Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash star in a new six-part BBC reality series together along with their children and family members

Stacey Solomon laid bare the “biggest issue” in her romance with Joe Swash during the freshest episode of the duo’s BBC reality show.

In a candid segment, Stacey, 35, and husband Joe, 43, dipped their toes into couple’s therapy, aiming to tackle recurring conflicts within their household dynamics.

The busy mother disclosed her exasperation with Joe, who often becomes side-tracked when she requests his assistance, leaving her to contend with multiple challenges alone.

“You’re a great dad and an amazing person, but sometimes I don’t think you take into consideration all of the fires I’ve got to put out everywhere,” she admitted to Joe.

Joe, clearly irked by the critique, retorted: “I don’t even know what to say. It’s so frustrating when I feel like all I’m trying to do is dedicate myself to my family, and do everything I possibly can, every minute of the day. Then, to sit here, and listen to the fact that I’m a huge problem.”

He aired his grievance further: “All I’m hearing is I’m a huge problem in Stacey’s perfect life. I don’t hear any positive stuff about me as a person.”

Stacey then acknowledged: “I would say this is our biggest issue in our whole relationship. I cannot say anything without you taking it so personally, as an attack on you as a whole person.”

The session then took a turn towards reconciliation, with the therapist stepping in and Joe revealing insights into his upbringing and how being diagnosed with ADHD has affected his life, reports Wales Online.

Stacey and Joe, who tied the knot in 2022, returned to Pickle Cottage, leaving any squabbles behind them.

The duo took an optimistic step forward by deciding to go for another counselling session, even though Joe was initially reluctant.

Stacey shared with her husband: “I found it helpful because I think sometimes we don’t listen to each other,” also acknowledging her tendency to want to “try to fix” things continuously.

Joe conceded that he tends to “jumps the gun” and recognised he needs to reflect more prior to reacting. He suggested: “I think we go back and see her, and take it step by step.”

Meghan Markle has shared the one thing her children – Archie and Lilibet – do that is very British as she opened up about parenting with Prince Harry in a new interview

Meghan Markle has revealed the one thing her and Prince Harry’s children do that is very British. The former Suits actress has children Archie and Lillibet, who have spent most of their lives in the United States.

Harry and Meghan moved from the UK to the United States before settling in Montecito, California – which they now call their home – and whilst their children are rarely pictured, they are even more rarely heard. Meghan had previously revealed that her kids have an American accent, but now she has shared the one British thing they do do.

Meghan appeared on the new episode of Jamie Kern Lima’s podcast, where she was handed a letter from her husband Prince Harry and their children Archie and Lillibet. Immediately she asked if it had been in the press, to which Jamie replied and revealed that no one else had seen it before and asked if Meghan would like to read the letter aloud, if she was comfortable doing so.

She then read the brief letter out, which said: “From Archie and Lili via Papa. We love your cooking, we love your pancakes, and we love, love, love your hugs. You’re the best mummy and we love you.”

Reacting to it, Meghan called the message “so sweet” and said that her kids were “the greatest”. She also noted one thing that said: “I also love that it’s ‘mummy’, which is very British, instead of ‘mommy.’”

Meghan has previously discussed her children’s accents and how they speak like their father, despite growing up in California.

“Oh, some of the words that they still say with a British accent, so they’ll say z-e-b-r-a and what else do they say? They have these little moments where it comes out and because they have very American accents, but they say words that are just like him and I think it’s adorable,” she said of her favourite thing about her children – and how they’re like their dad.

Meghan also revealed she has been sending secret letters and saving pictures for her children to give to them when they’re older. She got the idea from a mum friend, who had been sending their children secret emails.

“I thought it was such a great time capsule to create for them and so I created for the kids these email addresses…that I will give them at some point. Before I go to bed, every night, I email them,” she said.

“Maybe when they’re 16, maybe when they’re 18, they will feel ‘she has loved us so much,” Meghan then added as she got emotional and wiped away her tears She insisted her love language for her kids wasn’t about “grandeur” but was more about making sure they see that she sees them and is actively nurturing them.

  • Prince William’s ‘secret move’ led to Trump’s peace talks with Zelensky at Pope funeral

Prince William’s ‘secret move’ led to Trump’s peace talks with Zelensky at Pope funeral

Prince William was among the world leaders at the funeral of Pope Francis at the Vatican at the weekend – and it seems he played his part in paving the way for historic talks between US President Donald Trump and Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky

Prince William made a subtle diplomatic move that allowed Donald Trump to hold impromptu peace talks with Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky at the Pope’s funeral, it has been claimed. As world leaders including the Prince of Wales gathered in St Peter’s Square to pay their final respects to Pope Francis, there was an extraordinary moment where Trump sat face-to-face with Zelensky in a quiet corner of St Peter’s Basilica.

It was the first time they had encountered each other since a fraught clash in the White House in late February, and they were pictured in an intense discussion as they look to end the war in Ukraine, sparked by Russia’s invasion. Just moments before the hastily arranged meeting, Trump and Zelensky were pictured alongside Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron. And it seems William crucially chose to discreetly step away as the huddle, ultimately leading to the extraordinary meeting.

William was seen with the Prime Minister paying his respects at Francis’ coffin and, as they walked away, they are believed to have spotted Trump, Zelensky and Macron. According to The Telegraph, William “respectfully peeled away” to allow the politicians to talk as he cannily “read the room”.

Many wondered why William, who didn’t meet Pope Francis, attended the funeral while his father the King was not there, despite him meeting the Holy Father just 12 days before his death during a state visit to Italy.

However, the decision was in keeping with modern tradition that the heir to the throne represents the monarch at events such as funerals. For example, Charles as the Prince of Wales went to Pope John Paul II’s funeral, representing his mother the late Queen, in 2005. Kensington Palace said the decision on William’s attendance at the Pope’s funeral followed Government advice.

During the service, William, dressed in a dark suit, sat in the third row in the section reserved for world leaders. It meant he was separated from other European royalty, such as King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain, and Queen Mary of Denmark, who were seated in the front row, along with Trump and his wife, First Lady Melania.

However, it appears the seating plan for international leaders at Pope Francis’s funeral had been a delicate diplomatic effort, which meant that William was seated further back compared to some of his royal counterparts

Francis’s birth country, Argentina, took precedence in the seating arrangements. Argentina’s delegation included President Javier Milei, who was a vocal critic of the Pope before he became the nation’s head of state.

Italy followed since the Pope was the bishop of Rome and the leader of the nation’s Catholic bishops. Thereafter, reigning sovereigns were seated “in alphabetical order, but in the French language”, followed by heads of state, and later heads of government, like the UK Prime Minister, and other representatives.

French is used in the seating arrangements because it is considered the language of diplomacy, but it also shook up the order of precedence that an English speaker may have expected. Trump, for example, appeared relatively early in the running because America is listed as “Etats-Unis d’Amerique,” which bagged him a front-row seat.

Ireland’s delegation came ahead of both of the UK’s representatives, William and the British Government delegation. This is because it was led by a head of state, the Irish President Michael D Higgins, a title that has a higher precedence than William, who was listed as a crown prince further down the list.

The seating plan was described as a “master plan” in stage-managing the “big egos” of world leaders by Cardinal Vincent Nichols, the leader of Catholics in England and Wales.

In an interview before the service, he said the funeral was “without a doubt another masterpiece of stage management when you consider those state leaders who have high opinions of their importance”. He added: “In the past, I’ve seen it here over and over again that the combination of Rome and the Holy See, they actually are geniuses at dealing with these big events.”

Should Prince Andrew be allowed to return to public duties? Vote in our poll

As Prince Andrew made a surprise appearance with the Royal Family on Easter Sunday, we want to know if you think the Duke of York should return to public duties – vote in our poll to have your say

Prince Andrew’s hopes of rejoining the Royal Family are said to be “firmly closed” following the death of Virginia Giuffre – and we want to hear your thoughts. The 41-year-old tragically took her own life on Friday at her farm in Western Australia after a period described by those closest to her as deeply distressing.

In February 2022, Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement worth £12million with Ms Giuffre, who had accused the royal of sexually assaulting her on three occasions in 2001. The settlement was made without any admission of liability and Andrew has consistently and vehemently denied any wrongdoing.

Before the sad passing of Ms Giuffre, who was described as “a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse” by her heartbroken relatives, the Duke was reportedly keen to make a return to the Firm. However, insiders have said: “The door to a return is firmly closed.” It follows Andrew’s surprise appearance at the Easter Sunday service in Windsor alongside royal members – including King Charles and Queen Camilla, as well as daughters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

The 65-year-old stepped down from royal duties in 2019 following his explosive BBC Newsnight interview which exposed his relationship with the late billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. In a statement, approved by the late Queen, he said it had “become clear” to him that his “former association with Jeffrey Epstein has become a major disruption to my family’s work.”

His appearance on April 20 marks the first time Andrew had been pictured at a formal royal event since last Easter. Despite being stripped of his royal patronages and military affiliations, Andrew has continued to attend family events.

However, he was absent from the Royal Family’s Christmas lunch and church walk at Sandringham following revelations he had been linked to an alleged Chinese spy. Prince William is reported to have an “incredibly strained” relationship with Andrew and is understood to be reluctant to spend time with his uncle at any gathering after the Duke has heaped shame on the family.

The future king was reportedly instrumental in Andrew’s banishment from royal life following his disastrous TV interview. A royal source said: “William has no time for his uncle. This Easter was about spending time with his own family, but he would far prefer a situation where he doesn’t have to spend time with him.”

Reports suggest that any tension between the Prince of Wales and his uncle stems from a longstanding ‘grudge’ dating back to the early days of William’s relationship with the Princess of Wales. Richard Kay’s column in the Daily Mail said: “William has long held a grudge against Andrew for being unwelcoming when he first introduced the then Kate Middleton to the Royal Family and feels that his father has been too soft on him.”

In response to the claims, former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond told OK!: “I think William was quick to grasp that Andrew is toxic to the royal brand. And, in a pretty ruthless and business-like way, I think William has pushed for Andrew to be excluded and to stay excluded from the official royal circle.”

Following the heartbreaking death of Ms Giuffre, we want to know if you think Andrew should be allowed to return to public duties. Vote in our poll HERE to have your say.

Meghan Markle breaks silence on releasing a memoir and gives verdict on political career

Meghan Markle has finally spoken out about releasing a memoir, similar to her husband Prince Harry’s tell-all book Spare, and given her thoughts on running for political office in a rare podcast interview

Meghan Markle has finally given her verdict on whether she would release a tell-all memoir or run for political officer in a surprise new interview. The Duchess of Sussex has given her first ever podcast interview with Jamie Kern Lima, the founder behind beauty brand IT Cosmetics, and opened up about a range of topics, including her career, her children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet and her relationship with husband Prince Harry.

The podcast interview comes as speculation has swirled that Meghan could follow in the footsteps of Harry by releasing her very own tell-all book like the controversial, Spare. At the same time, there have also been reports that Meghan would one day want to dip her toe into politics, and possibly even run for office.

But during the chat, host Jamie asks Meghan, who has already written a children’s book called The Bench, if she would release another book. And she revealed: “Yes, maybe, for sure.” However, she added: “And then, you know, I think people are often curious if I’m going to write a memoir, but I’ve got a lot more life to live before I’m there.” When asked if she would ever run for office, and she told the host: “No. Never. Oh, God. No I’m not interested in that.”

She also revealed that she has not used the name ‘Markle’ since she got married, after admitting in her Netflix show With Love, Meghan that she now goes by the name Meghan Sussex now – in a nod to her royal title.

Meanwhile, Meghan also confessed that she is ‘done’ with having to prove herself to people as she knows she’s knows the “kind of human I am”. She said: “We spend so much of our lives trying to prove something, to prove that you’re enough, you have to prove that you’re pretty enough, you have to prove you’re smart enough, you have to prove that you’re a good wife or a good friend.

Meghan broke down in tears during the podcast

“And I was like ‘I am just so done with the proving game and if you can’t see it, I don’t need to prove to you why that’s your loss. I know that I’m a great friend, and I know the kind of mum I am, and I know the kind of human being I am, and I know how I show up. And I love being able to be that person with the people that I love.”

At another point in the interview, Jamie asks Meghan, who is make-up free, about her hopes for her children, specifically Lilibet. And Meghan replied how she hoped they would feel like “no-one has ever loved someone more than the way our mom loved us.”

She then explained how she has created email addresses for her children where she will send them messages each night before she goes to bed, with the intention of letting them see these emails when they are older – something she heard about doing from a friend.

Meghan told the podcast: “I thought it was such a great time capsule to create for them and so I created for the kids these email addresses that I will give them at some point. Before I go to bed, every night, I email them” and she explained these emails contain pictures “you’re not going to frame”, their report cards, and memories from their childhood.

And breaking down in tears as she said she would give them these emails when they hit 16 or 18, she said: “Here’s everything and every moment that I wanted to tell you how much I love you and how proud I am of you – and it’s making me emotional.

“It’s for them to be able to look back and go ‘gosh she has loved us so much’. And that is I think the best part about being a mom.” She added: “It’s not about the grandeur of the gesture, it’s about I see you, I’m nuturing you and I see you so deeply. And I’m just so proud of them.” She then joked as she wiped away tears: “I wasn’t expecting that one. They’re just so great. This is why it’s nice to have no make-up on.”

In the same interview, she also gushed over husband Prince Harry and described how supportive he has been as she has set up her business, As Ever, calling him a ‘fox’ as he’s “very very handsome” and saying they will be married ‘forever’.

She added: “H, that man loves me so much and you know, look what we’ve built. We have built a beautiful life and we have two healthy beautiful children. I always think about it, when you get the end of Super Mario Bros, the final final level and what’s the goal in Super Mario.

“It’s to slay the dragons and save the princess. And that’s my husbad, he just out there and constantly doing whatever he can to to make sure our family is safe and protected and that we are uplifted – and still make time for date nights.”

Reminiscing about the early days of their romance as they kept their relationship under wraps, Meghan added: “You have to imagine, at the beginning it’s all butterflies – but then we immediately went into the trenches together. Right out of the gate, like six months into dating. So now seven years later, when you have a little bit of breathing space, you can just enjoy each other in a new way. And that’s why I feel like it’s more of a honeymoon period for us now.”

  • BBC star dubbed ‘untouchable’ slammed for ‘exceptionally inappropriate language’

BBC star dubbed ‘untouchable’ slammed for ‘exceptionally inappropriate language’

A report into badly-behaving stars at the BBC has shed light on an extraordinary incident involving one of their A-list stars, and how senior managers failed to act accordingly

    Huw Edwards
The report came in the wake of allegations against Huw Edwards

The BBC has vowed to crack down on the badly behaved “untouchables” still operating within its ranks. An explosive report, launched in the wake of the furore over disgraced former newsreader Huw Edwards, says there is “a minority of people” whose bad behaviour “is not addressed”.

And the damning review pointed to one example of an “untouchable…..called out for exceptionally inappropriate language.”

It says how a “senior manager was in the room” but was “perceived as deferring so as not to rock the boat.” Staff on the show in question were left furious. “Staff were impacted … there should have been zero tolerance and no nuance,” said one person working on the programme.

The review says how they heard of “examples of well-known names not being held to account for poor behaviour. Some names were repeated several times, others more infrequently.”

The review, from Change Associates and led by management consultant Grahame Russell, also slammed BBC bosses for not nipping bad behaviour in the bud.

It says: “We heard examples of on-air / on-screen presenters who are seen to be ‘difficult’ and who are ‘manmarked’ by BBC managers. The managers are aware of the presenters’ reputations and want to act as a buffer – to be on hand and provide feedback and reassurance in real-time. This is very different to addressing poor behaviour in the first place.”

The report adds of the badly-behaved stars in general: “Even though they are small in number, their behaviour creates large ripples which negatively impact the BBC’s culture and external reputation.” It concluded however that there wasn’t a “toxic” culture at the BBC.

    Huw Edwards
BBC under fire: Huw Edwards complaint handled badly(Image: PA)

However it wasn’t just in front of the cameras that problems existed with the report stating there were also “untouchables who work behind the camera or microphone.”

It adds: “The perception was that senior management would turn an eye to poor behaviours when productions were award-winning or attracting large audiences.”

The report also hears from some of the on-air stars themselves, who told how there was a culture where BBC staff often pandered to them.

One A-lister said: “As the so-called talent, I’m aware that no one wants to upset me, people laugh at jokes, fuss around me, can’t do enough for me – it is false and unnecessary, and I can see how over time, some would come to expect it.” “I can call Tim [Davie, director general] right now, tell him about our conversation.”

The report questions whether producers can really “talk straight” with the talent due to the power imbalance. There were also question marks over who “manages these names.”

The report says: “We hear that this is exceptionally ambiguous – often people are appointed to shows or programmes by people very senior in the BBC hierarchy, with little involvement from the team on the programme until it’s a done deal. This leads to ambiguity about who really has the power to speak truth if something goes wrong.”

BBC Chair Dr Samir Shah yesterday vowed to crack down on the badly behaved names operating within the Corporation.

He told staff: “There is a minority of people whose behaviour is simply not acceptable. And there are still places where powerful individuals – on and off screen – can abuse that power to make life for their colleagues unbearable.”

Addressing the worst offenders directly, he said: “If you think you’re too big a star or too important to live by the values of this organisation, then not only are you wrong, but we will find you out.”

    Tim Davie
BBC Director General Tim Davie has opened up about report(Image: PA Archive/PA Images)

The BBC has launched a refreshed code of conduct, with specific guidance for on-air presenters, and started the rollout of a new Call It Out campaign, where staff can challenge poor conduct.

They will also launch a resolving concerns helpline, introduce in-person inductions for all new joiners and conduct regular, targeted culture checks.

Shah said his first year in the position at the corporation had shown him a “different side” and one he “wasn’t expecting”, as he addressed a staff event at London’s Broadcasting House He added: “The report makes several recommendations that prioritise action over procedural change – and that is exactly right.

“It also addresses some deep-seated issues: for example, the need to make sure everyone can feel confident and not cowed about speaking up.” The report said there was evidence that both Jewish and Muslim staff members and freelancers are in fear “of speaking up, raising issues and being themselves at work”.

“Given the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, this has been exacerbated, as they feel concerns have not been heard or acted on,” it said.

The BBC has been rocked by a string of allegations about BBC presenters in the last year alone. In January, the BBC apologised to staff who felt they could not speak up with concerns about Russell Brand’s behaviour because he was seen as “too influential”

Jermaine Jenas, who presented The One Show, was fired last summer following complaints about workplace conduct.

    Jermaine Jenas

Gregg Wallace stepped aside as Masterchef co-host, while Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima were forced to leave Strictly Come Dancing. Di Prima was sacked after being accused of kicking Zara McDermott, while Pernice was accused of bullying Amanda Abbington. The BBC upheld some of complaints against Pernice, but cleared him of the most serious allegations.

BBC director-general Tim Davie welcomed the findings. He said: “This report represents an important moment for the BBC and the wider industry.

“It provides clear, practical recommendations that we are committed to implementing at pace. I’m grateful to everyone who took part and contributed.”

Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy said the Government considers it “a moral imperative” that the BBC implement a plan of action “without delay”.

“There is no place for abuse or harassment in any workplace, and BBC staff alongside the public rightly expect the very highest standards from their national broadcaster,” she said.

Edwards was suspended on full pay in July 2023 over payments to an unnamed young person for explicit photographs. He resigned six months later amid calls for him to repay his salary from the period. Others have since come forward to complain about messages of a sexual or bullying nature.

The review heard from around 2,500 employees and freelancers, with representations from across the UK and 19 different countries around the world.

Made in Chelsea’s Sam Thompson has been mending his heartbreak following his split from Zara McDermott by getting back on the dating scene with a little help from pal Pete Wicks

    Sam Thompson
Sam Thompson has opened up on his first date since splitting from Zara McDermott

Sam Thompson has revealed that he is back dating again following his sudden split from girlfriend of five years Zara McDermott. The Made in Chelsea star saw his romance come crashing down at the very end of last year but is now ready to get back on the dating scene.

Zara, meanwhile, has already gone public with her new high profile romance with One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson. The pair tried to keep their budding relationship under wraps before being spotted together in Los Angeles earlier this month. Sam has proven he is also ready to take the plunge and move on. He has been spending time with fellow Love Island star Samie Elishi, and he even invited her to Chelsea for Easter according to reports.

Following his split with Zara, the pair are said to have started exchanging flirty messages over Instagram before hitting it off in person. Sam has now spoken for the first time about his love life as he detailed his first date back on the scene.

He made sure to ask best mate Pete Wicks for advice as he revealed: “I went on the first date that I’ve had since I’ve been single recently and I was so nervous that I messaged Pete and it was the sweetest thing ever, but Pete basically sent me a list of what I had to do.”

Speaking on their Staying Relevant podcast, Sam said he ordered his date a drink and waited at a table for her. He even confessed to being keen and arriving 40 minutes early.

“I was absolutely terrified,” he admitted. “But you know what? There’s so many things that Pete gave me in that little snippet of advice. That’s what Pete’s so good at.

“He literally gave me a play by play of what he, she walks in, I gave her a kiss on the cheek. I had a glass of wine waiting for her. I told her she looked lovely. I went, ‘here’s to a great date’. She sat down and we were off.”

Pete also hinted at the work Sam had been putting into himself following his heartbreak in order to have a “glow up”. He admitted: “Oh, God, I think I’ve done everything I can do.

“I’ve done whatever it is that I can do, because I’m aware that I looked like f***ing shit. No, no, I am aware of that. I’ve looked at photos, I’ve looked at videos, I’ve been like, my God, you’re a piece of s***.

“It was a pretty tough time back then. I was thinking, ‘God, you really let yourself go.’ Now I’ve got myself to a place where I’m like, I feel like I’m happy and I’m comfortable in my own skin again, if you know what I mean.”

Sam is said to have taken Samie to the Fine Food Market on the swanky King’s Road. The weekly market boasts a whole host of artisanal and locally produced food and wine and is often frequented by famous faces.

A source told MailOnline: “Sam and Samie are really getting along and if early signs are anything to go by, this could turn into a long-term relationship.

“It may be early days still, but they do really like each other.” Claiming Sam was happy to go public with his romance, they added: “Sam is already introducing Samie to Chelsea by showing her off on the King’s Road over the Easter weekend and given how popular he is in the area, it meant a lot that he wasn’t hiding her away.”

Strictly long-server Katya Jones has landed new role as a judge as she confirmed a huge career move.

The dancing pro has told fans she is ‘thrilled’ as she shared an update on her move away from the ballroom. Katya was recently named alongside the cast of the BBC One contest’s pro-line up for the 2025 series, which will kick off this Autumn – but fans are wondering if she’s about to catch the judging bug.

Sharing a picture of herself holding onto a golden trophy while looking sensational in a pink maxi dress, she wrote on Instagram: “I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be joining ‘Dancing with the Stars Belgium’ as a judge! @vtm.be. It’s time to bring my passion and knowledge to the panel and celebrate the art of dance that unites us all, celebrates diversity and brings people together. Teach me some Flemish words that I can use on the show?”

Her Strictly co-stars were quick to show her support. Gorka Marquez wrote: “Amazing” as Dianne Buswell commented: “Amazing congratulations my love.” Amy Dowden was also delighted for her friends and responded to her post: “Go on queen! You DESERVE THIS.”

Here move comes as speculation mounts she’s not happy with last year’s series. According to The Sun, the 35-year-old feels let down by the BBC’s treatment of opera singer Wynne Evans 53.

A source told the publication: “Katya is really upset about what has happened and feel like it’s all been blown out of proportion. She was shocked that bosses hauled Wynne in and feels like they have been thrown under the bus. There is only so much drama she can take.”

She will be back later this year and her Strictly return will mark ten years on the programme. Katya took to her Instagram page with a post that featured a montage of photos of herself on the show and said she had “Strictly Confession” to make and that included the “quiet promises” she made to herself “to stay grounded.”

“The first came from my very first BBC briefing, where I learned something that’s stayed with me ever since: Strictly is an entertainment show with dance at its heart. I made it my mission never to lose sight of that simple truth,” Katya began. Her second rule was to always be her “true, authentic self… because performing is one thing, but pretending to be someone you’re not is exhausting, and it doesn’t last.”

Katya continued: “And third — perhaps most importantly — I told myself that the moment I stopped loving this job, would be the moment I walk away. This role demands passion, energy, and an all-in commitment. You simply can’t do it half-heartedly. Each year when the producers ask if I’d like to return, I pause and ask myself: Are you still in love with it? And every single time, the answer has been a firm YES. This year was no different. Nothing fulfils me quite like this ‘job’.

“It is a true privilege to be part of something that brings joy to so many. To help light up Saturday nights, to be part of a show that’s become such a cherished part of the nation’s heart — it means the world. Happy 10th anniversary, Strictly. I can confess – I am still totally head over heels for you.”

Katya isn’t the only pro returning for the next series of Strictly. The line-up will also include Amy Dowden, Karen Hauer, Kai Widdrington, Johannes Radebe, Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Nancy Xu and Nikita Kuzmin.Gorka Márquez, Luba Mushtuk, Aljaž Škorjanec, Jowita Przystał, Carlos Gu, Neil Jones, Lauren Oakley, Michelle Tsiakkas and Vito Coppola will also return. And there will be two new pros, who are yet to be announced, in the line-up.

JoJo Siwas has been pictured looking deep in thought as she broke cover in the first photos taken since she dumped Kath Ebbs.

Celebrity Big Brother star JoJo, 21, was in a relationship with non-binary Kath, 27, before she entered the ITV show’s house – but, while in there, she formed a close bond with Chris Hughes and revealed she feels differently about her sexuality, after previously identifying as a lesbian.

The Dance Moms star has seen broken cover in new pictures taken after Kath revealed they had been dumped by JoJo. In the snaps, JoJo looks pensive while holding her phone in front of her. JoJo is wearing a grey hoodie and appears to be makeup-free while her blonde locks are scooped back into a long ponytail for the outing.

JoJo was picking up a meal outside her hotel as she chatted on the phoe. She has remained silent on her split from Aussie star Kath Ebbs since Kath revealed they had been dumped by JoJo in a shock video shared yesterday.

Kath told their Instagram followers in the clip they felt “humiliated” after being “dumped at the party” by JoJo – hours after she left the Celebrity Big Brother house, in which she formed a very close bond with housemate Chris Hughes.

However, JoJo did reveal her plans for the future in a TikTok video filmed inside her hotel room after the shock dumping took place. In the clip, the star was asked: “I know you just came out of the Big Brother house, do you want anything?” And she replied: “Yeah, I just want to stay in the UK.”

She was then asked: “Is that all that you want?” and she confirmed: “That’s all.” JoJo was then asked: “You don’t wanna go home yet?” And she replied: “No. Just the UK.”

Sharing the video exchange with her followers, she added: “What a 20 DAYS!!!! I’ve stayed awake all night seeing the love from you beautiful Britts!! And hearing that you guys like seeing the other side of my life is a relief, I’ve been a bit scared to show that side of me.”

She then added: “Thank you to my mom for taking over TikTok for a bit honestly I think we’re going to 50-50 run this page together now.”

JoJo’s future plans come after Kath shared her heartache over being dumepd by JoJo – after flying over to the UK to be reunited with the CEO of gay pop after her stint on the Celebrity Big Brother house. A heartbroken Kath said: “In the last eight hours I flew here and went to the live show to show up for my partner and support them in their experience and later on [I hoped to] address my feelings of hurt and work through them like in all relationships.

“Before I could get back to the hotel with my I guess now ex, I was dumped at the party,” they added.

“I was told there were confused feelings there and they had realised I wasn’t the person they wanted to spend the foreseeable with,” said Kath.

While in the ITV show’s famous house, JoJo formed a close bond with Chris Hughes. The pair were both grilled on their relationship upon leaving the house – and a cryptic comment JoJo made to Chris before the final

As JoJo appeared upset following a comment from Kath in her letter from home, Chris asked her if she was ok, in which she replied: “Give me 48 hours.” When asked about the comment by Big Brother hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best, JoJo explained: “We’re going to play tennis on Sunday.”

Elsewhere in the interview, JoJo was grilled about her bond with Chris in which she said: “I’m so incredibly grateful for him. He’s helped me get through my hard times in the house but more importantly he’s helped me create my happiness in this house. He’s more than a friend, he’s just such a special guy, I’m so lucky. We had a lot of fun.”

Dannii Minogue slams The X Factor over damaging experience and details ‘tough’ times

Dannii Minogue has admitted her stint judging The X Factor from 2007-2010 ‘took it’s toll’ and left her drained, calling out the show for their lack of mental health support.

Dannii Minogue has revealed that working on The X Factor UK wasn’t all it was cracked up to be in the height of the show’s fame. The Australian TV star, who was a judge on the show from 2007 until 2010, worked alongside Simon Cowell, Sharon Osborne, Cheryl Cole and Louis Walsh.

“I definitely had a moment where I was like, ‘If this is what [the show] is – the toll it takes on your entire life – I don’t know if it’s worth it for me. I remember thinking, ‘The show is what it is and I’ve got to step off’,” recalls Dannii, speaking on a new episode of Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Podcast.

Claiming that she was constantly in rehearsals with the contestants, something the other judges didn’t do, Dannii continues, “The length of the days were so long. We would go straight into rehearsals for the next week’s songs and none of the other judges were there, I was always there at 10am.”

Dannii is currently working on BBC Three show I Kissed A Boy, and says it’s the first time she has worked on a show where production have taken her mental health into account – something she believes The X Factor could have learned from.

“The first time I’ve worked on a TV show – bearing in mind I’ve worked on TV since I was seven – the first time I’ve ever been told, ‘If you need to speak to someone they’re there’, was on I Kissed A Boy season 1.”

“It’s the first time I ever thought that my mental health was important, and was acknowledged.”

“It would have been really helpful back in The X Factor days to have had anything like that,” says Dannii.

During the conversation, host Fearne recalled her shortlived presenting gig on the series’ spin-off show, The Xtra Factor, which she says the lines are ‘blurred’ on whether she left on her own accord or she was fired.

Looking back at the full-on schedule, Dannii says that, after a full days work in rehearsals with the contestants, she would ‘rather stick pins in my eyes’ than appear on The Xtra Factor.

“I’d get home at 1:30 and it would take me three hours to wind down, then they’d say, ‘Do you want to just pop over to Xtra Factor?’

“You just want to say, ‘I’d rather stick pins in my eyes’. But, when you’re a viewer at home and you get that extra bit… it was amazing. It just, energy wise, you didn’t get the best of us.”

After leaving the show in 2010, Dannii was replaced by Tulisa Contostavlos on the judging panel. The X Factor was axed eight years later, after making stars out of acts such as One Direction, Little Mix and James Arthur.
