Katie Price flaunted her 17th boob job and extreme weight loss as she performed at pal Chloe Ferry‘s 30th birthday party on Saturday.

The TV personality, 47, made sure all eyes were on her as she arrived at the Royal Station Hotel in Newcastle in a tiny black bralette amid her vow to have the biggest breasts in Britain.

The former glamour model showed off her tattooed midriff as she paired the top with a pair of low-rise black skintight cropped leggings and heels.

Katie flashed her huge smile as she arrived at the bash arm-in-arm with birthday girl Chloe.

The reality star posed up a storm in front of a gold and black photo wall before being joined by Wayne Lineker, 63.

During the night, Katie made her musical comeback by performing her 2017 song I Got You, which recently climbed to number one in the iTunes charts and number three in the Big Top 40.

And now it seems Katie is back taking to the stage as pal Chloe brought her out as a surprise singer at her birthday bash.

Taking to Instagram to show off her lavish party, Chloe shared videos of Katie performing for her friends as she belted out her iconic song.

Friends of Chloe’s were seen dancing and singing along to the track as Katie also puffed on her vape.

Speaking last weekend following her chart success, Katie told fans: ‘I’m number one. Thank you all so much for all your support, honestly means the world to me.’

Katie’s dreams of becoming a pop star have long been documented, and the personality even attempted to represent the United Kingdom at Eurovision.

In 2005, she battled it out for the public’s vote on the BBC’s selection programme, Eurovision: Making Your Mind Up.

However, Katie missed out on the chance to perform at the singing contest in Kyiv, losing to Javine Hylton, and faced cruel mocking and backlash for her singing abilities following the result.

Elsewhere at Chloe’s 30th she treated friends to a luxury ‘funeral’ themed event with the room decorated in black and gold, as well as an RIP decorated cake.

She dazzled in a stunning backless semi-sheer silver dress as she climbed on a table and danced with her friends.

It comes hours after Katie sparked concern amongst her fans after revealing she spent the night in A&E.

She took to Snapchat on Saturday to share the news with her followers, posting a photo of an A&E sign lit up at night.

Katie wrote: ‘Not what I had on my Bingo card for Friday night.’

In a follow-up snap, the mum of five appeared to be getting her eyebrows laminated and penned: ‘What a day, I didn’t plan on ending up in A&E on a Friday night.’

The star is yet to reveal any further details.

Earlier this year, Katie revealed her most painful surgery just days after shocking fans with her appearance.

The former glamour model is no stranger to going under the knife and admitted she had sworn off having surgery in the UK following a botched procedure.

She recently unveiled her latest look after having more filler injected into her bum.

However, Katie admitted that a botched Brazilian butt lift remains her most painful and regrettable procedure to date.

Opening up to Katherine Ryan on her What’s My Age Again? podcast, she said: ‘I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum. It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me.’

Katie revealed the procedure took place in Turkey, but despite the painful experience, it hasn’t diminished her enthusiasm for having cosmetic work done abroad.

‘I would never have surgery in England again. Ever, ever,’ she confessed. ‘I’d always have it abroad.’

Over the years, Katie has had at least 17 boob jobs, three rhinoplasties and two facelifts.

Katie, who has admitted she suffers from body dysmorphia, caused concern earlier this year when she rocked up on stage in Portsmouth for a Pride event.

She was the main act for this year’s Pride, with Girls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle also performing on Saturday night.

Despite the bad weather, hundreds turned out to watch mum-of-five Katie perform a selection of songs.

Taking to the stage, she showed off her slimmed-down physique as she wore a pink jacket and tassels with a statement sparkly hat that spelled out the word ‘Pricey’.

Katie then stripped off to reveal a racy black leotard underneath, while showing off her tiny, heavily tattooed legs.

The ex-glamour model has left fans concerned over her slimmed-down figure for months, and previously addressed her drastic weight loss in May.

Speaking to fans on Snapchat, she said: ‘Yes I’ve lost weight. Yes that’s what I’ve wanted to do, I’ve wanted to lose weight.

‘Because… three, four years ago when I broke my feet I was in a wheelchair for ten months because they said I’d never walk again, and obviously you put weight on being in a wheelchair.

‘And then I did all the IVF stuff, that also puts on weight. So yeah, I did put on weight and I hated it, I felt uncomfortable and it wasn’t me.’
