Victoria Beckham showed off her toned abs as she took part in a gym session at home with husband David.

Spice Girl Victoria flaunted her age-defying figure in a black sports bra and leggings while David went topless for the occasion.

In a clip shared on Instagram the married couple could be seen laying head to head and holding each other’s wrists while doing leg lifts.

Happy Mondays’ Step On was playing in the background, and Posh captioned the clip: “Happy Mondays on Thursday! Husband’s playlist @davidbeckham @mrbobbyrich 🏋️‍♀️💪 xx.”

Fans rushed to the comments section to have their say, with many unsurprisingly thrilled to see David without his shirt.

One joked: “I would never miss a day of gym ever again.”

Another said: “I would exercise more if this was an option.”

Victoria and David’s intense session comes after she and daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz finally squashed rumours of a feud between them.

Rumours of a fall-out between the pair have been rife since Nicola married Vic’s eldest son Brooklyn, 24.

But earlier this month the family – minus Romeo, 20 – were out in force for Victoria’s Paris fashion show.

Victoria, who also shares son Cruz, 18, and daughter Harper, 11, with David, later tagged them all into the emotional Instagram post writing: “I couldn’t do it without you, I love you all so much x.”

She added, in reference to the absent member of the family: “Kisses from Paris (we miss you @romeobeckham!)”
