IN SAFE HANDS Prince William ‘is steering Kate into Diana’s footsteps’, claims Paul Burrell who says she ‘has never put a foot wrong’

PRINCE William is “steering Kate Middleton into Diana’s footsteps”, according to former royal butler Paul Burrell.

The former staff member, who worked for the Royal Family for 21 years, added that the Princess of Wales has “never put a foot wrong.”

Speaking to Closer, Paul claimed: “He’s steering Kate into Diana’s footsteps.

“I see the way she dresses and the way she behaves, and if her mother-in-law could say anything, she would tell her that she’s doing an incredible job because she’s never put a foot wrong and the country adores her.”

The former butler claimed that Prince William is “fiercely protective” over Princess Kate, and it “absolutely” comes from losing Diana when he was aged 15.

Paul added: “With William by her side, Kate’s safe because he will take care of her and would never let anyone harm her.”

This follows Princess Diana‘s brother praising Kate’s “incredible strength and poise” after her shock cancer news.

The Princess of Wales, 42, revealed she is undergoing treatment for cancer in an emotional video message in March.

Kate spoke about the “huge shock” after tests identified cancer following her abdominal surgery and the “incredibly tough couple of months” her family have experienced.

Earl Charles Spencer has taken to X, formerly Twitter, to share Kate’s touching video statement posted on the KensingtonRoyal account.

Reposting the footage, he penned: “Incredible strength and poise.”

Kate has remained absent from any official duties following major abdominal surgery in January.
I’ve seen Kate and Wills up close, I don’t believe social media gossip – their marriage seems better than
Her diagnosis is the second cancer shock to hit the royal family in as many months after King Charles revealed he was also undergoing treatment.

Buckingham Palace said in a statement that the King was “so proud” of Kate for “speaking as she did” and remains in the “closest contact with his beloved daughter-in-law”.

Kate said the family now needs “time, space and privacy” while she completes her treatment.

Editor-in-Chief of Majesty magazine, Ingrid Seward explained Diana would have “recognised how good Kate is” for William if she had had the chance to meet her.

Speaking to the Daily Mail alongside several of Diana’s friends and close confidantes, Seward revealed: “I think she would have been very fond of Kate because she does everything right and looks gorgeous.

“And I think she would have recognised how good Kate is for William because William is emotional and difficult.”

The author also claimed Diana would have been a fantastic grandma.

“The Goddess Grandmother, definitely. I think she would have been a little bit wary of Kate’s mother though, she would’ve sized her up straight away,” she added.

Prince William is a pillar of strength for Kate Middleton

EXPERT analysis by author and royal expert, Ingrid Seward.

Steadfast when his family needed him, William has proved himself as a man and future monarch of strength and compassion.

While he might not have been present during Kate’s courageous video address — make no mistake, he has been by her side every step of the way.

William has stepped up with school-run duties and provided a “great source of comfort and reassurance” to his wife.

But he has also been a comforting and reassuring presence for the public.

From leading members of the Royal Family at the Commonwealth Day Service to enjoying cheerful banter with youngsters on a youth centre visit, he hasn’t put a foot wrong.

Even then there were few chinks in his facade — but Kate was clearly on his mind.

“She needs to be sat here to hear this,” he smiled when the discussion turned to the challenges of young families.

But ultimately he is only human.

To have your father and your wife diagnosed with cancer in such quick succession is heart-shattering.

It’s a remarkable insight into the character of this young man that he has been so incredibly brave.

Theirs is a very private turmoil which has been brought into the public arena by the nature of their roles as future King and Queen.

William must feel the weight of enormous responsibility, both personally and for the monarchy, of which he is now the public face.

But he knows his most important role is that of dad and husband.

He will make that his priority.

This is a distinct difference from the ways of the past, where your royal role came before the role of spouse and parent.

Think back to when the Queen was young.

    William’s priority is his family

It was a man’s world then — and she was forced to abandon her children in a way that William is determined not to.

William and Kate waited until the school term was over and their children were home before making their public announcement.

    They needed to be prepared.

In this, they will have had the wholehearted support of Charles — who knows what it feels like to be brought up by nannies.

William was also acutely aware of the lack of his own father’s presence in his life, especially when things went wrong.

In 1991, he was accidentally hit over the head with a golf club when he was at school and Diana was having lunch in her favourite restaurant San Lorenzo.

The call came through that William had been bashed on the head and they thought he might die so it was very serious.

Both Charles and Diana rushed down to Ludgrove.

William was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital and then to Great Ormond Street Hospital and Diana went with him.

But ever a man of duty, Charles prioritised his engagements.

William is determined to do things differently.

Diana was tragically killed in a car accident in Paris, in August 1997, when Prince William was 15 and Prince Harry just 12 years old.

In the past, both Harry and Will have spoke out about their doting mum, with Harry revealing in 2010 that whatever he and William do, they wonder what Diana would be doing if she “was with us now”.

Speaking to ITV, the prince said: “Every day, I know I do and I’m sure William does as well, whatever we do, wherever we are and whoever we’re with I particularly always wonder what she’d think, what she’d be doing if she was with us now,” he said.

“If she’d be sitting here having a laugh, whether she’d be in the background sticking her tongue out or whether she’d be playing football with the children.

“That’s what keeps us going every day – that thought of what would she be like if she was around today.”

Prince William has previously spoken about how he would have loved Diana to have met Kate.

“Time makes it easier. I still miss my mother every day — and it’s 20 years after she died,” he said in 2016.

“I would love her to have met Catherine and to have seen the children grow up. It makes me sad that she won’t, that they will never know her,” he told GQ a year later.

TELLING SIGNS ‘Shy’ balcony appearance & a telling kiss, body language pro reveals Princess Diana’s ‘real thoughts’ on her wedding day

MILLIONS watched around the globe as Charles and Diana tied the knot 43 years ago today.

The Princess was just 20 years old when she walked down the aisle at St Paul’s Cathedral as 3,500 guests watched in the congregation.

The couple barely knew each other, with Diana later admitting they had only met 13 times before their wedding day.

King Charles and Diana were sadly an unhappy match and they announced their separation in 1992 before eventually getting divorced, a few years later.

But there are some body language moments on the day which can reveal exactly how the young future Princess of Wales may have been feeling on her big day.

Body language expert Judi James told Fabulous: “This ‘fairytale’ event was later described by Diana as ‘the worst day of my life’ and there are clues to her powerful but conflicting emotions during these six key moments.

“Even if we take away the royal theme, Diana’s wedding day had red flags flapping about like bunting in the breeze.”

    1) ‘ANXIOUS’ ARRIVAL

Looking shy and hesitant as she arrived at St Paul’s, Diana had to watch as her crumpled dress was smoothed out as she relished her last opportunity to bolt.

Her anxiety signals appeared at their peak here although many of them were prompted by concerns for her father.

Her eye expressions look retrospectively heart-breaking.

One minute she is coy and smiling shyly but the next a look of utter sadness replaces the eye-smiles as her mouth seems to droop slightly, suggesting feelings of fear as well as excitement.

    2) ALTAR SMILE

Diana appeared to show her 'fun side' at the altar

This pose shows Diana’s ability to be relatable and even show glimpses of her fun side as well as some inner anxieties as she sat next to her rather pompous and solemn-looking husband-to-be.
Princess Diana arrives at St Paul’s Cathedral in her incredible wedding dress for marriage to Prince Charles on 29 July 1981
She had just walked up the aisle past Camilla and seemed to have shot her a telling glance as she did so.

Diana always showed a keen eye for more ridiculous situations and the way she sits here, settled into her meringue of a dress as though comfy on a sofa at home, with a subtle, slight smile of fun on her face suggests this is where she went to at this dramatic, soap-opera moment, especially during the pause after the priest asked if anyone objected to their marriage.

    3) PENSIVE CARRIAGE RIDE

Perhaps the reality of her new life first hit Diana here.

As Charles turns his back on her to smile at the crowds, Diana leans forward and stretches her neck to look upward with a very pensive facial expression.

She was so young and she craved Charles’s attention but her pose here suggests feelings of vulnerability, from her ‘hedgehog’ partly-curled and self-protective pose to the bared neck that signals submission.

When Diana did eye-engage with the crowds though, we can see the first forming of tie-sign bonds of mutual affection that lasted throughout her lifetime.

Her eye-engage and her smile look natural and relatable.

It was an expression of personal friendship rather than a royal rictus.

She may have been feeling that any love she might miss from Charles would be there for her from the public.

    4) SHY BALCONY

Diana looked 'shy' on the Buckingham Palace balcony
    8

Diana returned to a body language pose she felt safe and familiar with here, thanks to her previous role in a kindergarten.

Standing with the small bridesmaids, she showed how much children were her priority and how much her sons would be another future source of her happiness.

The pecking order was made clear here, the Queen is to the front with her son just behind her.

Diana’s dipped head and shy smile suggest she understood her place in the line-up and was happier standing back in a warmer and less formal role.

    5) TRUSTING KISS

Diana leaned towards Charles for their kiss showing 'trust'

Diana’s pose during this kiss shows how prepared she was to abandon her life and her heart to Charles.

Leaning towards him, she turns and throws back her head and stretches and bares her neck in a gesture that signals high levels of trust in him now he is her husband.

Her belief in fairytale romance is obvious here, despite all the glaring red flags to suggest the opposite.

    6) MODEST PHOTOS

Diana's wedding photo showed her sitting in a 'gesture of a desire to be liked'
    8

Diana was not labelled as one of the world’s most beautiful women at this point and her pose for the official photos suggests a lack of vanity and a desire to be liked and to be treated as ‘normal’ despite her new royal rank.

This pose lacks any sense of pomp and formality.

She’s sitting on the floor, leaning forward slightly and with her head tilted or cocked in a gesture of a desire to be liked and to make people smile.

She is now surrounded by people, which she seems to feel is an opportunity to have fun and make friends but her new status was making relaxed, easy-going friendships difficult.

Her sweet, self-effacing body language suggests a huge desire to trust people and engage with them here, which made her future lifestyle even more poignant.

BROKEN BOND Harry should rethink how he treats Wills- seeing mum’s letters would remind him how close they were, says Arthur Edwards

HARRY should rethink his relationship with Wills as reading his mum’s letters would remind him how close they were, a royal photographer said.

Arthur Edwards reflected on the bond between the two princes as Princess Diana’s letters are set to be going to auction.

These letters vividly depict the boys’ close relationship, with Diana noting how William adored his younger brother, showering him with hugs and kisses.

Their childhood was filled with shared adventures and activities such as skiing, jet skiing, and flying airplanes.

They were inseparable, supporting each other in both play and charity work.

Edwards told The Sun: “William adores his little brother and spends the entire time pouring an endless supply of hugs and kisses over Harry.”

“They were very close. I mean, they did everything together. They were just inseparable.”

But Edwards expressed sorrow over their current estrangement, suggesting that Harry might benefit from re-reading his mother’s letters to reassess his relationship with William.

He said: “It’s no longer like that, I’m afraid.

“If Harry read one of those letters from his mother, maybe he’ll have a rethink about how he is going to be in future towards his brother.”

“Harry could have had a great life here. He was respected here. He was much loved by the media, by the nation.”

Edwards also doubts that Harry is happier since moving to the United States

Edwards also observed the differences between the brothers from a young age.

William, more cautious and burdened with future responsibilities as king, found certain activities more challenging compared to Harry’s more instinctive and daring nature.

Despite these differences, Harry once declared his main role in life was to support William.

But Harry’s move to the United States has drastically changed his status, the royal photographer said.

Once beloved in the UK and respected for his royal duties, Harry is now seen as just another celebrity in America.

Edwards doubts that Harry is happier, despite possibly being wealthier.

He said: “Here, when he lived here, when he worked for the Queen, he was a somebody.

“In America, he’s just another celebrity in a town full of celebrities.”

“He might be wealthier, but I bet he’s not happier.”

Reflecting on Diana’s legacy, Edwards emphasised her trailblazing role in the Royal Family.

Diana was known for her compassion and willingness to break traditional norms, as evidenced by her work with HIV patients and her campaign against landmines.

Her death was a national tragedy, bringing the country to a standstill as people mourned her loss.

Diana’s ability to engage with the public and media left a lasting impact, and Edwards has fond memories of her warmth and dedication.

Comparing Diana to Princess Catherine, Edwards noted differences in their personalities.

Diana could be moody and outspoken, whereas Kate is consistently good-humoured.

Despite these differences, both women have a photogenic quality that captivates the public and media.

Diana’s marriage to King Charles, though filled with public admiration, ultimately ended due to their differing interests.

Diana was drawn to the modern and glamorous, while Charles preferred traditional and countryside pursuits.

Edwards reminisced about the global admiration Diana garnered during her travels with Charles, drawing massive crowds wherever they went.

Her untimely death left a profound sadness, but Edwards cherishes memories of her infectious smile and her ability to connect deeply with the camera and the public.

What were Princess Diana’s last words?

A firefighter on the scene of Princess Diana’s accident revealed the last words she spoke before her death in an interview with The Sun.

Xavier Gourmelon said he thought he had saved her life by giving her CPR moments after her fatal Paris car crash.

The princess was conscious and had her eyes open as he pulled her from the wreckage — only to suffer a cardiac arrest as she was placed gently on a stretcher.

Before she was taken out of the car, he held her hand and comforted her.

He told the Sun: “When I arrived her eyes were open and she was conscious.

In what were reportedly her final words, Diana asked him: “My God, what’s happened?”

The firefighter added: “I massaged her heart and a few seconds later she started breathing again.

“It was a relief of course because, as a first responder, you want to save lives – and that’s what I thought I had done.

“To be honest I thought she would live.

“As far as I knew when she was in the ambulance she was alive and I expected her to live.
What Princess Diana was really thinking on her wedding day to Prince Charles, revealed by a body language expert Judi James
“But I found out later she had died in hospital. It was very upsetting.”

It was only when Diana was put in an ambulance that a fellow paramedic told Gourmelon who the victim was.

He said: “I was so shocked. I knew who she was, but don’t follow British royalty closely.

“I went to the ambulance and looked in and that’s when I recognised her.”

    When did Princess Diana die?

Princess Diana died from injuries sustained in a car accident that occurred near midnight on August 31, 1997.

She was 36 years old when she died.

Her driver, Henri Paul, was under the influence and speeding at nearly twice the posted limit in the Pont de l’Alma tunnel in Paris.

Paul lost control of the vehicle carrying Diana and her boyfriend Dodi Fayed and their bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones and crashed into the wall of the tunnel.

Fayed and Paul were killed instantly.

Diana was still alive when emergency services arrived at the scene but ultimately succumbed to her injuries at 4.53am.

According to United Press International, initial reports said she had a concussion, a broken arm and a cut to her thigh.

She also suffered severe chest wounds.

The Princess left behind her two sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, aged 15 and 12 respectively at the time.

Trevor was the only survivor of the crash and the only passenger who wore a seat belt, although he suffered serious injuries.

    Where is Princess Diana buried?

The burial took place privately, after a public funeral on Saturday, September 6, 1997.

Princess Diana’s final resting place is on the grounds of Althorp Park, her family home.

It also bears a Princess Diana quote which reads: “Nothing brings me more happiness than trying to help the most vulnerable people in society. It is a goal and an essential part of my life.

“A kind of destiny. Whoever is in distress can call on me. I will come running wherever they are.”

The original plan was for the Princess to be laid to rest at the nearby Great Brington church.

Several Spencer family members including Diana’s father are buried there in the Spencer Family Vault.

However, this plan was later abandoned, with the family concerned about the safety and security of her grave.

Diana’s grave is not publicly accessible, though visitors to the Althorp Estate can pay their respects at a dedicated memorial.

Rather than just one single first or second class stamp, the shoppers’ parcel was marked with six royal stamps.

The recipient, who is from the UK, took to social media to share her astonishment, showcasing her post that had been decorated with Princess Diana stamps from 1998.

Alongside the post, which was shared on the ‘mildlyinteresting’ thread, the Reddit user, who writes under the username @IndigoBlue14, wrote: “My copper wire off eBay arrived with SIX different collectable Princess Diana memorial stamps from 1998.”

Each stamp denoted a gorgeous picture of the late Princess Diana, and all of which were marked with the number 26.

Stunned at the stamps, the woman shared: “It was delivered by the postman straight to me but I thought they had to be stamped.”

Each stamp was valued at 26p at the time – a stark contrast to today’s £1.35 for a first-class stamp.

But now, these sets of collectable stamps are being sold on eBay for a whopping £99 – yes, you heard that correctly.

And interestingly, another Reddit user claimed to have received a parcel from the same seller recently.

The woman said: “Hey, you ordered off the same seller as me.

“I also got copper wire and a parcel covered in train stamps from the 70s and 80s.”

I found a book for £1.50 in a charity shop – I had no idea I hit the jackpot
To this, the author replied: “Someone [is] using up a dead relatives stamp collection I suspect.

“This is genuine and both I and the seller are in the UK, not the USA.”

    REDDIT USERS REACT

Many other Reddit users were charmed by the seller’s unusual approach, with one even requesting the stamps.

One Reddit user asked: “If you don’t collect stamps, is there any chance you can send them to me?

“My mum collects stamps and I’m sure she’d love them!”

In response, the author responded: “I don’t collect stamps. Send me a PM and I’ll happily post you the envelope.”

At the same time, a third user explained: “Seems weird but perhaps these stamps are still valid.”

BRITS who have an old stamp collection cluttering up their home may not realise they could be sitting on a small fortune.

Whilst one eBay seller shared: “I can shed light. I’m an eBay seller myself and with postage costs soaring, some of us have taken to buying out old worthless stamps collections off of other sites for less than face.

“The USPS does not care how many or what kind of stamp you use, as long as the cost of postage is covered.”

Following this, someone else penned: “Right now, people are not collecting stamps. The older generation that did are dead or dying off.

“When you take these fairly rare stamps for resale, there just isn’t anyone buying them, at least not for a price that would be seen as reasonable.”

Today, Royal Mail has mandated the inclusion of barcodes on all stamps as part of their extensive modernisation efforts.

Meghan Markle is experiencing a significant Hollywood snub as former *Suits* co-stars Patrick Adams and Sarah Rafferty launched their new podcast, *Sidebar*. The inaugural episode recently dropped, and to everyone’s surprise, Meghan’s name barely surfaced in the conversation. While Adams and Rafferty reminisced about their time on set, Meghan’s contributions were reduced to a mere mention, highlighting her diminishing role in their narrative.

Once considered a staunch defender of Meghan, Adams simply listed his favorite co-stars, leaving her out. Just a couple of years ago, he was championing Meghan against bullying accusations, calling her an “enthusiastic, kind, collaborative, generous, and joyful person.” However, fast forward to today, and his recent comments paint a different picture. It seems that communication has dwindled, revealing that Meghan’s previous reputation did not hold up against the realities of their former working relationship.

The snub isn’t limited to the podcast; a behind-the-scenes cameraman recently spilled the tea to the *Daily Mail*, describing Meghan as “difficult, demanding, capricious, and rude.” It appears that her diva antics were well-known on set long before she entered the royal spotlight. The crew affectionately dubbed her “the princess,” a fitting title given her inflated sense of self-importance.

Despite being sixth on the call sheet, Meghan had the audacity to refer to *Suits* as “my show” more times than one could count. She seems to forget that the show isn’t exactly in the same league as *Friends* or *The Office*. For someone who left such an indelible mark, you’d think she would at least acknowledge her role as more of a supporting character than the main event. Yet here we are, with Meghan still clinging to the notion that *Suits* would have crumbled without her dazzling presence.

Her insistence on being at the forefront of conversations regarding the show is almost laughable. This podcast snub, coupled with whispers from former crew members about her alleged diva behavior, paints a portrait of someone who may not be the beloved star she envisions herself to be. A pattern seems to emerge when multiple accounts surface regarding her treatment of those beneath her, reinforcing the narrative of Meghan as a bully or insufferable colleague.

One has to wonder if Meghan has ever looked in the mirror and questioned why her relationships with former co-stars have soured so dramatically. Her behavior appears consistent, whether with royal staff or fellow actors, revealing an unmistakable pattern of entitlement.

However, let’s not forget the shining star of this narrative: Patrick Adams. It’s strange how he has swung from staunch defender to apparent disengagement. Although he may be the son-in-law of a Hollywood producer—something that surely appealed to Meghan during her rise to stardom—it raises the question of whether he has finally realized that playing the supportive sidekick to Meghan’s antics isn’t winning him any points in the long run.

As *Suits* co-stars move on to podcasting glory, it seems that Meghan is left to contend with a fading Hollywood status. The world is watching, and while she may have enchanted some with her royal fairy tale, it’s clear that her past is catching up with her. It’s hard to maintain the façade of the Duchess of Everything when the ghosts of her *Suits* past start calling.

  • Prince Harry and Meghan have ‘ISSUES’ as Duke separates for solo travel as couple dynamic REVEALED

Prince Harry and Meghan have ‘ISSUES’ as Duke separates for solo travel as couple dynamic REVEALED

‘The Sussexes do have issues when it comes to communication, management and making decisions.’

Royal reporter, Kinsey Schofield, describes the dynamic of Harry and Meghan’s relationship after the Duke begins solo trips without his wife.

Prince William recently introduced the latest finalists for his Earthshot Prize, which is aimed at finding innovative solutions to repair the planet. The 15 finalists, from all over the world, are tackling climate challenges such as protecting nature, cleaning air, reviving oceans, and building waste-free societies. Each winner will receive a $1 million prize, and the awards ceremony will take place in Cape Town this November.

Two notable British finalists include Douglas Martin, who offers a sustainable alternative to fish oil through algae, and Dimple Patel from Nature Metrics, which uses environmental DNA to analyze biodiversity. Prince William’s Earthshot Prize, inspired by President John F. Kennedy’s moonshot project, seeks to promote climate optimism and bring attention to impactful environmental solutions.

At the same time, there have been developments with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Harry recently attended a charity event in California alone, sparking rumors of tension within their relationship. Meghan pulled out of the event last minute due to illness. While some speculate about cracks in their relationship, others believe Meghan’s absence may be due to family commitments, as it coincides with similar rumors from last year.

Additionally, Prince Harry is set to visit the UK soon for the WellChild Awards. However, it’s unclear if there will be any meetings between him and his father, King Charles. The royal commentator Kinsey Schofield touched on rumors about Harry and Meghan’s management style, highlighting that there may be communication challenges within their team, which has led to employee dissatisfaction over the years.

What Prince Harry Said About Meghan Markle 'Bully' Allegations - Newsweek

It seems that Prince Harry is focusing on rehabilitating his public image after some recent challenges, especially in the U.S. Although his memoir Spare was commercially successful, some of the content made him a subject of ridicule. Now, Harry is positioning himself as a thought leader, attending high-profile events like the one in New York, and trying to regain respect in public discourse. There’s also speculation about his future moves, with some wondering how he will establish himself in the coming year.

Meanwhile, there are ongoing discussions about potential meetings with his father, King Charles, though no official plans have been confirmed. Royal commentators suggest that both Harry and Charles are trying to rebuild trust in their relationship, and any meetings will likely remain private until after the fact.

On the lighter side, Prince William’s recent appearance in a video for his Earthshot Prize sparked comments about his beard, with opinions ranging from disapproval to admiration for his more laid-back look. Many seem more interested in the upcoming Princess of Wales’ Christmas concert, where Kate Middleton may reprise her piano performance, which captivated audiences last year.

Both brothers continue to carve out their own paths, though their journeys are often met with public scrutiny and a mix of support and criticism.

In a surprising turn of events, Josh Kettler, the chief of staff for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s ArchWell Foundation, has decided to step down after only a few months in the role.

Initially, Kettler was filled with enthusiasm at the prospect of working alongside one of the most talked-about couples in the world.

However, his experience quickly transformed from a dream job into a challenging ordeal.

Meghan and Harry’s Foundation Faces Turbulence as Chief of Staff Resigns

In a surprising turn of events, Josh Kettler, the chief of staff for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s ArchWell Foundation, has decided to step down after only a few months in the role.

Initially, Kettler was filled with enthusiasm at the prospect of working alongside one of the most talked-about couples in the world.

However, his experience quickly transformed from a dream job into a challenging ordeal.

When Kettler joined ArchWell, it seemed like he had hit the career jackpot.

With years of industry experience under his belt, he was excited to tackle high-profile projects.

Yet, the initial excitement faded as he grappled with the tumultuous nature of the Sussexes’ operations.

The once pleasant atmosphere of cakes and coffee in the office soon devolved into a chaotic work environment characterized by erratic decision-making and a glaring absence of strategic direction.

ArchWell has become synonymous with unpredictability, marked by frequent shifts in project focuses and abrupt changes in branding strategies.

The couple’s approach to their foundation appears far from methodical.

This inconsistency, combined with constant priority shifts—from artisanal jam-making to international tours—has made it nearly impossible for staff to develop coherent strategies.

Sources close to the situation reveal that the disarray at ArchWell goes beyond mere shifting goals.

There are troubling concerns regarding a lack of confidentiality and respect for professional boundaries.

Kettler, much like his predecessors, discovered that private conversations and sensitive negotiations often found their way back to Meghan.

This breach of privacy raised eyebrows and led to speculation about possible surveillance, though no concrete evidence has emerged to support such claims.

Central to this turmoil is a figure known within ArchWell circles as Mamadoura.

Often seen around the mansion, her presence is believed to extend beyond that of a protective mother.

Many view her as a gatekeeper, swiftly relaying any potentially negative information or missteps back to Meghan.

This relentless oversight has reportedly cultivated a stifling atmosphere where employees hesitate to voice dissent or stray from the prescribed path.

The impact of this environment on Kettler and others has been profound.

The constant scrutiny, coupled with the fear that information could be misrepresented, has created a workplace where employees feel as if they’re under perpetual surveillance.

Such an atmosphere not only hampers productivity but also breeds distrust among team members.

When private dealings are exposed and portrayed negatively, frustration and disillusionment naturally follow.

The chaotic nature of ArchWell’s operations reflects broader issues within Harry and Meghan’s brand management.

Their tendency to leap from one project to another without clear strategic planning has left many questioning whether the foundation will ever find stability.

Kettler’s experience sheds light on the challenges faced by ArchWell employees that extend well beyond operational difficulties.

The personal dynamics at play, along with the potential for negative repercussions, have turned maintaining professionalism into an uphill battle for those toiling behind the scenes.

Navigating this unpredictable landscape demands not only skill but also remarkable resilience.

Dressed simply, she switched out looks half-way through the activity-packed day.

For her first look, the 43-year-old wore pieces from one of her favourite designers, Johanna Ortiz.

Meghan paired the Colombian designer’s Deep Ocean silk crop top with the Hello Sailor silk maxi skirt.

Combined, the entire look cost approximately £1,700.

It also included white embroidery patterns throughout and a bow detail at the chest.

Nicola Peltz explained her absence from Victoria’s birthday, citing Brooklyn’s fear of c0nflict due to previous d!sputes over Nicola’s pregnancy

Victoria Beckham rung in her 50th birthday in style, with a lavish celebration at a private members club in Mayfair on Saturday, but one person was missing.

Nicola Peltz, married to Victoria Beckham’s oldest son Brooklyn Beckham,

revealed on her Instagram that she was not able to make it to the party because she was spending time with her grandmother.

Peltz shared an image of her grandmother, who was maid of honour at her wedding to Brooklyn, with the message: “My world in my arms.”

Shortly after, she posted a picture of the Beckham family on her Instagram story, which included Victoria’s husband David Beckham and their four children, Brooklyn, 25, Romeo,

21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12, posing before the birthday celebration. She wrote that she wished she too could’ve joined the family.

“Happy birthday to my beautiful mil [mother-in-law] Victoria Beckham, I’m so sad I’m not there to celebrate you and hug you! Sending all my love from me and my naunni. I miss you all so much!” she wrote.

Other guests at the London event, reportedly held at private members club Oswald’s in Mayfair, included Tom Cruise, Salma Hayek, Rosie Huntongton-Whitley and Jason Stathum, Gordon Ramsay, and Eva Longoria.

Victoria’s former Spice Girls bandmates Emma Bunton, Mel B, Geri Horner and Mel C were all present too, as they reunited to sing a rendition of their hit single “Stop” for David Beckham.

Before the celebrations, Victoria posted on Instagram that she was thankful for the “unconditional love and support” of her husband David, and she was “so incredibly blessed to have reached this milestone”.

Beckham wrote: “As you head into this birthday you should look back and be proud of what you have accomplished, achieved and what you have built”.

The night ended in style with David offering Victoria, who arrived at the party on crutches after an accident in the gym in February, a piggyback ride.

Victoria’s life with David was explored in Beckham, a four-part Netflix documentary series in 2023, which also addressed his rise to fame as a footballer along with speculation that he allegedly had an affair while he was playing for Real Madrid in 2003.
