Loose Women’s Nadia Sawalha proudly paraded her bikini body as she stripped off on holiday after teasing fitness fanatic Vanessa Munley for her ‘beautiful a**e’
Nadia Sawalha has been praised by fans for showing off her ‘real body’ as she flashed her bum in the sea.
The Loose Women star, 58, is known for her body positivity posts and regularly rips celebrities for their ‘perfect’ Instagram videos.
In her latest post, the mum-of-two compared herself to fitness fanatic Vanessa Munley as she larked around on the beach in a thong with her husband, Mark.
Mixing the clip with shots of Vanessa showing off her tiny pink two piece, Nadia, who looked gorgeous sporting a sage glittery bikini and naturally curly hair, wrote: “#insatgramvsreality. Turn the volume up ! Bloody @mark_adderley added sound affects without me knowing!
“Did you miss us ! Back tomorrow! @vanessamunley is a goddess and works her a**e off for that beautiful a**e !!!”

Nadia’s video went down a storm with fans, including Vanessa, who replied: “Hahahha omg hilarious!! Thank you so much.”
The star looks like she’s wearing HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) patches in the photos after correcting fans, who thought they were to help stop her smoking last year.
When posting a bikini photo in 2022, some of Nadia’s followers thought the skin-coloured plasters were nicotine patches. However the actress replied, saying: “That’s an HRT patch not a nicotine patch as some of you think.”
Fans were quick to applaud the star for being openly embracing her menopause treatment, with comments pouring in including: “Loving the HRT patch!” while another commented: “It’s the HRT patch for me Nads!”
The Celebrity MasterChef winner is best known for being a Loose Women panellist as well as appearing on EastEnders from 1997 to 1999, playing the role of Annie Palmer.
However, Nadia recently revealed she left the soap because she was continuously given ‘rubbish’ storylines.
Speaking to the Daily Star, she said: “I remember me and Adam Woodyatt wondering how we were going to cope if we had to do one more week of our rubbish storyline. Because at one point my storyline went a bit weird when I was working for the council with the rubbish.”
However, when she got the gig, Nadia was delighted, sharing: “When I got the part I could not believe it. I was so happy. I was so broke.
“I remember thinking there wasn’t going to be a Christmas that year, that’s how broke I was. I was literally thinking about pennies on the street and so it was totally extraordinary.”
