Stacey Solomon has reportedly been lined up for a Strictly Come Dancing stint. The presenter, 35, is thought to be high on the list of BBC bosses for the next edition of the hit dance competition.

And it comes after the Loose Women panellist previously declared her love for the show. She said in the past she is “obsessed” with the series and hinted she would love to be involved. In 2022, Stacey admitted she would love to learn a new skill, but insisted she has “two left feet”.

She said at the time: “I would never say never but I am a terrible dancer, an absolutely terrible dancer.”

She added: “I don’t know why but I have no rhythm when it comes to movement. I have rhythm with singing or listening to music but when it comes to moving my feet I am left-footed, I have two left feet!”

However, she did admit she was “obsessed” with the show and its costumes. “I’d be one of those people who would go out in week one and they’d be like: ‘Well that was a waste of time!,” she joked.

Now, a source has told The Sun: “Stacey is a hit with viewers thanks to her lovable personality. The BBC always want to showcase their own talent on Strictly and Stacey’s show has already bagged them an NTA.

“Fans will also love watching her husband Joe Swash in the audience cheering her on every week.”

Stacey is well versed with reality TV, having had stints on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here as well as rising to fame through the X Factor. She is also involved in fly-on-the-wall series Stacey & Joe as cameras follow their family.

In one of the most recent episodes of the show, former EastEnders star Joe was overcome with emotion, sharing a poignant personal struggle, while Stacey Solomon provided support and solace. Cameras followed as Stacey busied herself crafting eerie decorations for her upcoming Halloween bash.

Meanwhile, Joe set off to explore a glamping expo. It was there that he was confronted with the stark financial reality of his ambition to construct a fishing lake. Then, the episode took an intimate turn as Joe confided in Stacey about his lifelong battle with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) and reflected on how it has shaped him.

“Being a kid, I don’t think ADHD back then was even recognised, so I had ADHD and a touch of dyslexia, so I really got tarred with the brush of being a naughty kid,” Joe said.

He went on: “I feel like I sort of invented this character to sort of protect myself a little bit, just making people laugh.”

As part of the episode’s journey, Joe went to a psychiatrist to “try and get a grip” on managing his ADHD amidst a hectic work schedule. After his consultation, the actor considered giving medication another chance. He was then seen returning home to Pickle Cottage where he opened up to Stacey.

In a raw moment, he confided: “It’s opened up a box of worms for me, where it goes a little bit deeper than I thought it was going to.”

Their split last year after 14 years of marriage shocked many, but Ruth Langsford has clearly moved on from the heartache of parting ways with Eamonn Holmes, and is living her best life. Those close to the 64-year-old Loose Women star maintain her concern for Eamonn haven’t simply vanished, however – especially now, as the TV presenter seems to be struggling with poor health, reports OK!.

According to reports, Eamonn has been having increasing health problems at GB News, where he co-hosts the Breakfast slot with Ellie Costello, a source telling a newspaper that he was being ‘wheeled in and out of the studio’ amid ongoing back problems and mobility issues. The presenter even sparked concern recently by going ‘missing’ from his usual presenting duties one day on the news channel.

Now, a source claims: “Ruth honestly doesn’t talk about Eamonn, she’s really moved on from that part of her life. But of course, she does care about him, because they share a child and they were married for a long time.”

The source adds that, despite feeling ‘sad’ that her former partner is struggling, the presenter is also staying strong and focusing on herself: “She has seen that he is struggling, and it’s sad to see anyone in that situation. Of course, she fears for him and doesn’t want to think of Eamonn battling with his health – but she has to focus on herself and her own life now.”

Eamonn has been finding it difficult to walk unaided after having surgery back in 2022 for a slipped disc and a double hip-replacement in 2016. He now relies increasingly on a walking stick, and at times his wheelchair, admitting sadly at the start of the year that he ‘may never walk again’.

Despite the events of the last twelve months, it would be a tough situation for anyone to witness – let alone someone who once stood beside the Belfast-born broadcaster through thick and thin, and cared for him personally.

And Ruth had been very open about the realities of being a carer during Eamonn’s health struggles, when the pair lived under the same roof. In a previous interview, she admitted: “It isn’t always easy, but if something happens to somebody you love, you help them as much as you can”, adding that being a carer could be “testing,” but she and Eamonn took things “day by day.”

Former This Morning presenters Ruth and Eamonn, who married in 2010 after more than a decade together, were loved for their on-screen chemistry – but, away from the spotlight, appeared just as united – raising their son Jack, now 23, and supporting each other through the highs and lows.

Now, Ruth is quite rightly focused on her own path, continuing her work on Loose Women and moving forward with her head held high. And, while Ruth is no doubt trying to protect her own peace during this next chapter of her life, seeing someone she once loved face serious health concerns, while also watching him move on romantically – is likely to stir up a complicated mix of emotions.

Indeed, Lovehoney’s relationship expert Annabelle Knight believes it’s only natural for Ruth to still feel concern toward Eamonn. “The truth is, you can’t stop loving someone, or even simply caring about them, overnight, and you can’t delete the memories from your mind as easily as you can from your phone!”, she says.

She adds: “It is absolutely possible to become trauma bonded to a partner who you have cared for throughout their illness. A trauma bond can easily form when either one or both people are under extreme stress or emotional distress, and in this case, it may become extremely hard to emotionally detach from your ex-partner.

“When you are in the routine of giving so much care, attention and worry to someone else, it’s impossible to switch this off, even following the breakdown of the relationship. It’s to be expected that one would remain emotionally attached to, and still worry about, their previous partner, especially if their health may continue to deteriorate.”

While glam Ruth is clearly embracing the single life and shining in her own career – as well as enjoying the support of close friends such as Lizzie Cundy and Rylan, and hitting the town for some fun nights with them, our source claims she remains all too aware of how much her ex has already endured health-wise.

“Ultimately, you’re allowed to show yourself grace, and recognise that while the split may be the best for your future self, you’re an empathetic person full of compassion for others – and your ex is no exception,” Annabelle explains.

“While it may feel like an emotional rollercoaster, you’re allowed to feel the whole range of emotions simultaneously, if anything, you’re showing up as your true self who is empathetic, understanding, and compassionate, even under difficult circumstances.”

As Katie Price prepares to undergo a third BBL procedure, the former glamour model is being warned over the high risks of the surgery as a source claims her family are ‘worried’.

Friends and family are said to be worried about Katie Price as she prepares to go under the knife for a BBL, with concerns that the former glamour model may be putting herself into danger with potentially her riskiest procedure yet.

Mum-of-five Katie confirmed earlier this month that she is going for Brazilian butt lift (BBL) surgery, after previously cancelling the surgery. Alongside two previous BBLs, Katie, 46, has had 16 boob jobs and numerous cosmetic surgeries over the years.

But Dr Gerard Lambe, one of the UK’s leading plastic surgeons and head of Reflect Clinic UK, says this time around, surgery could be more dangerous for Katie.

“Katie needs to be aware that she is putting her health and body under extreme pressure with the now countless number of procedures she’s had done in the last year alone,” maintains Dr Lambe.

“BBL is one of the most dangerous surgeries anyone can undergo and it has the highest mortality rate – it’s one of Katie’s riskiest surgeries yet. She is dicing with death.”

The increased risk has also left Katie’s family with concerns, as a source claims they are worried Katie, after all her previous surgeries, may not be able to take yet another procedure.

“Katie’s family are all very concerned. They do not want her to have any surgery and are worried about her going through it again. They’re worried this could be her most dangerous one,” they said. “It’s such a touchy subject with Katie though – she’s very defensive and won’t listen. She thinks it’s what she needs.”

Katie previously booked herself in for a BBL at the beginning of the year, but confirmed in February that she had cancelled the surgery and would hit the gym to grow her glutes by workouts, instead. But earlier this month, Katie told fans she’d rebooked the procedure.

Taking to Instagram, Katie said, “I’m about to see the surgeon now, he’s just joined the clinic about sorting my butt out. It’s so neat doing it, it’s like a deflatable balloon and I want some volume in it.”

The source goes on to claim that Katie’s inner circle are concerned she’s not listening to the risks that could be on the table, as they say, “Friends and family feel like it’s impossible to get through to her and they’re dancing around the subject, but realistically they don’t know if her body can handle another surgery, so it’s a scary situation.”

Dr Lambe, meanwhile, maintains, “The human body needs long rest periods between any essential surgeries, never mind cosmetic ones. She is putting her heart and organs under considerable pressure and not allowing the vital healing period between surgeries.”

It’s not just Katie’s past which makes the surgery a risk, he adds, explaining that, in his opinion, BBLs are risky for anyone, regardless of past surgery. “When injecting deeply, the fat can enter veins that are large and the fat can travel to the heart or lungs, and in severe cases this can be fatal. It is also necessary to follow strict post-op protocols.”

A spokesperson for the ASA stated last week, “Choosing to undergo a cosmetic procedure is a serious decision, so ads that trivialise this, exploit insecurities or pressure consumers can cause real harm. We’re particularly concerned about these types of ads for liquid BBLs, given the procedure is currently unregulated and is known to be high risk.”

Savage Garden singer Darren Hayes has shared with fans the disturbing images of his injuries after he collapsed at his home in Santa Monica, California. The 52 year old Australian star, that is best known for his hits including Truly, Madly, Deeply, showed off his swollen face covered in bruises after breaking his jaw from the accident.

Alongside the image, Darren posted another of his x-ray that showed the metal plates that had been put into his jaw. For the past month, Darren has been privately recovering.

Sharing news of his accident, he captioned the post saying: “I lost consciousness – I fainted shortly after getting out of bed and collapsed 3 times, losing consciousness each time.”

He added: “The blunt force trauma was so severe it snapped my left jawbone in half. I woke up in a pool of blood, terrible pain in my left side of my head and with 9 teeth shattered.”

Praising the medical team, he continued: “I could have died if I landed in a different position. They scanned for and ruled out heart issues and anything neurological.”

Darren was forced to undergo reconstructive surgery a few days after his accident and was fitted with a titanium brace to reconnect his jaw. His mouth was then wired shut for weeks in a bid to ensure a full and successful recovery.

Darren explained: “I am under incredible care. I have an amazing cardiologist and oral surgeon and we are trying to work out how and why I have been fainting. So far my heart is normal, my arteries are normal and I don’t have a brain tumor or anything that could cause the accident.”

Ruling out any speculation his accident could have been the result of substances including alcohol or drugs, he defiantly said: “No judgement to those who partake but I do not take drugs or drink alcohol – this was a complete shock.”

“But we are still investigating. I just wanted my fans to know why I’ll be out of action for quite some time,” he said.

He candidly explained that once his jaw heals, he will then have to rehabilitate his jaw and replace his missing teeth.

He went on to explain: “I love you folks. I’m so grateful to be alive and every day I’m getting stronger. I’m almost one month post surgery now and I’m only just starting to feel better. I’m so grateful to my loved ones for coming to my rescue and to the doctors and nurses who have treated me with such care.”

In a show of utter defiance he revealed: “After surviving a brutal divorce, losing my Mother, finding out my father died and then this I have had moments of deep sadness. But I am a survivor and I’ll come back strong.” The accident occurred two years to day of his mum’s passing.

Understandably, his post was met with a string of comments by fans. Ensuring fans that he is on the road to recovery in all aspects of his life, he continued: “It’s not all bad news. The kindest, most generous and loving man came in to my life almost two years ago, like a miracle. While I want to protect our private universe for as long as we can here’s a hilarious muppet picture of us.”

He continued: “Thank you Heriberto for loving me and taking such care of me during some of the most challenging times in my life. I loved you the first time ever I saw your face.”

Adding insult to injury, neither Brooklyn or Nicola publicly wished Victoria a happy 51st birthday last Thursday, which is highly unusual when compared to previous years.

Instead, only Romeo and Cruz took to social media to wish their mum a happy day. According to those close to the family, David is said to be left upset over the strained relationship among his sons.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, a source said: “David adores his sons and he is so, so proud of how close they are. He loves having a happy family that loves spending time together.”

They added: “Family is everything to him. He is a working class boy who grew up with strong connections to his grandparents and parents, and he loves nothing more than to see his boys, and Harper, being so close. While the location will be perfect and stunning, what he wants most is for his family to be around him, happily getting along.

Coleen Nolan has issued an update on her love life following the recent breakdown of her three-year romance. The Loose Women star, who turned 60 last month, started dating supermarket logistics worker Michael Jones after meeting on Tinder.

He even made an appearance on Loose Women with her yet, at the end of last year the pair decided to part ways. Following their split, Coleen revealed moving in full-time with Michael caused some anxiety about their relationship.

She is now living on her own again and recently confessed that all her money goes straight on her bills. Coleen has started a new life on a farm, but revealed she has “still got worries” financially now she is by herself.

The former Nolans star has remained tight lipped on her love life since splitting from Michael, but has now provided a fresh update. Speaking on an episode of the Loose Women: The Podcast, she said: “I haven’t found love again, but then, right now, I’ve not been looking for it. I’m kind of enjoying my singledom.

Coleen added a cryptic dig at her exes as she added: “And the goats. The goats are good and the horses and the animals, they don’t expect anything.”

Coleen was previously married to Shane Richie from 1990 until their separation in 1999, and together they share two sons; Shane Nolan, 36, and Jake Roche, 32.

With her second husband Ray Fensome, she has 24-year-old daughter Ciara. She previously expressed her desire to meet someone new but said she was enjoying independence and being “selfish”.

Speaking of her split, Coleen said: “Michael came along at just the right time for me and I think over the last three-and-a-half years we’ve helped each other grow. I always choose to focus on the times that were great, not the sad ending.”

When asked if it was strange to live alone again, she admitted: “If I’m honest, it was weird not living by myself.” She added to Woman Magazine: “I think I found it more weird living full-time with someone. Maybe that’s what made me think, ‘Oh, I don’t know’.”

Earlier this year, Coleen laid bare her financial woes and said her money problems are “just like everyone else’s worries”. Despite her huge success and fame with her sisters as part of pop group The Nolans, Coleen confessed they failed to boost their bank balances.

“Money that I make literally goes straight out on bills, the mortgage, like everyone, and insurance or whatever,” Coleen told Woman’s Own.

“So although it looks like, wow, she’s got a lovely life, a lovely little farm, and it is lovely, and I know there’s people a lot worse off, I’ve still got these worries. Especially at the moment, mine is the only income coming in.”

“Of course, I still lie in bed at night worrying about how I’m going to pay the bills, but it gives me the incentive to work hard, and that’s good.”

Last night Olympic gold medallist Daley Thompson became the third housemate to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house as EastEnders star Patsy Palmer was saved from the public yet again.

During his exit interview, he said: “I would have liked to have stayed longer but I was quite happy to come out. I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here star Danny Jones may have hoped that his drunken kiss with fellow campmate Maura Higgins was a thing of the past.

But with a cast reunion in the pipeline, it’s perhaps anything but forgotten as certain members who took part in the ITV show last year, have been invited on a work project abroad – and this could include Maura and Danny, 39. The pair attended the Universal afterparty following the BRIT Awards ceremony last month and were caught on camera sharing an intimate moment.

However, their drunken kiss sent shockwaves among the entertainment industry as Danny is a married father of one. The McFly star tied the knot with Georgia in 2014.

A video taken of Danny and Maura showed the pair standing closely together and leaning in, for what appeared to be a kiss, oblivious to onlookers.

In a recent interview with The Sun, close pal and fellow campmate of both stars Dean McCullough, revealed that the shamed pair could be set for a face to face.

The 32 year old BBC Radio 1 presenter explained the group have set up a WhatsApp group, which no one has left, as the castmates from last year’s show, in which Danny was crowned King of the Jungle, maintain a close bond.

Asked by the publication if everyone is still getting on, he explained: “No, no one’s left. Everyone’s in it. Everyone’s chatting away.”

He continued: “I just love it because you’ll just wake up one morning, and they’ll just be a picture of Coleen [Rooney] on the school run with the kids, or Richard [Coles] the other day sent us a picture of him at 10 o’clock in the morning in full fancy dress. He was dressed as a nun.”

Dean then let slip that a future project will mean particular faces from last year’s show will reunite, which could include Maura and Danny. He added: “And we are, let’s just say having a reunion, and we’re going to be having a bit more of a luxurious holiday this time.”

It comes after Danny issued a public apology to his wife Georgia and their son Cooper following the scandal. In a statement shared to his Instagram the Five Colours In Her Hair star said: “Hello everyone, sorry it’s taken me a while to post this but I’ve taken some time out to be with those closest to me. Celebrity Big Brother’s Daley Thompson has become the third housemate to be evicted following a nail biting public vote. As the news was delivered he said it had been a blast. Upon exiting the house, Daley told hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best that living in the house was “fantastic” as he encouraged them to spend a few weeks in the property.

During his exit interview, he said: “I would have liked to have stayed longer but I was quite happy to come out. The problem with it is, no matter what goes on in there, it’s you lot out here,” as he pointed to the public. He added that he didn’t have “high hopes” for his housemates, adding: “They have been funny, revealing, great people.”

When presented with who had nominated him and why, the sportsman commented: “None of them surprised me because they’re all rats.” He rejected claims that he didn’t do any washing up. “I promise you on my child’s life,” he said. He revealed that every day he would wash up and make cups of tea for his housemates.

Daley Thompson was the third celebrity to be evicted from Celebrity Big BrotherHe claimed his housemates “saw him as a threat.” Speaking about his time in the house, he said: “I was chatting to everybody, offering people advice if they wanted it and I was generally trying to be friendly with everyone.” But he later added that: “Jealously always rears its ugly head.”

Reflecting on other housemates games, Daley said he wasn’t trying to win. “It’s not something I had any control over,” he said. He added: “In there, all you can do, I think is, all I could do is just try and be the person that I am, whereas all the people in there – they’re all performative artists, there are some people who are professional reality stars, if you do that all the time, you know how to play the game.

“And it is a game.” He added that while he was “happy” to come out, he added that he had “no real control” over the decision. He also took a swipe at host Will Best, joking he wasn’t “famous enough” for the host to take part in the show. When asked whether he was trying to win, Daley said: “No, it’s absolutely out of my control, I’d have been happy to come out first or last, on that boy’s head,” as he looked at his son.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that EastEnders legend Patsy Palmer would once again be facing eviction alongside Olympian Daley Thompson who had narrowly avoided it in the past.

Four housemates voted for Daley as part of the house’s third opportunity to nominate each other, with Patsy among those who nominated him.

He was also nominated by presenter Angellica Bell, Love Island finalist Chris Hughes and comedian Donna Preston. Patsy instead received five nominations. Angellica and Chris were among those who voted for the soap star. She was also nominated by RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner Danny Beard, former Dance Moms star JoJo Siwa and the Only Way is Essex ‘s Ella Rae Wise.

The latest evictions come shortly after the second eviction, which took place on Tuesday night. Presenter Trisha Goddard was voted out of the house that night after having been up against Patsy and Coronation Street star Jack P. Shepherd. The three of them had received the most votes from their fellow housemates in the last nominations. Patsy had six nominations, whilst Jack and Trisha were named by four housemates. Trisha ended up losing the public vote.

Prior to Trisha, former Conservative MP Sir Michael Fabricant was voted out by the public just days after entering the house and has since expressed his desires to return. Meanwhile, Mickey Rourke was then asked to leave the house over the weekend following “unacceptable behaviour,” for which he’s apologised.

Actress Denise Welch has reflected on a major change in her life that she’s described as her “best decision” on the anniversary this week. She’s recalled her partner Lincoln Townley having influenced the decision over a decade ago.

Denise, now 66, has previously spoken about once having a “disastrous relationship” with alcohol. Over the years, she has raised awareness around addiction and spoken about her sobriety, having revealed that her last alcoholic drink was in 2012. This week, she’s celebrating the anniversary of her decision to give up alcohol after being “terrified” of the alternative.

The Loose Women panelist reflected on the decision she made 13 years ago in a post on Instagram this afternoon. It included two photos of Denise that she had put side-by-side. The first was a throwback photo of the Celebrity Big Brother winner, whilst the other showed her more recently.

In the caption, Denise recalled that she gave up alcohol after her husband Lincoln, now 52, told her that he “couldn’t live” they way they were at the time. She told her followers in the post that she was then concerned about losing him.

Alongside the photos, she wrote in the caption: “13 years ago today I had my last alcoholic drink. I had woken up, as often happened, with no memory of the night before. I was in the middle of a huge theatre tour and was faced with the thought of a long car journey to Richmond and 2 shows!”

Denise continued: “Then I looked around and realised that my husband, then boyfriend, was watching me and he threw a newspaper on the bed. It was me. Papped. Leaning over the bonnet of a car shouting at someone and pointing. No recollection. The bathroom door of his flat had been pulled of its hinges and a lamp lay on the floor.

“Lincoln had stopped drinking 2 months before. I had told him I didn’t have as big of a problem. I did. A huge one. He told me he loved me but he couldn’t live like this. The thought of losing him terrified me. I was depressed, anxious, scared, embarrassed, appalled at my behaviour and full of shame.

“I gave up drinking that night. It is the best decision I have ever made. Not just because I now have an amazing marriage to the love of my life, but because our 3 children can live their lives knowing that we’re safe and happy. Their lives aren’t led never knowing what or where we’ll end up.”

She added: “My husband is now a successful international artist and I’m still working on television and on stage. The ripple effect on our families is what I’m most proud of. The look of love and respect from those who love us is something I cherish every day.

“If alcohol is making you and the people you love unhappy it’s time to stop. There is help and support out there. I still suffer from episodes of clinical depression but they are not compounded by alcohol and drugs so my recovery is quicker. I self medicated my illness for many years and became an alcoholic. I’m grateful for every day I wake up sober and I regained the respect I had lost.”

Denise concluded the post by writing: “My children are proud of me and that’s the greatest gift of all. Thank you to @lincolntownley for being by my side every step of the way.”

The former Coronation Street cast member was met with supportive messages from fans in the comments section. Celebrity pals also shared their pride over Denise and the lifestyle change that she made over a decade ago.
