US President Donald Trump has reportedly gone ‘cool’ on the UK after King Charles met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenksky at the Sandringham Estate last week

Donald Trump reportedly feels ‘less special’ after King Charles hosted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last week.

The US President is said to have ‘gone cool’ on the UK, with insiders claiming images of the King and Zelensky together made Trump feel his own state visit invitation to Britain had been overshadowed. During their recent meeting in the White House, Prime Minister Keir Starmer extended an invitation from the King to Trump for a formal state visit, leading Trump to praise him as a “wonderful man”. At the end of the same week, Zelensky was warmly received by Charles at the Sandringham Estate, just a few hours after he had faced a barrage from Trump in the Oval Office.

Trump is said to have reacted badly to photographs of the King and Zelensky together, having initially been buoyed by the prospect of an unprecedented second state visit for a sitting US president. An insider from the White House told the MailOnline: “Things definitely went a bit cool in Washington after Sandringham. We told them that the King makes his own decisions about who he meets.”

Number 10 said they “do not recognise” the reports, adding: “We have been unequivocal about the importance of the US as an ally of the UK. No two countries are as closely aligned as ours on economic, defence, security and intelligence interests, and we share deep historic and cultural ties. We will continue to work hand-in-hand and look forward to welcoming President Trump.”

Whitehall insiders also stressed that the meeting between the King and Zelensky was not a reaction to Trump and Zelensky’s argument at the Oval Office, and pointed out that it had been in the diary for some time. The King previously hosted the Ukrainian President back in 2023, when he told him: “We’ve all been worried about you and thinking about your country for so long.”

This comes after Trump hit back at reports of a major rift between Elon Musk and senior officials within the White House. A heated clash was said to have broken out during a cabinet meeting of Trump’s top team on Thursday, which began when the Tesla billionaire allegedly accused Secretary of State Marco Rubio of failing to cut enough staff from his own department.

Speaking to a reporter at the White House on Friday, the president said: “No clash, I was there, you’re just a troublemaker. Elon gets along great with Marco and they’re both doing a fantastic job.”

Exclusive: Sir Chris Hoy wife Sarra’s heartbreaking admission on ‘awful’ joint health battle

Sir Chris Hoy’s wife Sarra has opened up about the immediate mental impact of her and her husband’s respective MS and cancer diagnoses – but says how they both refused to be victims in a moving interview with Lorraine Kelly as part of the March4March campaign

Sir Chris Hoy’s wife has spoken movingly about both her Olympian husband and her own health battles in her first solo TV interview. Last year, Sir Chris Hoy, a 48-year-old six-time Olympic gold medalist, revealed he had terminal prostate cancer, and shortly after, his wife Lady Sarra was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

Now Lady Sarra Hoy has opened up to ITV’s Lorraine about the dark times following the immediate aftermath of their respective diagnoses and how they have both remained strong for the sake of their children Chloe, seven, and Callum, 10

“You just don’t sleep, everything is awful,” Lady Sarra said of learning the news. “It was about trying to control what I could, and I just thought, I can’t do anything about cancer, I can’t do anything about MS [Multiple Sclerosis], I can’t control any of that. What can I do? What can I help? What can I change?”

She told how they both had to dig deep amid the mental anguish as they both refused to be bowed by their predicament. Lady Sarra added: “When everything is spiralling just to stop and say, ‘right now, we’re safe, the children are safe, this can’t define us. We will not become the victims of this

Reflecting on raising her children amid her and her husband’s health battle, Lady Sarra said: “With kids you don’t get a chance, there’s no time to stop and have a day in bed, you just don’t get that opportunity. So yes, the children are everything for us and our family that surrounds us are everything.” Opening up about how she is coping and how she is trying to control what she can, Sarra said: “It’s been okay and I think people are really surprised to know that you can sort of be okay, and I think that’s definitely what’s helped us get through.”

Lady Sarra was opening up to Lorraine Kelly as part of the ITV show’s March4March campaign.

Its aim is to support the one in four Brits who suffer with low mood as research reveals how exercise and movement is beneficial in aiding better mental health. Lorraine will ask its viewers and celebrity supporters to pledge a number of steps across the month of March to try and hit 3million steps, which would be the entire length of the UK

The new interview – which is airing on Monday morning on the hit daytime programme – comes after Sir Chris shocked the sporting world with news of his diagnosis. He described the diagnosis – in September 2023 – as “completely out the blue”, adding that it had been the “toughest year of our lives so far by some stretch.”

He said that there had been “no symptoms, no warnings, nothing,” adding: “All I had was a pain in my shoulder and a little bit of pain in my ribs.” A scan revealed a tumour, while a second scan two days later found the main cancer to be in his prostate which has since metastasised to his shoulder, pelvis, hip, ribs and spine and was stage 4. He has two to four years left, he said.

“It was the biggest shock of my life. I remember the feeling of just absolute horror and shock,” he revealed last year. “I just basically walked back in a daze. I couldn’t believe the news and I was just trying to process it, I don’t remember walking. I just remember sort of halfway home thinking ‘where am I?’ And then I was thinking ‘how am I going to tell Sarra? What am I going to say?’.”

But things got worse, as wife Sarra learned three months later she had multiple sclerosis, only sharing the news with her sister. “The strength of Sarra is unbelievable, she kept it to herself,” Sir Chris explained at the time.

“Throughout all of that she was there for me but didn’t at any point crack. And it was really only in December that she said ‘this is the news I’ve had’.

“That was the lowest point I think. That was the point where I suddenly thought ‘what is going on?’ I almost felt like saying OK stop, this is a dream, wake me up, this isn’t real, this is a nightmare. You were already on the canvas and I just felt this, another punch when you’re already down – it was like getting that kick on the floor.

Sir Chris married lawyer Sarra in 2010. He was knighted in the 2009 New Year Honours list for his services to sport, after winning three gold medals at the Beijing Olympics in 2008. He has won six Olympic golds and one silver overall – the second highest tally by a British Olympian behind Sir Jason Kenny’s seven Olympic titles. He retired in 2013 and is now a BBC commentator.

Earlier this year it was revealed that Sir Chris is organising a charity cycle ride to show people with Stage 4 cancer can still live life to the full. His Tour de 4 bike ride will start and end at the Sir Chris Hoy velodrome in Glasgow on September 7. He said: “It’s important to demonstrate it is possible to live well and lead a happy life alongside this devastating diagnosis.” More than 300,000 men in Britain have had checks for prostate cancer since Sir Chris announced last year he was terminally ill with the disease

Spice Girl star Mel C hangs out with Christian Horner after wife Geri’s ‘name change’

Geri Halliwell-Horner has added her maiden name to her moniker after years of being known as Geri Horner following her marriage to Red Bull CEO, Christian Horner

Mel C has been papped with Geri Horner’s husband after the artist formerly known as Ginger Spice changed her name.

Geri Halliwelll-Horner, 52, has added her maiden name to her moniker after years of being known as Geri Horner following her marriage to Red Bull CEO, Christian Horner, 51.

Christian is currently in Australia for the Grand Prix and was delighted to show Mel, 51, around the paddock with her Aussie boyfriend, Chris Dingwall. Sporting a chic navy pinstriped blazer with matching trousers and a crop top, Mel looked in her element as the multi-millionaire gave her a behind-the scenes tour ahead of the first Formula One race of the season.

The Scouse singer later caught up with Geri’s husband on the grid in Melbourne as they posed for a photo in front of four-time world champion Max Verstappen’s car, which was being shielded from some unseasonable rain.

Geri did not join the trio Down Under, but was papped in the UK this week when she rocked up at the Cheltenham Festival. The Chico Latino star looked gorgeous in a signature all-white ensemble, sporting a floor-length cream coat and caramel-coloured Fedora hat. The singer flashed a huge grin for the cameras as she enjoyed the last day of horse racing.

It comes after reports the mum-of-two is bringing back her maiden name and choosing to double-barrell her surname just over a year after Christian was accused – and subsequently cleared – over an alleged sexting scandal, which nearly cost him his job.

The Mail reports that there are ongoing conversations between London-based television company Blast Films and some of the world’s biggest streaming giants for a fly-on-the-wall documentary featuring the Watford-born star.

Industry sources say the firm has pitched a lifestyle reality show to Amazon and Netflix that apparently has similarities to Meghan’s widely-panned series With Love, Meghan.

However, sources close to the star told the outlet Geri was not in talks to do a reality show. The Mirror has contacted Geri’s reps for comment.

Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison made sure to celebrate Newcastle’s historic win as they beat Liverpool to be crowned champions in the Carabao Cup final

Vicky Pattison has been filled with Geordie pride as she celebrated their historic win against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final.

The former Geordie Shore star, 37, cheered on Newcastle as they went head to head against Liverpool at Wembley Stadium on Sunday evening. They managed to cinch victory thanks to a 2-1 lead, making it their first major trophy since 1969 despite the Reds being favourites to win the competition for an 11th time.

Vicky made sure to join in the celebrations as she shared a touching tribute to the club and showed off her long-time support for the Magpies. The reality TV star posted a throwback snap from her childhood as she proudly donned a Newcastle football kit. Alongside the sweet photo, Vicky gushed: “HOWAY THE LADS!!!!!!!!!!

“Screaming, crying, throwing up….This means SO much to our city!!!! Well done boys… well deserved!! I bet the toon will be absolutely BRILLIANT tonight!!! And well played Liverpool!!!!” Vicky’s co-star Chloe Ferry also made sure to celebrate, while Ant and Dec were inside the stadium cheering their beloved team on.

Britain’s Got Talent host Ant beamed on his way into the ground to watch Newcastle try their best to take home the Carabao Cup. Ant brushed off any pre-match nerves and celebrity status as he waited thirty minutes alongside his fellow Geordies in queuing up to get into Wembley Stadium

Despite best mate and co-star Dec being in the same stadium, the pair weren’t sat next to each other during kick off for the nail-biting clash and didn’t arrive together. However, as Newcastle scored the pals were reunited. The duo took to social media to share their happiness following full time and showed them surrounded by fellow fans in the stands.

They remained high spirits as they gazed at the camera of Dec’s phone and recorded a short video message for their followers. Taking to TikTok, Dec yelled at the camera: “Well? We did it!” And Ant wheezed: “Toot toot. I’ve lost my voice. Oh my god, this is amazing.” Dec then declared: “I can’t believe it. This is the best day of my life. Apart from my wedding, and the kids. But it’s the best day of my life.” The pair then continued to exclaim and cheer.

There was drama just moments into the match, however, as ITV were forced to apologise for some unexpected bad language. Before the game began, cameras got up close to the two teams – where a pep talk by Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk heard letting out a swear word while urging his side on to victory.

With a camera man mere centimeters away from him and the squad, it was near impossible for viewers to miss him urging his team: “We worked so hard to be here. Let’s f***ing do this together, come on.” After the f-bomb made its way to air, ITV quickly issued an apology to anyone that was offended by the bad language.

Newcastle’s Dan Burn scored the first goal of the game – sparking raucous celebrations from his team. And the team pulled further towards victory when Alexander Isak scored a second goal for Newcastle – securing their victory.

Ant and Dec were in the stands watching Newcastle United Football Club defeat Liverpool Football Club in the Carabao Cup final and had some interesting comments after the final whistle

Ant and Dec were left screaming with joy as they watched Newcastle United Football Club win an important game of sport.

The presenting duo are proud Geordies – and were both present at London’s Wembley Arena on Sunday to watch their home team take ok Liverpool Football Club in the Carabao Cup final. They watched as Newcastle romped to victory with a 2-0 defeat over their Liverpudlian challengers.

Ant McPartlin, 49, confessed he overexerted himself as he was losing his voice from screaming, shouting and celebrating. While Declan Donnelly 49, risked disappointing his wife and two children, by announcing that watching Newcastle win was the greatest day of his life.

The duo took to social media to share their happiness following full time and showed them surrounded by fellow fans in the stands. The pair looked in high spirits as they gazed at the camera of Dec’s phone and recorded a short video message for their followers.

But this action only encouraged fans to flip off at the network for saying sorry over a passionate pep talk. Taking to X, fans raged at the channel – with one writing: “We live in a time of wet wipes.” Another declared: “Stop apologising for bad language when covering sports. You poked a camera into a team talk, what did you expect?”

A further fan complained: “Utter nonsense by ITV.” While another typed: “If that offends you switch off the footy and watch Songs of Praise.” And yet another fan complained: “I’d have been surprised if there hadn’t been swearing!”

As the game got under way, viewers continued to share their opinions about the game – with many declaring Newcastle were playing better than their rivals from the other coast of the country. Dan Burn scored the first goal of the game – sparking raucous celebrations from the Newcastle team. Melvin Odoom who appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! alongside Danny Jones and Maura Higgins appeared on Good Morning Britain and addressed their kiss

Danny Jones and Maura Higgins’ I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! co-star has spoken out on their drunken kiss. Melvin Odoom appeared on Good Morning Britain on Monday and revealed that the cast of the ITV jungle show are in a group WhatsApp chat with one another, which has been active in recent days.

It comes after reports Danny’s wife Georgia, who is said to he ‘humiliated’ by his behaviour, has moved out of the family home. The BRIT Awards kiss also appears to have caused strong feelings among Danny’s formerly close I’m A Celeb pals – with some of them choosing not to publicly wish him a happy birthday last week.

Following the furore, Radio 1 star Melvin appeared on GMB with the hosts not wasting time to ask him his verdict. When asked about Danny and Maura’s kiss after the BRIT Awards, Melvin said cooly: “It’s none of my business.” He revealed that everybody “got on” in the jungle and their WhatsApp had been used to wish Danny a happy birthday last week.

“The thing is, we’ve all got a WhatsApp group, we all got on in the jungle,” Melvin said, before adding: “The other day, it was Danny’s birthday, we all wished him a happy birthday. In regards to this story, it’s none of my business. That’s all I’m saying on it. I got on with everyone and they were all really lovely, I wish them all the best.”

“Definitely,” Melvin said when host Susanna Reid commented that she hopes Danny and his wife Georgia can work through the issues. But Melvin was left gobsmacked on the show as he stood in for Richard Arnold on the show. “First of all, you guys don’t hold back,” he said before adding: “Just straight in with the hard stories.”

Danny, 38, was all smiles as he and the 34-year-old Love Island star Maura attended the Universal Music party and were spotted locking lips with one another in direct view of other party goers. Sources at the time claimed the pair were “having a great time” and had struck up a close friendship after meeting in the Australian jungle.

It was reported that they later headed to another after party and were said to be sat downing wine with one another until 6am before leaving the party together. Now, two weeks later, it’s claimed that Danny’s wife Georgia has “moved out” of their family home and told those closest to her that she won’t be a “pushover.”

“Danny and Georgia may still be married but they’re not together and she is working out what she wants to do,” a source told The Sun. They went on to add: “She has been hugely hurt and embarrassed by everything and told Danny she needed to get away. She has been staying with her friend Rose since Wednesday.

Last week, Danny issued a short but grovelling apology to his wife and family via his Instagram Stories. He said: “Hello everyone, sorry it’s taken me a while to post this but I’ve taken some time out to be with those closest to me. I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we’ll continue to deal with this privately.

“I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. See you all soon, Danny.” Sources close to the McFly star say he has been left “mortified” by the scandal.

Exclusive: Loved-up Kate Middleton leaves Prince William blushing amid ‘change’ at royal event

The Prince and Princess of Wales joined King Charles and Queen Camilla for the annual Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey today – and an expert noted a change when compared to their recent royal outings

The Princess of Wales’s loved-up gesture left Prince William looking bashful at one of the biggest events in the royal calendar, according to an expert.

William and Kate joined King Charles and Queen Camilla today for the annual Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey, which both the princess and the monarch missed last year due to their cancer diagnoses. Kate looked eye-catching in a red Catherine Walker coat and a hat by Gina Foster in the same colour as she arrived at Westminster Abbey with William. The pair were seen chatting as they arrived and giggling together as they took their seats before the start of the service.

And body language expert Judi James told the Mirror it showed a ‘transition’ from their recent outings – but one moment showed William’s ‘bashful crush’ on his wife. She explained: “William and Kate made the body language transition from ‘unison’ behaviours to mirrored, ‘free movement’ behaviours at this formal royal event.

“Since Kate’s illness, they have been extra tactile and totally connected during their public appearances, using every opportunity to use touches, glances or mimed hugs to move together coupled up like ice skaters or ballroom dancers.

“But here they performed the equivalent of ‘free’ movement, putting in their professional appearance in a more traditionally regal way but moving while apart in synchronised, mirrored unity as they did so.

“What this showed was a more relaxed approach with no need to check or employ tie-signs. It appeared to signal they were both on strong, repaired form for this event, keeping their signals of utter fondness to a minimum while still keeping totally in sync.

“They walked in together but slightly apart with signs of renewed energy and positivity. William’s beaming smile projected ongoing pride in his wife but he avoided all the steering pats and touches that can imply she has some need of support and encouragement.

“When they did connect as they do here, sitting together, William’s body-scrunched pose and his very youthful smile with eye crinkling and a peek of the front teeth through his lips in response to Kate’s lean and playful smile suggests a bit of a bashful crush is still going on in their relationship.”

Before the service began and as the royals, including Princess Anne and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, gathered together, they all greeted each other and had a jovial chat.

According to lip reader Jeremy Freeman, Charles said to his oldest son: “Good to see you.” Anne could also be seen talking to her older brother the King, with him telling her “I didn’t hear a word” before the procession.

It comes as the King, in his Commonwealth Day message, said restoring the “disrupted harmony of our entire planet” is the most ‘important’ task facing humanity.

Ahead of commemorations marking the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, the King also remembered the “sacrifice and selflessness” of Commonwealth forces who answered the call to fight with Britain and her allies. Charles said in his written address included in a Commonwealth booklet given to the congregation: “More than one-and-a-half million men and women who served during the war came from across the Commonwealth to support the United Kingdom and its allies.

“On this special anniversary, we remember with particular pride and everlasting gratitude the untold sacrifice and selflessness of so many from around our family of nations who gave their lives in that dreadful conflict. This year’s Commonwealth Day theme was Together We Thrive, which celebrates the “enduring spirit of the Commonwealth family”.

King Charles gets the giggles as he shows off little-known life-saving skill

King Charles visited the headquarters of the Royal College of Nursing in London today where he took part in a demonstration under the watchful eye of nursing cadets

King Charles was left in fits of giggles as he showed off a little-known skill that could save a life.

Today, he visited the headquarters of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) in central London, where he refreshed his first aid skills when he practised resuscitating a dummy patient under the watchful eye of nursing cadets. Charles has been trained in CPR and was happy to join a demonstration when he visited the RCN to celebrate a scheme introducing young people to the healthcare profession.

With 17-year-old cadet Mia Alami guiding his actions and telling him to “keep your arms straight”, the King pumped the chest of the patient – just a head and torso – making it click to demonstrate he was providing the right pressure.

When he reached 28 chest compressions, counted by the teenager, he received a round of applause and later joked: “At least I haven’t broken it.” It is hoped Charles’s actions will encourage others to refresh their first aid skills or seek to learn.

His visit celebrated the 1,000th RCN King’s Nursing Cadet, a scheme launched in 2019 and inspired by Charles, then the Prince of Wales, to help cadets acquire new skills. Mia, who has just completed her cadet course, said: “I was telling him to keep his arms straight, shoulders above the hands so you get the correct pressure because it has to be 5cm-6cm deep – he did very good.”

The King also watched cadets practising the technique for removing a blockage from a patient’s throat, and others learning about hygiene best practice. He presented the 1,000th cadet, Harrison Rigby, 16, from Colchester, with his certificate after the teenager had completed 40 hours of teaching and learning experience plus 20 hours of clinical observation.

The 16-year-old’s twin brother Jefferson was standing nearby and was the 999th person to finish the cadet course, and when the King was told he had just missed out on the milestone, Jefferson joked: “I drew the short straw”. Harrison, who like his twin wants to become an Army doctor, said after the visit: “I got to spend the day on the Basildon cardiac ward, it was incredible getting to see all the doctors and nurses go through their procedures pre-op and post-op – it was an incredible experience.”

Before leaving, Charles spent time chatting to cadets and those supporting the scheme, with his host the RCN’s general secretary and chief executive Professor Nicola Ranger. The King told the cadets: “I’m very proud of you all, hope you have great success. We’ll be relying on you more and more to keep everything going. The King’s visit to the RCN comes after a busy day yesterday celebrating Commonwealth Day at Westminster Abbey. He gathered at the Abbey with Queen Camilla and the Prince and Princess of Wales for the service and in his Commonwealth Day message, he said restoring the “disrupted harmony of our entire planet” was the most ‘important’ task facing humanity.

Ahead of commemorations marking the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, the King also remembered the “sacrifice and selflessness” of Commonwealth forces who answered the call to fight with Britain and her allies.

After the ceremony, the King also launched the inaugural King’s Baton Relay at Buckingham Palace, officially starting the countdown to the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. British Paralympian Kadeena Cox and judo competitor Sarah Adlington presented Charles with the baton and his message for the Commonwealth Games, with the latter tied in a red ribbon.

Charles placed the message into the baton, where it will remain until it is opened and read out at the opening ceremony. Charles and Camilla were also guests of the Commonwealth Secretary-General, Baroness Scotland, at the annual Commonwealth Day reception on Monday evening and hear a commemorative song by Andrew Lloyd Webber to mark the inaugural Commonwealth Peace Prize

Judge Carl Nichols gave a deadline of Tuesday, March 18 to release the files that will show whether the prince’s immigration paperwork is in order. The judge also approved redactions that suggested the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), adding they were “appropriate.”

It is not clear at this stage what information would be released, although DHS lawyers previously said three items would be released with redactions, but that a fourth must be kept private. The right-wing Heritage Foundation sued the DHS last year following the agency’s decision to deny a freedom of information request for the Duke’s documents.

The think tank has argued that Harry either received special treatment from the Biden administration or had lied on his immigration forms. In his memoir, Spare, as well as his Netflix TV series Harry said he had previously used cannabis, cocaine and magic mushrooms.

In his order, Judge Nichols, who had been appointed by US President Donald Trump, added: “The government has provided the court with its proposed redactions to the documents…those redactions appearing appropriate, the government is ORDERED to lodge on the docket the redacted versions of those documents no later than March 18, 2025.”

The case has been embarrassing for Harry who had been quizzed on whether he could be deported if he was found to have lied. But Mr Trump recently said Harry would not be ordered out of the country while also taking a swipe at his wife Meghan Markle, who he branded “terrible”.

Judge Nichols previously refused a request from the Heritage foundation to release all the documents, saying he had a right to privacy. But, he later reconsidered during a fresh hearing, saying he wanted to reveal as much as possible.

He said during a previously hearing: “In my view that has to happen”. The judge added he wanted to make the “maximum amount” of material public as possible. He did not want to reveal the prince’s immigration status, meaning there could be heavy redactions in some areas.

Nile Gardiner, the director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at Heritage, appealed to the US president to make the files public. He added the president put “border security and the application of the rule of law a top priority”.

Prince Harry has been open about his past drug use and said that cannabis helped heal his trauma following the public death of his mum, Princess Diana

The DHS wrote: “Even though he is a public figure, Prince Harry still maintains a privacy interest in these types of records and in his immigration or visa status generally. Even if public figures may have a diminished expectation of privacy, they do not surrender their privacy interests entirely.”

But the DHS said Heritage merely “recounted a litany of allegedly suspicious circumstances that lack any substantiation.” The DHS dismissed the Heritage Foundation’s claims as a “bare suspicion of government misconduct” and that making the prince’s paperwork public would not shed “meaningful light” on its functions.

Exclusive: I’m A Celeb’s GK Barry went from ‘poor to Porsche’ after finding overnight fame

GK Barry discussed her overnight fame with The Mirror before her entrance into the jungle, with last night’s episode showing her talking to Reverend Richard Coles about her first flashy purchase following her newfound income

Social media star GK Barry has amassed millions of fans in just four years, and she may soon have millions more – if she manages to make it to the final on Sunday night and be crowned Queen of the Jungle.

GK – real name Grace Keeling – rose to fame in 2020 after posting funny skits and commentary on TikTok, building an audience of 3.6 million on the video-sharing platform

But fame wasn’t always on the vision board for the 25-year-old, with GK telling The Mirror it was “an entirely accidental career for me” as she hadn’t expected to go viral with her videos.

The star, from Cambridge, also has 1.5 million listeners on her YouTube podcast, Saving Grace, where she interviews celebs and influencers.

However, despite her success, she insists she was terrified about launching herself into the world of internet entertainment. She explained: “I called myself GK Barry because I didn’t want people from school or university finding my videos. I was embarrassed about it at first.

“It’s ironic – when you’re small, a lot of people will judge you for the content you are putting out. But as you start getting bigger, all those people who judged you want to become your best friend.”

GK made her first big TV appearance in August on Loose Women. Born in 1999, the year the show began, she was one of its youngest panellists. Despite talk of a feud between her and Frankie Bridge, she says the gang are the “nicest people ever”.

GK adds: “I never thought they’d have someone like me on there. And I was so nervous when I first started because I thought, ‘My God, what if no one gets my sense of humour?’ The audience is very different to people who watch my podcast, but it has been received so well and everyone on there is lovely.

Last night’s I’m A Celeb episode saw Richard quiz GK on her overnight fame and social media success. He asked: “So Grace did you go from working in Costa to all of a sudden being able to buy a house?”

The podcaster replied: “Yeah.” Continuing, Richard queried: “So you didn’t go from poor, poor, poor, a little less poor, a bit more money, you went from poor to rich?”

To which GK answered: “Yeah, pretty quick. And I remember being like, ‘I’m making enough money to buy a new car now’ and I remember a Porsche drove past me as I had that thought.

“I remember thinking, ‘I could buy a Porsche and it would not be an issue.’ I went to the centre, I was looking at an old one that was cheaper, but the one that I wanted was next to it and it was so nice.

“I rang my accountant and I was like, ‘Can I do it?’ And he was like, ‘Yeah’, so I bought it.”

The social media personality, and now TV star, may see her fame and success grow even further if crowned Queen of the Jungle.
