There’s been a lottttttt of speculation that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are planning to get engaged sometime soon, and we all missed it when a reporter straight-up asked him about it during a pre-Super Bowl press conference.

The question? “Is there going to be another ring besides the Super Bowl ring if you win this thing on Sunday?” (Truly bold.)

The answer? “I’m focused on getting this ring, and that’s all that my mind’s focused on right now.”

And he did!

Last month, Page Six reported that “there’s buzz around Swift’s camp” that Taylor and Travis could get engaged this summer, and a source even said “Taylor and Travis discussed it and there is a plan. They will get engaged on their one-year anniversary in July.” Meanwhile, an insider told The Messenger that “There are no plans for an engagement anytime soon” and “There is no engagement at this time.”

Either way, Travis and Taylor *are* super serious.

A source just told Entertainment Tonight that “Travis has never felt more supported by a significant other ever. This is just the beginning for them as a couple and many milestones are coming their way. Taylor and Travis make time for each other because they want to. They both take so much pride in the importance of family and love bringing their families and close-knit circles together. They are genuine, honest, loving and forthright with each other across the board. They both continually encourage one another to be the best that they can be.”
