Emmerdale confirms Bear Wolf’s fate after Celia Daniels’ murder confession…

EMMERDALE has confirmed Bear Wolf’s fate in a heartbreaking development.

The ITV soap kick started the New Year with two horrifying murders yesterday with Celia Daniels revealing she had murdered Bear – and then Ray murdering her for it.

In the episode Celia discovered that Ray hadn’t killed April Windsor as she demanded and instead let her go.

“This is Laurel, that dull dried up girlfriend of yours,” she thundered.

“She doesn’t love you. How could anyone love you?”

She decided to hit him where it hurt and reminded him of his teenage mother dumping him and his grandfather having to hand him over to Celia.

“You can say what you want but Bear is not going to die,” Ray insisted, pushing aside his emotions.

Then Celia revealed the horrifying trust – when Ray was meant to be killing April – she had already killed Bear.

She told him: “No, you’re right, Bear is not going to die because he is already dead.

“I know you’d like me to tell you it was painless but it wasn’t. It was slow. I watched him gasping for breath as he begged me to help him. You see, at least one of us still has the stomach for this game.”

Ray was overcome with emotion and began crying as Celia continued to mock and threaten him.

But later Ray was pushed too far – and he was the one to finally deal with Celia for good.

He spent the day stewing in fury at what she’d said and done and so when Celia came to apologise, to manipulate him, it wasn’t enough.

“There’s a way through this, we just need to remember we’re on the same side,” she said.

“I still see that sensitive little boy when he felt that the whole sky was going to cave in on top of him, I would throw my arms around him and make it go away. Come here stupid?”

Pulling him in for a hug, twisted Celia told him: “I am the only one who will ever love you.”

But after he stabbed her, Celia told him: “I’m proud of you.”

She then slumped to the floor dead where she remained until today when Ray was cheerfully explaining her mistakes to her body.

And when he went upstairs he lost his chipper joy at murdering his own mother and instead was devastated when he found Bear’s lifeless body upstairs.

Unable to go into the room properly, he apologised to Ted and then left, planning to move in with Laurel and live happily ever after.

Sadly for him Laurel was fully aware of what he was and shut him down hard, demanding he stay away from her.
