Rachel Lindsay is no longer holding back the details of her contentious divorce from Bryan Abasolo, and the allegations are staggering.

Following months of legal back-and-forth, the former Bachelorette star, 38, has officially accused her estranged husband of financial betrayal, claiming he secretly siphoned hundreds of thousands of dollars from their marital accounts to fund a lavish lifestyle.

Rachel, a successful attorney and media personality, expressed her shock at the discovery, noting that while she was working multiple jobs to secure their future, Bryan was reportedly “draining” their shared wealth to maintain a high-rolling social life.

“I was building a legacy for us, and he was treatng our bank account like an ATM for his ego,” Rachel told a source close to the proceedings in a report shared on January 27. “The betrayal isn’t just emotional; it’s a calculated theft of the life I worked to build.”

“To find out that the person you trusted most was secretly liquidating your hard-earned savings to ‘live large’ while you were away working is a level of disrespect I can’t even describe,” she added.

According to Rachel, the financial discrepancy was only discovered as part of the discovery process for their divorce filing.

“It started with small withdrawals that didn’t make sense,” she admitted. “But as we dug deeper into the accounts, it became clear that hundreds of thousands were missing. It was a shock to the system because we were supposed to be a team.”

“We weren’t just living comfortably; he was allegedly throwing money away on luxury travel, parties, and appearances that had nothing to do with our marriage. He was subsidizing a fantasy at my expense,” she continued.

Although there have been reports of Bryan demanding spousal support, Rachel blasted his claims as shameless, especially given his request for compensation for a “ruined career” due to their marriage.

“He’s asking me to pay him for a career he says I ruined, all while he was secretly spending our shared money,” she explained. “The last thing I’m going to do is reward someone for their own financial irresponsibility and lack of professional ambition.”

Regarding the “ruined career” claim, Rachel noted that she was always supportive of his chiropractic business.

“We don’t know where he gets the idea that I held him back. There’s no playbook for this kind of gaslighting. I supported his practice, I promoted his work, and I brought him into my world with open arms,” she reasoned.

That said, Rachel confirmed she is prepared to fight the support demands in court, emphasizing that she will not be bullied into a settlement that ignores his alleged financial misconduct.

“We’re gonna see this through in court. This isn’t just a simple breakup; it’s a case of financial exploitation. There’s no smoking gun of infidelity, but there is a mountain of bank statements that tell a very dark story,” she shared. “I’ve done my part to be a good wife. I’ve worked, I’ve provided, and I’ve been loyal. But I will not be a victim of his greed.”

Rachel then acknowledged the public perception of their “perfect” Bachelorette romance and mentioned the videos she’d seen speculating on the cause of their split.

“We don’t really care what the outsiders think about the ‘perfection’ we showed,” she noted. “I just hope that the legal system sees the truth behind the curtain. I want to move on with my dignity and my finances intact.”
