Behind closed doors: King Charles’s speech to Prince Harry presented by Angela Levin shocks fans

Behind Closed Doors: King Charles’ Speech to Prince Harry Exposed by Angela Levin
This time, we’re flashing back to October 2023 when King Charles was out doing his royal duties, participating in a historic ceremony dating all the way back to 1689. He’s carrying this pearl sword, a gift from none other than Queen Elizabeth I herself, symbolizing authority and responsibility. Sounds like a typical royal affair, right? Well, not quite. Hold on to your crowns because according to royal expert Angela Levin, this wasn’t just any royal speech. This was King Charles playing 4D chess and sending a not-so-subtle message to his estranged son, our favorite royal rebel, Prince Harry.

Let’s break down what Charles said. There he was, decked out in his royal regalia, with that signature squinty-eyed look, and he drops this line: “Do we pause instinctively and unerringly before speaking or acting to ensure we are affording equal weight to both sides of the balance? Our society would be a kinder and gentler place for it.”

Whoa, Your Majesty, are you about to start a royal rap battle? Because those are some serious words. But here’s where it gets juicy. Angela Levin, the Sherlock Holmes of royal watchers, decoded the speech like it was *The Da Vinci Code*. According to her, this wasn’t just a generic call for kindness. Oh no, this was Charles serving up a piping hot plate of shade, with a side of “Sit down and be quiet, son.”

Let’s dissect it. When Charles talks about pausing before speaking or acting, he might as well be holding up a neon sign that says, “Harry, for the love of everything royal, please think before you speak!” Can you blame the guy? His son has been out there spilling more tea than the Boston Tea Party, and Charles is probably thinking, “I didn’t sign up for this when I became king. Where’s the reset button on this parenting thing?”

And then there’s the line about affording equal weight to both sides of the balance. Even if you’re not a royal expert, it’s pretty clear what Charles is hinting at. It’s like he’s saying, “Harry, I know you think the world revolves around you and Meghan, but there are two sides to every story.” It’s the royal equivalent of saying, “There are three sides to every story: yours, mine, and the truth.”

But here’s where it gets really interesting. Angela Levin, bless her, says this is Charles basically telling Harry, “Don’t come in here demanding apologies years later.” And I’ve got to say, I am *living* for this royal drama. It’s like *The Crown* meets *Jerry Springer*, and I am here for it.

Now, let’s pause to appreciate the masterclass in passive-aggressiveness that Charles is serving. This man has been waiting longer to do his job than most of us have been alive, and he’s dropping bombs in the most polite, most British way possible. It’s like he’s saying, “I’m not angry; I’m just disappointed,” but with a royal twist.

The kicker? Angela Levin doesn’t think Harry’s going to notice at all. And honestly, she’s probably right. Harry, bless his ginger heart, has been so wrapped up in his own narrative that he probably wouldn’t recognize an olive branch if it smacked him in the face. And don’t even get me started on Meghan. She’s probably in their Montecito mansion, practicing her “I’m listening intently” face in the mirror while internally planning their next move. This whole “Harry and Meghan vs. the world” saga has her fingerprints all over it.

Now, I know what some of you might be thinking. “Friendly neighborhood critic, aren’t you being a bit harsh on Harry and Meghan?” And I hear you, but let’s break this down. Here we have two incredibly privileged individuals who had the world at their feet. They were beloved members of one of the most famous families in the world. They had wealth, status, and the ability to make real, meaningful change. And what did they do? They threw a royal tantrum, packed up their toys, and moved to California to become… professional victims?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure life in the royal family isn’t all tea and trumpets. I’m sure the pressures and expectations would crack most of us faster than you can say, “God Save the King.” But the way Harry and Meghan have aired their grievances—it’s like watching a car crash in slow motion. Only the car is made of solid gold, and the driver insists they’re the victim.

And what about this vacation to some exclusive island? They’re out here complaining about being cut off financially, and then they’re jetting off to places most of us couldn’t even point to on a map. It’s like they’re living in an alternate reality where actions don’t have consequences, and cognitive dissonance is a fashion statement.

The hypocrisy. They preach environmentalism while taking private jets. They demand privacy while doing tell-all interviews and Netflix specials. They complain about royal life while clinging to their titles. It’s enough to make your head spin.

Meanwhile, poor King Charles. He finally gets the throne after waiting longer than some small countries have existed, and instead of basking in the glory, he’s stuck playing royal referee. It’s like he’s trapped in a bizarre game of keep-away with the crown, only the other player is his own son.

But credit where it’s due—Charles’s approach here is masterful. He’s not stooping to Harry’s level by airing dirty laundry in public. He’s not giving explosive interviews or writing tell-all memoirs. He’s using the very institution Harry’s rebelling against to send his message. It’s like he’s saying, “You want to play this game, son? Two can play that game.”

The irony is rich. Harry claims he left the royal family to protect his own family and break the cycle of “genetic pain” or whatever New Age philosophy he’s quoting these days. Meanwhile, Charles is using centuries-old traditions to try and knock some sense into him. It’s like watching a chess match, except one of the players flipped the board and declared themselves the winner.

But here’s the real tragedy. The collateral damage. Think about little Archie and Lilibet, growing up in the middle of all this drama. Think about William and Kate, trying to carry on with their duties while their family is being torn apart. Think about Queen Elizabeth, spending her final years watching her family implode. For what? So Harry and Meghan can play the victim card and rake in millions?

It’s exhausting. It’s unnecessary. And frankly, it’s getting old.

But let’s circle back to King Charles and his pearl sword speech. This moment perfectly encapsulates the royal family’s current situation. Tradition vs. modernity. Carefully chosen words with hidden messages. A father trying to reach out to his son the only way he knows how. And what does Harry do? According to Angela Levin, he ignores it completely.

Charles isn’t just Harry’s dad, though—he’s the King of England. Sooner or later, Harry’s going to have to realize that his actions have consequences, not just for him and his family, but for the entire institution he’s still a part of. Strip away the royal titles, and who is Harry? A middle-aged man with a Netflix deal and a tendency to overshare.

Harry and Meghan want all the perks of royalty without the responsibilities. They want the spotlight without the scrutiny. They want to be both victims and heroes. But that’s just not how the world works.

A former girlfriend of Prince Harry has admitted she feels “lucky” that the split up and that their relationship did not last because of the lifestyle it brought.

Florence St George, a former model who dated Prince Harry in 2011, said she struggled with the media attention their relationship received.

She also said that she “takes [her] hat off to people who can cope with that lifestyle”, potentially referring to the Duke of Sussex’s wife Meghan Markle, who he married in 2018.

“My privacy ended abruptly, and the scrutiny began,” she told Stella magazine.

“A new story would appear almost every day in the press, my school friends were interrogated and there were photographers outside my front door.

“I take my hat off to those people who can cope with that lifestyle, but I knew I couldn’t. Although it was sad at the time, I feel lucky that the relationship was short lived.”

Mrs St George ultimately married Henry St George, the vice-president of the Grand Bahama Port Authority, in 2014 and the couple now have two children, Iris and Jimmy.

Another of Prince Harry’s high profile relationships was with Zimbabwean lawyer Chelsy Davy, whom the Duke had known since his school days.

However, she also ended their romance after realising she wasn’t cut out for royal life, with the realisation reportedly coming after she watched the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge tie the knot in 2011.

Royal biographer Robert Lacey explains in his book Battle of Brothers that shortly after the wedding, where Harry had been his brother’s best man, Chelsey finally ended their long romance.

He writes: “In 2011, after more comings and goings, she finally decided to go – and it was, ironically, Kate and William’s grand and glorious wedding that spring that did it for her.

“According to a friend, she told Harry that she could never make the sacrifices she had witnessed Kate making, particularly when it came to moulding her life around the unremitting attention of the press.”

It wasn’t just Chelsy who decided against royal life – his next girlfriend Cressida Bonas did too.

The Burberry model met Harry in 2012 and the pair dated on and off until 2014.

MrLacey added: “A rising actress, Cressida did not enjoy the critical remarks that she could hear people making behind her back when she walked down the street in London – she felt that the fame of her relationship put her ‘in a box’.”

In a world where royal drama captures the headlines and keeps us on the edge of our seats, the latest twist involving Meghan Markle has set tongues wagging and social media ablaze.

The news that King Charles has made a final decision regarding Meghan’s titles has sent shockwaves through both royal circles and the general public. But what does this mean for Meghan, her family, and her future in the UK?

Buckle up as we dive into the captivating world of royalty, media frenzy, and the intriguing life of Meghan Markle.

Let’s just say that they aren’t her biggest fans, and we are not talking about her Hollywood movies or television work.

Many royal fans and critics alike have noticed that the royal family made an effort to wish Prince Harry a very happy 40th birthday but completely ignored Meghan Markle on her 43rds birthday earlier in the month. And of course, a lot of people want to know why.

This Is The Reason Why The Royal Family Is Leaving Out Meghan Markle

Apparently, there’s a reason why Meghan was left out from the birthday wishes and has not even been mentioned on any of the royal family’s social media accounts since she and Prince Harry pulled the plug on their working relationship with the royals back in 2020.

It’s being heavily speculated on social media that the royals would like to have Prince Harry back in the royal fold but simply do not want Meghan anywhere near them, let alone back in the royal family.

If that weren’t enough, a lot of people also noticed that the royals used a ‘cropped’ photo of Prince Harry for his birthday post.

However, one expert said that it is “standard practice to crop images to get singles, as has been done here.”

Royal Family News – What’s Next For Meghan Markle?

The expert also added that Meghan’s exclusion was not intentional, even though some people might have seen it that way.

Either way, the royals have made it pretty clear that they want nothing to do with the Duchess of Sussex and don’t plan on wishing her a happy birthday anytime soon, or ever at all.

For Meghan’s part, it doesn’t seem like she’s too bothered about it all.

That’s because she’s made it clear on her end as well that she has no plans to ever step foot on UK soil again, even if it’s for a royal family member’s funeral. She simply doesn’t want to be there.

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the matter.

For now, let us know what you think by leaving us a line with your thoughts in our comments section below.

Queen Elizabeth delighted royal fans today as she stood smiling and unaided in her first meeting since spraining her back.

But a picture showing her hands to be a shade of purple has sparked conversation about the 95-year-old monarch’s heath – and whether the courtiers need to turn the heating on at Windsor Castle.

Her Majesty, who has been on doctors’ orders to rest for over a month, held a face-to-face audience on Wednesday with General Sir Nick Carter, the Chief of the Defence Staff.

In pictures released by Buckingham Palace, both the Queen and General Sir Carter’s hands look dark purple.

While it could just be the lighting in the room causing the effect, purple skin can be a sign of poor circulation

This can happen in cold weather, which causes your blood vessels and arteries to narrow, restricting blood flow and reducing oxygen to the heart.

Dr Jay Verma, from the Shakespeare Medical Centre, told Metro.co.uk: ‘It might be Raynaud’s phenomenon or just really cold hands! The purple is due to deoxygenated blood.’

According to the Raynaud’s phenomenon is common and does not usually cause severe problems. It can be treated by keeping warm and will usually go away after a few minutes or hours.

The Queen has previously been pictured with a purplish blemish on her hands, when royals from Jordan came to visit back in 2019.

According to Dr Giuseppe Aragona, GP and Online Doctor for Prescription Doctor, there are several medical explanations for why the darker hue has returned.

A purple hue was seen on the Queen’s hands back in 2019, when royals from Jordan came to visit

He said: ‘There are a few different reasons for why the Queens hands are so purple: a lack of circulation,  frail skin, exposed veins, bruising, a leakage of blood to the tissue beneath the skin causing the colour.

‘It could be Cyanosis which occurs when there is not enough oxygen in the blood.

‘Blood which has a normal amount of oxygen is a deep red and means your skin is its normal colour, however low oxygenated blood is bluer which causes your skin to have a purple hue.

‘It is known that Cyanosis can develop quicker if the person has suffered a minor health problem, so this could be linked to her recent injury.’

Buckingham Palace confirmed in a last-minute announcement on Sunday that the Queen had sprained her back and would not be able to attend the Remembrance service at the Cenotaph.

The event, to pay tribute to the war dead, has long been one of the most important in the monarch’s calendar, and was widely expected to be her first public appearance after cancelling other engagements due to doctors’ advice.

Prince Charles, the future King, was teary-eyed during the service in central London as he laid a poppy wreath on behalf of his mother.

The Queen’s latest injury has sparked concerns over the impact of car journeys and longer periods of standing.

It followed another health scare last month, which saw the Queen staying in hospital overnight for the first time in eight years, forcing the cancellation of two trips.

Buckingham Palace said she had cancelled her plan to attend ‘with great regret’.

Today, Prince Charles insisted ‘the Queen is alright’ but said ‘it’s not as easy when you get to 95’.

Concern was briefly raised for his own health back in 2019, when he was pictured with swollen hands and feet during a tour of India.

Experts at the time said it could be caused by anything from water retention to poor circulation or even arthritis.

During a tour of Jordan today, Charles was asked by a journalist to send on their best wishes to the Queen after her recent bout of ill health.

The prince replied: ‘She’s alright, thank you very much.

‘Once you get to 95, it’s not quite as easy as it used to be. It’s bad enough at 73.’

Despite joking about his own age, Charles is among seven senior royals posed to step in and help the Queen as aides scale down her diary.

Prince Charles, his wife Camilla, Prince William and Kate, Princess Anne and Prince Edward and his wife Sophie are all understood to be aligned on helping out ‘for as long as is needed’.

The family members have been dubbed the ‘Magnificent 7’ by courtiers, who hope the ‘joint approach’ will give Her Majesty more time to recover before her Platinum Jubilee next year.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were criticised over their actions after they put their Sussex brand “in its death throes”, according to a royal commentator.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have embarked on their own projects this year, with Harry making solo appearances involving his life’s passions and promoting his charity work.

Meghan has been working on her new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, and a new cookery show that was meant to coincide with it.

Now a series of royal experts have commented on how their efforts to promote their global brand as a “power couple” have not worked out for them.

Columnist Angela Mollard told Sky News Australia: “They went over to America, they were going to be a power couple, who were going to be the next Michelle and Barack Obama or the next George and Amal Clooney and that hasn’t worked out for them.

“So they’re very much looking into separate professional lives. They’re sort of managing instead of being [seen as] a team, now being seen as two individuals, pursuing very different careers.”

Sky News contributor Louise Roberts added: “Brand Sussex as a going concern together clearly is in its death throes.

“I think they both need to play to their strengths. Another mistake they’ve made is pinning their great romance and love story, the big story of redemption and freedom from the ‘evil’ Royal Family to their professional footprint.”

The Duchess of Sussex texted a former aide that Harry faced ‘constant berating’ from the royal family over her strained relationship with her estranged father Thomas, messages released today – which he saved under the name ‘Tilly’ – have shown.

Meghan, 40, sued Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL), the publisher of The Mail On Sunday and MailOnline, over five articles that reproduced parts of a ‘personal and private’ letter to Mr Markle, 77.

ANL has brought an appeal against a High Court judge’s decision to grant Meghan summary judgment – meaning she won her case without a trial.

During the hearing this week, ANL’s lawyers told senior judges they want to rely on new evidence from Jason Knauf – former communications secretary to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex – who claimed that the duchess wrote the letter with the understanding that it could be leaked.

One exchange from August 2018 showed Meghan discussing her drafting of the letter with Mr Knauf.

She told him: ‘Everything I have drafted is with the understanding it could be leaked, so I have been meticulous in my word choice. But please do let me know if anything stands out for you as a liability’.

She then told him: ‘Given I have only ever called him daddy, it may it make sense to open as such despite him being less than paternal. And in the unfortunate event it leaked it would pull at the heart strings. The rest is in the spirit of facts rather than seeming orchestrated or litigious. Simply an appeal for peace and a reminder of what is actually happened’.

In a fourth text she said: ‘Trust me – toiled over every detail’, to which Mr Knauf replied: ‘Leave nothing to chance, that’s the only way through this’.

And as the letter was completed she texted: ‘Honestly Jason, I feel fantastic, cathartic and real and honest and factual and if he leaks it then that’s on his conscience and then at least the world will know the truth. Words I could never voice, publicly’.

After extracts of texts and emails between the duchess and Mr Knauf were used in court, further texts were made public on Friday following an application by the PA news agency and The Times.

Meghan previously told the Court of Appeal that the main purpose of the letter ‘was to encourage my father to stop talking to the press’ after public criticism and a ‘media onslaught’ surrounding Mr Markle.

‘It was only when my father began criticizing the royal family…that senior members of the family and their advisers expressed their concern over the public attacks, and expressed their desire to have them stopped,’ she wrote in her evidence.

In the newly released text messages, sent to Mr Knauf while she was drafting the handwritten letter, the duchess can be seen expressing her frustration about the response of the royal family.

She wrote: ‘The catalyst for my doing this is seeing how much pain this is causing H.

‘Even after a week with his dad and endlessly explaining the situation, his family seem to forget the context – and revert to ‘can’t she just go and see him and make this stop?’

‘They fundamentally don’t understand so at least by writing H will be able to say to his family ‘she wrote him a letter and he’s still doing it’.

‘By taking this form of action I protect my husband from this constant berating and while unlikely perhaps it will give my father a moment to pause.’

During Harry and Meghan’s interview with Oprah Winfrey earlier this year, the couple laid bare their troubled relationship with the monarchy and the duke revealed he ‘felt led down’ by the Prince of Wales.

He said his father stopped taking his calls as he attempted to map out his future role in the monarchy in late 2019, when the duchess was under intense pressure.

Harry told Winfrey: ‘But at the same time – I will always love him – but there’s a lot of hurt that’s happened and I will continue to make it one of my priorities to try and heal that relationship.’

During the Court of Appeal hearing, ANL’s lawyers argued that an article in People magazine in the US, which featured an interview with five friends of Meghan, misrepresented the letter and made ‘nasty’ allegations about Mr Markle.

Andrew Caldecott QC, representing ANL, said that the article falsely presented Mr Markle as giving ‘a cynical and self-interested response ignoring her pleas for reconciliation in a loving letter’.

In the newly released texts, Meghan told Mr Knauf the letter ‘does not open the door for a conversation’.

The Court of Appeal also heard that Mr Knauf – acting on Meghan’s instructions – provided information to the authors of Finding Freedom by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand – leading to Meghan apologising for misleading the court.

In his witness statement, Mr Knauf said the book was ‘discussed on a routine basis’, which was ‘discussed directly with the duchess multiple times in person and over email’.

Emails published today show Meghan and Harry discussing the book with advisers.

In her evidence, made public on Wednesday, Meghan said: ‘When I approved the passage…I did not have the benefit of seeing these emails and I apologise to the court for the fact that I had not remembered these exchanges at the time.

‘I had absolutely no wish or intention to mislead the defendant or the court.’

The new texts and emails show that in an email to Meghan in December 2018, Mr Knauf said he had spent ‘close to two hours’ with the authors of the unauthorised biography.

‘I took them through everything,’ he wrote.

‘They are going to time the book for run up to the baby being born and it is going to be very positive.’

Mr Knauf also told the duchess that the book would be a ‘celebration of you that corrects the record on a number of fronts’ according to the authors.

At the end of the hearing on Thursday, the three senior judges said they will take time to consider their decision and give their ruling on ANL’s appeal at a later date.

Since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped away from royal life in 2020, it’s been a whirlwind for the Sussexes—filled with drama, feuds, and, of course, the infamous “Megxit.”

Now, it seems Meghan is plotting her ultimate revenge with an explosive tell-all memoir. But let’s be real: with publishers reportedly turning her down, this whole memoir saga is starting to feel like a desperate attempt to stay relevant.

According to insiders who spoke to *Closer* magazine, Meghan is allegedly trying to land a lucrative book deal, with figures being thrown around that would make even the wealthiest royals raise an eyebrow.

Apparently, the buzz in publishing circles is that everyone is eager to get their hands on Meghan’s memoir, with deals potentially soaring into the tens of millions. We’re talking about a staggering £100 million deal if she plays her cards right, which might even include a bombshell biopic.

However, the big question remains: what exactly does she have to share?

Let’s pause and consider how Meghan has recently been branded “The Duchess Difficult,” thanks to allegations of less-than-stellar treatment of staff.

Insiders claim she belittles her employees and marches around like a dictator in high heels. So, is this really the woman who’s about to dish the dirt on the royal family? It’s hard to imagine anyone taking a memoir seriously when she can’t seem to keep her own house in order.

The claim that Meghan has had an “extraordinary journey” feels a bit rich. Sure, she’s had her share of experiences, but she already has a tendency to spin narratives that might not hold up under scrutiny.

After all, she’s been out of the royal game for a while and hasn’t exactly been privy to any deep royal secrets. If she’s expecting a payday based on her time as a royal, she might be setting herself up for disappointment.

The public will remember that after leaving the palace, Meghan opened up about her mental health struggles during her pregnancy with Archie. She also claimed that the royal family didn’t support her—a surprising statement, given that they’ve thrown her a lifeline several times since her departure.

Meanwhile, speculation has grown that Harry misses his old life, and their strained relationships with William and Kate have become more apparent than ever. So, is now really the best time for Meghan to drop a memoir?

Some insiders insist that Meghan is biding her time for the right moment to spill the beans, claiming she has a remarkable story to tell.

But how many remarkable stories can one person share? Will she pull a “dear diary” and regale us with tales of her struggles as a mixed-race woman in Hollywood, her fairy-tale wedding, and her experiences in the royal spotlight?

For someone who has “endured so much” (or so she claims), her approach to storytelling seems to be aiming for sensationalism over substance. As for the alleged book deal, one can’t help but chuckle at the thought of Meghan trying to sell her story.

If her past behavior has taught us anything, it’s that she tends to jump ship the moment the tide turns. Who wants to bet that the memoir will be just another attempt to regain lost status?

There’s also the notion that this book could wreck Harry’s attempts at mending fences with the royals—and isn’t that a delightful thought?

Whether Meghan manages to secure a hefty book deal remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: the tell-all narrative is feeling a little tired. With Harry’s *Spare* already out there, the public is still left questioning what’s real and what’s manufactured.

If Meghan thinks she can swoop in and create an uproar with a half-baked memoir, she might want to reconsider.

Prince Harry touched down in the UK over the weekend ahead of the WellChild awards this evening.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, remains patron of the UK charity and it is one of the few private patronages he held onto after stepping down as a senior royal in 2020.

The WellChild awards celebrate the inspiring qualities of some of the country’s seriously ill young people and the dedication of those who keep them healthy and happy, including health, social care and education professionals.

Harry’s stay is only expected to be fleeting, as this is his only event in the UK.

Questions have been raised over whether the duke will meet up with any of his family while he’s back on home soil – but it’s not looking hopeful for Harry, who has made no secret of his desire to reconcile.

Sources have suggested Prince William will not clear time in his diary to see his brother, as the heir is focused on his own work and his family.

Harry and William are not understood to have spoken for some time, and are not thought to have talked when they attended a family funeral in the UK last month.

But insiders have been slightly more optimistic about a reunion between father and son, as the King is more open to a reconciliation with his youngest son.

However, the timing of Harry’s visit may prove to be a huge barrier to a meeting, as the King is some 500 miles away at Balmoral Castle having attended the 25th anniversary of the Scottish Parliament on Saturday.

He will be travelling back to the capital this week, but it is expected to be after the duke has jetted off to Lesotho, Africa to drive forward his work with the charity Sentebale.

Harry’s last public visit to the UK fell in May, and his team briefed that the King was “too busy” to make time to see his son while he was in London.

This was despite the father-and-son being just several miles away, as Harry held an Invictus Games event at St Paul’s Cathedral and the King hosted the first garden party of the season at Buckingham Palace.

But the pair did spend some time together in February after the King’s cancer diagnosis was made public.

Harry rushed over to London to see his father, and they met for about 40 minutes in what was seen as an optimistic sign their relationship was moving forward.

Today, the Duke will attend a reception to meet the category winners and their families before the main event where he will present the Most Inspirational Child (aged four to six) award and deliver a short speech.

Harry regularly attends the annual event, hosted by WellChild, the national charity which provides a nationwide network of nurses, home makeover projects and family support programmes.

Last year the event fell on the eve of the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s death and Harry paid tribute to his late grandmother in his speech.

The Duke of Sussex will not be flying back to see his wife Meghan Markle after his latest visit to the UK, with Harry instead set to head out on another trip alone.

Prince Harry will not return home to Meghan Markle in California after visiting the UK today to attend the WellChild 2024 awards.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, has been away from his wife and two children Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3, on a series of solo engagements this month, and this is set to continue into early October.

After his brief two-day visit to the UK, Harry will not be flying home to Meghan, 43, and instead will travel to Lesotho in Africa to promote the work of Sentebale, the charity he co-founded with Prince Seeiso to help young people in need.

On this solo engagement, Harry will join business leaders, philanthropists and locals to promote the work of the charity, which was inspired by the work of Harry’s late mother Princess Diana.

Lesotho’s Prince Seeiso, who co-founded Sentebale with Harry nearly 20 years ago, said it would fill the community with “joy” to welcome back “Mohale” – Harry’s Sesotho royal name, which means “warrior”.

Prince Harry had previously said in a statement: “As we head towards our 20th anniversary, our ambition has grown, giving us the confidence to bring our skills and experience in designing solutions with young people, and to leveraging our convening power to engage with leading regional players and global funders so we can add Sentebale’s voice to addressing the challenges faced by the next generation in southern Africa.”

Sentebale chairwoman Dr Sophie Chandauka said: “The Duke’s return to southern Africa… marks a milestone as we collaborate with world-class organisations and local leadership to engage this critical youth cohort.

“Together, we aim to accelerate digital and economic inclusion, addressing the low levels of access and literacy, which are crucial for young people’s participation in the global economy and for achieving Sentebale’s goals in health, wealth creation and climate resilience.”

The solo engagement in Africa will be the third place Harry has visited without Meghan over the last month.

The Duke of Sussex then jetted to the UK on Sunday ahead of his attendance at the WellChild Awards today (September 30).

Harry has not met up with any members of the Royal Family during the recent UK visit and is unlikely to see any members of his family before leaving the country again.
