Former Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham posted a birthday tribute to her husband David, as the English football star turned 49-years old on Thursday.

Victoria Beckham has shared a subtle dig at her husband on his 49th birthday. The model has been married to David Beckham since 1999 and are the proud parents to four children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.

Posting an adorable photo of the pair together, Victoria shared with her 33 million followers: “Happy birthday David. I love us getting really old together!???????????? You aren’t far behind me!!!! You are our everything!!!! The best daddy and husband we all love u so so much xxxxx @davidbeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven.”

Many of her followers flocked to the comments section to wish David a happy birthday. One person typed: “Happy Birthday David! Enjoy your special day! I’m older than both you you.”

A second chimed in: “Happy birthday David!!!! impressive couple, admirable the love you feel for each other after so many years, congratulations on many more!!!!”

A third person said: “Happy Birthday David, you look amazing as always, aging gracefully. Hope Victoria and your kids spoil you. Enjoy your special day! @davidbeckham.”

In similar news, Victoria and David’s eldest child Brooklyn has been slammed by Instagram users after using £21 oil in cooking video. The 25-year old shared his latest recipe on how to make a bunless burger and chips.

During the tutorial, his cooking skills were mocked by critics and a few comments encouraged Brooklyn to go and “get a hobby.” One person typed: “You just made burger and chips [laughing face emoji].”

A second also chimed in: “He could get a job at McDonalds” whilst a third also said: “It’s burger and chips you melt ….this guy needs a hobby.”

Despite the negative comments, there were a few fans who were impressed with Brooklyn and gave him heaps of praise. One loyal person said: “This not funny at all leave him alone.”

A second fan also supported Brooklyn with: “What a nice lad ! Everyone that hates on this boy are stupidly jealous. Keep going lad food looks epic.”
