Ben Higgins is proud to describe himself as a man of faith.

“I fully believe in Jesus,” Higgins, 36, exclusively shared with Us Weekly when celebrating the launch of his “If You Can Hear Me” podcast with iHeartRadio on Tuesday, February 3, “because Jesus has intervened in my life in ways that I can’t dismiss.”
In fact, God may be the one to thank for leading him to his wife, Jessica Clarke. Married since November 2021, the couple welcomed a baby girl named Winona in February 2025.
As he prepares to celebrate his daughter’s first birthday, Higgins said he is gently introducing her to faith.
“We do pray as a family. That is something that is important and valuable to us. We believe that it works,” he told Us. “But I also don’t want Winona to become a Christian robot. I don’t want her to one day have the lens lifted and go, ‘Wait, you guys told me all of this stuff about Jesus, and you’re singing all the songs, you read me all the stories, and it all feels so far-fetched and so out there and so untrue.’ No, I want to be honest with her.”
Higgins continued, “I want to be real with her. If I believe in a God that’s alive and active, I believe that God shows up outside of maybe the coaxing or any manipulation. So yes, I pray and desire my daughter to have a relationship with the Lord above, a comfort in that God. I pray that from that relationship, beautiful things happen and she’s kind, joy-filled, hope-filled, and she is fervent in prayer, and she cares for the outsider and those in need. But I’m not going to force it down her. That’s just not the way I want to do it.”
This week, The Bachelor alum celebrated the launch of his new faith-based podcast titled “If You Can Hear Me” with special guest Chris Lane.
Every week, the Generous Coffee cofounder sits down with people from all walks of life to talk about what drives them, shapes them and what gives them hope. Higgins hopes the honest conversations tackle the big stuff like identity, loss, purpose, peace, faith and everything in between.
“I hear it so many times today that there’s so much polarization and that there’s nothing in between. There’s no ability to converse about big topics, about things that some will agree with and disagree with,” Higgins shared with Us. “This whole show is faith-specific, but it’s meant to be a bridge — to bring in people from all dynamics and all walks of life that have multiple stories to share. And hopefully this conversation feels like a bridge that can push two sides together.”
Higgins assured listeners that he’s not here to push any specific belief or agenda.
Instead, he’s hoping to give people the platform to discuss topics and ask questions that aren’t always brought up.
“In my faith story, one of the best ways that I have communicated with God is through asking questions,” Higgins explained. “The questions that I think so many of us actually want to ask is, ‘What’s right or wrong? What is there to believe? God, where are you at in these moments?’ Those questions have revealed so much to me, and I want to encourage my daughter and really my friends and anybody around me that I love to just ask the questions because I believe God answers.”
