King Charles appeared to set aside the ongoing royal feud with Prince Harry – but one royal expert has poured water on reconciliation hopes.

King Charles’s apparent “olive branch” to Prince Harry on Sunday has been snubbed by a royal expert. In a shock to many royal experts and fans, the King appeared to set aside the Royal Family’s tensions by sending public birthday wishes to the Duke of Sussex.
Harry, who now resides in the US, celebrated his milestone 40th birthday on Sunday. Although many would like to believe the tensions could be subsiding, royal expert Michael Cole said that it appears the gesture done by the royals – in particular the Prince of Wales – was merely them “obliging to do the right thing”.
He, adding that Harry and William are “still at war” despite the birthday wishes, told GB News: “I think the fragility, the coldness that exist will continue at the moment”.
The Royal Family’s official X and Instagram accounts shared a picture of a smiling Harry, with the caption: “Wishing The Duke of Sussex a very happy 40th birthday today!”
The accounts for the Prince and Princess of Wales shared the same image, accompanied with the words, “Wishing a Happy 40th Birthday to The Duke of Sussex”.
Speaking in July, sources told PEOPLE that Harry’s feud with William is “very bad” – but not “irreparable”.
They added that Harry has made attempSet featured imagets to connect with his father and brother through calls, texts, and letters – but these have gone unanswered.
It was previously reported that the Duke of Sussex was planning a lads’ holiday to mark his milestone birthday.
The royal was rumoured to be going to a retreat in California with a few of his “closest mates” – some of whom may fly over from the UK.

The celebrations were set to take place after spending his actual birthday with Meghan Markle and their two children – Archie and Lilibet – at their mansion in Montecito.
Prince Harry has not been in the UK since May when he came back to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Invictus Games. There are no confirmed plans for him to make a return visit currently.
Prince Harry is one proud dad. And while the former senior royal is quick to gush about his love of fatherhood, he and his wife Meghan Markle are pretty private about their kids Prince Archie, 5 and Princess Lilibet, 3. And so our hearts melted when he finally shared some details about their disposition in an interview with the BBC ahead of his 40th birthday.
“Becoming a father of two incredibly kind and funny kids has given me a fresh perspective on life, as well as sharpening my focus in all my work,” he said in a statement released by his spokesperson.
Incredibly kind and funny! Should we be at all surprised? With such philanthropic and quick-witted parents, it’s no wonder the grandkids of the late Princess Diana (of which the same could be said!) are incredibly kind and funny.
“Being a dad is one of life’s greatest joys and has only made me more driven and more committed to making this world a better place,” the Duke of Sussex continued. And he is certainly known to do just that through his work with the Invictus Games and the Archewell Foundation.

Prince Harry has gotten sentimental in the days leading up to his milestone birthday, and we’re unsurprised to hear, per People, that the down-to-earth duke plans to celebrate with his wife and his kids — no presents necessary.
“The best gift I’ve ever been given is, without a doubt, my kids,” he said in an email to the outlet. “I enjoy watching them grow every single day, and I love being their dad.” (And who wouldn’t love being the dad to two incredibly kind and funny kiddos?)
Even less common than details about Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet’s personalities are photos of the kids. In their Netflix docuseries, the Sussexes said they do their best to keep the minors’ lives as private as possible.
“We’ve been really conscious of protecting our kids as best as we can and also understanding the role that they play in this really historic family,” Markle said.
“As a dad and as parents, I think consent is a really key piece to this,” Harry agreed. “That if you have children, it should be your consent to what you share.” And we couldn’t agree more. Cheers to that and cheers to 40 years, Prince Harry!

The birthday post marks the first time the British royal family has shared a photo of Prince Harry since 2021.
Buckingham Palace has denied claims Meghan, Duchess of Sussex was cropped out of a photo posted to mark the 40th birthday of her husband Prince Harry.
The image, taken on Harry and Meghan’s trip to Dublin in 2018, shows the duke smiling as he listens to others around a table.
The royal family’s official Instagram page featured a post on Monday with the message: “Wishing The Duke of Sussex a very happy 40th birthday today!”
Some eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out a wider version of the same photo that included his wife Meghan, also smiling in the image, and speculation began that she had been deliberately cropped out of the photo.

However, a spokesperson for Buckingham Palace told The Independent the image was not altered and was used in the format it was received.
It has since been made clear that two photos were uploaded on that day in 2018 by the Press Association to Getty Images — one was zoomed in on the prince and a second showed Meghan and several others perched around the table.
The post has been considered by many as an olive branch extended by the family, as it is the first public post for Harry since 2021, a year after the Sussexes stepped back as working royals.
Harry’s brother and sister-in-law The Prince and Princess of Wales also shared the photo to their Instagram stories and wrote: “Wishing a Happy 40th Birthday to the Duke of Sussex.”
The gesture sparked new hope of a reconciliation between the brothers.
On Monday, Sunrise royal correspondent Rob Jobson spoke about the public message.
“I think it is better than nothing. I mean, the fact that they did it … they would have gotten more bother if they hadn’t done it, so by doing it they cover themselves,” Jobson said.
“(It would have been nicer) If it had been a bit more brotherly … rather than ‘we wish the Duke of Sussex a good day’, I think he could have been more personal. But it is better than nothing.”
In August the royal siblings both attended the funeral of their uncle Lord Robert Fellowes in Norfolk, but it is said they “kept their distance”.

An alleged rift between the brothers’ wives — Catherine, Princess of Wales and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex — has been cited as one of the reasons Harry and Meghan moved out of Kensington Palace in 2019.
Harry and Meghan eventually stepped down from royal duties and moved to the US, where they now live with their two children.
When Harry spoke to Oprah Winfrey in 2021, he declined to reveal what had seemingly widened the divide between the royals.
“The relationship is space at the moment and time heals all things, hopefully,” he said.
“My father and my brother, they are trapped. They don’t get to leave, and I have huge compassion for that.”
He said he and William had “been through hell together, we have a shared experience, but we were on different paths”.
Prince Harry received birthday messages from King Charles and the Prince and Princess of Wales
Real reason Meghan was left out of Harry’s birthday wishes from royal family
Prince Harry received wishes from King Charles and the Prince and Princess of Wales on his 40th birthday, but Meghan Markle was excluded from the posts.
On Sunday, both royal official accounts shared a photo of harry from 2018 event in Dublin alongside a birthday message.
The image, which shows Harry smiling, was criticized for not including Meghan, who was also present at the event.
However, Mirror reported that the photo used was pre-cropped version available through picture agencies, such as Getty Images.
Getty confirmed to the outlet that cropping images to focus on a single subject is a standard practice, suggesting that Meghan’s exclusion was not intentional.
They stated that it is a “standard practice to crop images to get singles, as has been done here.”
Therefore, the royal accounts likely chose the pre-cropped image of Harry because the post was celebrating his birthday.
Notably, Harry, who stepped down from royal duties with his with Meghan in 2022, now lives in California with his family, including two kids.
According to multiple outlets he celebrated his birthday with his family before attending a gathering with friends.
A royal snub? Meghan Markle was cropped out of the photo the royal family used in their social media tributes wishing Prince Harry a happy 40th birthday on Sunday, September 15.
Harry, 40, was seen wearing a gray jacket and white shirt while smiling brightly in the picture chosen for his milestone birthday. “Wishing The Duke of Sussex a very happy 40th birthday today!” the caption read on the royal family’s official Instagram and X accounts.
Two glasses were seen on the table in front of the duke, and Meghan, 43, was seated to Harry’s left in the original photo. It was taken while the couple were still working members of the British royal family.
Meghan Markle Cropped Out of Royals’ Prince Harry Birthday Photo
The pair were visiting Dublin, Ireland’s Dogpatch startup hub on July 11, 2018, during their first royal tour following their May 19, 2018, wedding.
While some royal watchers were surprised the royals gave Harry a birthday shout-out, the family has a policy of wishing members well on milestone birthdays. Even Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton sent Harry well wishes, but only via their X account.
“Wishing a Happy 40th Birthday to The Duke of Sussex!” the couple wrote while reposting the original message and photo shared by the family’s main page. William, 42, and Harry have been estranged since November 2018 when the brothers split their official households. The rift got worse when the duke and Meghan stepped down as working royals in January 2020 and moved to California to start a new life.
Things became even more tense between Harry and his entire family after he lobbed accusations against them in a 2021 CBS interview where he claimed they allegedly “leaked” and “planted” stories in the media about him and his wife.
Meghan, who is mixed race, alleged that “several” conversations were had by an unnamed royal family member during her first pregnancy about what color skin tone son Prince Archie would have. Harry made the same claim in the interview, although he said it took place before the pair were married.
Harry’s brother, Prince William, responded the following day to reporters who questioned him about the allegations, replying, “We are very much not a racist family.”
The duke went on to share private details about William and Kate in his 2023 memoir, Spare. He revealed his brother was uncircumcised and that they had a physical fight about Meghan. Harry also shared a tense private text exchange between Meghan and Kate, 42, over the princess’ daughter, Princess Charlotte’s, bridesmaid dress at Harry and Meghan’s wedding.
The last time Meghan saw Harry’s family was for Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September 2022. The Suits alum has not been back to England since then, except for a brief layover at Heathrow Airport in May while en route to a tour of Nigeria with Harry.
The duke has returned to England on several occasions since the funeral, mainly for his ongoing court cases against several newspapers. However, he also briefly flew to London in February after his father, King Charles III, revealed he had been diagnosed with cancer.
The monarch, 75, and his son only met for about half an hour before he and his wife, Queen Camilla, flew via helicopter to their country estate in Sandringham, England.
Harry and William both attended the funeral for their uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, on August 28 at St. Mary’s Church in Norfolk, England, but the pair reportedly didn’t interact.
“William and Harry were both there but we never saw them speak to each other and they were keeping their distance,” a source told The Sun in an article published on August 29.
The Duke of Sussex received well-wishes from King Charles III and Prince William on his 40th birthday
Prince Harry received a special surprise from his family on his milestone birthday, but it’s far from an olive branch, several royal experts claimed to Fox News Digital.
On Sunday, the Duke of Sussex’s 40th birthday was acknowledged by his father, King Charles, and his brother, Prince William, on social media. It marked the first time the royal family has publicly acknowledged Harry’s birthday since 2021, People magazine reported.
Kinsey Schofield, host of the “To Di For Daily” podcast, claimed to Fox News Digital that the celebratory posts aren’t signs that peace talks are imminent.

“Harry and Meghan are certainly not welcome back as a team,” Schofield claimed. “I would argue they are not welcome back at all if Prince William has anything to say about it… But Harry could potentially get his foot in the door through his father.”
“[But] it is not something the royal family is longing for,” Schofield claimed.
Sources previously told People magazine that Harry’s calls and letters to his father, 75, go unanswered. His attempts to contact William, 42, via texts and calls are “similarly ignored.” A palace insider claimed that the rift with William is “very bad” but not “irreparable.”
“Harry and Meghan are certainly not welcome back as a team. I would argue they are not welcome back at all if Prince William has anything to say about it… But Harry could potentially get his foot in the door through his father.”
— Kinsey Schofield, host of the To Di For Daily podcast
Schofield claimed that she wasn’t surprised by the royal family’s well wishes, as they’ve learned from the past.
“After Megxit and Prince Andrew’s scandal, Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace revised their social media protocol,” Schofield explained. “We were only made privy to this after the first year that the family didn’t wish Harry and Meghan a happy birthday online, and it was deemed a ‘snub.’”
“To avoid the drama of bringing up the chaos that surrounds some of the more well-known non-working royals, the new protocol dictates that the royal family will acknowledge the birthdays of non-working royals only on milestone birthdays,” she continued. “Translation — birthdays that end in 0. This saves the family from having to re-live the Megxit and Jeffrey Epstein headlines at the same time every year.”

The well-wishes came days after The Hollywood Reporter published an explosive story on Friday. The story aimed to examine the reported high turnover among the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s staff. An unnamed source described the duchess as a “dictator in high heels” who has reduced “grown men to tears.”
A request for comment was sent to a spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. It is understood that Josh Kettler, the couple’s former chief of staff who left the position after three months in August, was hired on a trial basis. The decision to part ways was described as “mutual,” with both sides agreeing it wasn’t the right fit.
Schofield claimed to Fox News Digital that the royals are prioritizing the king and Princess of Wales, as opposed to the latest headlines surrounding the Sussexes. Earlier this month, Kate Middleton announced she was “cancer free” following an “incredibly tough” battle. The king was diagnosed with cancer in February.

“The core royal family are still very much focused on the health of the king and Princess of Wales,” said Schofield. “We are hearing positive news from both Catherine and the king, but there is still concern that things could take a turn for the worse and Prince William’s family is thrust into much bigger responsibilities.”
Royal expert Ian Pelham Turner claimed to Fox News Digital that the Sussexes have their own challenges ahead.
“The problem with Harry and Meghan right now is they do not know who they can trust,” he claimed. “Being difficult may very well be [them] protecting their brand and personal rights.”

“Hopefully, the royal family privately celebrated Harry’s birthday. I say privately because, in my estimation, putting out messages on social media was just another tiring and boring PR move trying to show they are not to blame for the couple leaving Britain. In reality, they were.”
“I don’t believe Harry and Meghan are without fault either,” Pelham Turner continued. “But in my estimation, the royal family needs to grow and realize a lot of the world is laughing at all of these antics. They must never forget it is the blood, sweat and tears of the British population who pay for them. We expect a sensible and united royal family.”
Royal expert Hilary Fordwich claimed to Fox News Digital that the Prince and Princess of Wales “are taking the high road.”
Royal experts previously told Fox News Digital that Prince William (left) and Prince Harry (right) aren’t on speaking terms. (Getty Images)
“Their social media posts, while constrained and unemotional, were not surprising at all,” said Fordwich. “They were following the convention established during Queen Elizabeth II’s reign. Working royals receive annual birthday greetings. However, non-working royals, such as Harry and Meghan, receive such only acknowledging their major milestone birthdays.”
“Purportedly, Harry and Charles did speak by phone,” Fordwich claimed. “They spoke on Charles’ birthday [in November].”
But these days, Harry gets the “unavailable right now” message, a friend of his claimed to People.

“His calls go unanswered,” claimed the pal. “He has tried to reach out about the king’s health, but those calls go unanswered too.”
But on his birthday weekend, the prince focused on his life in California.
On Saturday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a special appearance at the George Zajfen Tennis Tournament in Los Angeles. People magazine noted the event benefited the Alliance for Children’s Rights in honor of Kelly McKee Zajfen’s late son.

While it was claimed that Meghan, 43, was cropped out of a photo used by the royals to wish Harry a happy birthday, a Buckingham Palace spokesperson confirmed to The Independent that their photo wasn’t altered.
The image was one of two versions taken by photographer Jimmy Rainford for Getty Images. The snapshot was taken during the couple’s Dublin trip in 2018, just after their royal wedding.
Harry has had a strained relationship with his family and has seen his father infrequently since he and his wife quit royal duties in 2020. At the time, the couple said the unbearable intrusions and racist attitudes of the British press were what prompted them to step back as senior royals.

The father of two has since detailed his rocky relationship with his family in TV interviews, a documentary and his memoir, “Spare.”
Several royal experts previously claimed to Fox News Digital that Harry and William haven’t been on speaking terms since his royal exit. In “Spare,” Harry details their sibling rivalry.
In the book, Harry alleged that during an argument in 2019, William called his wife “difficult” and “rude” and then grabbed him by the collar and knocked him down. Harry suffered cuts and bruises from landing on a dog bowl. Harry claimed Charles implored the brothers to make up. Following the funeral of Charles’ father, Prince Philip, in 2021, the king pleaded, “Please, boys, don’t make my final years a misery.”

When Harry returned to London in May to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, his spokesperson issued a statement, implying that the king was too busy to meet with his son.
People magazine reported that while the brothers recently attended the service for Fellowes at St. Mary’s Church in Snettisham, Norfolk, they sat separately with different groups of their maternal cousins.

Buckingham Palace’sbirthday tribute to Prince Harry stirred some unexpected speculation, with the internet asking one question: Was Meghan Markle cropped out of the photo?
The birthday tribute marked the first time in three years that the British royal family publicly recognized the Duke of Sussex’s birthday on social media after King Charles’ introduction of a new protocol that restricted birthday posts on social media to feature only active working royals in 2020.
In honor of Prince Harry celebrating his 40th birthday on September 15, Sunday, the British royal family shared a solo shot of him on social media.

“Wishing The Duke of Sussex a very happy 40th birthday today!” read the birthday tribute, which was re-shared by the Prince and Princess of Wales‘ social media account as well.
The photo chosen was from the prince’s visit to Ireland in 2018.
Meghan, 43, had also accompanied him on the trip, which was their first overseas visit together just two months after their royal wedding in May the same year.
The then-newlyweds had stopped at Dogpatch Labs while in Dublin, which was where the recently shared birthday photo was taken.

In the wider shot from the visit, the couple can be seen sitting together alongside others. Yet, for the birthday post, a solo shot of him smiling wide was chosen by the Royal Family account, run by the British King’s office at Buckingham Palace.
Social media users speculated whether the Suits actress was deliberately cropped out. Some even thought this confirmed “the hatred they continue to have for Meghan.”
The internet speculated whether Meghan Markle was deliberately cropped out of the picture, but the palace confirmed that they used the photograph without any alteration
“Tens of thousands of photos of Harry, and the Royal Family picked one that they cropped #MeghanMarkle out of. Well played, Royal-well played,” one social media user wrote.
“So much for the so called ‘Olive branch’ – Birthday greeting – to Harry on his 40th from Charles and the Royal Family,” said another. “Look who’s cropped out of the photo? Confirms the hatred they continue to have for Meghan. She was right all along.”
The palace soon stepped in to set the record straight.
A spokesperson for the Buckingham Palace confirmed to Independent that the image used was not altered, and they had used the photograph in the received format.
Seen as the rogue royals, Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior members of the royal family in 2020 and have since made several bombshell claims against the monarchy
The comments section of the birthday post was clearly divided, with some showering Prince Harry with wishes for hitting a milestone birthday while others sided with the ruling monarch due to the royal rift.
“Happy Birthday to the kindest, funniest, most relatable royal,” said one fan of the Duke of Sussex while another wished, “Happy 40th Birthday Harry, I really wish you all the love joy and happiness on your special day.”
Others criticized him in light of his departure from the royal family, with one saying he is, “A hateful man who’s treated his family abominably. We will never forgive how he treated Prince Philip and the Late Queen in their final weeks.”
“Not a working Royal – and actually a very divisive figure for many British family,” said another. “Look forward to @RoyalFamily now marking other non-working Royal Family member birthdays, for consistency.”
The Princess of Wales has carried out her first official work meeting since she began cancer treatment earlier this year.
In another small step on her return to public life, the princess had a meeting on Tuesday in Windsor Castle about her early childhood project.
It follows last week’s video message from Catherine where she revealed her relief that her chemotherapy had ended.
The princess said this year had been “incredibly tough” but she had gained a “renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life”.
This meeting in Windsor was recorded in the Court Circular, which lists royal engagements.
The princess has worked from home and had meetings at home before, but this was the first officially recorded work engagement since her treatment began.
This latest update is part of Catherine’s carefully managed return, which later this year could see her making a small number of public appearances, such as at Remembrance events in November and her annual Christmas carol concert.
This will send a positive message about her recovery. But there is still great caution about her health.
Catherine said in her video last week that her “path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes”.
There are no details or photographs of the meeting, but one of Catherine’s flagship projects has been the Shaping Us campaign, raising awareness about the importance of early childhood, which she has described as her “life’s work”.
This tentative return to work follows a year of health problems.
In January she was in hospital for abdominal surgery and then in March it was revealed that she was undergoing cancer treatment.
There were a couple of public appearances, at Trooping the Colour and the Wimbledon tennis championship, but it has mostly been a year away from the public eye.
Last week’s highly personal video, filmed with her family in Norfolk, described her emotional journey during the months of her cancer treatment – saying that “out of darkness, can come light”.
The princess described the “stormy waters” of her experience of cancer and how it had felt “complex, scary and unpredictable”.
“With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything,” she said.
Dolly Parton Takes a Swipe at Meghan Markle During ‘The View’ Appearance with Rachel Parton
In a recent episode of *The View*, country music legend Dolly Parton found herself in a heated debate with former actress Meghan Markle over her new cookbook. The atmosphere was charged, with emotions running high as the two women clashed. Parton’s sister, Rachel Parton, also joined in to support her sister’s arguments.
As the discussion unfolded, it became clear that tensions were simmering beneath the surface. Markle, known for her vegan lifestyle and advocacy for healthy eating, seemed eager to challenge Parton on the nutritional content of her cookbook’s recipes. Parton, famous for her love of traditional Southern cooking, was quick to defend her recipes, arguing that they were meant to be enjoyed in moderation.
The clash between the two strong-willed women intensified as they delved into the influence of celebrity cookbooks on public dietary choices. Markle, who focuses on wellness and mindfulness, voiced concerns about the potential health risks associated with indulgent recipes promoted by celebrities like Parton. In response, Parton boldly asserted that everyone has the freedom to make their own food choices without judgment.
Rachel Parton, in a surprising turn of events, joined the discussion by highlighting the cultural significance of her sister’s cookbook. She emphasized the importance of preserving culinary traditions and celebrating diversity in food preferences. This led to a debate about the role of food in shaping cultural identity and fostering connections within communities.
As the conversation grew more intense, whispers of personal grudges and hidden agendas began to surface. Rumors circulated that Markle had been critical of Parton’s career choices, questioning the authenticity of her image as a country music icon. In response, Parton’s loyal fans rallied behind her, praising her for staying true to her roots despite facing criticism from Markle.
The clash between Parton and Markle highlighted deeper societal divides regarding food culture, celebrity influence, and personal autonomy. The debate sparked conversations about the power dynamics at play when public figures use their platforms to promote certain lifestyles and values. While Markle advocated for a more mindful approach to eating, Parton championed the idea of enjoying food as a form of self-expression and communal bonding.
In the aftermath of the heated exchange, social media platforms were abuzz with comments both supporting and criticizing the viewpoints expressed on *The View*. Fans of Parton commended her for defending her culinary legacy, while critics of Markle accused her of being out of touch with the everyday struggles of maintaining a balanced diet.
The feud between Parton and Markle served as a microcosm of larger societal debates around food, health, and celebrity influence. It raised questions about who gets to define healthy eating and how cultural values shape our attitudes towards food choices. The clash of perspectives on *The View* echoed broader conversations happening in homes and communities around the world. As the dust settled on the controversial episode, one thing became clear: the discussion around food and identity is far from over. The showdown between these two influential women may have been just a glimpse into the complex web of beliefs and values that shape our relationship with what we eat. Only time will tell if they can find common ground or if their differences will continue to spark fiery debates in the future.
Charles Spencer Confronts Meghan Markle Over Leaked Details About Prince Harry’s Stay at Althorp House
Meghan Markle is at the center of a new controversy involving leaked details about Prince Harry’s recent visit to the UK, specifically his stay at the ancestral home of his late mother, Princess Diana. If these allegations are true, this could mark one of the most scandalous chapters in Meghan’s ongoing saga of royal intrigue.
The drama began when *The Sun* published an explosive article about Harry’s secret trip to the UK for his uncle Lord Robert Fellowes’s funeral. According to the report, Harry and his brother, Prince William, managed to reunite discreetly at the event. However, it’s hard to call a visit “secret” when it makes headline news and dominates media coverage. This glaring contradiction has raised questions about whether the visit was truly as covert as claimed.
Despite the family tragedy, the feud between William and Harry continued. Although both princes attended the funeral, they were reportedly seen keeping their distance and never spoke to each other. An insider told *The Sun* on August 29 that the brothers seemed intent on avoiding attention, and a second insider mentioned that they both arrived very discreetly. Yet, the widespread dissemination of the story casts doubt on the secrecy of Harry’s visit. How could such intimate details become public if the trip was genuinely intended to be under wraps?
Adding fuel to the fire, subsequent reports detailed Harry’s emotional tribute to his late uncle. Sources claimed that Harry’s heartfelt speech left attendees in awe. But how did this personal moment become public knowledge? Given the high-profile nature of the funeral and the discretion of its guests, it seems unlikely that such details would leak without internal sources. This raises the possibility that the information might have been deliberately leaked to the press.
Compounding the intrigue, a so-called royal insider described Harry’s presence at the funeral as “lovely and right,” suggesting that he aimed to reconnect with his mother’s side of the family. Yet, the identity of this insider remains shrouded in mystery, fueling speculation about the source of the leak.
The plot thickens with reports about Harry’s accommodation during his UK visit. Despite his ongoing battle for UK taxpayer-funded security, claiming that he and his family are unsafe in the country, details of his stay at Althorp, his childhood home, were leaked to the press. Charles Spencer, Diana’s brother and the estate’s current owner, has remained tight-lipped when approached for comment. If the Spencer side is maintaining silence, it raises the question: where is this information coming from?
The notion that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s camp might be behind these leaks isn’t entirely far-fetched. Meghan’s history with media manipulation and the couple’s apparent penchant for stirring public interest suggest they might be employing strategic leaks to shape the narrative. After all, if you’re fighting for security and trying to assert your importance, ensuring that the press is aware of your high-profile visits might serve as a powerful tactic.
