Meghan Markle’s Absence on the Day Queen Died Explained by Friend

It’s September 8th, 2022. The world’s longest-reigning monarch is on her deathbed, and the royal family is scrambling like headless chicke…

It’s September 8th, 2022. The world’s longest-reigning monarch is on her deathbed, and the royal family is scrambling like headless chickens to get to Balmoral. You’d think this would be a time for unity, putting aside petty squabbles and coming together as a family.

Initially, we all thought Harry and Meghan would be arriving together like some sort of unified front. But surprise, surprise, an official statement drops faster than Meghan’s acting career, saying Harry’s flying solo. Why, you ask? Well, apparently the royals thought bringing Meghan was not appropriate. Ouch, that’s got to sting more than a wasp at a picnic.

While the rest of the royal family is piling into an RAF flight like it’s the last chopper out of Saigon, Harry’s busy trying to convince everyone that Meghan should come along. It’s like watching a toddler throw a tantrum in the supermarket because Mommy won’t buy him candy. Except in this case, the toddler is a 38-year-old man, and the candy is his wife.

But here’s where it gets really juicy. King Charles, in what I can only imagine was his first act as the new monarch, puts his foot down. He tells Harry, “Nope, not appropriate.” And let me tell you, folks, I would have paid good money to see Harry’s face in that moment—probably turned redder than his hair.

So, while William, Andrew, Edward, and Sophie are jetting off to Balmoral like the royal version of The Avengers, Harry’s left behind, throwing a hissy fit. He ends up taking a private jet, because of course he does. Our eco-warrior prince, always practicing what he preaches, right?

But wait, it gets better. Harry’s so busy arguing with his family and trying to smuggle Meghan into Scotland that he misses the RAF flight. Talk about dropping the ball. He’s so late to the party that by the time his plane lands in Aberdeen, the Queen’s already passed away. Talk about bad timing.

Now, you’d think that might be a wake-up call for Harry. You’d think he’d realize that maybe, just maybe, he should have put his family drama aside and focused on saying goodbye to his grandmother. But nope, our boy Harry is so furious that he refuses to have dinner with Charles, William, and Camilla that night. Let that sink in for a moment. His grandmother just died, his father has just become king, and Harry’s response is to throw a tantrum and refuse to eat with his family. It’s like watching a bad soap opera, except the actors are less convincing and the plot is more ridiculous.

A source says Charles has an open invitation for Harry to dine with him whenever he’s in the country. How generous, how magnanimous. And how does Harry respond to this olive branch? By slapping it away and stomping off in a huff. It’s a massive snub, says the source. Yeah, no kidding. It’s like turning down tea with the Queen. Oh, wait.

And then, as if this whole situation wasn’t farcical enough, Harry apparently left Balmoral at the earliest opportunity to catch the first commercial flight back to London. I’m sorry, what happened to the private jet, Harry? Did your eco-conscience suddenly kick in, or did you just realize that throwing a tantrum is less fun when there’s no one around to watch?

Now, I know what some of you are thinking. “But you’re saying Harry and Meghan did join William and Kate to greet well-wishers later on. Surely that counts for something?” Oh, you sweet summer children. That was about as genuine as Meghan’s acting career. It was a PR move, pure and simple, a way to show the world that they’re still part of the family, even if they are about as welcome as a fox in a henhouse.

And let’s not forget, Harry did get to wear his military uniform for the vigil at Westminster Hall. How generous of the family to let him play dress-up one last time. I’m sure that made up for all the hurt feelings and damaged relationships, right? Right.

But here’s the real tea, folks. Royal author Katie Nicholl, who’s got more inside scoops than an ice cream parlor, says there hasn’t been a reconciliation between Harry and William. Shocker. You mean to tell me that years of public backstabbing, tell-all interviews, and Netflix docuseries haven’t magically healed their relationship? I’m stunned, absolutely stunned.

So, what have we learned from this royal show? Well, for one, Harry and Meghan are about as good at timing as a broken clock. They managed to turn what should have been a solemn family moment into yet another episode of The Harry and Meghan Show. But more importantly, we’ve seen that the royal family has finally grown a backbone when it comes to dealing with these two troublemakers. Charles putting his foot down about Meghan coming to Balmoral? That’s not just a king asserting his authority; that’s a father saying enough is enough. And you know what? Good for him. Good for all of them.

Because let’s be real, folks. Harry and Meghan have been playing the victim card so hard, it’s practically worn out. They’ve been crying about privacy while splashing their dirty laundry across every media outlet that’ll have them. They’ve been whining about the pressures of royal life while clinging desperately to their titles and the perks that come with them. It’s high time someone called their bluff. It’s high time someone said, “You want out? Fine, you’re out.” But you don’t get to cherry-pick which parts of royal life you keep.

Because that’s what this is really about, isn’t it? Harry and Meghan want all the perks of being royal without any of the responsibilities or scrutiny. They want to be treated like royalty when it suits them and like private citizens when it doesn’t. Well, I’ve got news for you, Haz and Megs. That’s not how it works in the real world. In the real world, actions have consequences. In the real world, you can’t trash your family on international television and then expect them to welcome you back with open arms.

In the real world, you can’t demand privacy while constantly putting yourself in the spotlight. And in the real world, when your grandmother is dying, you put your petty grievances aside and you show up. You don’t argue about who gets to come. You don’t throw a temper tantrum when you don’t get your way. And you certainly don’t refuse to have dinner with your grieving family.

But hey, what do I know? I’m just a humble critic watching this royal drama unfold like the rest of you. But let me tell you, folks, if this is how Harry and Meghan behave when the chips are down, when the family really needs to come together, then maybe, just maybe, the royals are better off without them.

Because at the end of the day, the monarchy isn’t about individual egos or personal vendettas. It’s about duty, about service, about putting the needs of the nation above your own. And from where I’m sitting, Harry and Meghan have shown time and time again that they’re not interested in any of that.

So here’s my advice to the royal family: Stand firm. Don’t let these two drama queens dictate the narrative anymore. You’ve got a monarchy to run, a nation to serve, and a legacy to uphold. Don’t let Harry and Meghan’s soap opera distract you from what really matters. And to Harry and Meghan: Grow up. Move on.

Find a purpose that doesn’t involve constantly rehashing your grievances or playing the victim. You wanted freedom? Well, you’ve got it. Now use it to do something meaningful, something that doesn’t involve throwing your family under the bus at every opportunity. Because right now, you’re not revolutionary. You’re not brave. You’re not speaking your truth. You’re just two entitled individuals who can’t seem to understand that the world doesn’t revolve around you.

David Beckham shares the shortcomings of his debut film, promising to create another masterpiece at the beginning of August this year (video)

David Beckham expressed concern about his daughter Harper watching his Netflix documentary, “Beckham,”

As he feared it might influence her opinion of her dad’s difficult moments from the past.

But the Manchester United and Real Madrid icon was shocked by the positive response to the documentary.

Which lifted his spirits and aided in his reconciliation with some of the more challenging periods of his successful career.

Unveiled in October 2023, “Beckham” was a four-episode series that dove deep into the celebrated footballer’s life.

What sets this documentary apart is the inclusion of previously unseen footage.

And the comprehensive exploration of Beckham’s relationships with his family, friends, teammates, and coaches, offering a unique and intimate perspective.

The series includes appearances from notable figures such as his wife, Victoria Beckham, and former teammates Rio Ferdinand, Roy Keane, and Luis Figo, providing a comprehensive view of the soccer icon’s storied career and personal experiences. But before the product was available to the public, Beckham had reservations about how the content could affect his children.

“I was a little bit worried about my daughter seeing some of the things that were being said about me over the years and how she would react,” Beckham said to Variety. “I’ve been telling my daughter for a long time that Mommy used to wear very, very short skirts. And then she was like, ‘Daddy, Mommy did really wear really, really short skirts!’ But she loved it.”

The release of the documentary was not without its share of controversy. Victoria’s discussion of her husband’s alleged affair with yoga instructor Rebecca Loos stirred a heated debate. Loos, in a scathing critique, accused Beckham of presenting a sanitized version of their relationship, claiming that the documentary did not provide a truthful account.
After the release of his Netflix documentary, David Beckham found himself pleasantly surprised by the positive response it received. The four-episode series, “Beckham,” delved into the highs and lows of his illustrious career, providing viewers with a behind-the-scenes look at his life both on and off the field. One of the key highlights of the documentary was the inclusion of never-before-seen footage that offered fans a fresh perspective on Beckham’s journey to soccer stardom. From his early days at Manchester United to his time at Real Madrid, the documentary provided a comprehensive overview of his career, complete with insights from family, friends, and former teammates.Despite initial concerns about how the documentary might impact his daughter Harper’s view of him, Beckham was pleasantly surprised by her positive reaction. His daughter’s innocent remarks about her mother’s fashion choices lightened the mood and helped Beckham come to terms with some of the challenges he faced throughout his career. While the documentary was met with acclaim from fans and critics alike, it was not without its fair share of controversies. Victoria Beckham’s candid discussion of her husband’s alleged affair caused a stir, with some accusing the couple of glossing over the truth. However, Beckham remained steadfast in his decision to share his story, warts and all, with the world. As Beckham continues to reflect on his legacy and look towards the future, the documentary serves as a poignant reminder of the ups and downs that come with life in the spotlight. Through his openness and vulnerability, Beckham has not only reconnected with his past but also inspired others to embrace their own journeys, both on and off the field. • David Beckham speaks up in defense of Taylor and Travis when they receive a lot of criticism from the public

David Beckham speaks up in defense of Taylor and Travis when they receive a lot of criticism from the public

David Beckham has compared the brutal treatment his wife Victoria endured at his football games to the nasty comments Taylor Swift receives at Travis Kelce’s games.

Victoria, 50, revealed in her husband’s recent documentary she was left ‘hurt and embarrassed’ when she was taunted at husband David’s football games.

The Spice Girl recalled the abuse she received as she spoke about dating the footballer after fans turned on him in the aftermath of the 1998 World Cup.

David, 49, was blamed for England’s defeat after lashing out at Diego Simeone, sparking a horrific campaign of hate and abuse from fans.

On Thursday, David fronted an Emmy Extra Edition cover of VARIETY and discussed the negative treatment of women dating a famous athlete.

As shown in the coverage of Taylor Swift at Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs games.

He said: ‘Hopefully that’s improved. It’s ridiculous that we’re even talking about it.

‘I think back in the day with Victoria going to games, the fans were quite brutal. They sang songs about her. But I’m sure Taylor’s strong enough to handle whatever.’

Elsewhere, on an apology note David and Victoria found on their car following the release of his BECKHAM documentary, he said: ‘It read, “We’re sorry how you were treated.” I’ve got the letter still. But that’s how people, I think, felt after the documentary.’

It comes after David confessed in his Netflix documentary BECKHAM: ‘They start singing songs about Victoria.

‘There was one song she’d kill me for singing – every football fan sang this song…’

Victoria then jumped in to reveal the taunt was: ‘P osh Spice takes it up the a**e.’

She continued: ‘Excuse my language, not very ladylike. But 75,000 people singing that, it’s embarrassing, it’s hurtful.

‘I remember sitting down and the lady next to me turned and she didn’t know what to say, she said “do you want a polo?”

‘Because what do you say when you sit next to someone and 75,000 people have been saying you take it up the a**e?’

Discussing the ongoing abuse she continued: ‘We did not know what to do. It felt like we were drowning.’

Yet David reasoned: ‘As horrible as it was to look up at Victoria in the stand, actually it was the one thing that spurred me on.

‘When fans thought they could get to me by singing about my family I ended up scoring a goal.’

Elsewhere during his Variety interview, David disappointed Spice Girl fans by confirming they will not reunite.

It comes after the popular band officially reunited while celebrating Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday in London.

The British girl group – which was formed back in 1994 – consists of Beckham, Mel B, Melanie C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell.

During the lavish festivities, all five of the Spice Girls came together to sing one of their hit tracks, Stop, for the star-studded guests – which was all caught on camera by David.

However, David told the publication: ‘Unfortunately, that’s not happening. Victoria was so pleased to see the girls, and it was a massive part of her life, the girls, but obviously, all the girls have got their own things going on.

‘They will do certain things together at certain times. But Victoria’s full on with her beauty and fashion businesses. If anyone’s busier than me, it’s her.’

Football legend David is married to former Spice Girl Victoria and they share four children – Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12.

The four-part series saw the Beckhams’ give an intimate insight into their marriage and early romance, their family life, as well as charting David’s footballing career.

His documentary amassed a record breaking 3.8million viewers during its premiere week.

According to the Broadcasters Audience Research Board (BARB), the first episode saw 3,813,100 fans tune in.

The second instalment was also a success reaching 2,868,800 viewers by the week ending October 8.

BECKHAM was the streaming service’s topped watched show for two weeks when it was released, with 11,600,000 fans watching globally, according to Netflix’s own data.

He was sent off in England’s quarter-final clash with Argentina for kicking out at Diego Simeone after the Argentina captain shoved him to the ground.

England went on to lose the game on penalties, with David being blamed for the defeat and being hit by a torrent of hatred from fans.

He was constantly booed and jeered by fans of opposition clubs for the majority of the following 1998-99 season.

With a burning effigy of him and death threats among the worst of the backlash

After opening up on the abuse in his docuseries.

David received a wave of support from the public, who praised him for his strength during the difficult time.

Speaking about the effect of his candidness in an Emmy Extra Edition cover of VARIETY, he said that he was glad that it made people take mental health more seriously.

He said: ‘I think that my takeaway from my documentary was how important mental health is. Because, 20 years ago, nobody was talking about it. And nobody was taking it seriously.

‘Now, it’s so great that people can actually talk about their feelings… There were many things said about us over the 27 years. It can be hurtful.’

David went on to reveal that recently he and wife Victoria, 50, had gone to a pub and returned to their car to find a note with no name or address.

He said: ‘It read, “We’re sorry how you were treated.” I’ve got the letter still. But that’s how people, I think, felt after the documentary.’

David opened up on the turbulent period in his series last October, confessing he was a ‘mess’ and left unable to eat or sleep, while Victoria revealed that he suffered from clinical depression and the experience ‘broke’ him.

He recalled feeling ‘very vulnerable and alone’ as he landed back in the UK to hordes of jeering spectators and negative press.

His father Ted admitted David was ‘distraught’ when he met him, saying the young sports star ‘fell into my arms and said, “I’ve left everybody down.”‘

Growing emotional as he reflected on the backlash he received, David confessed: ‘I don’t think I’ve ever talked about it because I can’t. I find it hard to talk about what I went through because it was so extreme. The whole country hated me.’

Detailing the horrific abuse – which became so bad that he was unable to visit the toilet unattended for fear of being attacked on the way – he continued: ‘Wherever I went, I got abused every day.

‘To walk down the street and see people look at you a certain way, spit at you, abuse you, come up to your face and say some of the things that they said, that’s difficult. I wasn’t eating, I wasn’t sleeping, I was a mess.’

The sport legend, who was just 23 at the time, also detailed the impact it had on his parents, Ted and Sandra, noting: ‘It brought a lot of attention that I would never wish on anyone, let alone my parents and I can’t forgive myself for that.

‘That’s the tough part that happened then. I’m 47 years old now and I beat myself up about it still. Inside it killed me.’

It’s twelve years since the Beckhams made headlines with a lavish ceremony celebrating Harper’s first birthday, reportedly costing £50,000. The party was hailed as the beginning of so-called “tot couture“, according to Hello Magazine. It took place in the Beckham’s home, offering pony rides and a bouncy castle.

For her sixth birthday, Harper was reported to have ‘Shut down Buckingham Palace’ by Hello magazine, with David later clarifying that the Beckhams had, in fact, been invited to the palace amongst other dignitaries – it just happened to be on his daughter’s birthday.

He said, ‘Just to be clear this wasn’t the palace opening the gates for Harper’s birthday party, this was a tea party where us and other guests were invited so it was a beautiful thing to do with my mum, Harper plus a few school friends,’ continuing, ‘We were honored to be able to there… Beautiful tea party’.

We hope you have a fantastic day, Harper Beckham. Have a very happy birthday, from all of us here at Rollercoaster HQ.

It looks like there might have been a person and not just a reason as to why Prince Harry and David Beckham are no longer friends.

There’s a new report that suggests Meghan Markle might have planned David Beckham’s exclusion by Prince Harry,

if that even makes sense. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Royal Family News – Meghan Markle Is The Reason Why Prince Harry Is No Longer Friends With David Beckham?

Apparently, the Duke of Sussex’s exclusion order against David Beckham has just sparked some massive speculation about

what might have really went down between the two of them. And a lot of people think that Meghan Markle might have had something to do with it.

Royalist Tom Bower thinks that the Duchess of Sussex might have planned the exclusion order during the same time as the Invictus Games.

Bower writes in his new book, The House of Beckham: Money, S** and Power, “Beckham found himself alone at the Invictus Games stadium.”

Royal Family News – Did Meghan Markle Go Too Far?

“Arriving on the agreed day to meet Prince Harry he was perplexed [as to] why officials were playing a dance to keep him happy, but away from Harry.”

“Photographs of the two together were forbidden so the royal snub was brutal,” and “David Beckham was puzzled.”

And now there’s speculation that suggests Meghan Markle might have been behind the entire ordeal.

The insider also said, “The exclusion order, it later transpired, was issued by Meghan.”

“She did not want any competition in the media from Beckham, and especially not from his wife Victoria.”

Yikes. It was earlier reported that Meghan Markle and Victoria Beckham had a falling out after the Hollywood actress accused the former Spice Girl of leaking stories about her to the press.

Victoria had denied any wrong doing and was so upset about the entire matter that even David Beckham had gotten involved.

He was upset that Meghan had accused his wife in that matter and that’s when he also cut off his relationship from the Sussexes. David and Harry have not spoken to one another ever since that incident.
