Juliana Pasquarosa has moved on with a new beau following her split from Bachelor Grant Ellis.

On Sunday, January 4, Pasquarosa, 29, posted a TikTok video of herself lounging and drinking by the pool before the camera flips to show her new boyfriend from a distance looking out at the ocean.
“I said I needed to escape seasonal depression so he flew me to Florida & took me to the spa at the St. Regis. Never settle ladies,” The Bachelor alum wrote on the text of the video. In the caption, Pasquarosa also added, “MANifesting my dream life bb 🫶🏻.”
Pasquarosa appeared on Ellis’ season 29 of The Bachelor, which aired in January 2025. In the finale, Pasquarosa ended up accepting the proposal from Ellis, 32. Pasquarosa and Ellis announced their split in June 2025.
“This is one of the harder things I’ve had to write, but I want to share it honestly. Juliana and I have decided to end our relationship,” Grant wrote via Instagram Story at the time. “We both gave this our best and poured a lot of love into each other, but after a lot of deep conversations, we’ve come to the understanding that we’re simply not the right fit long term.”
Pasquarosa, for her part, shared a statement on her own social media account, noting that the duo still plan to “cheer each other on” from “different places.”

“It’s a gift to find someone who sees the world in a way that resonates with you, while also encouraging you to grow. I’ve been grateful to share that experience with Grant,” she said. “Marriage is a commitment, and it’s one we both still believe in deeply. After a lot of honest conversations and reflection, we’ve come to the decision that this chapter of our lives is meant to continue on separate paths. We shared something meaningful, navigating a unique journey side by side [and] learning, growing and showing up for each other the best we knew how. While this isn’t the ending we once imagined, it’s one filled with mutual respect, care and hope for what’s ahead.”
Nearly six months after announcing their split, Pasquarosa revealed that leading up to the finale there were “words exchanged” between the pair that made her feel “completely alone and isolated.”
“His mental headspace was my top concern because I cared about him and I wanted to make sure he was OK. He was getting a lot of backlash,” Pasquarosa explained on a December 2025 episode of the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast, noting that she was upset about how he “handled” runner-up Litia Garr’s claim on After the Final Rose where she claimed Ellis told her he should “stop the show” early because she was his No. 1.
Days after their fight following the finale, Pasquarosa revealed that Ellis “game-planned” ways for them to announce their breakup.
“I was like, ‘That is how we are going to start this day and have this conversation?’” she recalled. “After everything I felt like I did for us, and putting myself on the backburner, it’s back to optics. It’s back to what people are going to think. And not about us and our relationship. It’s what the outside world thinks and I couldn’t handle that anymore.”
Although Pasquarosa said she and Ellis don’t speak anymore, she did share in December 2025 that she started seeing someone new.
“It’s new, but it’s fun and it’s flirty and I like that,” she gushed during the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast. “I think that coming out of that, it was so hard that I think I’ve been taking things really, really slow again. … So, I think now I was like, ‘Let me just give this guy a shot.’ He’s blown me up for, like, three straight months nonstop, and I’ve been ghosting him, and I was like, ‘You know what? Screw it. You’re cute.’ So, we’re going to hang out.”
