And this week, the Bachelor Nation star took to social media to share how her view on body weight has changed after having four kids.
In a new video on TikTok, Lauren expressed, “I don’t know if anyone’s told you this lately, but your weight means absolutely nothing.”
She went on, saying, “After having four children, I feel like I finally understand this to a point where I’m not gonna get bent out of shape over the number on the scale anymore. It’s just not relevant, to be honest. I was telling this to a friend the other day. I have never been the weight again that I was before Alessi. But I still felt amazing, I was really happy with the way I looked, my energy levels were great, I was sleeping great, and I just felt really good.”

Followers filled the comments of Lauren’s post, sharing how helpful and important her video was to watch.
One person said, “You are amazing for this!!!! It’s all about Ozempic rn and this message is so necessary,” and another person added, “Yes girl this needs to be talked about more”
One fan chimed in, “I need to hear this! You have always been so stunning. 🥰” and another wrote, “Thank you for this ♥️♥️♥️”
We are so proud of Lauren for spreading such a positive message, and we can’t get enough of her adorable family. To all the moms out there, you’re doing great!
