The latest episode of Saturday Kitchen was interrupted as a star made a huge announcement.
During today’s episode (November 15) of the popular BBC cooking show, presenter Matt Tebbutt was accompanied by chefs Vivek Singh and Jess Shadbolt.
Vivek prepared a traditional kadhai chicken, which he served alongside garlic and coriander naan bread, whilst Jess whipped up beaujolais braised duck legs with prunes and crushed celeriac.
Olly Smith was also present in the studio to recommend the ideal wine pairings for all the dishes, with Jolene Yu and Xiengni Zhou also preparing a traditional Chinese takeaway favourite.
Additionally, singer Olly Murs spoke about his upcoming album, Knees Up, which is due for release next week, reports the Express.

Vivek continued: “And then we have two Cinnamon Kitchens in London; one in the City of London and another one in Battersea Power Station.”
Olly then chimed in, stating: “Speaking of London, Vivek, the British Indian Good Food Guide has just published their list of the 100 best Indian restaurants in the UK, and you’ve been named as one of the very best in London. Congratulations!”
Matt added: “Ah very nice, well done Vivek.”
The thrilled chef responded: “Thanks very much. In the 25th year, it’s quite something. We’re really proud of it. It really has been a labour of love that restaurant. It’s just continued to evolve and continued to push boundaries in one of the most beautiful dining rooms in London.”
