Katie Price launches tirade at ITV’s Loose Women and ‘disrespectful’ ex co-stars

Katie Price has hit out at her former Loose Women colleagues who left her annoyed by not asking a question about her when one of her children appeared on the show

Katie Price has slammed her former Loose Women co-stars who recently failed to acknowledge her.

The former glamour model appeared on the programme between 2015 and 2018 as a panellist, sitting at the famous desk for a total of 133 episodes and even attempting to relaunch her short-lived music career on the show. However, Katie hasn’t appeared on the programme since and has not been mentioned by her former co-stars.

Recently, her son Junior, 18, appeared on the ITV programme to discuss his upbringing with famous parents, Katie and Peter Andre as well as his music career as he attempts to make a name for himself. But his stint left his mum infuriated.

Speaking on The Katie Price Show podcast, her younger sister Sophie asked if Katie would ever consider returning. “I’m gonna throw it back, the question is would they ever have me back on?” she responded.

The mum-of-five added: “Although they did p**s me off when Junior was on it, not even asking a question, ‘how is your mum’ and all of that – very disrespectful. But, would I be a presenter on it? To be honest, I’ve been there and done that so probably not, no I don’t want to be a presenter on Loose Women again, so I would turn that down.”

But this isn’t Katie’s first time criticising her former pals after her decision to quit for “personal reasons”. Taking to TikTok, she claimed that the panellists “hated” her. Following Junior’s interview,s he told fans: “Isn’t it weird I was in Big Brother with Nadia, I presented with all the other ones on Loose Women.” She explained: “Not one mention about his mum, not one mention about ‘is your mum proud of you? It was all Pete, Pete, Pete, Pete, Pete. He was obviously told not to talk about me. It is so cruel. But that’s what this industry is like!”

Katie went on to recall: “I had to just confess to everyone how on Loose Women they didn’t even mention me considering I worked with them. I said I am in his life I do see him and I do speak to him and we all do. But our whole family our left out of everything because they hate me.”

Although she has remained tight-lipped about her exit, she previously claimed that the programme made her “feel sick” and claimed bosses and producers had expected her to “perform like a seal”. Looking back at her time on the ITV lunchtime show, she believed that she looked “dead” behind the eyes as her personal life had started to unravel during her stint. “All the drama came out,” she told Annie Macmanus.
