She hard-launched a new romance in the summer of 2024. However, that relationship quietly fizzled out. So, she joined Season 10 of Bachelor In Paradise for a third – or fourth – chance at finding love. Like many of the women on that season, she was immediately drawn to Dale Moss. He had his own failed Bachelor Nation engagement after splitting from Clare Crawley in 2021.

Kat Izzo Claims Ex Tried To Silence Her After Shocking Split

Now it’s Kat Izzo’s turn to share her side of the split. She was a guest on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast. Charity Lawson and Rachel Recchia recently took over as hosts from Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt. Kat Izzo claimed that Dale Moss tried to keep her from sharing her side of the story.

“I actually wasn’t going to make anything public about our breakup. He decided to do that. I didn’t care. I was just like, ‘I want to move on with my life!’ But what you won’t do is you’re not going to lie about anything when I’m involved,” she said about her decision to speak out.

Kat Izzo claimed that Dale Moss sent her a cease and desist letter to keep her quiet. “If there’s one thing about me, it’s that if you try to silence me, I’m going to scream louder,” Kat Izzo said.
