Nicola Peltz‘s grandmother Bunny has passed away at 95.

The news was revealed by the 29-year-old star’s brother Bradley Peltz, 34, who shared a touching tribute to Bunny — who was Nicola’s maid of honor at her 2022 wedding to Brooklyn Beckham, 25 —  on his Instagram.

‘Today, we lost my angel on earth,’ Bradley — who, along with Nicola, is the son of billionaire Nelson Peltz — wrote in the caption.

‘She was not only the happiest but one of my favorite souls I ever came across. She was the light that would brighten your day,’ he went on.

‘Her heart was so big that you could feel it when she smiled, and in turn make you smile. May her soul rest in peace and in paradise in heaven. I love you Bunny.’

It comes just three weeks after Nicola made a sweet post about her grandmother writing, ‘your laugh is the best sound in the world and I want to hear it for the rest of my life.’

In his post Bradley shared a number of lovely snaps with his grandmother.

He did not reveal her cause of death at this time.

One of the photos he included was taken in 2018 and showed him hugging the elder, whom the family also called Naunni.

He also shared a snap of her at a poker table as well as a video of her trying to guess a card trick.

Another adorable photo showed Bunny holding a sign that read, ‘Everyday I’m hustlin.’

In the last photograph the two were seen wearing matching white suit jackets while posing together.

Last month Nicola skipped mother-in-law Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday party to spend time with her grandmother.

At the time she shared a sweet snap of herself hugging the elder and wrote, ‘My world in my arms.’

In her post from two weeks ago Nicola was seen tenderly hugging her grandma as they spent quality time together.

In the caption she wrote: ‘Being with you is literally magic i love being by your side, thank you for choosing me to be your granddaughter i more than love you naunni.’

‘Our time together is so precious to me. thank you for teaching me how to love others so deeply and fiercely. there isn’t a moment next to you i take for granted. your laugh is the best sound in the world and i want to hear it for the rest of my life.’

Nicola also helped Bunny ring in her 95th birthday in July of last year and shared sweet snaps from the day.

‘We brought the carnival to bunny today. Happy 95th my queen! I love you more than I can ever put into words. You are the most amazing woman in the world and I’m the luckiest girl to call you my naunni. I hope all your wishes come true!’

In April, Nicola shared a tender memory of her grandmother, revealing how Bunny helped ease her nerves during her wedding day.

‘My Nani was my maid of honor. I remember… I get really nervous talking in front of people or in front of crowds, so I was nervous about that,’ she told People.

‘But right before I walked down the aisle with my dad, I heard everyone clapping and cheering. It was because my Nani had her flowers and she was dancing down the aisle, and that makes me so happy.’

And in 2022 she shared yet another touching tribute, writing about Bunny, ‘My bestie right here. Her laugh is so contagious, it’s my favorite sound in the whole world. I wish she lived with me in LA and I could take her everywhere and hold her hand forever. I’m so so blessed she’s my naunni I LOVE YOU BUN’.

Nicola’s nanny Gina — whom she considered like a grandmother — passed away in 2021.

At the time Brooklyn — who is the son of Victoria and former soccer player David Beckham — got Gina’s name tattooed on his arm in a touching gesture to his wife.

Brooklyn and Nicola celebrated their second wedding anniversary last month.

The loved-up couple tied the knot in a lavish $3.5 million wedding ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida, in April 2022.

Brooklyn and Nicola exchanged vows at her billionaire father Nelson’s $103m compound in front of a star-studded crowd that included Eva Longoria and Serena Williams.
