Fans first met Caila Quinn Burrello on Season 20 of “The Bachelor,” and she later appeared on Season 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”

While Caila didn’t meet “the one” on the beach, she eventually found love off-screen with her now-husband, Nick Burrello.

The two tied the knot in May 2021 and later welcomed daughter Teddi in 2023 and son Christian in 2024. In December, Caila welcomed their third baby, Grayson, and now she’s opening up about her postpartum journey.

Caila recently shared a video showing her postpartum body as she tried on a pair of old jeans.

On the video, she wrote, “With GLP-1s everywhere and women glamorizing the ‘bounce back,’ I just wanted to share a real mom body after three kids.”

Alongside the post, the Bachelor Nation star added, “It’s okay, mamas, to have these thoughts. We’re constantly surrounded by ‘bounce back’ messages, and sometimes they sneak into our hearts whether we want them to or not. But that doesn’t mean your body isn’t a work of art. It created and carried a beautiful life, and that alone is worth celebrating.”

Caila also shared that while she’s embracing her body as it is, the jeans represent a small personal goal for herself.

“These ‘motivation jeans’ aren’t about a number on a scale — they’re simply a small, personal goal I’m holding onto,” she wrote. “And while those bounce-back thoughts still pop up for me too, what I really want is to feel strong, healthy, and at home in my body again. Be gentle with yourself. Your body is doing an incredible job.”
