“Sharing great conversation, incredible flavors, and the joy of coming together—this is what dining is all about! A special night made even more meaningful as we celebrate the opening of the 2025 Invictus Games—a powerful tribute to resilience, courage, and the human spirit.”
Earlier Harry and Meghan were seen smiling and laughing together as they watched performances by a host of stars, including Katy Perry, Chris Martin and Nelly Furtado. An onlooker said: “They looked so happy. It was lovely to see.”
The opening ceremony came after US president Donald Trump took a dig at mum-of-two Meghan while declaring he was not interested in throwing Harry out of the US amid his visa row. Trump, 78, said he won’t deport Harry – because the royal “has enough problems” with his “terrible” wife.

Writing on her Instagram account on Sunday night, Meghan said: “Let the games begin! Get ready for a week of heart, hope, and heroes in action. Join us in cheering loudly and proudly to show just how much these competitors and their families mean to us.”
