Prince Harry’s adorable interaction with a young red headed fan has gone viral, after footage from a royal engagement with Meghan Markle has resurfaced on social media site TikTok.
Harry and Meghan undertook a number of official public engagements around Britain and the world as working members of the royal family, before their dramatic 2020 split from the monarchy and move to the U.S.
A number of their engagements and interactions centered around children, with some of the couple’s most charming interactions during these being picked up by fans online resulting in a number of viral posts.
One such occasion arose in January 2019, when the royal couple visited the town of Birkenhead in the North of England to unveil a statue dedicated to the World War I poet Wilfred Owen.

During their visit, the couple undertook a walkabout to meet members of the public who had gathered to see them, with one young red headed fan being picked out among the crowd by Harry for her sign which read: “Gingers Unite, I [heart] you Harry.”
The footage, captioned “Gingers unite! The cute interaction between Prince Harry and little girl, Eliza,” has received in excess of 5,900 likes and numerous comments, many of which have praised the prince and his easy interactions with children.

“I love Prince Harry he has his mother’s personality,” posted another, with a further comment reading: “I love him.”
Harry’s interactions with children have often become the source of viral posts, with moments spent with his own children, Prince Archie (born in 2019) and Princess Lilibet (born in 2021), regularly being shared online from clips included in the couple’s 2022 docuseries, Harry & Meghan.
Since their move to California, Harry and Meghan’s docuseries has given fans the most revealing insight into their family life behind the walls of their mansion in the A-list enclave of Santa Barbara.
In one clip which has been reposted by fans on a number of occasions, Harry touchingly shared a moment with his son watching hummingbirds on the terrace of their home.
