Prince Harry marriage warning as royal expert urges ‘stop making trouble’ as she ‘believes’ Duke

Royal commentator Jennie Bond has said that the Prince Harry’s behaviour and attitudes can be explained by his childhood traumas and that people should stop making trouble in his marriage

A seasoned Royal expert has thrown their weight behind Prince Harry’ s assertion of happiness in the face of ongoing divorce rumours with his wife Meghan Markle – declaring “I believe him”.

The experienced Royal pundit Jennie Bond, who has a long history with the BBC as a Royal correspondent, suggests that Harry’s difficult past has left its mark, labelling him “damaged” and calling for an end to unnecessary meddling in a marriage the public is not privy to.

At a recent literary event in the Big Apple, the 40-year-old Duke made light of the relentless media sagas, scoffing, “Apparently we’ve bought or moved house 10, 12 times. We’ve apparently divorced maybe 10, 12 times as well. So it’s just like, what? ” He did acknowledge the challenge of such constant media buzz, admitting finding it hard to “hard to keep up with”.

Speaking to OK! magazine, Bond delved into Harry’s defiance and the shadows cast by the tragic demise of his mother, Princess Diana, explaining: “Harry is stubborn. And he is also understandably damaged by what happened to his mother. Who can blame him for being so protective about his wife and children?”

She empathised with the prince’s feelings towards the intrusive press and internet trolls, stating: “I have some sympathy with his despair about the media…and social media in particular, with the trolls who peddle unsourced nonsensical rubbish about his marriage.”

Jennie advocated for respect toward Harry and Meghan’s private life, concluding: “He says he is happy. I believe him. Let’s stop trying to make trouble in a marriage we know nothing about.”

Given Prince Harry’s military background, having served in Afghanistan, his security worries are understandable, yet some of his actions, such as travelling to Nigeria and Colombia with Meghan, have been perceived as inconsistent. By taking on the Home Office over security concerns, Harry demonstrates determination, but this might further strain his relationship with King Charles, according to Jennie.

The Duke of Sussex has been embroiled in a legal battle over the withdrawal of his UK security detail, a decision made following his 2020 relocation to California. He was recently allowed to challenge this decision in the High Court and has publicly voiced his concerns on multiple occasions.

Prince Harry has stated: “All it takes is one lone actor, one person who read this stuff, to act on what they have read, and whether that is a knife or acid … they are genuine concerns for me, they are one of the reasons I won’t bring my wife back to this country [the UK].”

Queen Camilla shares new update on King Charles’ health after diagnosis – royal expert claims he’s a “workaholic”

King Charles has returned to at least some of his royal duties after receiving treatment for his cancer, which was revealed in January. The monarch, who was crowned a little more than a year ago, has been spending a lot of time at the royal estate of Sandringham while undergoing treatment. Still, while it can be assumed that recovery has taken up the bulk of his energy, the ongoing family feud with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may also have been on his mind.

While he hasn’t made amends with the Sussexes, now more than ever, he is reportedly working hard to try and mend the relationship. That’s not necessarily through a burning desire to make things right with Harry and Meghan, but rather to be able to grow closer to his US-based grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet.

While his closest family is obviously supporting him through his recovery, one royal expert has now claimed that the monarch is a “workaholic” who knows ‘time is ticking’ on his rule. With that in mind, Queen Camilla’s latest admission on King Charles’ health suddenly becomes much more serious.

King Charles has had a tricky start to his reign by anyone’s standards. Since taking over after the late Queen Elizabeth II, the monarchy has faced many challenges, including questions about its role in modern society and private issues.

King Charles ‘heartbroken’ over non-existing relationship with Archie and Lilibet

Of course, the feud with Harry and Meghan has been the focus, after the string of accusations they made about the royals. A byproduct of the strained relations has not been that King Charles has seen very little of his son, but also that he’s been bereft of spending time with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Charles has yet to visit Archie and Lilibet in the US, and as a result it’s been some time since he had a chance to see them. He’s reportedly only met Archie five times, while Lilibet, who turned three some weeks ago, has only seen her royal grandfather once.

In the fall of last year, there were reports that Charles and Harry were planning peace talks. However, contrary sources suggested that there was “no chance” Harry would meet with his brother, William, to bury the hatchet, as the future king refuses to see his younger brother.

In any case, nothing materialized. Though Harry and his family were said to have been invited to Charles’s 75th birthday in November, they decided not to attend.

“Charles would want Harry and Meghan’s children there,” royal expert and author Angela Levin told The Sun.

“If Harry and Meghan want to make an excuse, that’s their decision. If Harry wants to go to get an apology, then he can get lost.”
    Chris Jackson/Getty Images
While Charles’s ties to Harry and his daughter-in-law remain strained, he is reportedly “heartbroken” about his non-existent relationship with Archie and Lilibet.

Now 75, he’s not getting younger, and with the shock cancer diagnosis that was revealed in January, the monarch is now said to be grasping the seriousness of the situation surrounding seeing (or rather not) his US grandchildren.

“He knows that he won’t be around forever”

Speaking with the Mirror, royal expert Ingrid Seward, author of My Mother and I: The Inside Story of the King and Our Late Queen, said Charles’ cancer diagnosis has made his relationship with Archie and Liiibet “all the more poignant,” as he realizes he “won’t be around forever.”

“Family has always been important to the King. He remembers his own somewhat fragmented childhood as his parents were always busy doing their duty. It is a great sadness to him he doesn’t see more of Archie and Lilibet,” Seward explained.

“That is why he will never break ties with Harry. He does not want a FaceTime relationship with his son’s children. He wants to know them and be involved with their lives while they are still young enough to be able to learn from his wisdom. His cancer has made it all the more poignant to him as he knows that he won’t be around forever.”

Harry and Meghan have made many accusations about the Royal Family since departing British shores. And though members of the Firm have had strong opinions about all that’s been said, what happened a few weeks ago appears to have escalated the disagreements between the Sussexes and the monarchy.

It came as a surprise to many when Harry and Meghan embarked on what some saw as a ‘royal’ visit to Nigeria for three days to champion the Invictus Games in mid-May.

There, Harry and Meghan met with wounded soldiers and their families, and the trip was a huge success. Reportedly, though, the Nigeria visit sparked a reaction of a different kind in the UK. According to a royal insider speaking with the Mirror, King Charles, Prince William, and Kate Middleton, were “furious” about Harry and Meghan’s trip.
    Samir Hussein/WireImage
Tom Quinn told the Mirror that the Prince and Princess of Wales are not just angry with Harry and Meghan Markle, but suggests that the couple fears that their nightmare has come true.

King Charles ‘discussing’ stripping Harry & Meghan of royal titles

“William is absolutely furious and determined to find a way to stop this happening in the future. Charles is said to be angrier than anyone has ever seen him,” Quinn told the Mirror, adding that William is upset that the Nigerians “treated Meghan and Harry as if they too thought this was an official tour.”

“It’s as if Harry and Meghan have gone rogue—their Nigeria trip is a bold statement that they refuse to accept they are no longer working royals. William and Charles are scratching their heads and thinking, ‘How are we going to control this nightmare situation?’”

“For Charles and William, it’s as if Meghan and Harry are saying, ‘We don’t need your permission to be working royals – we will do it on our own terms whenever and wherever we like,’” Quinn added.

King Charles and Prince William might not be able to do anything to stop Harry and Meghan from traveling in a manner reminiscent of royals, but a new claim suggests that the king has an ace up his sleeve.

According to Quinn, King Charles has been discussing stripping Prince Harry and Meghan Markle of their titles.
    Max Mumby/Indigo/Getty Images
The Sussexes used their “Duke” and “Duchess” titles – labeled on chairs – during their trip to Nigeria, while their website reads: “The Office of Prince Harry & Meghan, The Duke & Duchess of Sussex.”

If Quinn is to be believed, Charles and William have had “lengthy discussions” about stripping Harry and Meghan of their official titles. Quinn did add, however, that doing so also poses a considerable risk.

“They are terrified this would backfire and make the situation worse,” Quinn told the Mirror.

“The last thing they want is to give the renegade royals something else to complain about. William and his father know that even without their royal titles, Meghan and Harry would carry on travelling the world as if they were royals and most people in the world will still welcome them.”

Queen Camilla has taken on a lot of responsibility in King Charles’ absence, appearing in his place during several royal outings. The King has now returned to some royal duties, and appeared on the 80th anniversary of D-Day in Portsmouth and Normandie last week.

Given his advanced years, recent cancer diagnosis, and the general high-stress nature of his job, one would be right in thinking it might be a good idea for Charles to take things slow. However, that appears not to be the case at all.

Last week, Queen Camilla gave a new update on the king’s health, saying that he refuses to follow the advice of moving through the gears slowly.

Appearing at the second annual Queen’s Reading Room Literary Festival at Hampton Court Palace on Saturday last week, Camilla said, as per author Lee Child, that Charles is “doing fine except he won’t slow down and won’t do what he’s told.”
    Stephen Pond/Getty Images
Child added it “sounds to me like a typical husband.”

Many might be surprised by Queen Camilla’s new health update. Royal expert Hilary Fordwich, though, told Fox News she believes it’s only natural, not least because of his history of being a prince waiting many, many years to rule.

“The last thing that the nation wants is a lazy monarch”

“Given he had the longest wait in history as heir to the throne, given his age, as well as his current health crisis, he is poignantly aware that time is ticking,” Fordwich told Fox.

“He has been preparing for this role his entire life, being in line for the throne for 70 years. After waiting for so long, he has thrown himself into the job. He wants to make his mark. So all that downtime away from his people makes him anxious and agitated.”

Fordwich concluded: “Every single one of the projects he has undertaken is designed to make a real mark. They are not just honorary where he shows up once in a while. He has devoted his life to having an impact. Hence, the downtime required by his doctors is not in the slightest welcome. His reaction is admirable. The last thing that the nation wants is a lazy monarch.”

Meanwhile, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams explained that King Charles is a “workaholic who skips lunch.”

Summer tends to mean a lot of royal duties for the Firm, and this upcoming weekend is one of the highlights of the year. Trooping the Colour has been a beloved royal tradition for hundreds of years: the Royal Museums Greenwich states that the tradition was first started by King George II in 1748.
    Shutterstock.com
As on King George’s November birthday it was considered to be too cold to celebrate outside with a parade, they decided to have his military parade – known as Trooping the Colour — alongside a public celebration in the summer instead.

King Charles confirmed to appear at Trooping the Colour

Therefore, unless they happen to be born on the same day, Britain’s reigning monarch celebrates two birthdays a year. Trooping the Colour typically occurs every year on the second Saturday in June.

According to the Royal Museums Greenwich, Trooping the Colour originated on the battlefield. A regiment’s flag, also known as “colours,” was ever an important rallying point for soldiers in battle. This year’s celebration is, of course, a rather unique situation, as it’s been heavily discussed whether or not King Charles would attend given his health.

It’s since been confirmed by the palace that Charles will attend despite his cancer diagnosis. The regent will ride in a horse-drawn carriage alongside Camilla for the parade, instead of on horseback as he’s done in previous years.

Naturally, many royal fans are most excited about the Royal Family’s appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony, where they traditionally gather to greet thousands of people outside the gates. Though things have been very quiet regarding Kate Middleton of late, some weeks ago the Daily Mail published a bombshell claim that the Princess of Wales is considering appearing on the balcony.

Time will tell whether that is the case, but public relations expert Rhea Freeman nonetheless states that it would make King Charles a very happy man if she did.

“If Kate were to appear on the balcony, it would definitely dominate the news,” Freeman told GB News. “But from everything I’ve read and seen, I would imagine that the King would be delighted to have her there.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Christmas invite puts Princess Eugenie in ‘difficult position’

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank are said to be struggling to decide how to spend Christmas, following an invitation from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry

Princess Eugenie is reportedly facing a festive dilemma, having been extended an invite by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to spend Christmas with them in Montecito, California, while also being expected at the Royal Family’s traditional celebrations in Sandringham.

An individual close to the 34-year-old Royal shared that Eugenie, her husband Jack Brooksbank, 38, and their young sons August, 3, and Ernest, 1, are considering how best to navigate both invitations.

The insider explained: “Harry and Meghan have invited Eugenie and Jack to join them in California during the holidays. It’s a very difficult position for Eugenie because she has also been invited to Sandringham.”

With plans afoot to potentially unite their kids with Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3, the Sussexes’ little ones, it seems the family may be leaning towards a trip stateside post-Christmas. The source noted: “It would be so nice for the children to spend time with their cousins,” continuing to hint at arranging a get-together, saying, “The diary is very tight over the holidays but there might be a slot free around New Years’ time for everyone to come together at some point.”

Fueling further chatter about Princess Eugenie’s ties to the Royal brood, there was talk after Eugenie and her brood were notably absent from Princess Kate’s Christmas carol event at Westminster Abbey, as reported by the Express, reports Gloucestershire Live.

It’s been suggested that Princess Eugenie and her sister, 36-year-old Princess Beatrice, are upset over how their dad, Prince Andrew, has been treated by the Royal Family with regards to his residence at the Royal Lodge. It appears the York sisters find it hard to accept their unofficial positions within ‘the Firm’, with Princess Eugenie feeling particularly torn about her relationship with cousin Prince Harry.

Princess Eugenie’s connection with Harry and Meghan is in the spotlight after the Sussexes acquired a European property near Eugenie’s Portuguese holiday location, hinting at a possible thawing of the “drift” alleged by sources to have developed between Eugenie and Harry. Nonetheless, this development highlights her delicate situation in the Royal Family.

“Eugenie is in a difficult position because she’s always been close to Harry, but she is mindful of how that relationship could affect her standing with the rest of her family,” a source revealed. “She is always trying to manage a difficult balancing act which can become quite tiresome at times.”

In the wake of current scandals, the Yorks are treading lightly to stay in the good books with the senior royals. “Eugenie doesn’t want to jeopardise the family’s renewed goodwill efforts,” the insider added.

An insider has revealed Princess Eugenie’s dedication to staying connected with her family in the UK, as well as her desire to fortify her relationship with her cousin abroad. “Eugenie and Harry were at one point almost inseparable,”

“They have maintained a bond in recent years and are keen for their children to share a close family connection as they grow up.”

Prince Harry Revealed the Shocking Reason Why He and Meghan Markle Left the UK – A Reason That Outraged Users

Prince Harry’s departure from the UK surprised the royal family, and caused speculation and frustration, with many asking what pushed them to this drastic choice. The Prince recently revealed the shocking reason and it has left many social media users furious.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex once seemed like they had it all – a royal wedding, a growing family, and global admiration. But behind the scenes, tensions were building, and it wasn’t long before their fairy tale was over. Prince Harry’s explanation for their departure has sparked widespread outrage, with critics expressing disbelief and frustration.

The couple cited their desire for financial independence and a healthier family life. However, Prince Harry later disclosed more personal reasons for their departure. As details emerged, critics lashed out, with many claiming that the couple had brought the turmoil on themselves.

From a Royal Wedding to a Shocking Exit

However, two years later, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shocked the public and the royal family with an unexpected announcement. In January 2020, the couple declared they would be stepping back as senior royals.

They also shared their plans to become financially independent while splitting their time between the UK and North America. In their statement, they expressed their desire to raise their son, Archie, with respect for royal traditions. They expressed a desire for freedom to focus on a new chapter of their lives.

The announcement sent shockwaves through Buckingham Palace. It was widely reported that neither the Queen nor Prince William had been consulted before the couple’s public statement. This left senior royals “hurt” and “disappointed.” It became clear that all was not well within the royal family.

The Hidden Struggles Behind the Scenes

As time passed, the rift between Prince Harry and the rest of the royal family became more evident. Tensions between him and his brother, Prince William, grew deeper, with reports suggesting that their once-close relationship was strained beyond repair.

Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, is said to be particularly heartbroken over the situation. An insider revealed that Kate had been trying to encourage William to reach out to Harry and mend the family bonds, but her attempts fell on deaf ears.

But it wasn’t just Meghan who struggled with the pressures of royal life. Tensions between Harry and his father, now King Charles III, were also simmering. The release of Harry’s memoir, “Spare,” in 2023 and his subsequent interviews only widened the rift.

Harry’s portrayal of Camilla caused deep offense, with insiders claiming that King Charles found this criticism “unforgivable.” The harsh words about his beloved wife left Charles hurt, and reconciliation with his son seemed increasingly unlikely.

Meghan’s Last Visit to the UK and the Strained Family Dynamics

As the relationship between Harry, Meghan, and the rest of the royal family continued to deteriorate, Meghan’s presence in the United Kingdom became more infrequent. Her last visit to the UK was in September 2022 for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.

Since then, Meghan has not returned to the UK, even skipping King Charles’ coronation in May 2023. This absence only fueled speculation about the strained relationship between the Sussexes and the rest of the royal family.

Despite the rift, King Charles reportedly made efforts to reconnect with Harry and Meghan, especially for the sake of his grandchildren. Sources close to the palace claimed that Charles had invited the couple to visit Balmoral Castle during the summer of 2024, hoping to spend time with his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet.

The monarch had only met Lilibet once, during Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022, and had seen Archie only a handful of times. However, despite these invitations, the couple’s strained relationship with the royal family made a full reunion difficult.

In a touching moment during the coronation celebrations in May 2023, King Charles raised a glass in honor of his grandson Archie’s fourth birthday. While it was a heartwarming gesture, Harry had already returned to California to celebrate the occasion with his family.

Meghan remained in the U.S. with Archie and their daughter, Lilibet, organizing a private celebration for their son. Although most members of the royal family reportedly “breathed a sigh of relief” at Harry’s absence, Charles was said to have been genuinely disappointed that his son didn’t stay longer.

The separation between the Prince and the royal family was not just geographical; it was emotional. Every attempt to bridge the gap seemed to fall short, and the bond between Harry and his father continued to fray.

In his memoir, “Spare,” Harry revealed that their decision to leave the UK was not only about wanting financial independence or the relentless media scrutiny. It was driven by a far more personal and painful reason: fear for their safety.

Harry also described the internal struggles within the royal family, recounting conflicts over seemingly trivial matters. One example was the family’s opposition to his decision to grow a beard for his wedding, which Harry said became a point of contention.

Prince Charles demonstrated what a loving grandfather he is while entertaining Prince Louis on his lap during one of his first significant public appearances at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee pageant two years ago.

Queen Camilla, the wife of King Charles, is a stepgrandmother to Charles’ grandchildren as well as having her own grandchildren.

The royal said, “Well, what’s so lovely about being a grandmother, they teach you things and hopefully they learn a few things from us,” when discussing the significant role during a previous visit to Cornwall.
The three children use the surname Wales
George, Charlotte, and Louis used the titles of their parents, the then-Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as their surnames, just as Prince Charles uses his title as his name. They were known to everyone at school as George Cambridge, Charlotte Cambridge, and Louis Cambridge because all three of the siblings shared the surname Cambridge.

However, they didn’t use that surname for long, though, as when King Charles succeeded to the throne, he transferred the title of Prince of Wales to Prince William, who in turn gave the three children the surname Wales.
The young royals refer to their grandfather as “Grampa Wales”
William and Harry used the surname “Wales” throughout their childhood, including in school, at university, and while serving in the military. Harry held the title of Captain Wales, while William was known as Lieutenant Wales.

In addition, the children refer to their father William as “Pops” rather than “dad,” according to a People magazine report. How cute!

Meghan Markle facing ‘sad’ reality as major blunder makes her a ‘laughing stock’

EXCLUSIVE: A royal expert in the US says it is “very sad” how Meghan and Harry left the Royal Family to pursue their own projects.

Meghan Markle is now a “laughing stock” in the US because she ditched the Royal Family for “making jam”, a royal expert has said.

In 2020, the Duchess of Sussex and her husband Prince Harry stepped down as senior working members of the Royal Family, before eventually relocating and settling in Montecito, California.

Since then, relations between the couple and the royals have been fractured, with the Harry and Meghan making claims against them in an interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021, before the Duke made further claims in his January 2023 memoir, Spare.

Harry and Meghan have used their independence to pursue a variety of ventures and projects.

US-based royal commentator Hilary Fordwich told Daily Express US Meghan’s latest project – lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard – has not been well received in the country.

Meghan released her jam last month (Image: Tracey Robbins/Instagram)

She claimed the new venture represents a massive downgrade from what Harry and Meghan could have achieved with the royals.

The expert said: “I know that Meghan has become a laughing stock with her jam. I think it is very sad.

Harry and Meghan could have done so much for the Commonwealth. Harry could have been something of a joint King, meeting global leaders with Meghan. Now she is making jam.

Fordwich continued: “There is nowhere in the media that has said ‘this is a great step!’ Americans are very career-conscious. You are judged by where your CV is going. Your trajectory weighs heavily.

“This also raises the question of where is Harry now if all she is doing is making jam?”

Meghan recently released a new jam as part of her new brand launch, promoting via influencers’ Instagram pages.

Last month, Meghan sent 50 jars of her new jam to influencers, including fashion designer Tracy Robbins and Argentine socialite Delfina Balquier.

Earlier this week, the former actress did not travel to the UK with Harry when he returned to his home country for an Invictus Games event.

Despite hopes of a reconciliation with his King Charles III, the Duke of Sussex didn’t meet with his father during his stay.

A spokesperson for Harry said: “In response to the many inquiries and continued speculation on whether or not the duke will meet with his father while in the UK this week, it, unfortunately, will not be possible due to His Majesty’s full programme.

“The duke of course is understanding of his father’s diary of commitments and various other priorities and hopes to see him soon.”

Exclusive: Coleen Rooney finally ready to accept big TV offer after successful I’m A Celebrity test run

Coleen Rooney, who was very narrowly pipped to the post by Danny Jones in Sunday night’s I’m A Celebrity final, is now ‘ready to become one of TV’s biggest stars’

Jungle icon Coleen Rooney is finally ready to launch her TV career – with a big deal waiting for her to sign.

The Scouse star, 38, has long shunned opportunities to appear on the small screen regularly but has seemingly had a change of heart following her stint on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! The mum-of-four is now “ready to become a big star” after a successful “test run”, according to TV insiders.

Coleen, the wife of former England footballer Wayne Rooney, impressed ITV bosses during her time camping alongside the likes of podcaster GK Barry, Oti Mabuse and Tulisa Contostavlos. The down to earth star gained a new fanbase thanks to her humble anecdotes and hands-on approach in camp impressing ITV viewers.McFly singer and guitarist Danny Jones secured his win after receiving 55.2% of the public vote on Sunday night, while Coleen came close to being crowned Queen of the jungle in second place with 44.8%, according to rounded figures shared by the show. But despite not making it all the way to the throne, Coleen could still become the show’s biggest winner.

“Her time on I’m A Celebrity only solidified what the execs already knew – Coleen is a natural on screen,” a TV insider says. “Her authenticity and charm made her an immediate favourite with viewers. She has been approached time and time again to do more TV but now it is going to happen.”

The source adds: “I’m A Celebrity was the test run that ITV wanted to see. ITV has long had their eyes on her for a big role, and now, with her performance as runner-up, they’re ready to offer her one of the most exciting daytime TV slots on the channel. She’s set to become one of TV’s biggest stars. A big deal is certainly in the offing!”

More than seven million people tuned in to watch Coleen narrowly beaten by Danny on I’m A Celebrity on Sunday night, a jump of around half a million over the finale last year, figures reveal – a rise from the 6.6 million viewers who watched TV star Sam Thompson win last year, ITV said.

Speaking via video call to Good Morning Britain on Monday morning, Coleen said she felt ready to take on the show this time as her children were more grown up and she wanted a “challenge”. She described it as an experience she will “never forget” but admitted it was “really hard” at times.

“You what was my fear going in? It wasn’t the trials, it wasn’t the sleeping outside or the critters – it was karaoke and cooking,” she revealed. “And I didn’t have to cook because we had some cooks in there. And the karaoke night, I enjoyed everyone else and I had a singalong, but I stuck to me guns, I don’t do karaoke, so why would I go on a show and think I had to do it?”

Coleen also explained she went in to the jungle for herself and with “no plan”. “What you see is what you get and I think even my campmates were surprised,” she said. “I think they thought: ‘Oh she she lives in a nice house. She’s used to luxury.’ I don’t mind getting stuck in.

“I’m a mum of four boys, we go on trail walks, we go into ponds, we go into lakes, we get dirty. I clean up after them. I’m strong and I don’t mind mucking in and getting busy with things. And the one thing that everyone said to me, and I knew I was going to stick to throughout the jungle, was to stay true to myself.”

  • RF. “Disgusting”: Meghan Markle accused of stealing the spotlight from Kate Middleton as the princess made her royal comeback

RF. “Disgusting”: Meghan Markle accused of stealing the spotlight from Kate Middleton as the princess made her royal comeback

Kate Middleton made her royal comeback this Saturday for the Trooping the Colour after receiving her cancer diagnosis in March. The Princess of Wales seemed happy and waved to excited fans along the streets of London. In a statement, she opened the door to attending more royal events later this summer.

While the royal family celebrates that both Kate and King Charles are now somewhat back to royal duty, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are nowhere to be seen. Reports suggest they weren’t even invited to the big royal event, and with all that’s happened, perhaps that wasn’t a surprise.

However, although they weren’t there, the Sussexes, and foremost Meghan Markle, managed to get herself in the spotlight anyway. Just hours before Kate stepped into public again, the Duchess did something that left many accusing her of stealing the attention of the Princess of Wales by releasing a new product through her lifestyle brand.

The talks surrounding Kate Middleton’s possible return to public life began over a week ago. On Friday, the Princess of Wales gave the world the wonderful news.

Kate Middleton return to royal duty after cancer treatment

In a lengthy statement, the Princess of Wales announced that she was looking forward to attending this year’s Trooping the Colour, making her first royal outing since her abdominal surgery in January and the cancer treatment she has received in the last few months.

“I have been blown away by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the last couple of months. It really has made the world of difference to William and me and has helped us both through some of the harder times,” Kate said.

The Princess of Wales continued: “I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well.”

“My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months. On the days I feel well enough, it is a joy to engage with school life, spend personal time on the things that give me energy and positivity, as well as starting to do a little work from home.”

“I’m looking forward to attending The King’s Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet.”

She concluded: “I am learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body, and allowing myself to take this much needed time to heal. Thank you so much for your continued understanding, and to all of you who have so bravely shared your stories with me.”

On Saturday, Kate Middleton was photographed arriving at Trooping the Colour. Sitting in a car alongside her husband, Prince William, and their three children, she wore a white dress with a black bow and a white hat, her hair in a bun.

In an interview with GB News, Schofield stated that the princess looked “absolutely incredible” and “well” during the big celebration.

“You can’t deny that she looked absolutely incredible. It was like My Fair Lady, she looked like Audrey Hepburn in the outfit. I don’t know if that was the inspiration, but she looks so sophisticated, so smart. It’s what we’ve come to expect from her, I would expect nothing less,” Schofield said.

“She was so engaged with the children in the carriage. All you can think about is the fact that she’s had a lot of special time with them lately, that this family is incredibly bonded,” she added. “She’s had the opportunity to spend a lot of time at home with them, they’re incredibly close and a beautiful family indeed.”

Kate Middleton later appeared on the Buckingham Palace balcony alongside her husband, children, King Charles and Queen Camilla. Finally, after a very challenging year, things returned to somewhat normal.

While Kate has opened up about being at more royal outings this summer, it is not a big guess that she will choose them wisely and not head back to serving the Crown too quickly.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘were not invited’ to Trooping the Colour, expert says

As it has been for many years, the royal family has had to deal with the feud with the estranged Sussexes, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The couple have not been involved with the royal family for years, and the last time they were seen alongside the royals was at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022.

It’s been reported that King Charles has invited the two to Balmoral this summer to spend time with the family – and have Archie and Lilibet get to know their cousins, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. But the fact that they weren’t at Trooping the Colour wasn’t a surprise.

According to royal expert Tom Quinn, there have been discussions about inviting Harry and Meghan to Trooping the Colour. However, they felt that even if the Sussexes had accepted an invite, it could have backfired.

“There was a brief discussion among the senior Royals about inviting Harry and Meghan to Trooping the Colour, but the idea was quickly dismissed because even if the couple accepted the invitation there is a feeling that they cast a dark shadow over everything,” Quinn told the Mirror.

It is not known whether Harry and Meghan watched the royal family reuniting on the Buckingham Palace balcony. However, the couple clearly has many other things on their hands at the moment.

Meghan Markle – new lifestyle brand

Some weeks ago, they visited Nigeria on a three-day tour to promote the Invictus Games. Sadly, the royal family reportedly had firm, angry opinions about it.

In the meantime, the Duchess has taken on a new business venture, creating her luxurious brand.

The Duchess launched the lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard in March earlier this year. In the announcement video, shot at the couple’s Montecito mansion, Meghan walked around the beautiful mansion and featured her cooking.

The first product — a lemon-filled gift basket containing fresh fruit jam — was sent to 50 of her friends, many of whom were celebrities. At the time, PR expert Mayah Riaz said Meghan Markle could earn as much as a seven-figure sum within the first year of launching her lifestyle brand.

“So far, the jams have been sent to only 50 people. This suggests that it will be an exclusive and limited edition item,” Riaz told the Mirror.

“It has already been reported a single jam jar could cost three figures. I believe that is entirely likely from what we have seen so far. This is not rare for a celebrity brand.”
    Karwal Tang/WireImage
The PR expert added, “Therefore, my estimation is that American Riveria Orchard in under a year could make Meghan seven figures. It is entirely possible for the brand to make multi-seven figures by the end of next year,” the PR guru added.

“Meghan was in tears when the brand launched”

Meghan Markle’s lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, will reportedly sell products such as oils, home fragrances, kitchen utensils, and homeware. The brand was intensely hyped when it was announced, and she received hundreds of thousands of followers in the first 24 hours on Instagram.

However, it’s been quiet since then, and Meghan has yet to reveal when the brand will go live. Interest is fading, and some time ago, royal expert Tom Quinn revealed some sad details about Meghan’s company.

Speaking to the Mirror, Quinn claimed that the Duchss was devastated by the public’s reception of her lifestyle brand. Many criticized her for releasing her jam, which hit Meghan Markle hard.

“The one fly in the ointment is Meghan’s new internet brand, America Riviera Orchard. Meghan was in tears when the brand launched, and her new jam was widely mocked for being expensive and nothing special. She has reached the point now where she thinks that anything and everything she does will be unfairly criticized,” Quinn said.

Quinn added that Prince Harry believed “people are unfairly picking on her,.” Moreover, Quinn said she wasn’t prepared for any setback surrounding the American Riviera Orchard.

“She is especially sensitive about any criticism of her luxurious lifestyle in the US – from her point of view, this is something to be admired, not criticized.”

Meghan Markle accused of stealing Kate Middleton spotlight

It’s well-known that Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle weren’t best friends during their time as senior working royal family members. What happened next, as the couple both left the royal family and later accused them of many things through their interviews, the Netflix series and Harry’s book didn’t exactly enhance their relationship, and today, it’s said to be at the bottom.

Now, Meghan Markle is accused of once again trying to steal the spotlight from her former royal colleague.

On Saturday, June 15, just hours before Trooping the Colour, Argentinian polo player Nacho Figuerasa, a close friend of Markle and Prince Harry, revealed the Duchess’s brand’s new raspberry-flavored jam via an Instagram Story.

The announcement’s timing left many royal fans angry and took to social media.

“Try to steal the spotlight from the RF,” one X, formerly known as Twitter, wrote, as per OK! Magazine. “Yet it is still shocking and disgusting.”

A second person added, “Narcissism at its finest,” while a third stated, “No. Meghan can never outshine Princess Kate, not then, now, ever.”
Daniel Leal – WPA Pool/Getty Images
A fourth person concluded, “Who buys jam anyway? It is so easy to make right at home with fresh fruit and a load of sugar!”

Source claims Meghan Markle had nothing do to with it

Although many were furious with Meghan Markle for this, a source close to the Duchess told the Daily Beast that she had nothing to do with it.

The source claimed, “While I am sure the gift packages came with notes requesting social media coverage, you can’t tell Nacho Figueras what to do. So I think it’s certain the timing of his post was his own idea.”

“The larger point here is that the American Riviera Orchard campaign has been phenomenally successful and cost Meghan nothing.”

The source added, “It is a textbook social media campaign. The only problem is that there still seems to be nothing actually for sale, so what is it all for? I guess we will find out.”

Princess Eugenie ‘receives Christmas invites from both Prince Harry and King Charles’

Princess Eugenie is ‘in a very difficult position’ as she tries to balance Christmas invitations from both Prince Harry and King Charles, it has been reported.

Harry, 40, and his wife Meghan Markle, 42, have reportedly invited the 34-year-old royal and her family to spend time with them in California over the holidays.

However, Eugenie, her husband Jack Brooksbank, and their two children, August and Ernest, will also be expected to join Charles, 76, and the rest of the Royal Family for its annual Christmas celebration at Sandringham.

A source reportedly told The Express: ‘Harry and Meghan have invited Eugenie and Jack to join them in California during the holidays.

‘It’s a very difficult position for Eugenie because she has also been invited to Sandringham.’

Eugenie has routinely found herself trying to balance her conflicting loyalties to different members of the royal family, following Harry and Meghan’s unceremonious exit from The Firm.

Now, she is reportedly considering joining her cousin Prince Harry and close friend Meghan in the US closer to New Year’s eve – while still spending time with Charles, Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales – to ensure everyone is happy.

While nurturing her relationship with the Wales, Eugenie is also reportedly keen for her two sons, August, three, and Ernest, one, to spend time with Harry and Meghan’s children, Archie, five, and Lilibet, three.

While Harry has invited his fair share of criticism following ‘Megxit’ and his subsequent falling-out with the royal family – marked by explosive interviews and a tell-all memoir – Eugenie has been fiercely loyal to her cousin.

Despite being born five years apart, Harry and Eugenie often spent time together as children thanks to the friendship between their mothers Princess Diana and Sarah Ferguson, who would pack up the children for joint family holidays.

Eugenie was the only member of the Royal Family to feature in personal photos shared in Harry and Meghan’s Netflix documentary released last year in a testament to their closeness.

One sweet snap of Andrew’s daughter in the second episode shows the pair out for a bike ride along a palm tree-lined stretch of pavement in California.

The docuseries also included pictures of Harry and Meghan partying with Eugenie and Jack – who is reportedly close to the Duke – on Halloween.

Eugenie was also the first member of the Royal Family to publicly visit Harry in California, two years after he quit senior duties.

The pair were photographed watching the Super Bowl at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, shortly after the news broke that Prince Harry was working on a bombshell, tell-all memoir about his life in the royal family.

At the time, a source told MailOnline: ‘Harry and Eugenie have always been close ever since they were children. He always makes her laugh. They share a sense of humour.

‘She is friends with Meghan too, and was close to his two previous girlfriends Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas,’ they continued.

‘It was Eugenie who helped set up Harry and Cressida. She refuses to abandon him. She is a very loyal lady. She is not one for taking sides.’

Not only is Eugenie close to Harry but she also enjoys a friendship with his wife Meghan that began before the Suits star met her royal beau.

Eugenie and Harry were also spotted chatting up a storm at King Charles’s Coronation in May 2023 – an undeniably tense affair for the Duke of Sussex.

Royal experts predicted that Prince Harry might have a lonely time at his father’s big day, with members of The Firm choosing not to speak with him.

However, as photos from the event show, Harry, who attended without his wife, had at least one good friend on hand.

Meanwhile, Eugenie also has a strong bond with Prince William – despite his ongoing feud with Prince Harry, who accused his older brother of physically attacking him over an argument about Meghan.

Eugenie appeared closer than ever with the future King, when they were spotted chatting at the Royal Ascot in Berkshire earlier this year.

William was spotted teasing his younger cousin about her choice of headgear for the event during a light-hearted, playful moment between the pair.

Elsewhere, Eugenie was also seen chatting with Kate’s mother Carole Middleton, following the Princess of Wales’ cancer diagnosis earlier this year.

Both Beatrice and Eugenie were also praised for showing ‘unquestionable solidarity’ with William in the wake of Harry’s move to the US.

Leading royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told MailOnline that the sisters’ presence at William’s first Garden Party of 2024 – without Kate by his side – was ‘unquestionably a show of solidarity with the heir to the throne who is currently not on speaking terms with his errant brother’.

In a skilled display of diplomacy, Eugenie and Beatrice also showed their support for Kate as they arrived for her Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey in December 2022 – at the same time that Harry and Meghan’s Netflix documentary was being released.

Eugenie was, however, notably absent from Kate’s Together at Christmas service at Westminster Abbey last week – when the future Queen undertook her most high-profile engagement since completing cancer treatment.

Kate’s comeback carol service was atttended by swathes of royals but it is understood Eugenie’s absence is likely because of her decision to split her time between the UK and Portugal.

However, she wasn’t alone in skipping the event, with the King and Queen also absent.

  • Princess Catherine’s Growing Influence Exposes Camilla’s Quiet Struggles Behind the Throne

Princess Catherine’s Growing Influence Exposes Camilla’s Quiet Struggles Behind the Throne

Princess Catherine’s rise in power is shedding light on Queen Camilla’s ongoing struggles within the royal family. According to an insider source, Queen Camilla has been finding it challenging to solidify her role and integrate her family into the royal affairs. She was reportedly taken by surprise by Princess Catherine’s public resurgence, which many believe signals the dawn of a new era for the monarchy.

Queen Camilla, the consort of King Charles, has reportedly opposed the Prince and Princess of Wales’ plans for the future of the monarchy, particularly regarding the changes to the Tiara Rule and her involvement in the decision-making process concerning the training and selection of new working royals. Sources close to the family, including Lady Louise, Princess Beatrice, Mike Tindall, and Zara Tindall, suggest that King Charles has appointed Princess Catherine to a crucial role in his ambitious plan to modernize the monarchy.Despite this, Queen Camilla has been critical of Princess Catherine and Prince William’s choices, including their decision-making regarding royal events and family dynamics. One surprising move by Queen Camilla was her withdrawal of support for events involving the Prince and Princess of Wales, including reducing Princess Catherine’s tiara appearances. Camilla’s absence from the Christmas Carol service hosted by Princess Catherine raised eyebrows, and insiders indicate that Princess Catherine has finally broken her silence about Camilla’s attempts to secure further royal titles for her family.

Princess Catherine has voiced her discontent with Queen Camilla’s negative comments about the future of Prince George and Princess Charlotte. This development marks a significant shift, with Princess Catherine now emerging as the focal point of a new era in the British monarchy. After a period of silence, Princess Catherine has taken on a more prominent role, laying the groundwork for her future leadership of the royal family. Meanwhile, Queen Camilla, despite her long-standing experience, is struggling to establish her authority following health challenges.

Princess Catherine’s return to public life has been marked by newfound energy and determination, attracting increased attention and speculation about what her return means for the future of the monarchy. The question on many people’s minds is whether her actions today will permanently affect the royal family and its future.

Princess Catherine’s extended absence from public life raised concerns about her health, prompting widespread speculation. Known for her serene and tenacious approach to royal duties, Princess Catherine’s sudden disappearance sparked curiosity, with many wondering about the nature of her health struggles. In March 2024, she revealed that she had been battling cancer, a revelation that shocked the world.

During this period, her relationship with Queen Camilla reportedly soured. The two royals have often had contrasting views on how the monarchy should be represented, with Princess Catherine supporting contemporary values and Camilla preferring traditional approaches. While Princess Catherine has championed causes such as mental health awareness, early childhood development, and community involvement, Camilla has been accused of using her position for personal gain, which has reportedly caused tension with Princess Catherine and Prince William.

In addition to these tensions, Camilla’s more reserved disposition has limited her popularity compared to Princess Catherine, whose approachability and genuine engagement in charitable causes have made her a beloved figure. The public often views Camilla through the lens of her past, particularly her involvement in the breakdown of Princess Diana’s marriage to Prince Charles. As Princess Catherine’s public profile grows, Camilla has struggled to compete, especially with the younger generation, which seems to favor Princess Catherine’s progressive and compassionate style.

As Princess Catherine re-enters public life, her increasing prominence has caused a shift in the royal dynamics. Camilla, once in a strong position as the Queen consort, now finds herself navigating a changing royal landscape where Princess Catherine’s leadership vision is gaining traction.

Camilla rose to prominence during Princess Catherine’s absence, but her approach has often been described as cautious and reserved, especially in comparison to Princess Catherine’s more vibrant and engaging public persona. As Princess Catherine’s popularity continues to grow, the monarchy finds itself at a crossroads, with tensions rising between the two powerful women.

Princess Catherine’s return to public life has been marked by several notable events. She attended her first Trooping the Colour event in June 2024, after her cancer treatment, to celebrate King Charles’s birthday. Later in the year, she took part in community-focused events, including a visit to Southport, England, following a catastrophe, where she met with emergency responders and mental health professionals. In November 2024, she participated in Remembrance Day ceremonies and most recently hosted the Together at Christmas Carol service in December 2024, showcasing her dedication to her royal duties and her causes.

Despite the challenges she faced, Princess Catherine’s resilience has been evident, and her return has sparked renewed interest in her role within the royal family. Her commitment to mental health advocacy, community support, and environmental causes has made her a figure of hope and inspiration.
