Prince Harry has broken his silence after the royal family suffered major heartbreak.
The Duke of Sussex issued a meaningful statement as King Charles and Queen Camilla mourned the death of their “much-loved” companion, Beth.
The former working royal visited Seaforth Armoury in Vancouver to launch the School Program from the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 on November 18.
As per Harry and Meghan Markle’s official website, Sussex.com, “the Duke of Sussex spent time with students, veterans and IG25 competitors as part of a school-based initiative designed to shift perceptions of service members, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.”
Harry engaged with students from the 8 to 18 age group “in hands-on activities designed to engage students in discussions about the Invictus Games and the importance of perseverance and mental health.”
After spending time with students, Harry “addressed the students, teachers, and participants with a few heartfelt remarks, emphasizing the connection between the lessons they had just learned and the journey of recovery that so many Invictus athletes embody.”
Notably, the Duke made a delightful announcement about giving tickets to students and one of their family members to attend the Invictus Games 2025 Opening Ceremonies.
While concluding, Harry said, “The Invictus Games continues to lead the way in creating lasting change—both in the classroom and beyond—ensuring that the values of recovery and perseverance remain at the heart of every community they touch.”
It is important to note that the Duke’s message came after the royal family bid farewell to Queen Camilla’s dog Beth in a heartbreaking message on social media.
