She explained: “I did go through it when they got to a certain age a few years ago, and I felt that really, I was wanting to grief actually, I just found myself crying all the time. And, you know, obviously doing what I do, I have a lot of therapy and had a lot of therapy.”And so looking at it, I thought, Oh no, I’m in grief, and I’m in grief of letting go of that stage of my life that will never be there. Again. You know, and it doesn’t need honouring it does I think we do you know, we shouldn’t be afraid to honour these significant moments in life and there isn’t anything wrong and being sad or feeling that actually if anything, it can be like a recognition of what was really important and what really mattered.”
