Rylan Clark has shared incredible before-and-after photos of his lavish home renovation after purchasing an apartment in Central London.

The TV presenter, 37, who has been busy over the last year doing up his new home, designed each room himself to make his home feel like his favourite hotel suite at the five-star hotel, The Langham, London.

Unveiling the results on Instagram on Wednesday, Rylan gushed that he is ‘so happy’ with how everything has turned out, thanking all of the tradespeople he employed who did a ‘fantastic job’.

In one collage snap, Rylan showed a slew of before photos of a hallway, bathroom, and a bedroom with a wooden four-poster bed.

Meanwhile, in another snap, he shared with his followers what his kitchen looked like prior, revealing a small kitchen with an arched entrance and dark wooden floors.

Next, he offered fans a glimpse of his kitchen and living room renovations, sharing progress snaps of his new quartz kitchen worktops being installed as well as his bespoke media wall being built.

Once complete, the lavish living room featured neutral-coloured walls, a large television in the centre, a bespoke media wall with a modern fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a grand chandelier.

Meanwhile, one side of his now complete kitchen featured an island with grey bar stools, a bar area, plenty of storage for glasses and a wine cooler.

The star also opted for having modern white shutters installed in his home, which completed the overall look of his open-plan kitchen/living room.

Elsewhere, he shared a before-and-after photo of his bathroom and en-suite toilet, as well as his new light wood floors.

The newly renovated bathroom features sleek marble tiles throughout, a glass walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head and gold accents.

Sharing a snap of himself enjoying a glass of bubbly by his new living-room fireplace, Rylan captioned the post: ‘So mid last year I was lucky enough to purchase a property in central London, and renovate.

‘I wanted to make it like my favourite hotel suite at the @langham_london hotel. I designed everything and am so happy with how it’s turned out.

‘You’ve seen the kitchen now here’s some of the rest for now. I wanted to do this post as a thank you to the tradespeople who I employed who did such a fantastic job.

To conclude his post, he proceeded to tag all of the companies that helped transform his new apartment.

Rylan currently lives in a mansion in Essex, which famously also includes its own Big Brother diary room. He reportedly bought the property for around £1.3million.

He previously shared the lavish five-bedroom home with ex-husband Dan Neal and Dan’s son Cameron from a previous relationship, before the pair announced their split in 2021.

Earlier this week, Rylan shared a sweet relationship update as he said his new boyfriend Kennedy Bates is ‘someone I’ve been waiting for for a long time’.

The TV presenter took to Instagram hours before ringing in 2026 to reflect on the ‘amazing’ year he had.

Rylan, who revealed he was in a new relationship in August, gushed he finished the year ‘happy’ with Kennedy.

Sharing a black background, he wrote: ‘Finishing this year happy with someone I’ve been waiting for for a long time.

Rylan’s fans and celebrity pals including Carol Vorderman, Louise Redknapp and Ruth Langsford shared their appreciation for the star in the comments.

It comes after the TV presenter went Instagram official with Kennedy, who works as a boss at the Billy Bates & Sons funfair in Leicestershire, in September.

Rylan looked happier than ever as he shared a series of loved-up snaps from their romantic trip to Florence, Italy.

The holiday snaps come several weeks after Rylan revealed that his new boyfriend is the first man he’s introduced to his family since his divorce.

He announced the romance during an interview with Louis Theroux on his How To Be In Love podcast, which followed his journey to find love.

Rylan said he had been ‘blatant’ about the romance, going on multiple public dates ‘nobody noticed’.

The pair have even discussed the possibility of having children, with Rylan telling Louis that both he and his new partner want to start a family.

Rylan said: ‘At this time, I’m very happy. Recently, I have gotten into a relationship, and it’s great, and it feels very different to anything I’ve had before, which is a good sign to me.

‘It’s the first person I’ve met in four years that I’ve introduced to my family. I’m happy. I’ve not done probably what I should-slash-did do – which is not really go to restaurants, not really do this and want to keep it on the quiet – I’ve done the opposite.

‘I’ve been so blatant about it no one’s noticed, which I’m sort of a little bit cocky at and I’m going to own.

‘But I thought I’m not going to… just because of my job and I don’t want people finding out, I’m not going to miss out on this part.

‘I’m loving what I’ve got at the minute and I want to keep it that way.’
