Victoria Beckham has showed off her toned stomach and strong arms in a new set of gym snaps posted via her Instagram stories.

The 49-year-old informed fans she had been working out and spending the morning in the gym with her personal trainer and former Judo champion, Bobby Rich.

In the pictures, Victoria could be seen posing for a mirror selfie wearing a seamless black crop top, which showcased her abs and her sculpted shoulders.

Keeping it simple for her early morning session, the businesswoman also teamed the sports bra with a pair of high-waisted, black cycle shorts.

On her feet, she wore a pair of white lace-up trainers which featured a florescent pink heel.

Victoria’s luscious long brown locks were tied back in a low ponytail and styled over her shoulder for the pictures.

The snaps were shared with her 31 million followers and were captioned: “Early work out! Kisses from the sunshine,” and, “Leg day with @mrbobbyrich”.

In the third image, which Victoria captioned, “Turns out it’s arms day too!!!”, the mum-of-four had slipped on a pair of black fingerless gloves – presumably to protect her hands while lifting weights.

This isn’t the first time that the fashion label owner has updated fans on her gym routine.

Over the past year, Victoria has posted numerous photographs to her Instagram feed and stories of herself and her husband David Beckham, 48, getting a sweat on.

Back in April, Victoria shared a snap of herself working out in the gym. However, fans were distracted by the former Manchester United footballer who could be seen shirtless in the background.

In the caption, she wrote: “I follow with my training session which I vary day-to-day to focus on different areas of the body.

“Today I’m working on my upper body strength with a combination of resistance-based exercises.”

In another set of workout photographs featuring the pair, Victoria wrote: “While one of us works really hard… the other one looks great not doing much.”

In an interview with Grazia, the ex-Spice Girl said that her husband was “hilarious” to have as a gym partner.

She told the publication: “I mean, obviously he’s amazing in the gym, but in our sessions, he’s always the one who procrastinates.”
