Prince Harry Brutally Mocked on American TV: Is He Now “Mrs. Markle”?

Prince Harry’s reputation in the U.S. has taken a hit in a big way.

Prince Harry recently had a pretty embarrassing moment on a popular American game show. Let’s just put it this way: Meghan Markle’s influence over him is complete — in more ways than one. According to The Daily Mail, Harry was mocked on the long-running American TV show Family Feud, where the most well-known fact about him was revealed. Spoiler alert: It’s not his royal lineage.Family Feud, hosted by Steve Harvey, has been airing since 1976 in the U.S. (for my UK readers, think of it as the equivalent of Family Fortunes). The show features two families competing against each other, answering survey questions posed to 100 people, trying to guess the most popular responses. The family with the best answers wins a cash prize.

In the latest episode, the Hernandez family went head-to-head with the Collee family. Their challenge? To name the most well-known facts about Prince Harry, who’s been living in the U.S. since 2020.

Here’s what happened when the first contestant was asked: “Tell me something people know about Prince Harry.” Their response? “He’s married to Meghan Markle.”

Not exactly a royal legacy moment, is it? Steve Harvey was stunned, responding with, “Really? That’s the best answer you can give?” But guess what? It was the top answer out of the 100 people surveyed. Yes, you read that right.

Prince Harry’s most famous attribute, according to Americans, is that he’s married to Meghan Markle. It seems his title as “Prince” or his connection to Princess Diana didn’t make the cut in this survey. Instead, he’s best known for being Mrs. Markle.

This moment has surely been embarrassing for Harry. He’s no longer recognized for his accomplishments, like founding the Invictus Games or his work with various charities. Instead, it’s Meghan who steals the spotlight in the public’s mind.

Let’s take a look at the other answers people gave. The second most popular response was that Harry is “Princess Diana’s son,” followed by “He’s a redhead.” The idea that Harry’s a “hottie” even made the list, but somehow, “married to Meghan Markle” outranked all of these.
