Lorna Luxe has shared a heartbreaking update that has left fans deeply shaken, revealing that her husband John Andrews is now “extremely unwell” as his terminal cancer battle takes a devastating turn.

The fashion influencer and businesswoman, 43, told her followers she has been forced to step away from public commitments — including a charity event close to her heart — because she simply cannot be away from John at this critical moment.
