Mum-of-five Stacey Solomon has opened up about the trepidation she feels unveiling her solo ventures to her fans, with one particularly touching project named in honour of her daughters, Rose and Belle.

The Loose Women, 35, panelist and Sort Your Life Out star is embarking on her most intimate endeavour yet, a journey she’s taken without the involvement of her other half, Joe Swash, aged 43.

The mum-of-five took to Instagram to post a clip where she’s seen sketching a perfume bottle, announcing the debut of her own fragrance line. In an emotional message, the ITV I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! alum expressed: “I’ve made space in my life to follow a dream of mine and create something special that hopefully you will love and will live on forever through my children.”

She added: “I’m so overwhelmed with the feeling of excitement and fear as I step into a world which I can only say is bloody scary but also thrilling. This is a long time coming mostly because I haven’t had the confidence more than anything. But not anymore.”

During the video, she revealed: “First things first, it is a perfume, it’s just one perfume I’m launching. I’m really, really excited about it. I am also super nervous about it because I’ve let go of a lot of things this year that are guaranteed income that I won’t have next year. And none of this project is guaranteed to be successful in any way, so it feels like a massive risk and is scary.”

Stacey’s goal was to craft a scent that strikes the perfect balance between affordability and luxury, and she’s dedicated considerable effort to make it happen.

“When I say I’ve been through hundreds of formulas I’m not exaggerating. Two of the ingredients in the final formula are Tuberose and Amber,” she revealed about the final product.

She didn’t waste time expressing her gratitude to her fans who have stood by her throughout her journey. “You have literally changed my life,” an emotional Stacey confessed, adding: “I get to live dreams of mine that, when I was growing up, they were… not even dreams of mine, they weren’t even on my radar of dreams because I realised just how far away that was.”

ITV Loose Women host issues apology to co-star Coleen Nolan live on air

Coleen Nolan’s Loose Women co-star revealed the real reason why she missed her 60th birthday celebration.

Loose Women star Charlene White was feeling remorseful as she missed out on co-star Coleen Nolan’s special milestone.

Coleen was left sobbing during a recent episode of the ITV hit chat show, after an emotional string of surprises to celebrate her 60th birthday.

The star’s fellow co-stars, sneaked her friend and family inducing her three children into the studio. However not everyone managed to make it to the party and during Tuesday’s (March 18) instalment, panellist Charlene White addressed her absence.

Turning to Coleen, the TV presenter pointed out: “I didn’t get to see you last week.” Coleen asked: “No you didn’t, where were you?”

  • Real reason Meghan Markle was ‘asked to stay away’ from late Queen’s deathbed by King Charles

Real reason Meghan Markle was ‘asked to stay away’ from late Queen’s deathbed by King Charles

King Charles reportedly picked up the phone and called Harry to let him know that Meghan should not travel to Balmoral with him in the Queen’s final hours – and he did so for one very important reason

The royal family rushed to Balmoral to be by the late Queen’s side in the final moments of her life. But not everyone was reportedly welcome. King Charles allegedly made the difficult decision to ask Meghan Markle to stay away and allow Prince Harry to visit his grandmother on his own, with the understanding that Princess Kate had also been asked to remain at home.

But in his biography Charles III: New King, New Court, The Inside Story, author Robert Hardman stated that Kate wasn’t actually asked to stay away, but had chosen to do so instead. According to Hardman, the Princess decided to stay in England in order to support her three children, George, Charlotte, and Louis.

On the same day that the Queen passed away, they were due to start at their new school, Lambrook. Kate’s decision inadvertently helped ease the path for King Charles. At the time, Charles still believed his mother still had days, not hours, to live, and he wanted the royals to concentrate on their final goodbyes – and avoid petty infighting.

He had simply wanted Meghan to stay away to avoid family conflict, according to the 2024 book. Harry himself wrote about the moment his father told him Meghan would not be able to join him at Balmoral.

In his tell-all memoir Spare , he claimed: “He said I was welcome at Balmoral, but he didn’t want… her. He started to lay out his reason, which was nonsensical, and disrespectful, and I wasn’t having it.” Harry said he retorted firmly to his father’s comments about Meghan, saying: “Don’t ever speak about my wife that way…He stammered, apologetic, saying he simply didn’t want a lot of people around. No other wives were coming, Kate wasn’t coming, he said, therefore Meg shouldn’t. Then that’s all you needed to say.”

The Queen peacefully passed away at 15:10 on 8 September. Of her family members, only Charles, Camilla and Princess Anne were able to see her before she died. Fortuitously, the siblings were both already in Scotland, having carried out events in the country earlier in the week.

But only Anne was present when their mother slipped away. Charles had briefly stepped away from her bedside to clear his head and had gone out to gather mushrooms. He received the news that she had died as he was driving back to Balmoral when his most senior aide took a call. Charles pulled over and was addressed for the first time as ‘Your Majesty’ – signalling he was now King.

Buckingham Palace had announced at 12.50pm that Prince William , Prince Andrew , Prince Edward and Sophie had started to make their way to Scotland. Sadly, they were not in time. They landed at 3:50pm, 40 minutes after her death. With William at the wheel, they drove to Balmoral, arriving at 5.06pm. Prince Harry , meanwhile, left Luton airport onboard a private jet at about 5.30pm. He was still in the air when the announcement of the queen’s death was made at 6.30pm.

Neil Morrissey and Martin Clunes are back behaving badly now they’ve been reunited and are travelling through France together in an epic new TV series

Neil Morrissey and Martin Clunes are reunited for some more bad behaviour

They found fame in Men Behaving Badly – and now Neil Morrissey and Martin Clunes have the chance to be just that as they set off on a boys’ tour around France. Neil & Martin’s Bon Voyage is a new three-part series following the duo as they mark 40 years of friendship with a trip to some of the country’s most beautiful regions including the Dordogne River, the vineyards of Bordeaux and the peaks of the Pyrénées.

Along the way they see the famous white horses of the Camargue, try to paint like Van Gogh in Arles and enjoy a tipple on top of Europe’s largest sand dune. But their favourite part of the trip was simply being together for the longest amount of time since the 90s when Neil says, “Fame came so quickly it was like being shot out of a cannon.”

“The best thing about this trip was we were given licence to hang out together for three weeks,” adds Martin. “In the past, we’ve seen each other for a meal or a weekend here, weekend there. To be brought together was just great.”

The pair first met four decades ago backstage at a production of Peter Pan in Bristol where Neil was playing a pirate and Martin was visiting a friend who was playing the title role. While Martin was still unknown in 1984, Neil was already on TV, playing Rocky in the ITV drama Boon. Neil, 62, recalls, “We got it together and there were certain haunts, and our careers were on a similar sort of pathway…”

Neil Morrissey and Martin Clunes stand outside a French cottage wearing jeans, reunited in their sixties

Here, Martin begs to differ, interrupting, “No they weren’t! You were hugely successful, you were in Boon, you had a mobile phone and your own Volkswagen Golf.” By 1992, the boys had become close pals and were then cast together in Men Behaving Badly. They played cheeky beer-guzzling geezers Gary and Tony opposite Caroline Quentin and Leslie Ash, who starred as their love interests Dorothy and Deborah.

And just as Tony and Gary were never without a pint on the hit sitcom, Neil and Martin explore their love of alcoholic drinks in this U&Gold series. The first episode opens with the pair enjoying a beverage on top of a sand dune before Martin arrives at Neil’s French home and gifts him an open bottle of booze, apologising, “I got thirsty in the night.” However, Martin, 63, blames the editors for making it look like they spent more time drinking than exploring the countryside. “Is there a lot of us drinking in it?” he asks innocently before chuckling, “Well they’ve done that on purpose!”

While Neil admits they chinked glasses so many times they could get a fourth episode out of that alone. He adds, “You could get an hour of the amount of times we press glasses…”

During the 90s both actors lived in London and were regulars on the showbiz scene. These days Martin lives in Dorset with his wife Philippa Braithwaite and and Neil spends most of his time living in France with his lawyer love Emma Killick enjoying a quiet life.

Neil says, “Em and I have had a place here now for nearly 20 years, and you can probably see it’s a humble little old farmer’s cottage dating back to 1790 so it’s absolutely beautiful. You don’t get disturbed. Old ladies elbow me out of the way of the prize onions in the market!”

Martin also has an affinity with the country through the many holidays he’s enjoyed there, but he admits he relied on Neil to do most of the talking on their travels, joking, “The trick with Johnny Frenchman is to just shout English louder at them and they pretty much buck up. They know what we’re saying. They’re just being bloody minded with their own language.”

Neil laughs along, insisting, “He’s not far wrong there, is he?” And it’s that sense of humour the pair have in common. “We have a similar perspective on comedy,” says Neil, “so it was easy to have a laugh as well.”

There are jokes a plenty in this series, with Martin going for an early gag as he tastes a glass of white Semillon wine and quips, “I’ve got a bit of a semi on.” While it’s clear their 90s humour has never left them, they admit that Men Behaving Badly would not be commissioned in today’s world of woke TV.

Neil Morrissey and Martin Clunes have been friends for 40 years

On the show, Neil says, “Tony and Gary were misogynistic ne’er-do-wells but we kind of captured the zeitgeist because there was a lot of talk about laddism and we were given that title of ‘the lads’ of the era. You couldn’t get away with making Men Behaving Badly now. However, Neil insists the show never intended to be sexist or misogynistic. “If you said misogyny to either Tony or Gary, they’d have probably thought it was a Polish sausage,” insists Neil.

“Or a star sign!” laughs Martin. “They are totally in awe of women and blown away by them and worshipped them in an inappropriate way.” But both concede society wouldn’t accept the show today where things have become very black and white. “Life has changed,” says Martin. “With some social media and the entire world becoming a journalist, and everything becoming so polarized that it’s like, they said something inappropriate, therefore it can’t be funny, it must be bad. Let’s stamp it out and cancel it all,’ rather than seeing any nuance in life. Nuance has gone out of fashion. I think everything’s become bold and brash in terms of comedy.”

This isn’t the lads’ first tour together. Before the 2000 Olympics in Australia they took a tour Down Under taking the route the Olympic torch would take. Neil reminisces to Martin: “You checked out the brothel! And I checked out, well I daren’t even say it in case I get prosecuted, but I went to a bar one evening where when a pint glass got full of coins the ladies took their tops off!”

Martin has fond memories too and laughs, “Skimpies? Skimpies is still going! We went on some capers.” However, their favourite moments on this tour were a little more tame. “The sunset was nice but it was a bit mosquito-y,” says Martin. “Going fishing was great.”

Katie Price shares mum Amy’s heartbreaking new health battle after lung transplant

Katie Price opened up about her mother, Amy’s, health struggles as she continues to battle terminal illness.

Reality TV star Katie Price gave a heart-wrenching update on her mother, Amy, who is battling idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).

Katie shared the struggles her family has been facing as Amy’s health continues to decline. Amy, who was diagnosed with IPF in 2017, had a lung transplant in November 2022 in hopes of improving her condition.

However, last year, she spoke about how her health was fluctuating, with good days and bad days, and her condition was unpredictable. Katie spoke about her mother’s ongoing challenges on a recent episode of The Katie Price Show, which she hosts alongside her sister Sophie.

Katie said to her mum, who was also part of the podcast: “I do feel you for you mum, because people have to understand what my mum’s gone through, like her brain is just so active and still switched on. She can’t do the things that she used to do, which is frustrating for her.”

    Image:

The former glamour model continued: “”Now here’s an example, because I am a patient person but when my mother teases me and says let’s go look at the shops in Isle of Wight, shall I take my walker or wheelchair and I’m like ‘no we’re taking your wheelchair because I’m not taking an hour’.” Amy, vouching for herself, replied: “It’s not doing me any good because I’m meant to walk to help myself.” Katie also mentioned that Amy might attend the Isle of Wight Festival this year. Amy said: “I hopefully should be walking.”

Earlier this year, Katie revealed that while she’d never been a smoker she quickly got drawn in by vapes, and started suspecting something could be wrong with her own lungs. On Snapchat, 46-year-old Katie shared that she was heading up to London for the day, and soon revealed that she was getting her lungs scanned. The star admitted that she was “nervous” to undergo the tests, but said that it had to be done. She then posted plenty of photos and videos from the medical practice, showing herself going through variousexams

She later said: “So I thought I’d give an update about yesterday when I went and had my lungs checked. Obviously I had them checked because my mum had a lung transplant, and to see if it’s genetic and to see if vaping has affected my lungs or anything like that. But my lungs are absolutely perfect, nothing wrong with them, and he gave me advice how to get off the vapes. So I’m starting to wean myself off the vapes. But yeah it’s all good news, they’re all working well and they’re really good lungs, especially for my age. So all good! I’m all healthy!”

Just after news of her lung check, Katie was spotted at the airport with her boyfriend ahead of a getaway with a twist, joined boyfriend JJ Slater, 31. The couple held hands as she wheeled a pink suitcase around duty free, with Katie showing off her mass of tattoos in a cropped tee and comfy sweatpants. The loved-up duo is believed to be en-route to Turkey, blasting rumours that they’ve split. The tip isn’t just a holiday, however, with Katie set to have even more cosmetic surgery, just a couple of months after she underwent a dramatic £10,000 face lift.

Louise Redknapp revealed she ‘almost gave up’ after her split from Jamie Redknapp. The star said she didn’t reach an even lower point thanks to her children

Louise Redknapp revealed she ‘almost gave up’ after reaching ‘the lowest a human could get’ following her split from ex-husband Jamie Redknapp. She admitted she would have reached an even lower point if it wasn’t for her two children.

The 50-year-old star, who is in a new relationship, split from Liverpool and England footballer Jamie in 2017. The couple, who share sons Charley, 20, and Beau, 16, announced they had separated in September 2017, and by December that same year, they were divorced.

The Naked musician once admitted she avoided dating for almost six years in an effort to focus on her children instead, meanwhile Jamie married model Frida Andersson in 2021. The Sky Sports pundit and his second wife are parents to son Raphael and Frida is also mum to four children from her previous marriage to Jonathan Lourie.

On Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place podcast, Louise revealed she would have reached an even lower point in her life if it wasn’t for her children. She explained: “If I didn’t have my kids, I just, I think I would have just given up. I really do. I think I just knew that my kids were my everything and they needed me.”

During the chat, she discussed how the public scrutiny of the breakdown of her marriage affected her. “But I can honestly say, when you’re going through something so personal in your own turmoil in your own way, but then to get the barrage of judgment and nastiness,” she continued.

“I never realised people could be so unkind and say such terrible things. I blew my mind. I was going through a lot as it was, I was trying to be strong for my kids, whatever had gone on in our life was private – which I do believe that you’re entitled to no matter what. And God, I was such a villain, and I was breaking like I was absolutely breaking.

Last year, Louise found love with boyfriend Drew Michaels. Speaking about her new relationship with Drew last year, she told the Loose Women panel that she had been single for a “really long time”, and added to the stars: “I’m very happy, he’s great, lovely, it’s really nice… It’s lovely to have met somebody that makes me so happy.”

Marvin Humes turns 40 today with his wife of 13 years Rochelle by his side and their three adorable children

    videoHeadline

Marvin and Rochelle Humes are one of showbiz’s biggest power couples on and off screen, with the pair coming together to present BBC One’s The Hit List and guest-host ITV’s This Morning, while a loved-up relationship in real life. The JLS singer and The Saturdays star have been married for over a decade after tying the knot twice in 2012 and 2022, and now share three beautiful children together, Alaia-Mai, Valentina and Blake. But Marvin – who turns 40 today – and Rochelle, 35 – who were introduced as fresh-faced teenagers – will be the first to admit their romance wasn’t always easy.

At the peak of their music careers, the pair ran into each other in 2010 when their respective bands were booked at the same event in Ireland. Recalling their early days, Rochelle explained: “We met actually when I was younger, when I was probably about 16. Nothing [romantic]. Fast forward a few years on, he was in JLS, I was in The Saturdays. We were at a club, and they had put all the bands together.

“I went to the toilet and my bag was on the chair. He took my phone out of my bag, called himself from my phone and got my number.” She added, laughing: “It was weird. In a creepy, restraining order way.” Rochelle had been shocked but impressed with Marvin’s bold wooing tactic, but there was a spanner in the works as The Saturday’s manager warned her to stay away from the JLS hunk.

But still, she decided to ignore the advice and started dating the X Factor star in secret. On The Jonathan Ross Show in 2021, she said: “I remember having this meeting with our A&R manager, and I remember him saying to us, ‘it’s going really well, it’s quite hard for girl bands because girls have to like you and not feel intimidated… The only thing you can do to mess this up is date someone from a boy band. If any of you date JLS then you’re screwed’. We were sort of dating in secret.”

Rochelle and Marvin met as fresh-faced pop stars

It wasn’t too long before their union was rumbled. Marvin even made a brief appearance on The Saturdays’ reality TV show where he revealed he’d flown across America just to spend a few hours with Rochelle. But after the pair moved in together, cracks began to show. Work commitments and ‘petty squabbles’ became too much of a hurdle for the popstars, who split in November 2010 after eight months together.

Marvin broke the news on JLS’ Twitter page: “I’m very sad to say that it is all true… Rochelle and I have split up… thank you for all your kind messages of support… love you guys… Marv x.” While Rochelle used her personal account for her update: “Hey guys thanks for messages! It’s all a bit odd to share a break-up! We have split but, we are still very much friends! You guys are lovely.”

But just two months later, the pair realised they couldn’t be without each other and love brought them back together. The following year, Marvin made the biggest sign of commitment when he asked Rochelle to marry him during an idyllic holiday in Antigua. He got down on one knee on New Year’s Eve and popped the question with a £45,000 ring.

An over-the-moon Rochelle broke the news to fans on Instagram with a snap of her and Marvin looking very smitten in their swimwear as she showed off the new diamond sparkler. “It’s official, Marvin proposed to me today, wanted to tell you before someone else did! So excited to be Mrs Humes.” she wrote.

In July 2012, the couple said ‘I do’ in an elaborate ceremony that featured a gospel choir and performances from Olly Murs and Alexandra Burke as well as members of The Saturdays and JLS. Rochelle wore a stunning strapless Vera Wang gown, with her bandmates stepping in as her bridesmaids in matching navy dresses. Speaking about the moment he first laid eyes on his beautiful bride, Marvin said: “Oh man, she looked unbelievable; more beautiful than I’ve ever seen her look. Her face, her smile, the dress, everything… She was absolutely stunning.”

The following year, Rochelle and Marvin welcomed daughter Alaia-Mai. Then in 2017 the parents expanded on their family with the arrival of a second daughter Valentina Raine. “Our world is now complete,” Rochelle said at the time. But fate had other ideas and the couple later welcomed a baby boy in 2020 – Blake Hampton.

Then in 2022 last year, the pair headed to Lake Como to celebrate ten years together and renew their wedding vows. Rochelle wore a stunning white gown and veil that featured cursive script on the edge which read, ‘Ten down. Forever to go.’ The mum-of-three got ready for the big day with her daughters and the family of five walked down the picture perfect aisle together, at the former 16th-century royal residence now luxury hotel Villa d’Este.

Amanda Abbington in tears as she opens up on ‘hardest year of her life’ after Strictly

Amanda Abbington said she has no “regrets” over the past year, which she admitted has been the hardest, after she quit Strictly Come Dancing and subsequently accused her professional partner, Giovanni Pernice, of bullying

Amanda Abbington has admitted the last year has been “tricky” but she has no regrets amid the Strictly Come Dancing scandal. The actress quit the BBC show in 2023 before accusing her professional partner, Giovanni Pernice, of bullying during rehearsals.

The BBC ended up apologising to Amanda after upholding some of her less serious claims against the dancer, who has since quit the show. However, the actress insists she has no regrets about the past few months.

During an appearance on This Morning today with hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, they chatted about her new stage show. However, the interview didn’t end without a mention of the tough few months she has had.

In a new interview on This Morning today, Amanda got emotional as she said: “It’s been tricky. I don’t want to go over old ground. I don’t regret what happened. It’s time to move on – it was one of the hardest years of my life.”

Amanda spoke with Ben and Cat on This Morning today

Amanda also discussed her plans to postpone her wedding to Jonathan Goodwin, the Britain’s Got Talent star. Before meeting Jonathan, Amanda was married to actor Martin Freeman, who she starred with in BBC show Sherlock.

“We just want to get this year out of the way. we still have things hanging over us in terms of litigation. We want to get this year out of the way,” she said of their plans to postpone their big day to 2026.

With the allegations Amanda made about Giovanni, the BBC investigated and upheld some of the complaints including Giovanni’s use of swear words and belittling language. At the time, commenting on the conclusion, Amanda said: “As the BBC has indicated today in its statement, my decision to come forward and complain about Giovanni Pernice’s conduct towards me was not an easy thing to do.

“In the days, weeks and months since I contacted the BBC, I’ve been accused of being a liar, a troublemaker and of being ‘mad and unstable’. I’ve also received rape and murder threats and a bomb threat was sent to my place of work.”

Amanda and Giovanni were partnered together on the show

She added: “My family and children have also been subjected to threats and intimidation. Despite this vile abuse, I’ve never regretted coming forward, and today’s apology from the BBC is a vindication of my complaint.”

Over the weekend, Amanda did a lengthy interview where she admitted she was worried people didn’t like her anymore, but was left feeling positive about the future. Speaking about being the villain, she said: “I was made out to be the villain. I don’t know what the industry thinks of me at the moment. I’ve been immersed in the aftermath of it all for a year. I don’t know whether I’ve been cancelled or whether people don’t like me any more, but I know I did what I did for the right reasons. I feel good about the future.”

Stephen Graham has revealed how his co-star Ashley Walters almost messed up the one shot filming for their new Netflix series Adolescence.

The four part miniseries follows fictional character Jamie Miller, a 13-year-old boy arrested for the murder of a classmate. Veteran actor Stephen plays his heartbroken father Eddie who is left to pick up the pieces, while also trying do right by his child after the tragedy. Ashley takes on the role of police officer DI Luke Bascombe, who is investigating the case.

Much like Stephen’s starring role in 2021 film Boiling Point about a restaurant chef – which was shot in one take – Adolescence is also filmed continuously in one shot per episode. But the ambitious technique can be very easy to mess up if someone makes a mistake such as fluffing their lines.

Appearing on Radio X to promote the new series, 51-year-old Stephen – who came up with the idea for the Netflix series and co-wrote it alongside Jack Thorne, marking his first foray into TV writing – was asked by host Chris Moyles: “Is it actually one shot?” “Yeah, honest to God. One shot,” Stephen replied.

Chris continued: “Really? Why would you do that? Because what if you’re 53 minutes in and someone goes, ‘John… Bob… Oh, God damn it?!’” Stephen replied: “That happened!” And it was poor Ashley’s fault.

Stephen’s wife, actress and producer Hannah Walters, revealed: “It happened in Ashley’s [Walters] episode” as her husband exclaimed: “Oh you’ve grassed him up!” Radio host Chris then joked: “Ashley screwed up. Well, unbelievable. What an amateur!” Hannah jokingly added: “He won’t mind me saying!”

Explaining how they film the trick one shot scenes, Stephen – who is also known for starring in the This Is England TV series and film, Peaky Blinders and Line of Duty – said: “So, the second week the whole crew comes in, all of the crew are in there, our sound department, every single person is in there, and we work it out together.

“We work out the logistics, and we kind of choreograph it to within the finest of details. So, all the props people are in there, everyone’s in there. Most of the crew are in there and helping us understand where we’re going to be, what we’re doing, and why we’re doing it. And then that third week we shoot.

“So, you do two takes a day. We turn over around about 10:30 in the morning, and then we’ll come back again in the afternoon, because everything has to be reset. And especially with respects to that first episode, you’re coming in through the door, you know, there’s a beautiful shot as you come in with the police officers. You go up through the estate, through a normal council estate. Do you know what I mean?

“You come in, and you go up that estate, and it’s like something out of La Haine. I think it’s so beautiful, the way the camera moves. And then you come in through the front door, and then you have that kind of voyeuristic element through it.

Prince Harry is facing a nervous wait as he prepares for the release of files relating to his US visa application after a bombshell legal ruling. Judge Carl Nichols has ordered the release of the documents as part of an ongoing Freedom of Information (FOI) request brought by conservative US think tank the Heritage Foundation.

Harry’s reference to taking cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms in his book Spare prompted the Washington DC organisation to question why he was allowed into the US in 2020. Judge Nichols has ordered the US Department of Homeland Security to release the redacted versions of the documents no later than tomorrow.

The Heritage Foundation alleged the duke may have concealed past illegal drug use that should have disqualified him from obtaining a US visa. They previously argued answers on Harry’s prior drug use in his visa application should have been disclosed as they could raise questions over the US government’s integrity. And with the release of documents hanging over his head, royal expert Jennie Bond has shared how she thinks Harry will be feeling.

The former BBC royal correspondent told the Mirror: “It will probably make him feel that wherever he goes in the world, someone will have it in for him. Quite honestly, if drug taking precluded anyone from living in the States, half of LA would be deported. How many people answer those visa questions totally truthfully? And what does it really matter?

We know Harry has taken drugs. He has said so. He probably regrets being so open now because this is a rather vindictive hassle he doesn’t need. What does this “think tank” hope to establish by pursuing him so doggedly?”

“Are they trying to reveal double standards? Well, welcome to the real world. I hope — for once — that we can believe Trump when he says he is going to leave Harry alone.”

American, telling The New York Post: I’ll leave him alone.” He added: “He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”

Harry’s wife Meghan has previously been a vocal critic of former reality star Trump and called him ‘divisive’ and a ‘misogynist’. Meghan said she was backing his rival Hillary Clinton in the 2016 US presidential election and suggested she would leave the US if he won.

In his controversial memoir, Harry said cocaine “didn’t do anything for me”, adding: “Marijuana is different, that actually really did help me.” Mr Trump said in a GB News interview with Nigel Farage in March last year that Harry should not receive preferential treatment.

Asked if the duke should have “special privileges” if he was found to have lied on his application, Mr Trump had said: “No. We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs, and if he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action.”
