ITV Loose Women’s Linda Robson ‘worried’ as she’s examined live on TV after cancelling op twice

Linda Robson opened up about her health on Tuesday’s Loose Women, where she was later examined live on air by a doctor after she was worried about a skin tag on her neck

Linda Robson was examined live on air by a doctor on Tuesday’s show after she admitted earlier this week she was “worried” about a skin tag on her neck.

On Monday’s show, the presenter, 65, revealed she had put off having her skin examined as she had been busy. However, on Tuesday’s show, Linda was examined live on air by a skin specialist over her skin tag fears, who later revealed that it was “completely harmless”.

Elsewhere on the show, Linda revealed that she’s got to have a knee replacement after suffering an accident last year but has cancelled the operation twice as she’s scared of not being able to work.

Discussing a segment called: “Do you struggle to put your health first?”, Linda admitted: “I fell off an electric scooter last year and I ended up on my knees with my bum in the air and my dress over my head.

“Anyway, I’ve got to have a knee replacement but I keep putting it off, I’ve cancelled two appointments, I’ve said: ‘I can’t come in today, I’ve got work!’ because I’m frightened I won’t be able to work. I’m going to be laid up and that.” However, she insisted: “I will eventually have one!”

It comes as Linda hit out at her ex-husband Mark Dunford on Monday’s Loose Women. The Birds of a Feather actress confirmed in November 2023 that she and Mark had decided to separate after 33 years of marriage. The former couple share a son, Louis, born in 1992, and a daughter, Roberta, known as Bobbie, born in 1996.

Earlier this week, Linda appeared to share some insight into the breakdown of her marriage during one of the debates on the show. Ruth Langsford, Olivia Attwood, Brenda Edwards and Linda were discussing the news that Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of skin cancer, less than a year after her breast cancer diagnosis.

The panel were speaking about getting checked for moles when Linda revealed that she’d gone with her eldest daughter Lauren, 40, who she shares with ex-partner Tony Tyler, to have some checked. Hitting out at her ex-husband, Linda quipped: “I think if anything changed on my body, my husband wouldn’t notice, he wouldn’t notice if I was on fire.”
