Katie Price is being forced to move again after being booted out of the Mucky Mansion last year. The mum-of-five, 47, left the sprawling pile in Sussex after being declared bankrupt for the second time.
Following her eviction notice, the Pricey downgraded to a much more manageable four-bedroom home, still in Sussex, which she appeared to be happy with. However, she’s now revealed that she’s going to have to pack up again after explaining that the homeowner wants to sell. Speaking to her sister Sophie on The Katie Price Show podcast from Dubai, Katie said: “I think I’ve got to move house because I think the guy wants to sell my house now, so I’ve got to go on the house hunt again.”

Looking on the bright side, younger sister Sophie said: “I do love a house hunt though. Have you had a look on RightMove?”
Responding, Katie, who also slammed her ex Peter Andre on the podcast after she was banned from Princess’ birthday celebrations, mused: “I’ll have a look. I might move nearer the kids’ school, but I’m going to talk to the guy. He might let me stay there, but if he doesn’t I’ll move nearer the kids’ school.”
The news will come as a blow to Katie, who has only been in her new gaff for a year. She officially moved out of her notorious Mucky Mansion last May before moving into her current property, which is worth a cool £1.2million.
Last year, three removal trucks were pictured on the former glamour model’s Horsham estate in West Sussex.
Katie had previously been urged to leave the £1.6 million pile when she was declared bankrupt for a second time in March 2024.
Katie risked getting the boot after she was declared bankrupt over an unpaid £750,000 tax bill.. Her creditors were granted eviction notices from Horsham County Court ordering she be moved out of the house by the end of the month so that the property could be flogged to settle some of her debts.
Despite living in the mansion for nearly a decade, Katie said she was glad to leave. She’s been very vocal about her disdain for the property, describing her experience as “nine years of hell” due to dramas, including fly-tipping and alleged paranormal activity.
“I absolutely have hated my mansion,” she said. “I tell you why, nine years of hell I’ve had there. Fly-tipping, it’s haunted… and I am living with it. And whoever buys that house, good luck! I hate it.”
In snaps shared online, Katie was seen driving her pink Range Rover away from the Mucky Mansion for the final time in May. But the Pricey made sure she was still going to have a comfortable home for herself and her kids.
An advert on Rightmove showed her sprawling new home, described as a “large detached family home with a south-facing plot backing onto countryside on the town’s eastern edge with views of the South Downs”.
As well as huge sweeping views from the garden, the star also has a “fabulous kitchen”, four bedrooms and three bathrooms – for now.
