Kansas City Chiefs stars give team AWFUL NFL report card on facilities as they call for a new locker room, more staff for training and for the nutritionist to be more present – but coach Andy Reid gets A+ rating!

The Chiefs have been slammed by their own players for the franchise’s facilities, training staff and ownership – with Kansas City receiving the second-worst report card in the NFL.

Of course, Chiefs players have recently been celebrating their Super Bowl win over the 49ers.

But there is still plenty about the franchise that they’re unhappy with, as they rated the locker room, training staff and nutritionist/dietician an F in the second-annual player report card survey commissioned by the NFLPA.

Players also gave owner Clark Hunt a hugely scathing F-, while treatment of facilities was rated a D+, and both the training room and team travel was given a D.

On a more positive note, head coach Andy Reid – known as a player-friendly coach – was given a glowing A+ review.

The weight room and strength coaches were also both given a C+, while food was given a C.

DailyMail.com has reached out to the team for comment.

According to the NFLPA’s summary of the report card, players were told that locker room renovations would come after the 2022 season.

That promise was reportedly not kept, other than the team ‘adding chairs.’

As far as the training room, players feel it is ‘significantly understaffed,’ with only 43 percent of respondents believing they get an adequate amount of one-on-one treatment.

Some players also said they are unable to get rehab done to prepare for practice.

Players also said they do not feel like they have enough space to effectively train in the weight room, and a majority of respondents ‘believe their facility is no better than offsite locations where they could train.’

Furthermore, the team’s head dietician was given the second-lowest grade in the league.

Primarily, the players felt that she is not at the facility often enough.

Owner Hunt was given a rating of 4.9 out of 10 – the worst in the league – when considering his ‘willingness to invest in the facilities.’

Meanwhile, 95 percent of players felt that Reid was efficient with his time, and the team felt he was ‘very’ willing to listen to the locker room.

The survey was conducted of all teams between August 26 to November 16.

The Chiefs actually fared even worse than last year – when they finished 29th out of 32 teams.

1,706 active players – 77 percent of the league – responded to the survey in full.

Elsewhere in the league, the Dolphins and Vikings graded out first and second respectively as they received top reviews for food.

The Bucs and Chargers, meanwhile were given Fs for treatment of facilities, while the Bengals, Steelers, Commanders and Patriots did even worse with an F-.

Cincinnati also received an F- for food, while the Saints and Chargers received Fs.

Dan Campbell (Lions) and Kevin O’Connell (Vikings) were the only coaches other than Reid to receive A+ ratings.

Similar to the Chiefs, the Steelers and Cardinals also received F grades for ownership.
