New year, new goals!
Former Bachelorette Katie Thurston found love with comedian Jeff Arcuri and the two tied the knot last year.
As they were planning their wedding, Katie was diagnosed with breast cancer and has been keeping followers updated with her treatment journey online.
She later revealed the news that her breast cancer had spread to her liver and is now at stage 4. However, Katie started a new treatment plan that seems to be working, as the tumors in her body have been shrinking.
Now, as she looks forward to this next year, Katie took to social media to reveal some exciting news and some of her 2026 goals.

The Bachelor Nation star discussed creating a vision board and looked back on some of her visions that she already began manifesting — including buying a house!
She said, “I saw it and I didn’t even remember that I cut this out. We’ll just cut to the chase, Jeff and I are buying a house, you guys. And I actually had a ton on my vision board for house related stuff. So more on that when it feels more official.”
Katie also revealed that she’s manifesting getting another cat and having clear cancer scans.
“I am manifesting no evidence of disease, which I have my new scans coming on February 13th which will be the one year mark since being diagnosed with breast cancer,” she said. “So manifesting good health this year.”

Katie went on, sharing she’s also hoping for podcast and TV opportunities, as well as redoing her Hawaii trip.
“I don’t know if you guys remember but last year, I was in Hawaii when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and the trip kind of got ruined,” she stated. “So hoping for a redo. However, I am grateful for this life, for the people, the friends, the family that I have in it. Grateful for you guys… This is me I guess putting a digital vision board out there and sharing it with you guys. Life is good. Life is good, my health is good, I’m happy to be alive.”
