Ayo Odukoya seems to be straying from Jessica Spencer as viewers believe she could have given him “the ick.”
The pair bonded during their recent stay in Casa Amor but this Thursday, July 11, 2024, their lack of chemistry shocked ITV2 viewers who realised Ayo still kept an eye on former Love Island partner Mimii Ngulube.
Fan favourite and mental health nurse Mimii recovered from being dumped by Ayo in the arms of bombshell Josh Oyinsan with viewers dubbing them the obvious winners of this year’s series.
However, Ayo is far from pleased to see Mimii has moved on and fans raised alarm bells for his current partner Jessica Spencer on X, otherwise known as Twitter.

“It wasn’t tough to watch mimi sad and crying for a week while you was kissing jess but it’s tough to watch her with next man oh okay ayo”, one viewer wrote. Another seethed: “Ayo if you’re “so happy” with Jess why’re you always worried about Mimii???? LEAVE HER ALONEEEE.”
A third chimed in: “The reason why Ayo irritates me to the core is because it’s not as if he’s suddenly come to the realisation that he wants Mimii and is ready to treat her right. He wants to draw her back into triangle 2.0 so he can remain indecisive with her and Jess.” “Ayo is SICK saying he’s focusing on Jess but saying it’s hard to watch Mimi happy with another guy. He HATES seeing her happy He is a witch”, another fumed.
Elsewhere, viewers pleaded with Jess as she desperately tried to get a declaration of love out of Ayo. “Jess can feel Ayo slipping away. She better graft”, one wrote. Another commented: “Jess babe it’s giving desperate, be calm”, while a third continued: “Jess is trying so hard, can she not tell Ayo is never gonna tell her the things she wants to hear?”
Speculation follows the exits of established stars, including Uma Jammeh. Earlier this week, the beauty decided to leave Mallorca and snubbed bombshell Reuben. Uma was in tears on Tuesday when she told Reuben she didn’t want to be coupled up with him – she only had eyes for Wil Anderson, despite their rocky moments in Love Island.
“I knew where my head and heart was at and it’s with Wil so I wanted to be true to my feelings for him”, she said after her exit. She added: “We can’t wait to just do normal things on the outside, stay inside and have a takeaway and go on cute dates. Wil wants to take me to Whitley Bay to see where he’s from, but we’ve also discussed him possibly moving to London so I’m looking forward to the future with him. The only way is up from here.”
When questioned over her connection with the 23-year-old influencer, she then said: “when Wil walked in I instantly felt a connection with him, he was all in for me which I really liked, and it was refreshing off the back of the Ayo situation. Once Wil took me to the other Villa for an overnight stay something clicked and I felt a special spark in that moment which made me realise he was the person for me.
The Love Island looms ahead as fans eagerly wait for confirmation on its airing date. With the show typically running for eight weeks, previous seasons suggest that the 2024 series could end on Monday, July 29. A new bombshell named Lolly also made her entrance in the villa this Thursday, snatching Joey Essex for an impromptu date at The Hideaway.
