That seems to be the question some fans are pondering, even after the “Strong Is Sexy” founder shut down a recent report claiming she cut ties with the Chiefs tight end because he allegedly made her “pay half of everything” in their five-year relationship.

Kayla’s tweet did not confirm whether or not she and Kelce are broken up, which led fans to inquire about the status of their relationship. She went on to “like” a few tweets about false breakup rumors, but never divulged details about the situation. “He had been following me and insta-flirting for a few months,” Kayla, 30, wrote when asked how she met the 32-year-old Chiefs player. “All double taps and no dm. Soooo after a little liquid courage and a pep talk from @iqueenb (something along the lines of ‘WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR’) I dm’d him on New Years.

“Slid into that thang like it was third base, idk baseball so not sure that’s the best analogy, but ya,” she continued in a separate Instagram Story. “Anywho … lesson here is making the first move might be your best move sis.”
