New bombshell Lolly snuck into The Hideaway as she made her debut in the ITV2 programme this Thursday, July 11, 2024. But her arrival immediately sparked tension as she embarked on three dates with Joey Essex, Ciaran Davies and Konnor Ewudzi.
The newcomer’s choice was deemed controversial due to his closed-off relationship with Nicole Samuel and Lolly appeared to be fighting a losing game with the loyal lad.
However, reality TV viewers at home believe they’ve figured out one of Lolly’s power moves as she complimented him on how mature he was for his age. “I just feel like, not to patronise your age at all, but I feel like, for a 21 year-old, you hold yourself well”, Lolly said, prompting the surveyor to reply: “Thank you very much, I appreciate that.”

Fans flocked to X, otherwise known as Twitter, with one penning: “The 21 year old comment was SO SMART. she knows Ciaran is sensitive about his age. I see your game miss Lolly.” Another agreed: “Lolly is so sweet. Complimenting Ciaran about his age”, while a third added: “Lolly the first girl to compliment Ciaran’s age.” One fourth and final viewer commented: “Lolly hit a soft spot for Ciaran when she told him he was mature for his age.”
Flight attendant Lolly left no room for doubt during her first date, which took place with Joey and she expressed her thoughts clearly on his couple with Jessy: “I think your personality and my personality would go together to a tee, but I have got something to say… you’ve kind of gone back in your shell a little bit from the beginning, please correct me if I’m wrong.”

She added: “I feel like you’re jokey, laughy and fun but since you’ve been with Jessy, she’s a gorgeous, gorgeous girl, she’s naturally beautiful but I don’t know if there’s something missing between you both.”
Meanwhile, Jessy seethed as she wondered how their date was playing out and she confronted Joey over the date as soon as she could, while the TOWIE star tried to reassure her. Could he reconsider? The Love Island final looms ahead as fans eagerly wait for confirmation on its airing date. With the show typically running for eight weeks, previous seasons suggest that the 2024 series could end on Monday, July 29.
