Stacey Solomon snaps ‘you can’t’ at co-star as BBC show descends into ‘carnage’

Sort Your Life Out with Stacey Solomon was off to a shaky start as the former X Factor star snapped at Dilly Carter for fawning over shoes that didn’t belong to her

BBC One’s hit show Sort Your Life Out was off to a shaky start as presenter Stacey Solomon snapped at her co-star.

The team were headed to the picturesque town of Hungtingdon in Cambridgeshire to help one family sort out their home after relocating from the US to the UK – and bringing all their stuff along with them. Introducing the segment, Stacey said: “Ron and Toyah live here with their three children.

“Apparently it is carnage in there. That’s why we’re here! They moved from America where the house was much bigger than this one, but they didn’t let go of any of their stuff when they moved over. So they brought everything with them. Shall we see what we’re dealing with?”

In the hallway, Dilly became entranced by a huge shoe rack – picking a trainer up and admiring it as she said: “These are made for me! They’re even in my size!”

Quick to correct her, Stacey snapped: “Come on, we can’t steal people’s shoes. That’s not what we do!”

In an incredible twist of fate, Stacey and her co-stars laid out a total of 200 pairs of trainers – leaving viewers gobsmacked. Airing their thoughts on X, one social media user wrote: “This is madness 200 pairs of trainers.”

But someone else pointed out: “What’s mad is asking him to only keep 5 pairs!!” As another X user said: “I feel like I have that many pairs of shoes tbh.”

Thankfully the family managed to ditch 80 pairs of shoes, laying out a portion that would fit in their bedrooms. Dilly dished out hugs for the family “doing so well”, praising them: “Now you have your little collection of trainers.

Viewers couldn’t believe how many pairs of shoes Ron had“Space is always more valuable than any possession. It’s so important for our wellbeing!”

Someone else echoed: “Sort Your Life Out is a bit wasteful they will only go and buy it back!” As another reacted to the amount of American snacks in the cupboards, penning: “That is criminal having so many uneaten Cheetos in a property.”
