out of Movie Night continues. Reflecting on Wil’s behaviour, Uma tells Matilda: “I’m so embarrassed, I really thought he was a different person…”

Matilda agrees, saying: “Yeah what we saw was really sh**, but the way they’ve handled it has made it ten times worse”. Getting emotional over the footage from Casa Amor, Uma continued: “For you to sit there and be like oh yeah that’s my perfect type, that’s actually quite upsetting for me to hear.”

As Mimii and Matilda comfort Uma, Matilda gives her a pep talk, saying: “Babe do you know what? You’re the most beautiful girl inside and out.” Mimii remarks: “This is the thing with men, they just get excited over a new shiny toy.”

Later in the episode, Uma enjoys getting to know new bombshells Reuben and Josh. She says: “Revenge is sweet! That’s exactly what I needed to remind me who I am.”

ITV declined to comment on the reports.

Gareth Southgate issues telling response to ‘personal ridicule’ from England critics

Gareth Southgate has led England to their third major semi-final during his spell in charge of the Three Lions having faced severe criticism on social media from supporters throughout Euro 2024

Gareth Southgate says he is using the “personal ridicule” against him to fuel England’s charge for Euros glory.

Southgate has become the first England boss to reach three semi finals in major tournaments and admits that he finds some of the criticism as “beyond belief.”

Former England players have piled in on Southgate during the Euros while there are thousands of memes of him online together with pictures, abuse and messages.

The Football Association is acutely aware of AI being used to mock Southgate and change his words during fake press conferences talking about his players. It has reached crazy levels during this tournament and has even seen fans throw beer at Southgate after the goalless draw with Slovenia.

But England now have a Euros semi final with Holland in Dortmund on Wednesday night and Southgate says he is using the abuse to drive him on. Southgate said: “Look, I can’t deny that some of the personal nature… this is a job where you get ridiculed, and your professional capability is questioned beyond belief, and I don’t think it’s normal to have beer thrown at you either.

“But I’m fortunate that my life’s taken me through a lot of resilience-building and it’s made me more determined and I’m just using it as fuel. I know where I want to take the team to, and, yeah, the team need to see me strong in those moments as well, otherwise that messaging that you’re giving them on what they need to be, it doesn’t ring true.”

Former England stars like Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer, both BBC pundits, have slammed Southgate and his tactics during the tournament.

England needed a penalty shoot-out to get past Switzerland but Southgate insisted he is not bothered about getting more respect or credit for his achievements during his eight year reign.

Suthgate added: “For me that doesn’t matter, the fact is we’re there, for the group of players and staff that are so focused on it, and wanting to go the next step, it really doesn’t matter.

“We’re still in there, it’s where we wanted to be at this point, we’re showing signs of improvement, in the way that we’ve played and… yeah, we’ve got to keep doing it.”

England semi-final ref was involved in match fixing scandal and enraged Jude Bellingham

England have been told the official that will take charge of their Euro 2024 semi-final against the Netherlands in Dortmund but UEFA’s call will unlikely go down well with Jude Bellingham

German referee Felix Zwayer will take charge of England ’s Euros semi final – despite having history with Jude Bellingham.

England star Bellingham was fined £34,000 for post match remarks about Zwayer after Borussia Dortmund lost to Bayern Munich in 2021 following a controversial penalty decision. Zwayer had been involved in a match fixing scandal and served a six month ban in 2005 after accepting a £250 bribe from fellow referee Robert Hoyzer.

Bellingham brought up the match fixing story during a post-match interview and was subsequently punished by the German FA. Bellingham fumed at the time: “It hits him and I don’t even think he’s looking at the ball but you know you can look at a lot of the decisions in the game. You give a referee that has match-fixed before, the biggest game in Germany what do you expect?”

Norwegian TV journalist Jan Aage Fjortoft, who conducted the interview, has piled into the debate over the appointment. Fjortoft said: “I am not sure what UEFA are thinking by putting Zwayer at the England-game. Back in 2021 Bellingham told me this after the game. And was fined €40,000 by German football officials.”

Zwayer, 43, is regarded by UEFA as one of their top officials and they insist that is why he is in charge. Bellingham has already been hit with a £25,000 fine and one match ban suspended for a year after making a gesture following his late leveller with Slovakia.

Speaking about that decision, England boss Gareth Southgate said: “I thought it was a common sense decision. Clearly when you score a goal of the quality that he did at the moment he did at the age he is, you are going to have an incredible rush of adrenaline.

“I think there was no intent in the gesture towards anybody other than the communication he has with his family. So from our perspective, we thought it was a sensible outcome.

“I speak to players all the time. I don’t feel a particular need to spend time with Jude on that. He is aware of the investigation and he is an intelligent guy.”

Bellingham had said the gesture was “an inside-joke gesture towards some close friends who were at the game”. But that excuse did not satisfy UEFA’s decision makers.

England fans slammed by Scott Parker over treatment of Gareth Southgate

England face the Netherlands in their third semi in four tournaments and Scott Parker says Gareth Southgate deserves huge praise, not abuse from Three Lions fans

    Gareth Southgate

Gareth Southgate has been stoutly defended by Scott Parker, who insists no manager should have objects hurled at them.

Southgate had paper cups thrown at him by angry England fans after the Three Lions’ disappointing goalless draw with Slovenia. Parker was appalled by the supporters’ antics and says Southgate has done “a brilliant” job in transforming the team and guiding them to three semi-finals in four tournaments.

England face The Netherlands in the semi-finals on Wednesday and the new Burnley head coach and former England midfielder said: “No human being deserves to have paper cups chucked at them.

“He’s fundamentally a good man and whether people agree or don’t agree with certain things he does, no-one deserves to have paper cups chucked at them. He’s a family man, with children and a wife, and I think that’s what sometimes people don’t understand.

“This is a guy at the cutting edge and I’m sure Gareth would be the first to say there are certain elements that are not to his liking. But he’s in the semi-finals of the Euros and in terms of that, I think he’s done an incredible job.

“This is a man who has come into an England set-up and changed the culture and changed the environment. Now you’re looking at a team that’s enthusiastic to be a part of things.

“I’ve stood in those shoes as an England player and I look at this squad and the feeling they give you, and that’s all down to Gareth.”

Parker, 43, won most of his 18 caps under Fabio Capello and Roy Hodgson and says the England squad back then was fractured by club cliques. He says Southgate has ended all that and made playing for England enjoyable again.

“I was in a generation where it probably wasn’t like that, and that’s been well documented by many players, senior players, who have said sometimes the way of England was very fractious in certain moments,” he said. “It was different units in those times.

“I think it’s very different now, and like I said, I think that’s absolutely full credit to Gareth and his skill set. He’s obviously got a huge skill set and that’s not easy. He’s brought England teams to semis and finals. He’s done a brilliant job for me.”

Parker insists England can beat the Netherlands and reach their first overseas final. “Yeah definitely I fancy them,” he said.

“I thought the last game we played, I thought we played very well against Switzerland. I thought that would be the case. In the group stages, I thought we were up against very disciplined, strong teams in terms of their defending.

“Switzerland, I felt they showed real quality and I think that will be the same with Holland. They are a modern, expansive team, who like to attack and I certainly think we’ve got the players to attack too. So fingers crossed for Gareth and the guys, I really I hope they can do it.”

Gareth Southgate’s big Harry Kane decision is clear after England role questioned

Gareth Southgate’s big Harry Kane decision is clear after England role questioned

England captain Harry Kane has been the subject of criticism due to his performances at Euro 2024, but Gareth Southgate simply has to keep faith with his main man

Gareth Southgate and Harry Kane of England celebrates at the end of the UEFA EURO 2024 quarter-final match between England and Switzerland

Harry Kane is England’s greatest goalscorer and his position should never be in doubt.

But the growing debate over his performances at this Euros is also familiar territory for England’s captain and talisman. And anyone who cannot find some sympathy for Kane in this scenario must be heartless and without feeling.

Kane won the Golden Boot in the 2018 World Cup in Russia and his six goals at the tournament helped establish him as a world class talent. But, since then, Kane has cut a frustrated figure at major tournaments. It is the heartbreaking reason why Gareth Southgate probably wants to give him one more chance…

In the last Euros, Kane went into the tournament with question marks over his fitness and struggled to do himself justice. At the last World Cup, Kane missed a penalty to equalise against France in the quarter final and England went out.

This time, Kane has scored two poacher’s goals and two goals in five starts is not the worst set of stats in the world. But that does not tell the whole story. Kane has scored 65 goals in 96 caps and got 44 goals in his first season for Bayern Munich.

However, Kane struggled with a back injury at the end of the campaign and despite him insisting that he is 100 per cent fit, his performances have been sluggish and lacklustre.

He has lacked his usual sharpness, his usual speed and has even looked painfully slow on the turn. There is something not quite right.

Against Switzerland, before he came off with severe cramp in both calves, he had just 27 touches (just four in the Swiss box) and that was the lowest of any player in either starting XI.

    Harry Kane
Kane’s performances at Euro 2024 have been questioned by a number of people
    Image:

England boss Southgate backed Kane to the hilt afterwards, insisting he had been “immense” for the team. It almost feels like England are willing their best striker, their leader and captain to come good because his talent deserves it. Ivan Toney has come on twice and made a real difference as a traditional No9. But does anyone really believe he will start ahead of Kane?

People can dust down stories about Sir Alf Ramsey leaving out Jimmy Greaves after he got injured and sticking with Sir Geoff Hurst. Ramsey was ruthless and stuck to his guns and won the World Cup. But Kane is a proven striker with goals and also offers more to the team with his overall play and leadership.

But the sense of almost owing Kane this game – sticking with him for a Euros semi final – because of everything he has done and him being such a huge character hangs heavy in the air

Kane will go down as one of England’s all-time greats and that, more than anything else, is why it would be impossible to leave him out. Even if ultimately, it might be the right decision.

Southgate cannot deny his greatest player his greatest moment.

Cole Palmer has had to make do with cameos off the England bench at the Euros as Bukayo Saka retains the faith and backing of Gareth Southgate when it comes to selection

Bukayo Saka’s “balance” is helping him keep his England place, according to Micah Richards, who understands why the Arsenal man continues to get picked ahead of Cole Palmer.

Saka bailed the Three Lions out in their last-eight clash with Switzerland, scoring the equaliser ten minutes from the end as he remained a constant threat. Gareth Southgate opted to use Saka as a wing-back, a position he’s played previously, in a much-changed starting XI.

England’s attack has struggled to fire at the Euros and one of their most potent attacking weapons in Palmer has only been used sporadically. The Chelsea man is yet to get a go from the start despite a huge clamour to see him involved more often.

Nevertheless, with Saka able to operate in a variety of systems and show positional flexibility, Richards sees why Southgate continues to give the Arsenal man the nod despite the calibre of player sitting on the bench.

He told The Rest is Football: “I was a little bit worried when he was playing at wingback. I thought England would go into that sort of negative mindset where they would drop a little bit deeper but they were brave.

“And Saka when he was going inside, when he was going outside, he took his goal so well. We’ve seen it so much for Arsenal this season. I think in terms of goalscoring after Kane, I think Saka’s the most important. He does make an impact and it’s not just what he does on the ball, it’s his strength as well and his defensive ability.

“I think that’s why Southgate trusts him so much. We talked about Cole Palmer, and a lot of people on social media and a lot of fans are calling for Palmer to start but when you’ve got Saka and he’s so consistent and he can give you balance.”

Cole Palmer has had to be patient as he remains an impact sub

Saka stepped up to score from the spot during England’s shootout victory – banishing the demons of the Euros three years ago. The Arsenal man missed the decisive penalty in the final as the Three Lions were beaten by Italy at Wembley.

Palmer meanwhile, after a season that saw him produce more goal contributions than anyone in the Premier League, is having to remain patient, but did also step up and score his penalty emphatically against the Swiss. There has been a criticism of Southgate that he takes too long to utilise his bench as England continue to underwhelm despite making the semi-finals in Germany.

STICK OR TWIST? Mirror Football writers have their say on England’s starting XI vs Netherlands with huge calls made on captain Kane, Trippier and Palmer

THE BIG DEBATE: England are through to the Euro 2024 semi-finals after Gareth Southgate made changes against Switzerland – but there he has some big decisions to make against the Netherlands

A semi-final date with the Netherlands awaits England on Wednesday after the Three Lions put on a penalty-taking clinic against Switzerland.

Gareth Southgate changed shape against the Swiss in the wake of England’s underwhelming start to Euro 2024 and was rewarded with an improved performance, although his team once again didn’t fully convince and failed to put Switzerland away in 120 minutes.

Ahead of Wednesday night’s match against the Dutch in Dortmund, Southgate once again has plenty to ponder. Cole Palmer and others made an impact from the bench for the second game running, while questions continue to be asked over big names like Harry Kane and Phil Foden, both of whom were replaced before the penalty shootout. Much was made of the decision to keep Kieran Trippier on the left but with Bukayo Saka producing a man-of-the-match performance on the right and Luke Shaw back in the fold, does Southgate stick or twist?

We asked the Mirror Football team how they think England should line up ahead of the big match…

    Daniel Orme

Harry Kane is England captain and the Three Lions’ record goalscorer – but that does not mean he is immune from being dropped. Kane has offered very little throughout the Euros and now might be the time for him to make way.

Ivan Toney has impressed in his brief cameos – and clearly has the confidence and quality to lead the line for Gareth Southgate’s men. He was far more dynamic than Kane against Switzerland so should definitely be under consideration.

Ezri Konsa also caught the eye but Marc Guehi should be drafted back in for the Three Lions after his performances so far. Elsewhere in defence, Luke Shaw is finally fit and given he is a natural left-sided defender, should open up that flank for England.

Southgate’s side enjoyed more control in midfield against Switzerland so should leave Kobbie Mainoo, Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham in the team. There is a question over Phil Foden but given the formation England are now using, he should also remain.

England XI vs the Netherlands: Pickford; Guehi, Stones, Walker; Shaw, Rice, Mainoo, Saka Bellingham, Foden; Toney.

    Simon Mullock

In any normal circumstances, dropping your country’s captain and record goalscorer would be an act of treason – but in five games so far, Harry Kane has been a shadow of himself.

Physically, Kane looked shot from day one against Serbia. As the tournament has progressed, it is clear that has taken a toll on his confidence. It was a miracle he lasted 109 minutes in the quarter-final win over Switzerland when the only reason for trying to keep him on the pitch could have been to have him available for the penalty shoot-out.

England’s attacking players have struggled to find space at these championships. One of the reasons has been the lack of mobility and pace to stretch opposition teams at the top of the pitch. Ollie Watkins should come in to Gareth Southgate’s plans to start – but he won’t.

There’s also an argument to replace Phil Foden with Cole Palmer. I am a huge Foden fan, but he has been disappointing at this tournament and Palmer has shown that he’s ready to step up.

With Marc Guehi available again, it’s probable that Southgate will revert to 4-2-3-1. But I would love to see the England manager go 3-4-2-1 with this team: Pickford; Walker, Stones, Shaw; Alexander-Arnold, Mainoo, Rice, Saka; Palmer, Bellingham; Watkins. But that’s a pipe dream.

    Alan Smith

Two changes but keep the shape, which in itself looked rather fluid in the quarter-final. Marc Guehi should come back in for Ezri Konsa and, presuming he is fit enough, Luke Shaw for Kieran Trippier. Before the Switzerland game Southgate made it clear that he values Trippier so highly because of his ability to talk a team not possessing many loud leaders through the match. Yet his reliance on his right foot has been problematic throughout the tournament and Shaw will open up the options.

Kane has been below the standard expected of him but to drop one of the game’s most clinical goalscorers, not to mention the captain, makes little sense. A low bar but one goal would have him sharing the golden boot.

England XI vs the Netherlands: Pickford; Walker, Stones, Guehi; Saka, Mainoo, Rice, Shaw; Bellingham, Foden; Kane.

    Nathan Ridley

When England kicked off against Switzerland, there was a collective realisation among fans as Bukayo Saka actually lined up on the right and Kieran Trippier stayed on the left. The Three Lions’ left flank didn’t improve as Gareth Southgate would’ve hoped for with the change of shape but keeping Saka on the right, so he was able to cut inside on his favoured left foot, proved a masterstroke to get England level on 80 minutes.

I’d keep the Arsenal star there and replace Trippier with Luke Shaw, who returned against Switzerland and, aside from his obvious qualities, offers tactical flexibility both in an attacking and defensive sense. Also, sorry Ezri Konsa, I’m going for Marc Guehi after his four solid displays prior to suspension.

Phil Foden would be out of my XI, too, as Cole Palmer has shown more than enough to get the nod over his former team-mate. Ivan Toney has also impressed me coming off the bench but he’s been shown to be impactful late in games and having him on for penalties would obviously be a boost. And yes, Harry Kane should start.

England XI vs the Netherlands: Pickford; Walker, Stones, Guehi; Saka, Mainoo, Rice, Shaw; Palmer, Bellingham; Kane

    Ben Husband

One of the biggest plus points of England’s dramatic penalty win over Switzerland was the return of Luke Shaw. His inclusion in the squad was beginning to appear a gross error of judgement, but if he can contribute over the next week, it will have been a masterstroke.

If – and that is a big if – he is fit to start, he must do so in place of Trippier. Shaw’s arrival immediately added extra balance so desperately lacking throughout the tournament.

Guehi should be put straight back into the XI following his suspension, and there’s an argument it should be in place of Kyle Walker. That feels extremely unlikely though, with Ezri Konsa set to be the unlucky odd man out.

And how to solve a problem like Harry?

Well, asking him to stick in his position would be a start. Regardless of how much he wants to help the team by dropping deep, he is actually hindering it. There’s no doubt he isn’t fully fit, so stay where he is most dangerous. He will start, but the leash should be significantly shorter, thanks to Ivan Toney’s cameos.

England XI vs the Netherlands: Pickford; Walker, Stones, Guehi; Saka, Rice, Mainoo, Shaw; Foden, Bellingham; Kane.

    John Cross

England were better against Switzerland – and will need to step up again to beat Holland.

Part of that improvement comes down to the shape of England’s team and a back three provided more balance and options for Gareth Southgate. I think Southgate should stick with a winning formula – albeit on penalties – with perhaps Marc Guehi in for Ezri Konsa the only change. Guehi is available for selection.

Harry Kane is a huge dilemma for England. England’s talisman, captain and record scorer is not playing well.

But I do think Kane is a leader, has scored two goals in this tournament and sometimes dynamic is vital. It is what he brings to the party not just as a player but as a captain. That is why I think Southgate sticks with Kane. There are often back stories that we cannot see. There’s been much dismay from Newcastle fans about Anthony Gordon’s lack of game time.

Eberechi Eze is coming on before him and always does a solid job and has clearly jumped ahead of Gordon in the substitute pecking order. Sometimes they are judged from training rather than games.

Gordon has clearly not done enough to get a place. You cannot doubt Southgate now after reaching another semi final.

England: Pickford; Walker, Stones, Guehi; Saka, Rice, Mainoo, Trippier; Bellingham, Foden; Kane.

    David McDonnell

England looked better against Switzerland, playing with greater purpose, energy and pressing higher, with three at the back, and looking more comfortable than in previous games.

Given that, they should stick with that system against the Netherlands, rather than reverting to a back four. The system allows England to push higher up the pitch and enables Phil Foden to play more centrally, where he can be more influential, rather than being shoved out on the left, where he is a peripheral figure, as he was at the start of the tournament.

There is an argument for playing Luke Shaw at left wing-back, given his lively cameo against Switzerland, but given that was his first appearance since February, when he last played for Manchester United, it is surely too much of a gamble to play him from the start, so Kieran Trippier and Bukayo Saka should remain in the wing-back roles.

As for Harry Kane, his poor form in the tournament does not warrant his continued inclusion, but his reputation and goalscoring record does. Gareth Southgate is not about to drop his captain and England’s record goalscorer, but must be bold and replace him early against the Dutch if Kane is struggling, with Ivan Toney and Ollie Watkins having looked impressive when they have been given an opportunity.

On current form, Harry Kane would struggle to make this 26-man squad, never mind the starting lineup, but solely on the basis that he has been England’s goalscoring talisman for so long, it is right that he is given another crack at rediscovering some semblance of attacking threat.

And he will start, so there is no real debate, but let’s hope Gareth Southgate has the bottle to take him off early if he is as ineffective as he was against the Swiss.

Luke Shaw got more than 40 minutes into his legs in Dusseldorf, which means he is fit to start a match and should come in for Kieran Trippier to bring better balance to the team.

Every time Cole Palmer has left the bench, he has made an impact and deserves a starting place ahead of Phil Foden. The Footballer of the Year has worked hard to try and make things happen in Germany but, let’s be honest, very little has.

At this tournament – and in modern football in general – the five-substitute rule is a get-out-of-jail card for managers and the likes of Foden and Kane would be useful players to call on if needed.

England XI vs the Netherlands: Pickford – Walker, Stones, Guehi, Shaw – Rice, Mainoo – Saka, Bellingham, Palmer – Kane

    Neil McLeman

Pep Guardiola reckoned Phil Foden and Cole Palmer couldn’t play in the same team – and not even the Catalan genius would make it work with Jude Bellingham as well.

Gareth Southgate has to make a big call. Palmer was my Premier League Player of the Year – he made the difference between Chelsea finishing sixth or in the bottom half of the table – and every time he gets on the ball he looks forward and things happen. He has to start against the Dutch and with Bellingham untouchable, Foden should sit out.

Harry Kane has not looked fit and the Bayern Munich striker does not combine with the Real Madrid star. He is still the man you would want through on goal one-on-one with the keeper but that just hasn’t looked like happening. Give him 55 minutes and then bring on Ivan Toney who has been a better focal point of the attack during his brief appearances. Luke Shaw has to start on the left with Bukayo Saka to the right. This team can easily switch to 4-3-3 to counter the Dutch.

EastEnders viewers are convinced they’ve rumbled Ian Beale’s secret as spoilers reveal he’s hiding something on the BBC soap.

The Walford legend sparks serious concern this week, as it’s revealed he’s been lying to his family. His son Peter Beale is determined to get to the bottom of the mystery, as he realises Ian is hiding his true whereabouts. Not only that but he’s preoccupied with something, snapping at people and refusing to reveal what is bothering him. So what is wrong with Ian, and could there be concerning scenes on the way?

Taking to social media, viewers have already been predicting Ian’s secret, predicting it could involve a former Albert Square resident. It was recently revealed that Chrissie Watts is making an explosive return to Albert Square – as Tracy-Ann Oberman reprises her role.

The iconic resident of the Square will make her return in the autumn, nearly two decades after she made her debut on the BBC soap. Chrissie left Walford back in 2005 when she was put in prison for the murder of her husband Den Watts. Fans will remember that, along with Sam Mitchell and Zoe Slater, Chrissie buried Den’s body under the floor of the Queen Vic and she lied about what really happened for months, living with Sharon Watts, Den’s adoptive daughter, and his son Dennis Rickman.

Whilst Sam was initially held for the crime, Grant and Phil Mitchell worked hard to free their sister – and thus Chrissie went down for what happened. She was only there for a year and half but made quite a few enemies, especially in the form of Den’s beloved ‘Princess’ Sharon. Her return storyline is being kept under wraps but bosses have promised that her return will, of course, be explosive.

Viewers think that Ian could be secretly teaming up with Chrissie, which will tie into her return storyline, and could be his revenge on his ex-wife Sharon, who previously attempted to kill him by poisoning him. One person said: “What if Ian and Chrissie are working together? #Eastenders” while a different account put: “Maybe Ian is being secretive on the phone next week as he’s calling up Chrissie to get her help to orchestrate an elaborate revenge on Sharon for tryna kill him a few years ago?” Elsewhere, another fan predicted a different character return, suggesting: “Manifesting this ian secrecy stuff is to do with jane and it ties to bobby’s exit #EastEnders.”

During a discussion about how age can affect hair loss, the actress proudly told the studio that her privates aren’t as “bushy” as they once were.

“Well, I’ve hardly got any hair now!” she began.

“I think, as you get older, you lose all your hair. I used to have a lovely brown bushy…” she added while gesturing downwards.

“Now, all I’ve got is a few stragglers,” Linda continued – with her fellow panellists visibly in shock.

Rushing to their keyboards, fans soon slammed the Birds of a Feather star on social media.

One wrote on X, formerly Twitter: “Oh fgs Linda needs the sack. She’s disgusting,” with another adding: “Oh Mary mother of Jesus.”

A third joked: “Things we didn’t need to hear: Linda Robson talking about her m***e.”

This prompted someone else to reply: “My hubby was about to eat his beef salad sarnie and gagged.”

It’s not the first time Linda has divided home audiences with her cheeky quips.

Just last week, she left Good Morning Britain viewers choking on their breakfasts after a racy confession about fellow TV star Joe Swash.

Linda was even hailed “the most honest woman on telly” after the jaw-dropping anecdote.

She’s known ex-EastEnders actor Joe for most of his life, and he previously said she was “like an auntie to him”.

The TV personality had been appearing on the show to discuss her new memoir, Truth Be Told.

Halfway through the interview, however, she dropped a a few bombshells including one about Joe from his younger years.

While chatting about Joe’s wife, Loose Women co-star Stacey Solomon, Linda told GMB host Susanna Reid: “I’m really good friends with Stacey Solomon and all that, and Joe and her kids. Joe lived opposite me and that.

“Joe actually lost his virginity in my house.”

Susanna coughed, and Ed Balls didn’t know where to look.

Suggesting she’d shared too much information about Joe, 42, before 9am, Susanna replied: “Did Joe want you to tell a national audience that?”

The three giggled and Linda said: “I think it’s well known information!”

Linda and Joe grew up in Islington, North London.

Linda was a child star and has been in showbiz for 56 years.

Viewers rushed to social media to share their comments, with one saying: “Didn’t know we needed a 9am watershed!”

Another said: “Legend in her own postcode…”

A third giggled: “OH DEAR , unnecessary statement from the birds of a feather actress on morning TV.”

And one more raved: “Gotta love the Linda Robson..absolute legend.”

Stacey posted to her Instagram stories on Saturday morning as she got to work on her garden with daughter Rose.

The pair were spending quality time together when Stacey bent down to tend to her ducks and accidentally flashed her underwear to fans.

Realising her error after uploading the story, Stacey uploaded an apology clip to her followers.

Visibly mortified, she said through fits of giggles: “I’m sorry about my granny pants this morning, I didn’t even realise.

“I just love them so much. I just think they’re the most comfortable underwear and I wear them all the time and sometimes they just do happen to be longer than my shorts.”

She captioned the clip: “Omg apologies for the granny pants flash.”

It comes after Stacey revealed she and her husband Joe Swash sleep in separate rooms – two years after getting married.

The former The X Factor star, 34, first pondered splitting her bedroom in two back in April.

Now Stacey has confirmed the pair’s family life has impacted their intimacy in a candid confession on Celebrity Gogglebox.

After watching a clip from The Nevermets, EastEnders actor Joe, 42, said to his wife, whom he married in 2022: “We used to have pillow talk, didn’t we?”
