Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham Luyendyk got engaged on Season 22 of The Bachelor. Since then, they’ve tied the knot at Maui’s Haiku Mill in a stunning ceremony and welcomed four children: Alessi, twins Senna and Lux, and their latest addition, Livvy.

If you’ve been following the Luyendyk family, you’ll remember that Arie previously had a vasectomy, and the couple shared that they were done expanding their family after three kids.

However, earlier this year, he revealed that he had the procedure reversed, and in March, the two announced they were expecting baby number four.

Now, Arie has shared on social media that he’s planning to undergo another vasectomy.

In an Instagram clip, the former Bachelor is seen calling a doctor’s office with the caption “Making THAT call for the third time … Need a punch card” written above him.

During the call, Arie explained that he needed to schedule yet another vasectomy. With a grin, he repeated, “Snip snap, snip snap,” while Adele’s “Hello” played in the background.
