Victoria Beckham has sent social media users into a frenzy after posting a video of herself belting out a Spice Girls hit – leading many to believe she is pointing towards a band reunion.

Victoria Beckham has successfully reignited the Spice Girls reunion rumours with her latest social media post

Following Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami debut last weekend, Victoria, 49, and her husband David Beckham, 48, headed to a bar with friends to celebrate the 2-1 win.

Following the evening’s events, the mum-of-four posted a video on TikTok which saw herself and David singing the Spice Girls’ 1996 hit, Say You’ll Be There.

In the video, she showed off her vocals and sang various lyrics from the song down the mic while wearing a black dress.

The fun karaoke clip however has sent her 1.8 million TikTok fans into overdrive, as she cryptically captioned the post: “Warming up the vocals in Miami! More to come,” followed by a hushing emoji, a musical note and a microphone.

A shorter version of the singing session was also posted to Victoria’s Instagram, which attracted comments from famous faces and the band itself.

The official Spice Girls Instagram account commented on the video with two red heart emojis, which has attracted replies from fans.

One wrote: “So is she back or not?” while another noted that the pair “look happier than ever”.

American blogger Perez Hilton said: “We need a Vegas residency!!! Viva forever!!!”

Another hopeful fan wrote: “Enjoy the excitement and get back to working with the Spice Girls the fans really appreciate it.”

Rumours that Victoria would be rejoining her former bandmates, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisolm, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell-Horner began earlier this month.

A report claimed that the businesswoman was gearing up to rejoin the band and had “provisionally agreed” to a number of tour dates throughout next year.

It was also said that these plans would result in the girl group headlining Glastonbury Festival for the first ever time.

However, an apparent source “close” to the 49-year-old originally smeared these claims and stated that Victoria would not be joining the band next year.

The source said: “Glastonbury is possible (sic) the coolest gig on the planet but Victoria won’t be doing it next year.”

They continued to say that Posh Spice wasn’t keen on a return as she had worked hard to carve out a career as a fashion designer.

“She put blood, sweat and tears into it, so singing is something she has to carefully consider,” as she has previously been “ridiculed” for her position in the group.

Right now, the active Spice Girls members nor Victoria have announced any reunion plans.
